I visit another Kia dealer in LIC and had a quote which I liked for a new 2020 Sportage S with the S Premium Dynamax™ All-Wheel-Drive Package but was very disappointed with the service and the store, from the lack of customer service to the messy environment, etc. but, I really liked the car. I did a test drive and at the end, I had a quote for a Pacific Blue one. I really wanted the Steel Gray. Next day, I decided to go to Nemet and see it was a different experience and if I could get the same deal in Gray. Carlos Feliz was great. It took me a while to get the deal I wanted but, in the end, not just I had the same deal, but the color I wanted and for my surprise two hours later I drove off the shop with me a new spanking amazing car. Just like I wanted! Thank you, guys.

Service center is horrible. I have a 2016 Kia with 3025 miles on it and I have an oil leak, I was there for 2 hours with my two year old. instead of giving me a car and getting out I had to wait. They did offer me a ride but I had no way to get back. Then I was told Thursday when I was there they were ordering me parts. Its now Tuesday and I'm calling because I haven't heard nothing. I have talked to 7 people today being transferred more times then ever, I have been on the phone for over 30 mins already. This doesn't even talk about how as a costumer you have to walk back and fourth all over a shop with a 2 year old.

I had an appointment on a thursday to have my car checked for engine noise, noone even looked at it until the following monday. Communication was poor and service was extremely slow. I had to go without a car for close to 2 weeks just so I can find out what the problem in my car was....not even talking about repair. Go here if you have an extra car that you want to donate to a dealership for a month for no reason.

Nemet KiA -Service Dept /Bebe and Nisha are professional and couteous. However, some of the service advisors/receptionist are rude and dismissive. The technicians I had experienced were knowledgeable and efficient. Conway and Juan have provided great service. They work effectively and efficiently. They do not try to increase the time of labor cost However, the administrators should retrain some of the service advisors. Some of them over price you and do not like to acknowledge coupons and try to over charge labor cost and services. This is not ok!!! Looking forward to seeing an improvement...

I will give it three stars as the first time coming here, was on point; I was able to get my 2016 Optima FE hassle free and it was fun for those 3 years. However I can not say the same, when it was time to renew. They expected me to pay more then 2x, from what I originally had, for down payment and monthly payments on an Optima LX It was like, they didn't want to continue with my business at all. Eventually I was able to talk them down, but not enough to my liking. The salesman specified the car has more features, including A/C which is not a standard in other cars... (It was then I knew, he couldn't be trusted or didn't know what he was talking about) Yes, I understand this car has more features from before, but Out of all the new features, that is what he choose to talk about. An Air Conditioner? Yes, I thought he was joking up until he didn't laugh back. I mean.... really... We are in 2019 in which backup cameras are a standard feature by LAW. This guy took it back to the 1940s... LOL They should also understand older technology becomes cheaper with age as well and in turn balance the pricing. . I had no choice but to take my business to Nemet Hyundai instead, in which i received a better deal for a Sonata. All and All they are both owned by Nemet, so I am sure no Harm was completely done. I hope they can be more sensible and reasonable, as well as having salesmen who actually know what they are talking about. Next time I will make sure to ask if the car comes with A/C, Lights, and Radio with no extra cost... LOL

This is the fourth time I purchased a vehicle from Nemet Hyundai and each experience is something of a new. I have read a majority of the reviews and there are pretty much accurate in-terms of their disorganized antics. I was prepared when I went there this time around. Prior to me getting to the dealership I went to there website printed out the car I wanted with the VIN number the stock number of the car. The car was well below the MSRP about 5 grand. Needless to say there wanted to add on extra money for dealer prep and dealer delivery fee. A total of 1500 on top of the destination fee that is usually added to the cost of the car. I refused to pay such nonsense amount of unnecessary money I threaten to leave, and low and behold the 1500 wasn't even a issue anymore. The wait time does need improvement on a grand scale. They still practice on getting your money first then giving you the car later. Buying a car is sometimes dreadful, but always remember as long as you have the money in your pocket your are in control you set the terms don't fall for any of there antics. Be a smart shopper know what you want before you get there and stand your ground.

In a nut shell... went to nemet Kia after a countless number of other places in the tri state area. I knew what I wanted (kia sportage EX). Met Rohit, best car salesman ever! why? Because this man had the knowledge, patience and ultimately gave me an insane deal. Which is why I’m taking the time to write this review. After I was offered the deal, my extremely cynical husband who majored in finance..went to other dealers to see if they would beat the deal. NO other dealerships would even match our deal, let alone beat it. So with that being said I can say Rohit at Nemet Kia truly deserves this review and I’m extremely happy with the experience I had. their service sucks. I don't even wanna call this service. They yelled at me as soon as I asked them if there is anything they can do for my situation. I'm doing lease and after 1 YEAR, engine got broken and I tried to fix it but they told me to come after 7 days. I gently asked if there is anything they can do for me because I'm paying lease for that 7 days without car. They even lied that manager is not in the office. one was saying manager is in office, another said he is not. I CALLED them 10 times and they hung up on me or put me on hold like forever. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. they might treat you nicely when you buy car but then they change their attitude when it comes to service. I HAVE NEVER EVER SEEN THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. My current lease was near term (Jan 2017). So i decided to pay Nemet a visit, given i had purchased my previous lease from them 3 yrs earlier. I enjoyed my previous lease of an Optima SX Turbo, but with the recent news that my wife and I were expecting our first baby, we leaned towards SUV. We didnt want to lose the perks of the SX package, so the goal was to get into an new Sorento SX V6 AWD. Gerard Alexandre, was amazing! Made the entire experience painless and as smooth as possible. After some back and forth and a week of contemplating, we realized that both Gerard and Harry were able to line up an offer we couldn't refuse. I contacted Gerard a week later, and we met at a price that worked for us. By the time i got out of work and made it to the dealership, Gerard had all paper work ready to go along with a our detailed 2017 Kia Sorento SX V6 AWD. He walked us through the entire process, making sure the deal we agreed upon would remain unchanged all the way to finance. To our surprise Gerard had included a set of all weather floormats! Sweet bonus! I will make sure to bring both my sister and parents to Gerard and Nemet Kia when their Jeep lease is near term. Stay away from leasing from this place. I leased a Kia Sportage over a month ago and can't use it because they haven't sent me my registration and plates. After half a dozen phone calls, still no registration papers. My car sits in the driveway unable to be legally driven. Very poor customer service. Update: I received my plates the day after posting the above review.

C A R L O S In trying to return my leased vehicle, I engaged Carlos to see about possible options for return and he seemed disinterested and was incredibly rude. To have this poor excuse for a "sales associate" working at your business speaks volumes about the management and their priorities. As a local business owner, I have many friends that have utilized this business in the past, but moving forward I am not going to recommend them ever again. Scott Pearlstein, what happened man? Bizarre and not good experience. Went in to buy a pre-owned 2015 Sedona I had checked out online. They had no pictures but I called and it sounded just right. We got there and it was in the back of the lot covered with bird poop and seemed it hadn't been touched in months. Took it out and it drove fine. We talked price and the sales woman said "oh, by the way there is a $2500 dealer fee on top of that". What?! I spoke to the sales manager also and they would not budge on the price or the fee. She also said they couldn't let it go for lower because they had "bought it back from the bank" for $51k. That's more than a new one! There was a Manheim auction sticker still on the windshield. We were willing buyers and they let us walk right off the lot. It seemed they didn't want to sell it and would rather let it rot in the back of the lot. Incredible.

We ran a truecar quote and then told them I was coming out to look at the car because I was excited about the opportunity. My experience with this service department was BEYOND horrible. One of the assistant managers refused to give me an oil change because I did not make an appointment when there was a big sign at the window that said WALK INS WELCOME. The manager of the service department basically did not care about the report I filed against his employee for being disrespectful. He basically implied that I should go to another Kia area so that I do not have to see her again. I strongly regret buying this car from this company. It was the worse decision that I have ever made. Customers do not come first at NEMET. It is all about money and convenience to them. What point does it make to say WALK INS WELCOME at the window, but only take care of people who have appointments. It has to be one or the other. It can't be both. It seems as if having a high volume of customers REALLY stresses those people out. Buying my car from them was the worse mistake I ever made and it makes me hate the actual KIA company for allowing nemet to sell their cars.

Ethical Professionals I informed the salesman, Mr. Joselin of my budget, what I'm putting down and how much I want my monthly lease to be and he delivered. Had my eye on a vehicle and we were able to negotiate around my budget when we spoke to his supervisor (Forgot his name). On top of that, they used my down payment to pay for all DMV expenses and walked out the same day with the vehicle of my choice. They even stayed after working hours to make sure I leave with my vehicle that day. Out of all the salesmen I have encountered, Mr. Joselinn is honest and ethical in his dealings, provided me with his cell phone for any Q&A's and showed me the features of the vehicle before riding off.

I visited this dealership going on 2 months ago, I leased a vehicle and was supposed to get out of state license plates. Well after repeatedly telling my sales person over and over I needed my plates sent to NY they send my plates more than 30 days later to another state. Then I spoke with the sales manager who decided to tell me the conversation I had with the sales rep. Instead of apologizin about the inconvenience I am not put under. I am riding around with temp plates on a car when my plates were sent to another state. I was then LIED to and told several attempts were made to contact me regarding my plates and where they were to be sent, which was a lie because when I spoke to the sales rep back in February he explained to me he didn't know why it's taking so long and that it normally doesn't take this long. Then I have a voicemail that explains my plates were sent to another state and it was done in error and he's not sure why it was sent to another state but he's is going to have new plates sent to the dealership. I get on the phone with that a hole of a manager who says "I don't know what you want me to do." Service here SUCKS!!!! I will NEVER ever recommend this place EVER!!! Let me stress my deal was done Jan 16, 2017 my plates were not even delivered to the other state until Feb 22, 2017!!! HORRIBLE service! And I'm stuck with this lease unfortunately. NEVER AGAIN!

I bought my new Kia Niro from this dealer not knowing that they would only be interested with you in closing out a sale. Aside from waiting too long, more than 4 hours, to finish all the transactions including paper works , there are no amenities, only TV, and they don't even offer their customers something to drink while you wait for hours. I bought my new Kia June 12, but to date, I have not received my registration sticker yet. I tried calling the dealer several times to follow up and was successful once and was able to talk with their manager, Hector Suarez. However, it was not a pleasing experience...seems like uninterested with your issue and lacks diplomacy in solving the issue. Also a little bossy dealing with the customer...promised to call back. However, more than 3 days have passed and still no call back from this dealer. I feel that this dealer is not sensitive to their customer's needs...they are only interested in closing out a sale. I bought the Kia Niro Hybrid hoping I could use it immediately for uber so I could save on fuel. But I guess I have to wait for more days to receive my registration sticker to arrive. Other dealers are so efficient...only takes no more than 10 days to receive the registration sticker of a new car (my experience with Paragon Honda). I wonder what would be the experience with Kia's after sales services...would it be a bigger problem? Hoping that Kia's service department will be more pleasant. Will wait and see...

Don't believe a word of what they tell you. They are masters in the art of deceit. I was lucky not to fall for their lies and purchased my car elsewhere. They had also claimed that any KIA EV or any other brand car can come charge at their chargers for free. I tried to bring my KIA EV to charge and their charger is always buried by cars and their charger at the service department is available if you pay $45 to use it. Are you kidding me?? $45 for $2 of electricity?!?!

The dealership responded to our issue only when I had posted a negative review. The dealership asked that I pull down the review and they would send us a check to offset repair cost. Harry told us twice that a check was mailed out. We have not received our check. I would not recommend this dealer. The sales person Jason was horrible during the initial sale and Harry who seemed to want resolve our problem, is just as horrible as Jason.

All the documentation was detailed out over the phone and email which ensured that everything went perfectly smooth when I went in to take the car. It's been almost a month since this deal and I'm still waiting. I'm so upset about this and I cant get any answers. The manager has been patient and helpful but, it's making him look bad. I bought a car from here years ago and never had this problem. Kia Liens and Titles needs to get on this quick.

What can I say about my experience with Nemet ? Except that it was awesome! Choosing the right car was easy because they have wide variety of well kept used vehicles and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. My sales man was Rashane and let me tell you, you cannot go wrong with him. He is knowledge and very patient with me as a first time buyer. Ask for him when you go there, you will not go wrong.

This place lives up to all the bad car salesman stereotypes. My mom and brother went in to buy a new car, and they must have seen an opportunity to take advantage of a woman and kid who never bought a car before. While looking at the car, the salesperson makes all sorts of deals and promises, and quotes prices that sound good. Then once you get to finance and put some money down, all the prices go up. Fees come out of nowhere, even when before you are assured that the prices quoted include everything. Then service is a whole other mess. My mom was charged for a 'service package' that apparently only included things covered by Kia itself. So every time we go in for service, nothing is covered by the plan we signed for. My mom was promised weather mats at the first service, but of course that didn't happen, and the person she spoke to was nowhere to be found. The finance people are great at talking and making it seem like they are helping you through a process, but really are putting in papers for you to sign without understanding, and cheat inexperienced customers out of a lot of money. Do not go to this place unless you are a car dealer yourself and know exactly how they are trying to get more money out of you.

Went here 5 times with my husband. One of the managers was pretty rude, but we didn't let that scare us. After several trips to Kia we finally walked out with a deal we felt worked out for us [$70 less that offered on our first visit].. do your research and never buy a car on your first day. to get the deal you want, it requires a few trips, let downs, disappointments etc.. In the sales contract there’s a 400 dollars lease ending fee that was never mentioned to me I found out about the fee when returning my car,Carlos told me go look for another car very rudely I told him I’m not getting another Kia,he looked upset,then I return 2 keys and two remotes to Carlos and Kia financing send me a bill for 350 dollars it’s stated they only received one key and one remote,luckily I had proof of my returns i would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

FYI, Those of you who are looking to by a car, DO NOT GO TO NEMET MOTORS ON HILLSIDE AVE, Jamaica, NY. They will take your money if you don't buy a car from them & if you have good credit, they will give you a high interest rate like they are doing you a favor. (8.9%). I went to them October 1, 2016 and put down $2,000 good faith money and was told if I changed my mind I would be fully refunded however once I changed my mind they didn't NOT refund my money. It's been over a month and I still don't have my money back.

After not receiving a return call from Sales Manager Carlos Zetina after leaving several messages, I finally was able to speak to a rep in regards to scheduling an appointment to return my daughters Sportage. I was told to bring the car in on Friday November 9th between 10 and 3. Upon entering the dealership at 12;30pm on the scheduled day. I was told by Carlos that I didn't have an appointment. No one at the dealership was able to help me and I was told to bring the car back on November 23rd! I immediately contacted Kia Motor Finance and was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved. Kia Finance explained that they couldn't force the dealer to accept the car and told me to bring it back on the 23rd. I explained that I had done everything that was expected of me and now was told to bring the car back another day. They also expect me to keep insurance on the car for another 23 days! To top it all off, when I refused to move the car, Carlos sent out 4 of his sales reps to try and intimidate me and one of the reps, Romy actually wanted to fight me! Last but not least, I left a voice mail and sent an email to the owner, Scott Perlstein; and as of the time of this review, he still hasn't had the decency to return my call! I would give them zero stars if Google would permit it. Stay away from this dealership!!

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. I wish I could have even gone back in time and prevented my self on trying the KIA brand, let alone this stealership switching from Honda. I leased a car from them which turned out to be defective. The dealership was no help (meaning hang ups, random transfers, and the service dept becoming ghost when scheduling) and KIA finance tried to nudge me to speak with dealership. I tried to conference both KIA finance and the dealership (as KIA finance thought every dealership is wonderful) only for the Ighal and Carlos to scream and hang up on KIA Finance customer rep herself who herself was shaken. This was reported to KIA regional director as per representative as but as of now, nothing came out. Once you have bought it from them, *** you are history to them.*** Only posting this so other's don't have to ponder over their regret trying to work with this stealership.

I had a really negative experience here. I called a zillion times to make sure the car in question was actually on the lot and for sale (I had had bad experiences at car dealerships in the past). They assured me many times that the car was on the lot and ready to buy. I get there, and they can't find the car, because supposedly it was 'just sold'. 20 min later, it magically appeared. We started the paperwork to buy the car, and more drama. Apparently, the car had been sold 4 days prior. Then, the people working there didn't handle it well...as if I was in the wrong. This is old-school sleazy car dealership behavior...such a shame. I would not waste your whole afternoon like I did.

Nemet Kia is not the place to go if you are looking for Honesty. Short story. I leased a car there in 2017 myself and a friend. Carlos the sales manager explained that if you bring somebody else to purchase or lease a vehicle you will get $100.00 first time $200.00 second time. Well after bringing someone else there to purchase a car. Guess what no money three months later. Carlos is one of the biggest liars. And it's not always about the money it's the principle of making a deal. He puts you off gives you the same excuse. Anyway took somebody to Plaza Kia to purchase a car and to my surprise my money was there in two weeks. UPDATE: Just saw that owner of Nemet Kia responded to this and nuanced that I did not present my temporary license. Of course I showed the salesman my temporary license!!!! He just waved it away saying that still doesn't work for us. If this is the case, you NEED to train your staff better. I visited today with intent to test drive a Kia Optima and lease the car. However when I provided my information to test drive, I was informed that I cannot test drive the car with my temporary license. I passed my road test three days ago and was provided a temporary license until the permanent one came in the mail. I had no trouble test driving a Volkswagen Jetta with the temporary license but the manager at Kia told me that I cannot test drive their car with my temporary license -- company policy. That's clearly ludicrous. How do they expect anyone to purchase a car without having done a test drive? Do they plan to not sell cars to new drivers? Or are they willing to sell the car but not willing to let new drivers test drive? Since it's "company policy" I will visit another Kia dealership and give them my business. To all new drivers, avoid this dealership if you are actually looking to test drive.

Any of the Nemet Auto Group dealers should be avoided. Management doesn't care about you and everyone blames everyone else for YOUR problem. They don't follow through on promises, they bounce you from person to person playing the blame game till eventually, they just don't call you back or even take your call. Stay Away! This is kinda frustrating. I wanted to be a happy customer. Pickup on my new Kia Forte was swift and easy, a total breeze. That should have made this a five star review..... A week after pickup of the car, with 160 miles on the car, one of the daytime driving lights went out. In middle of nowhere, completely dead. A week old. I called nemet expecting to be taken care of the same way I was upon pickup of new lease. Instead, the receptionist told me there was only one time I can come for service, tomorrow morning. I let her know that it was less than 24 hours in advance and I live in NJ. I asked if I can come later that day or later in the week and she said "no that's the only time you can come" "Until the end of humanity?", I asked. "Yes", she said. I asked for a supervisor and was told to wait on hold. After 10 minutes I got transferred to the sales desk. C'mon guys!!!! I now booked an appointment online for July 4th. They sent an email confirmation confirming the appt. I highly doubt they’ll be open on July 4th though. I wonder if/when they’ll let me know

We purchased a Kia Soul! several months back, immediately we noticed a problem with the paint. We took the car in for the salesman to view and we were assured it would be taken care of. We received a call the following day the paint for our car had to be ordered, and we would receive a call when it arrived. We have heard nothing since, and have written off the bad paint job. In the last few days we received a notice that there was a safety recall for our model. When I attempted to make an appointment with service, not only was I on hold for 45 minutes, but I was told it would be approximately a month before we could have our car looked at. The SAFETY recall was in regards to the steering and the potential for losing the ability to steer the car in anyway! I called the customer service center located in California to see what my options were, they were just as useless as this dealership. Everyone I encountered was very nice and helpful. Loachan took care of the paperwork promptly, I think everything took less than half an hour. The response by Mr. Pearlstein below is pretty much a stock answer. I in fact did try reaching out to him and even left voice mails. No response. That's the level of concern he has. The following is my original review: My rating would have been higher if I were to rate Anthony's attempt to help us alone. Although happy with the car so far, I was underwhelmed by Carlos' attempt to rectify my displeasure at being deceived over final pricing. We'd reached an understanding about a final price with Anthony after having discussed it with Carlos. Asked a few times while being asked to initial here and sign there, "So this is the grand total? Tax, title and everything? 'Yes' " was the answer. Wasn't until I actually handed over a considerable amount of cash that the situation changed. Now for some reason, it was realized that taxes and fees were actually not included. With my cash in their hands now, it was as if they were holding it for ransom. The price now went up almost 3K as he said that some costs were unavoidable. He was able to magnanimously reduce the 3K by about 700 but that was still a far cry from the original agreed upon price. Of course part of dealer tactics are to wear you down by keeping you there for hours so I was definitely not in the mood to pitch a fit or read them the riot act. I acquiesced and asked if they could at least throw in some car mats or oil changes for our inconvenience. Carlos said no and that we were already getting the best deal even though earlier we were told that they were urgently trying to rid themselves of their stock and the fact that we were paying for the car in CASH!!! I guess cash is king everywhere but NEMET. So a word of caution: Do not hand any cash over until you have keys in your hand!

DO NOT shop here. I sat for over 10 hours and they told me that what I was requesting they were able to give me. I paid my $1500 deposit for the car. Long story short, I did not end up with a new car. This was on June 20, 2018. Today is July 16, 2018 and I still have not received my refund. Every time I call the manager I get an "I'm sorry" but they still have my money. I am giving them till the 20th for a refund and my attorney will be filing legal paperwork. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional when it is posted that it takes 4-5 business to refund your money. Please do me a favor and do not shop here, they are liars.

I have only been to one other dealership besides Nemet KIA, and Nemet was by far the best option to go to. Both Hector and Sammy wanted to get me in a car that made sense for me and made sure I could keep my payments at a decent rate. I went in expecting to try and be pressured one way or another at most dealerships. But Sammy and Hector made sure I was comfortable with my decision and made sure I got everything I wanted. Hector was the most accommodating and understanding manager I have ever dealt with and Sammy made sure he had all the important info and made it known that I was his customer and that the deal was not done until I signed on that dotted line. UPDATE:******* I received a call from the Owner of Nemet Kia,Scott Pearlstein, less than 24 hours of posting my previous review. I thought I was receiving a call to try to rectify my situation but that couldn’t be farther from the truth! After identifying that he was the owner, Scott inquired if I had received my registration. I informed him that I had not and that my temporary registration would be expiring in a few days. He stated that it was mailed out on July 27, 2018 and that I should be receiving it soon. I inquired as to what would happen if I didn’t receive it before my temporary registration expired and he stated that I would just have to get a ticket and that Nemet Kia would pay for it. When I explained to him that getting a ticket was not an option he YELLED “Well, that is your ONLY option.” He CONTINUED to yell throughout the entire conversation stating that people like myself use social media to put false reviews up. When I inquired why he didn’t ask me himself how my experience with his dealership was, he failed to answer. As I was becoming tired of the conversation and belligerent yelling from his end, I asked him what was his last name and he stated “ Oh, you’re a nurse and can’t spell Pearlstein?!” And then proceeding to YELL out each letter of his last name. He then ended the conversation stating that my utilization of social media to leave negative feedback was very “yellow” of me. When I asked him what did he mean by that, he stated that he meant that was wrong of me. Of course, I did not interpret it that way. I informed him that I will continue to use my rights via whatever venue to voice my opinion if I feel that I am not being treated professionally and with respect and he hung up the phone. As I stated in my previous review to NEVER go here, this statement resonates even more now! I have never experienced as much disrespect and unprofessionalism in my entire life! DO NOT GO HERE! This is the worst dealership in Queens. I purchased a KIA SORENTO 2019 here on June 23,2018, and still have not received my registration for it. When I contacted the dealership, the salesperson Loachan and manager Hector stated that there was an issue with registering the car but failed to contact me! I doubt that they would have contacted me if I did not reach out to them on my own. Not only that but on the day that I purchased my vehicle, I stated three key things that I wanted and was assured that my requests would be granted and NOT ONE OF THEM WERE! All of this on top of being at the dealership for 7.5 hours!This dealership is VERY unprofessional! I will NEVER come back here nor recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

Read the leasing contract carefully. After one year with the car the A/C stop working. Service dep charge me $160 to tell me that the A/c don't work. Lol. They added refrigerant and it stop working after 3days. Is A brand new car 2014. Technically the A/c only gets used less than 3 months for a couple of hours so is safe to say is a Factory defect and it should be FREE. I would never get a KIA again.

I was in search for a new car with my 2014 Optima near lease end. I went in to a Kia dealership near my home in Brooklyn and did not have a great experience. So, this past week, I traveled to Nemet Kia in Queens to try and receive the same deal. Harry, the office manager, gave me everything I could've asked for. I went in on Sunday, talked for a few minutes about a deal and by Tuesday night, I went back and drove off in my new Optima Ex Premium! The staff at Nemet Kia was absolutely amazing. My salesman was Rohit. He was helpful, courteous, down to earth, and honest. Most dealerships will choose to not disclose parts of the process to the customer but, here I was informed every step of the way. Harry and Carlos, the managers, were also fantastic. Everyone knows the car buying process can be a long and difficult one. However, these gentlemen made it as quick and painless as possible at a price that cannot be beat! I would highly recommend anyone to use Nemet motors for their car purchases, not just for the prices but, for the best quality staff I have ever experienced. See you guys in 3 years!

We recently purchased a new Kia Sorrento 2016 (SX) a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to send a thank you note of the excellent service we received during the whole process. My wife and I did not feel pressured, he provided excellent insights on the car and really worked with us to get best price with his sales managers. Although, I didn't leave with the car until 10pm - he stayed around and made sure everything was up to date before leaving. He also followed up with our remote starter installation a couple of days later. I would definitely recommend friends and family to him in the future. I visited the dealership and test drove an optima. I liked it but asked if the price was negotiable. The salesperson says please come in, they will work with me. To me, that sounded promising. When I got there I was made to wait for more than an hour, and as soon as I got up to leave, voila! the manager appears. I got the whole story of how this car is no longer available, but they have another, newer model. I made a mistake and took in my forte, which had only 35k miles on it, and they said they will give me the Optima SL for 200/month (after I kept saying no). I said I will pay 200 and nothing else, that's fine then. My monthly bill is $351 every month plus they took the Forte, worth $6,000. That adds up to more than $400 a month, and they are very good at making you wait for long hours. I will return the car after the lease is up and take my business elsewhere. They are very shady and my mistake was to be smooth-talked into a shady deal. Don't waste you time and money at this place.

Dealership tried to push a leased SUV upon me! I simply walked in to see about a financed vehicle and to inquire about putting up my fully paid off car and instead of letting me know how much I would pay, they had all of the papers ready for me to sign. I mentioned several of times that I was just inquiring but the greedy sales rep pushed everything through and hid the fact that it would be a leased vehicle. I am sooo glad that I have a friend that works for Ford dealership, he told me to get out of there! He told me that I would be paying more money for this vehicle and that they were trying to scam me! It was just an inquiry, and they didn’t seek any finance company instead they put it as a leased vehichle, that I would never own! Once I took off running out of that dealership, the hungry sales rep ran after me begging me to take this vehicle! He kept on talking about his reviews, I can careless about your reviews! The place looks trashed and they seemed ultra thirsty for money! They seemed hard up for sales! Read before you sign! I never had this problem at Plaza Auto Mall or the dealership on Atlantic and the Van Wyck expressway! They offered finance companies and great deals, not this place!

Bought a brand new Kia yesterday from the salesman Alfredo Harris and let’s just face it one of the best experiences I’ve had in my life very kind to my 6 year old who was bored Mr. Harris even showed me so many car choices he didn’t force me to make a decision but instead asked me what I was looking for and assured me I would be satisfied with my decision needless to say I’m Elated that i was Able to drive off the lot with a brand new car. A few weeks ago, me, my wife and two 4-year old daughters went to Nemet Kia to look at a new 2017 Kia Sedona. We didn't really intend on buying a car that day, but were really there just to see the car. We already had already gotten a reasonable offer from another dealership that we were thinking about accepting, but wanted to see it with a different color interior. Our salesman was Rohit Gogna, who right off the bat greeted me and my family and made sure we and our daughters were comfortable. Turned out we LOVED the car with the gray interior, so Rohit and Carlos Zetina, the sales manager, helped us get a great deal that actually was better than the offer we already had. Carlos and Rohit were very nice and professional, never made us feel like we were a burden and never tried to make us feel guilty about the deal they were giving us. They were happy to sell us the car, and we couldn't be happier with the car or the price! The paper work for insurance and DMV was a breeze! The finance/signing experience was very easy and stress free as well, they didn't try to sell us any extras or super extended warrentees. There were no surprises what so ever, the whole signing process only took about 10 minutes! We drove home that day in our new car! Rohit called us a few days later just to check in and see how things were going with the car and to make sure we didn't have any additional questions. Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend Nemet Kia to anyone interested in a New or Used Kia. And make sure you ask for Rohit, he's the best!

The service department is a joke. I've been taking my KIA to this location for over 5 years, no matter how minor or major the work required is going to be, they make you leave your car there for a day and a half. I made an appointment this time, I dropped off my car at 10am, I get a call at 130pm with an "update" telling me THEY HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR YET!! I made this appointment last week, I could have had my car fixed last week since clearly making an appointment at this place makes absolutely no difference. My husband and I are test driving the 2019 sorrento this weekend, this might be the reason we ditch KIA altogether and look at another brand.

I went Nemet Kia requested for oil change and some factory recall items in May. They gave me a reasonable price but the job quality not good enough. I found oil leaked out under engine. Not recommended their service. Update: After went to the auto repair shop, I was told the sump plug was not tighten.
