Worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. I was having problems with my brakes even after I had changed the pads and was hoping that he could help me. Unfortunately, he pressured me into getting unnecessary work done. I did some research and called him back to cancel to extra work, he claimed that they had already commenced and that it might be too late. He called later to inform me that they couldn't locate the lock nut keys and would have to cut them off for an extra fee. This was strange to me, how were they are able to start work on all the extras if they weren't even able to take the tires off? I told him to stop working on my car and called Subaru and the dealership in Canada where I bought the car, only to find out that they all have master keys. I picked up my car, paid the inspection fee and took it to another dealership that removed the locks in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. After which, I drove over to Meineke and paid over $400 less than what Smith Cairns had quoted. I am disgusted with their tactics and still feel cheated months later. Therefore, do yourself a favor and spend some time researching before you step into that dealership.

By far the worst dealership we walked in and we weren’t even greeted the salesman just looked at us after a few minutes of looking at a car a older salesman came by and asked if we needed help we explained we were looking for a new car since our lease for our existing car was over in August we inquired about doing a test drive and the salesman said Subaru doesn’t do test drives for there cars...so we brushed it off and continued to ask questions at this point they looked annoyed so we left won’t be going back to this dealership hopefully we have a better experience at a different Subaru...
