Just took the car for service for a flat tire and a safety recall. Stephon was great! He looked up the warranty details on my behalf so the claim could be filed, even though that was purchased at another dealership and I had no idea which company it was. He offered to get Lyft for me to back to the city and they will be dropping the car off to my home. despite being very busy, he was calm, friendly and focused on servicing me. Thank you!

The car is 12k miles and I go there for oil change and fix a sensor in one pf the wheel after that whole car start shaking after I reach 60 miles. So I call them to find out what they did to resolve the problem and of course the put me on hold and after a wile they disconnect so I call them back again and still the same sttory, so i call them for third time and they told me that they will call me back and guess what happend? No response.

The first issue was a clog in my sunroof that caused water to run inside my car. They took care of that no problem. Stephanie in service was the best. After I picked up my car the radio wouldn't work. It was on but no volume. Chris in service claimed he ordered the part..... 2 weeks no call back. I called three days in a row and they claimed he would call me back and that the part was in. I'm on day 4 now and NO call back. Its unfortunate that the next closest acura dealer near me is too far so I'm kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. Update: My car was picked up with their free valet service. Fixed the same day and scheduled for a dropped off with their free valet service. Chris was apologetic and gracious about the situation. Upon reciceiving my car via dropp off....the same problem persisted...no volume on radio. The guy ended up driving my car back to the dealer....to be continued....

The car was repaired on July 8. When I went to get the car on July 9, I found that the tire pressure was not normal. There is a hurry, and I have to use a car. So there is no feedback after sale. When I got home, I found that the tire was pierced by nails. I can only blame myself for picking up the car without checking it clearly.
Awesome service, service consultant Rod was very professional. This is my 4th or 5th visit to Paragon Acura overhere on Northern Blvd. Queens, NY. Service advisors are not "pushy" at all for unnecessary service done on your car.
I always have doubt about google reviews. you can create 20 google accounts with different names and add 20 positive reviews of your own business. the paragon honda has almost 5 stars in google whereas only 2 stars in yelp and other places. that's telling... in few words - be careful buying car from here. i bought a pre-owned CR-V 2016 car and had a bad experience so far. within a few weeks after buying the car, the tire pressure check signal came up and I was told by another Honda dealer to just put some air and it should be fine. After two to three weeks of driving, the light came again. I took to the dealer and was told that air was leaking through the valves, that was repaired previously. My husband called the paragon Honda and ask about the previous repair. The salesperson told him that he understood and he was going to take care of it. However, he did not call him for weeks. Then his boss called and told that it was our responsibility to check whether the valve through which air was leaking or not. What surprised us more is what he also told us - as part of the certification process, they resurfaced the rotor and only changed two tires. I was all along told by other Honda dealers to replace all four tires not just two; and just resurfacing the rotor, not replacing!!! come on!!! Also, after replacing the two tires, they didn't even perform wheel alignment, which is also a recommendation by other dealers. They will treat you okay when buying the car, however, once you pay you are on your own. This might be the typical New-York style. They just care about money. Their price is okay. People go there just to save some money. I wish I hadn't fallen into the trap!!! there are many Honda dealers who sell the pre-owned cars and provide much more professional service. Go and buy from them even if you have to pay couple of hundred more bucks...

I been going to Paragon Acura for more than a year now. So far I am getting an excellent service from the dealership. Starting from welcoming the customers to all the way to the end of the service. They have excellent snacks and coffee. I would recommend to my friends and family. They are not a nonprofit organization, so expect to pay a good amount for your best service.

Past review: Car is great, customer service with sales rep, Wilson, Post- purchasing the vehicle was extremely disappointing. Everything we agreed upon that he would do- he didn't do. I get letters from DMV that I am supposed to hand in the registration and name plates--I call/email Wilson to get an update on why that was not turned in or what I should do-- absolutely no response. When you buy an expensive car and get service that is sub-par it is very frustrating. I will be looking elsewhere to get my car serviced.
I used to love this place my husband and I bought our first Acura here and it was amazing until now that I got my own car. When you call the place no one knows anything about what’s going on, the service and maintenance people have no clue. My car was brought it on Friday no one knew anything about my car until Monday afternoon come to find out there a recall on a piece that we had sent the car to get fixed a month before but no one fixed it! I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore. So upset I really liked this place!
Made an appointment had to wait over an hour to see sales person. When I finally saw someone they kept trying to talk me out of the car I wanted and into the car he wanted me to have. Got the car at Curry Acura with no hassle. Anyone willing to pay $600 for an ACURA go see these men in their tight suits. For a more affordable payment make the trip to Westchester. It’s certainly worth it.

Paragon Acura gives wonderful service. They give you the option to stay and wait which is not so bad being that they have refreshments and tv entertainment to occupy your time. Otherwise if you need to run, you can drop your car off and they will call after they complete their full inspection and tell you what needs to be fixed. You then have the option to get it done right there (if you’re financially prepared) or you can reschedule a later date when you’re ready. It all depends on you and how much you love your wheels. If you choose to leave and can’t make it back by the time your car is ready, they will bring your car to you. It gets no better than this type of service. Thank you Paragon Acura.

They sold me a car from show room .. the said is pre owed don’t believe they lie I have exactly 1 year I have I changed 2 time engine 2 time transmission and I never engoy the car .. the car still in mechanics since a day 1 I got it they’re car are not good plese don’t buy cars from them stay away .... 2 the salesman they twist their words around .... I was looking for owner or bid supervisor to speak about my car they never wanted to bring it up .... as Mechanic repairs are excellent........ I hope the owner see this message so I could talk about this manner

Duplicity is very high at this dealership. I've gone multiple times and the customer service has been far the worse. As my lease expires I have constantly getting borderline harrassed to get a new vehicle with them, to which I am not interested. Everytime I take my car for service, it's similar to a bait a switch and they want me to pay for extra service which I dont need. This by far as been one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership, lies , and bait and switch everytime I step foot into Paragon Acura.

The customer service is excellent. Stephon Solomon assisted me, and he went above and beyond to make me happy. I had an appointment for an oil change on a Saturday. I usually don't wait more then 1h, but that Saturday they were short staff and after 2.5h I was still waiting. Stephen called me an Uber and and delivered the car at the time that we set. He even washed my car. I also like how he explained me about a recall that I didn't know about and how he answered all my questions. I will definitely come back to Paragon Acura for my car service needs and I will definitely look for Stephon. Thank you for your amazing service!
My experience was wonderful, I was especially happy with the way Alex Munoz took care of me. He treated me as if i had been coming here for years and this was my first time visiting Paragon Acura in Woodside. I came in to have my 2013 Acura TL battery replaced and i must say, after this day, I was sure I would be coming back and would definitely be looking for Alex Munoz to assist me with any other service appointments. Did not have a great experience at Paragon Acura. Messaged the dealer the night ahead asking about a CPO vehicle they had on their website. Ultimately I was let known that someone would contact me the next morning. I received the call the next morning and was asked if I would like to test drive the vehicle as it was confirmed on-site. I chose an available time and would later go to test drive. I came and was greeted by a sales associate whom I explained that I was there for a test drive. He would then go looking for the key and the vehicle. He came back with the key and walked me to the car. While I was checking out the vehicle, the sales associate became very pushy, and asked that I "make a commitment to buy today" or he wasn't going to take the time to move the cars for my test drive. He went on to state that since he would be the one to move those vehicles it would be a lot and needed to know I was serious to buy now. I was very taken back and a few red flags were raised. I had ensured to call ahead, make sure the vehicle was on-site and chose a time the dealer had available. Then I arrive and the car was buried behind a few other cars and the sales associate tells me I have to commit to buy before test driving. This soured the experience entirely. I own an Acura vehicle which is maintained at my local dealer. To this day I have not had an experience like this.

Completed an online purchase of a TLX with Paragon Acura. Initially the communication was a bit worrisome but once John S. was assigned my confidence in doing an online sale increased. He stayed in touch throughout the process-sending a real time video of the car was a nice touch! The call with the financial rep was thorough; she carefully explained the terms and options and they matched the paperwork. I appreciated John’s transparency when delivery was delayed due to a mishap while detailing the car and then going the extra mile on delivering a loaner car while the repairs were done. John and Kelvin drove >50 miles in rush hour traffic to ensure I had a car. I was pleasantly surprised when the repairs were completed sooner than expected and Kelvin promptly brought my TLX with a large bow no less! He took the time to explain the features and happily took pics of the car too. These guys were authentic, professional and a pleasure to work with.
I've been with Paragon Acura since my first MDX in 2002 and not too many visits to their service department. This review is about the service department. I had two recalls on my 2019 MDX. I stopped by the dealership and talked to Jasmine who offered a service valet pickup option. First time I let someone else drive my car. They came up early morning and picked up the car and once was done delivered it the same day. Jasmine was in contact with me throughout the day keeping me informed and walking me through this new experience. Excellent service! Thank you.

This is the only place I bring my car for service and they haven’t let me down. Every service advisor I’ve worked with is very friendly and goes to great lengths to make sure I understand what’s going on with my car at all points of service. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met here!! Just this morning I brought my car back because a part was loosened after my complimentary car wash and they took me in without having scheduled an appointment and fixed it. Highly recommend.
Everything that you expect at a dealership; terrible rude service, no updates on the work being done, complete disconnect between the service rep and the actual service garage. Don’t bother making an appointment, you’re still going to wait 3 hours for an airbag recall (30 min job) if you let them. Would recommend going to Rallye Acura if you can. The Yelp reviews for Paragon are more accurate.

I've been dealing with paragon Acura for a few years and this morning I dropped my car off for a recall. 7 a.m. in the morning I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Karla. Karlas customer service skills was amazing; she kept me updated step by step and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. Paragon Acura has some of the nicest people working for them.
Francisco C., the sales agent that handled the sale for me was awesome and wonderful. He explained the buying process in detail and helped me out while we were waiting for the delay with Bank of America for financing the vehicle. He was readily available for questions and stayed in constant communication with me throughout the car buying process. He is very honest and went above and beyond. I test drove the car and inspected it on a Wednesday and the financing went through on Saturday. While I was picking up the car he noticed there was a dent and a big scratch on the vehicle that wasn’t previously there and he arranged valet service and fixing the car with the service department right away. I love the prompt, honest and open communication that Francisco provided me. He really cares about his customers. Paragon Acura also has the most competitive prices and I like the upfront pricing, no hidden fees and no haggling process. I would definitely be recommending Paragon Acura to my family and for my future Vehicle needs.

Visiting 5th time here to cancel warranty that I purchased on my Acura car. On my 3rd visit I did paper work with another finance manager to cancel. But that paper work never somehow reached her. On 4th visit got the finance manager to do my paper work and was told with 30-45 days. It would be reflected on my statement. After 3 months warranty is still active and I have to chase down people here (finance manager Carleen) .

It's like any other business, when it gets busy they lose the human touch but not Mark Caceres. When everyone was “too busy” to even greet me, Mark got up, shook my hand, and told me he’d be right with me as soon as he finishes up with his other client. I appreciated that small gesture.
There was a miscommunication that almost ended up with new being without my car (and baby seat) for two days, but after somw time and me calling angrily, they stepped up and helped get my car back to me the same day. I know it wasn't easy to do in the holiday weekend but they did it. So it was greatly appreciated.

I would give negative stars if I could. Bought a car from them 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to fix the seat and AC. AC was fixed and they were supposed to order a part to fix the seat. Everytime I call they say someone will call back and 2 wks later it's still the back and forth. I would never do business with them again
My husband and I did not come into Acura thinking we would leave witha new car. Our finances were hard to work with. However, we appreciated Alexander's ability to work with us and give us an offer that was ultimately better for us in the long run! He was a great help and we felt he was genuine and on our team the whole way through!
IT IS WORST DEAL I EVER MADE. DO NOT TRUST its quality of certified pre-owned car. It is ACURA certified not any cheap brand car. How come the quality is such a low and even cheating the warranty period. I was owner of 2013 RDX and bought certified pre-owned 2014. I was so satisfied and 100 % trust about certified vehicle. So I also decided to buy certified preowned to 2017 MDX by trading my old RDX this time. However, It was worst deal I ever made. first of all, It was my biggest mistake not to check the car careful. As I trusted the certified preowned so much, I had basic trust of it not likely buy car on the street. After all deal was made, I found that, -.The sensor of collusion and lane keeping has been out of order which sales guy was said it could be reset easily. but found that the font window has been replaced before. He said there was small dent on it and replaced it to be certified.. -.Driver side mirror has been broken not folding properly. is it broken after inspection???? -.The conditions of The steering wheel is not clean as it the car having 16000 miles. -.There is 2 spot dent on rear bumper which I skipped it because I thought that it is just simple scratch. but it is not, there is exact 2 dent and the distance of it is just like the mountain bolt of front number plate. which means, the dent had been made my collision of the car. -.The front wheel left and light cover has been mis-aligned which means it has been removed and reinstalled for some reason. which I am very afraid of possible hidden reason. -.The tire thread is worn. it doesn't look like depth of it for 16000 miles car. so the wheel might be replaced. -.It is listed year 2017 car but warranty start calculating 2016.. When I made a deal, saleman said verbally it is started 2017. but after all done, I found it calculated 2016 by Carfax... salesman just said "SORRY"... what kind professionalism it is.. They didn't even provided warranty document. I tried to return the car next day but salesman said you will be losing $8K if you return it(which is totally not acceptable) also said please give him a chance to fix the problem and promised to replace new steering wheel.. However, Salesman changed his word and steering wheel will be cleaned only... They ended up replace it but I think this kind of playing game is not for ACURA dealer class manner and customer care. This is my main concern of purchasing this CERTIFIED PRE-OWN vehicle. How come the sensor and mirror went bed after check to 182 point to be certified preowned. So How come I can trust their inspection result of this car. It is serious matter of quality issue. It looks like there is a hidden problem of this vehicle as mentioned above. This is CERTIFIED PREOWNed of ACURA. I need more assurance on the quality of this vehicle. it is totally unacceptable for the customer who has 100% confidence on your product before became 110% disappointed.

DON'T GOTO THIS DEALERSHIP. I was having issues with the timing belt on my 2012 MDX, called the dealership and asked them for price of changing the timing belt. I was told the price would be $395.00 with the coupon from their website. So I Printed the coupon and took with me. When I got to the service advisor desk and presented them the coupon, the service advisor told me the coupon is no longer available at the price it was listed for. He started giving me number for belt change, he started off with $1490.00. I immediately denied the price and then asked how much am I willing to pay for belt change. Long story short we agreed on $1100.00. After one week got my MDX back, after driving it for a week or so I started hearing noise coming from underneath the engine, took it to my private mechanic and was told the timing belt wasn't done right. Called the dealership again if they could check where the nosie was coming from. They kept my MDX for 1 week and told me they didn't find any nosie. I told them that I took the car to my own private mechanic and was told the timing belt was not done right. Till this day i haven't heard back from them AND YES the noise is still there after 5 months. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHE. if anyone interested in seeing my receipt for service feel free to contact me, just to prove that I not making this up.
WORST AUTO SALES is what this dealer should be called. the absolute worst car buying experience!! Don't let their friendliness trick you, they are very nice because they are about to rip you off. They are nice but that's because they are happy to rip you off. I dealt with "ALI the Sales manager" and he tried to add a bunch of TRASH worth almost $1600 to profit off of me. When I bought my car! They made me buy the extended warranty for $5000 for additional 5 years. Told me I can cancel any time and will refund me the difference!. And now it’s been three years that my original warranty is gone. And they are telling me. That the extended warranty covers almost nothing! So I wanted to cancel! And they are just pushing and pushing! Not letting me to cancel! 2 times they wrote down my number told me someone will call me back and no one did! What a bad dealership!
Paragon Acura and especially Karla went above and beyond the call of duty. Purchased a CPO from another Acura dealer that had issues not covered by warranty and they worked with me to get it covered. Thanks guys!!

I went to Paragon Acura to check out the new RDX. Brian Wagner was my sales consultant. Initially he was helpful in explaining leasing vs finance options. When it came to actually checking out the vehicle the experience was horrible. The RDX A-Spec trim was brought out front with no gas. He attempted to fill it at the local gas station with no luck. I got to drive the RDX around the block from the dealership. This wasn’t my first time shopping around for a vehicle and I expected a better experience. I have shopped at Paragon Honda before and have even been offered test drives with no issues whatsoever. I felt very uncomfortable at the end and Brian was super pushy. I had to ask for his business card without him even offering. When he was crunching some numbers for me I inquired about truecar and he said he was not a truecar representative. Again this was not my first time shopping for a vehicle and I was not impressed with the service here.

My husband and I had a great experience with Wilson at Paragon Acura. We were a little disappointed at first when we weren't greeted by any of the group of men standing around the entrance, but while looking around, Wilson was the only one who greeted us and stopped whatever he was doing to help us. We are happy with the whole process and our new Acura MDX. We got everything done at one shot and came home with a brand new car =]

I've been a patron of Paragon Acura since I purchased my used MDX from a private party that is out of warranty. I've always been very happy with their service and fairness. From my recalled airbag a few years back to a worn hood latch as of late, Paragon has always worked with my schedule and budget. Never hard selling me anything that I'm either not ready to repair or that is superfluous. Communication is quick, pleasant, professional and transparent. I rec'd basically White Glove Service with Mark Caceres. Mark is definitely an asset to this company. Paragon will be my first choice in repairing of my vehicle.

Do not purchase anything from them . They are the worst dealer ship ive ever had to deal with . Nothing is done on time. The cars dont pass inspection after they are sold. The sale people are rude . They give you a whole run around . i usually dont write review but they are horrible. Words cant describe how bad and unprofessional they are. Worst place and customer service .
Worst Customer service. Would have been an easy close but staff were either relaxing for the day or perhaps they made their sales quota for the month and so they decided not to work that day and just sit around and ignore customers. Not my loss but theirs!

STAY AWAY! ONE OF THE SHADIEST DEALER I CAME ACROSS. They offered a deal via email and in person. I wasn't ready to take the deal at the time and was assured that the deal is good until the end of the month. When I decided to seal the deal today, they went back on their words and told me it was miscommunication. You want to tell me 3 people (Sales Manager, Sales Person, Client Service Manager) misinformed me? How do you deny something that was written in black and white? Apparently these people have no problem with that. I will never do business with these guys and will ask you do the same.

They call you saying car is ready to pick and you come to think it’s in front ready to pick up but they keep you waiting for 30 min which means car is not ready to pick up paper work does not take 30min. This not the first time came to do oil change they said it be 30min to hour but had me sitting and waiting for 5 hours don’t come here for any Acura service go some where else as they love to keep you waiting to make believe that they are so busy in the service area and the shower room.And after 30 min of waiting this guy brings my car window down blasting my Ac an the moon roof is open like why open windows n blast ac so unprofessional.

I came into service today for a check engine light repair. Before going to Paragon I had the vehicle scanned at auto zone. They gave me a generic code saying vehicle has a evap leak. When meeting service advisor Stephon he explained the posibilites of the code and performed further diga to see what the vehicle needed. Really upset i bought a acura tlx aspec because i saw a guy on the highway that looked like he had the 2020 TLX type s with the 4 mufflers and mine only has 2 And did not sound as nice as his did I also found his car on youtube. The sales guy told me it was the same car is not turned out the guy converted his car into a 2018-2019 Aspec and he had the 2015 tlx sh-awd really madd about this mine is fwd . I paid all this money for whattt

We recently had a wonderful service experience at Paragon Acura due to the kindness and professionalism of Service Consultant Mark Caceres. When an independent tire dealer diagnosed the road noise from our 2016 Acura MDX as being caused by tires AND struts, a potentially costly repair, or wheel bearings, which were still under warranty, we researched the problem and decided to get a second opinion from an Acura dealer. We contacted Paragon Acura and were fortunate to have been connected with Mark Caceres, who very kindly and attentively listened to our concerns and told us to bring the car in and he would be glad to have it checked out for us. In a very timely manner, he and his mechanic verified that the struts, wheel bearings, and wheel balance were fine and that we only needed new tires to cure the problem. He recommended several brands of tires, and we opted to go with the high-quality Michelins that he offered at an extremely competitive price, which we weren’t expecting from a dealership. Mark was extremely patient, courteous, and thorough and took a lot of time helping us with this problem to ensure the best solution for us. Due to his expertise, our car now runs smoothly and quietly, and we were saved from the high cost of unneeded repairs. We highly recommend Mark and would definitely return to this dealership again in the future because of him.

Very friendly Staff! Everything is perfect there. They could improve the service time. 2+ hours for a simple oil change didn't make much sense. It wasn't even that busy then.
Went in there recently for a test drive and after the test drive, I received a phone call every single day, even after I told them that I was no longer interested. Finally spoke with Nick and told them (again) that I was no longer interested and instead of being professional, he just hung up the phone while I was still speaking to him. I don't think you would call someones phone to try to convince them to buy and then hang up when you can't get your way. I'm sure there is a more PROFESSIONAL response to this. Apparently, this is how you would get treated at Paragon Acura when you decide not to buy and it should raise a few flags. This is not the way to treat any kind of customer whether you are buying or not. This lets me know that this location is not looking for the best interest of the customer...only to sell. I wouldn't go back here even if I wanted to buy an Acura.
