I was visiting NYC from PA with my girlfriend and we hit a bad pothole to result in a lacerated tire at 3pm on a Saturday!!! I was lucky enough to get my car back to the dealership before 5pm (when they close) but Katie the service advisor really looked out for us and even managed to arrange an "emergency loaner vehicle" for us !!!! Lifesaver! I used to come here all the time when I lived in manhattan, but these guys really show exemplary service and accomodation!!

I recently got my car serviced at Mercedes Benz of Manhattan for a faulty master switch, Mercedes truly help me make the best of a bad situation. I received a loaner car for 24 hours, fthey replaced the switch under factory warranty, they fully serviced my car, did a 37-point inspection of the car and even detailed it for me when completed. Very professional service, Taran Guinness is definitely the guy to go too. Will be coming here again

Cherylynn Miller took over from Kevin Fox In securing my new 2019. It’s not easy for anyone in sales to pick up where someone left off. Yet Ms. Miller did so seamlessly, with charm and professionalism and a thorough knowledge of what our needs and requirements were for my desired vehicle. There were delays in the delivery of the car, but none were related in any way to Ms. Miller’s stewardship. Proof of that was that on the day of delivery, Ms. Miller has already vetted and secured my financing and booked time with the advisor who instructed me in the auto’s features. Waited 40min to have a test drive and this one guy kept saying “it’s coming, give it a couple mins” till he finally disappeared and we were left stranded in the middle of the store with absolutely no assistance so we left. Very nice place! The dealership is amazing, there are a lot of AMGModels and the atmosphere and decoration of this dealership is top notch! The customer service there is just as good as everything else! I had a problem with my car wash, not really a problem, but it took longer than expected and the manager came and offered me free wash anytime and apologized for the waiting time! This place really takes care of their customers! 5stars anyday!
I've been servicing my ML at Mercedes Benz Manhattan for four years and my experiences have been consistently great. Adam Havriliak has been my service specialist and he is truly a sincere guy. This is the first dealership that I actually trust. I have seen the same faces each visit and they all contribute to my awesome experience. They always provide gourmet food and drinks while I wait. The show room is awesome!!! The new place is pretty amazing. I also have a BMW M3 and have asked Adam if he would service it for me because the experience is so far superior to Manhattan BMW. Manhattan BMW has been a nightmare for me. Like night and day. My next car will be another Mercedes and obviously I will continue to give Mercedes Manhattan my business. They've earned it.
Frauds, Scammers, and thieves. Would give 0 stars if possible. You would be better off paying a drunk homeless man on the street to roll up his sleeves and take a wack at fixing your car before giving it to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. I accidentally locked my keyfob in my car. It was my only set, so I contacted Triple-A to pop the door open. This caused the alarm to go off, even when I got the keyfob out I couldnt get the alarm to turn off. I had the car towed to Mercedes-Benz Manhattan as it would not start with the alarm going off, and I could not turn off the alarm. They told me that I couldnt turn off the alarm because the keyfob had broken & I would need to buy a new one from them. I found this odd as it had worked fine before I had locked it in the car, but I needed my car back so I paid them $433.95 for the new fob. Last week on a whim I took out the old fob which I had kept, & I noticed that someone (from Mercedes-Benz Manhattan), had taken the batteries out. I put new batteries in & to my shock, the fob worked PERFECTLY. So they took the batteries out, and told me it was broken, forcing me to shell out over $400 when I absolutely did not need to. This was a blatant scam & I am very upset, livid even. All they needed to do was reset the security system and they tricked me into buying an entirely new key fob. I have had other small issues with them before, but this was such a blatant scam. I wish I had discovered it earlier, but I never fathomed they would have simply taken the batteries out to trick me into thinking it was broken

Worst experience ever! Brought in my car on a Thursday. service specialist Sebastian Wroblewski informed me the car would be ready the next day. I did not hear from him on Friday so I called and left a message on his voicemail he never returned my call, so I waited for the next day and called again. I was informed that my car was ready and can pick it up. when I got there to pick up my car GUESS WHAT?! My car was not ready. I wasted my whole Saturday. Sebastian Wroblewski informed me that car would not be ready for another week. They would not give me a loaner car. They left me stranded for a week without a car. If you have nothing to do and don’t need your car and want to waste a lot of time go to this dealership.
Buying a new Mercedes was simple from Manhattan Mercedes. Rob Novo and Scott Maliese made the buying experience a pleasure . The price was right, no hiccups at pickup, it couldn't have been easier. I came from Long Island and it was worth the trip. Kudos to the team at Manhattan!

Franco Savo is the best service Advisor
I took my glk diesel for check engine light and I was told that one of the sensors needed to be replaced.Later i got a phone call telling me that they suggest a wheel rotation and alignment even though my car drove straight as an arrow. i told them so but at last i agreed since a wheel alignment wasnt done in a long time( i only drive on weekends-less than 5000 miles a year) and thought that maybe its a right thing to do. i picked up my car and after i came back from vacation when driving on highway i noticed that car was pulling right and that steering wheel was not centered but leaned right even when car was driving straight. I took my car back to service and they said that they did wheel alignment again and that the reason car was pulling right was because the roads are designed to drain on the right side. Later , after picking up my car pull to the right side was still there, a little bit less noticeable and the steering wheel was still slightly tilted to the right( not centered) but as per my friends suggestion i will give it some time to see if the problem is with tires. Same day my left side low beam light bulb died. Next day i took my car back to service and replaced both low beam light bulbs but same night i realized that left low beam light aimed to the left of the car and at the distance of no more than 20 feet and right one was aimed further around 35 feet.. At local roads i had to use high beams so i could see safely. I took my car back and service representative said that they dont adjust aim of the beam when they replace light bulbs. If I want that done he said that will cost additional $175 .00 dollars on top of $85.00 that I paid earlier. I refused and when i got back to pick up my car another representative said that low beam lights cant be adjusted but maybe something else is a problem and thats why i had to pay etc...Horrible service. Obviously, either their mechanics are too busy and overwhelmed, they are not trained well or since this is a factory owned Mercedes they are under order of the mgmt to charge people for anything they can because billions of dollars are lost this year to recalls. In any case avoid Mercedes Benz Manhattan and save yourself energy. extra trips and money.
They have really good service whatever environment, introduce, maintenance and so on. I tuned up my car here, they did very well and showed me every detail about price. After that they washed my car cleanly. Good experience here and it is value to be here. I recommend service advisor Franco Savo and sales consultant Jamali Howell, they are very professional and polite. By the way, don’t go silver star Benz store in Long Island.They will let you feel like you are not bought the Benz, they don’t care about you when you finished the transaction.
By far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. Their sales staffs were extremely condescending, spoke with degrading attitudes and dismissive. My husband and i Wanted to withdraw an agreement because we wanted to explore other vehicles. Their demeanor immediately changed once we request a refund. Not only rudeness was prevalent, lies were fed on top of lies to power sell. If you are considering purchasing a Mercedes I highly recommend the dealership at Long Island city instead they gave me a really good deal instead.
I brought my Smart Car in for service. The car had multiple issues and required several visits before everything was solved. Fortunately, I had Franco Savo as my service advisor. Franco not only kept me informed at each step of the process, he want beyond what anyone could have expected to ensure that I was not inconvenienced, and that the costs of the repeat trips were kept to a minimum. I can't thank Franco and Mercedes enough. I understand that technicians can miss things and that people can make mistakes. How a business handles a mistake is what separates the good from the great, and Franco clearly ensured that my experience (with all of its difficulties) was great. Thanks to Mercedes for getting the car fully fixed and to Franco for navigating the process with dignity, grace, and first rate professionalism.

First off I want to start out by saying that i never leave reviews. Fortunately, I had a very quick and easy experience with my car repair. I was Greeted by Sebastian W. He was very considerate and underataning of my problem and situation. He was able to get all the required parts needed and was able to explain what they were doing and why. My issue was I had a full work week and would need my car to finish the week so i was u able to commit to the repair. Sebastian was able to get me a loaner for time my car was being repaired. I will be back to see Sebastian In future for other services!!!
We came in late on a holiday weekend and Kim Christensen the sales associate we dealt with was superb. He understood our needs immediately and worked with the move the process along quickly. The sales representative here is very helpful, and I would like to thank Patrick Herring for his work. He works diligently and enthusiastically at the beginning. Without his work, the score will be 1.0 without any question. We got our favorite car and it is the best car I have ever got. However, I want to complain the business manager Kareem Raposo. He persuaded us into buying two service packages (DUPONT paint for 1100 and service contract for 3200 plus tax). He told us that the service contract can always be refunded in full amount before it starts at the beginning of the fifth year after the purchase. Also, we need another appointment to get the DUPONT paint on our car. We agreed to buy these services on Mar 29, 2019, and the total amount of 4300 plus tax is also financed through our auto loan. Three days later on Apr 1, 2019, we wrote to Kareem and Patrick to cancel the two packages we initially bought, and Kareem acknowledged that through email on Apr 2, 2019. Patrick told me that they have refunded the money ($4300 plus tax) to my loan processor (Bank of America) and asked me to wait for 6-8 weeks. After that, I have called my auto loan agent and customer service from Bank of America a few times, but they kept telling me that they have not got the refund. I tried to call Kareem directly 20 times, but he never picked it up or returned my call. I turned to Patrick for help, and initially he asked me to wait and give the bank more time. Now, two months has passed, and the bank still says that my dealer has not processed the refund correctly. This is already beyond their mentioned time window (6-8 weeks). Now even Patrick does not respond to my email, calls, and texts for two weeks. The problem is that we have already paid for interest accrued on those two cancelled service packages (due to the fault of the dealer), and the bank is charging us $500 for interest on them in total. Although the service is completely horrible, I still like the Benz car I got. However, it seems that the customer service here really damages the brand name. As you might know, this is the only corporate store in the US belonging to Daimler, the manufacturer of Benz. This makes the damages even more grave. Absolutely think twice before you go to them.

Wish I can give more than 5 stars. When I bought my car from Gary he was polite, knowledgeable and very patient with me. That was 2 years ago. Where Mercedes of Manhattan really impressed me with, was their service department. Wow !! Angelo Sanchez is the man! He personally texts me to remind me about service on my vehicle, if I need a loaner he has it ready when I get there so I don’t have to sit and wait. There’s been times where I get a flat tire or a warning light pops on on my car. & my first text/call is to Angelo. Thank you guys for always going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.
All is well until you have a problem with the vehicle. Car towed, loaner in your contract. However no car available. They are of no help. You are on your own. Not even pleasant about it.

The facility as a whole is very nice. The car selection here is pretty good, with a decent selection of vehicles and styles with each model. The problem here is the games they play of being kind, then acting like children when you question something that seems like a scam or something that you should question. I was trying to get a lease for an E53, which is pretty loaded. The original offering was decent at first glance,but then after more digging I noticed the MF(money factor) is absolutely bumped up. I have been going back and forth on details, and when I brought this up with the sales rep, Glenn Visconti, he threw a tantrum on the phone telling me if I'm kidding to ask for a change in money factor aka APR on the lease. With a credit score close to 840 I don't think how this could even be possible to have him question my request. To expect someone to just take a deal without question is unimaginable. He literally said over the phone "well fine I'm just going to refund your deposit. You've got to be kidding me, you don't want this car.", no I'm not kidding I'm going to question the deal because it's business. You ever negotiate salary or a contract even after "amazing" discounts? No, if you didn't then you are terrible at business deals. Originally he projected a discount which I thought was not bad as a starting point I accepted the info and Continued communication with him via email and phone. Anytime after I questioned the deal via phone he stopped responding, which proves that he was doing something shady. I originally expressed interest because the car was pretty nice and had most of what I wanted, and when I had come in he approached me about the cars, when I asked for numbers he said what could he do so I could sign and take the car by August 31- 2 days. This fall won't happen as is, there's still more room for improvement on this deal by enough. I would be glad to take the one he had off the lot, but when you won't budge or go through details to make an effort to discuss things with mb financial after pretending to be so nice and caring is ridiculous.

Prior to coming here, I called and emailed to request details about a car I wanted but received no response so I decided to do a walk-in. Maybe I walked in on a bad day, but the sales reps were aggressive, rude, and condescending. It like they just wanted to push a sale on me and did not care about what I wanted. When I mentioned that I wanted to check out other options, I received responses in a condescending tone.

I was greeted every single time I walked into a new part of the dealership and truly felt at home. I was ending a lease from a different company and needed a great deal to get me into my new car. Kim, was the wonderful sales person that assisted me from the selection of the car, to the features and of course the deal. He listened, offered advice and never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. (As you know several dealerships hassle you, cold call you or pressure you Into a car) at Mercedes Benz Manhattan they made every second simple, interactive and easy going. They are also available for YOU the client and accessible through texts and calls. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service, deals and 100% customer satisfaction!! Worst service department ever! Our car goes in repeatedly for the same complaints. It takes at least 3 tries before they get it right. They don’t care at all. We used to take our cars to Mercedes in Southampton & they fixed every issue 1st time & we never worried about having to go back. I believe because this dealership is owned directly by the factory in Germany they just don’t care. They also try to sell you things you don’t need. So this is their reply to a problem 6/17/19: Good afternoon we have diagnosed the cause of the check engine light is the secondary air injection pump/switchover valve $1159.00. Had an issue with a recall on my smart car, my car was in good driving condition, when it checked in for the recall, but it mysteriously died at their shop. As a result I ended up in small claims court , which eventually was settled, but i was scammed withvan agreement that Mercedes Benz has failed to fulfilled and I am ready to go back to court.
What a great experience my wife and I had at Mercedes of Manhattan! We absolutely love our C300, we received a great deal on it, fantastic lease special! The car is amazing, it is easy to park, so we can street park so we can save some money by not parking in a garage! It also looks good with a bumper bully. I highly recommend this dealership! Especially if you make a lot of money and don't want to spend it on overpriced cars such as Lamborghini's and Ferrari's.
I picked up my 2019 G63 in February and the experience was excellent! Robert Nowomiejski was my sales consultant and he went out of his way to make the purchase as smooth as possible. He is very accessible and answered all my questions even after the purchase. I highly recommend Robert if anyone is interested in purchasing a new vehicle from MB manhattan.
Sebastian is the best service advisor you can ask for. He is honest and always advises what work needs to be done and keeps my cars run great. Always a great experience dealing with him.
Service advisors are great however be careful with the diagnostic costs. Went in today due to a brake light and bad front sensor and was told over the phone that the fee for a diagnosis is 1.5 hours or $180. However upon arrival today Was told that it is $180 for every error code. BMW on the other hand will only charge one fee for an entire diagnosis. I would have preferred that they were clear over the phone regarding the costs for diagnosis.
Super friendly people here. The place is beautiful and clean. I met Garry Mann one of the most honest salesman ever you can find, seriously, very knowledgeable about cars. he will make sure you are fully satisfied with the car you purchase, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes. additionally the manager Scott is super fantastic too, he will get you rolling quickly with documents signing. I could give 100 stars for James in sales and 100 stars for Nicholas in F&I 100% satisfied. James worked and produced the exact unit I requested within the budget I asked him to find.He listens to all my concerns and addressed every one. His customer service and professionalisms he provided is the reason the deal was completed. I would not be a repeat customer if it wasn’t for James. The professionalism did not stop their. Like most people, going to a car dealership can be stressful, pressured and a bit overwhelming. In my case, I had been working with a dealer/sales manager for many, many years back in the Chicago area prior to my move to NYC in 2015. He sold me my last car in 2016 that I traded in on Saturday. So, I've been very loyal to a specific person and dealership for many years--I think I've bought 7 or 8 cars from this one person out there over the years. So a pretty high bar in terms of service, listening to my needs and making the best deal possible had been set. And Patricia von Karkoch ably assisted by Rhiana Hernandez truly delivered. And then some! From our first email exchange after being notified of the incentives to turn my leased vehicle in early to our in-person conversations to a million questions...and letting me sample a vehicle or two...they were amazing. The both know their stuff--proven during the walk through of my new vehicle and the many changes in how the on-board tech and systems work. Change is hard but they both made it easy. Patricia was beyond patient--I am one of those customers who really asks a million questions, bounces around with the type of options I am interested in and made the negotiation fairly easy. I am more used to dealing with the after-market person and the finance person when it comes to the closing so working all those things directly with Patricia was a new thing to me. And I liked it. A lot! I wish all dealers empowered their sales executives to do this. It's so simple and a far better process. Even at that stage, she answered questions, laid out all of the information, made a few changes I requested and made what is usually a stressful final step into something easy. And even fun! I already know how amazing MB Manhattan is as I have used the Service Department many times. When I was at the dealership last Saturday to close the trade, I walked through the Service area en route upstairs, my service advisor (Katie) saw me and I got the biggest hello--and a fun chat. I mean how many people get that sort of welcome? It's things like this that matter. At least to me. So, since this is about the overall experience, I think I can honestly say it was pitch perfect. And, as long as I remain in NYC (one never knows in my field), MB Manhattan has a customer. For service AND for future sales. Thanks to everyone for an amazing experience!!!

Everybody I met at this dealership is extremely professional. I just bought a 2016 Honda Fit and I love it! My sales person, Brian S. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Reece in the documents department made the paperwork process smooth and painless. Richard voluntarily stepped in when I was in the parking lot, trying to figure out how to attach an accessory I just bought and put in a request for me to get an additional part I needed. Nick followed up on an accessory purchase I made, had it installed (which was not expected but very much appreciated). I can't say enough good things about my experience with this dealership. They are awesome to work with and take customer satisfaction very seriously.

We spoke with numerous dealerships / brands before picking MB Manhattan (mainly due to Anastasia Zbarskaya and Scott Malise (Sales Manager) and Kareem Raposo (Finacnce) who helped during the process. The dealership was pristine and everyone was very helpful. They also did a great job with valuing our trade in vehicle, taking care of all the registration etc. Definitely recommend this dealership and Anastasia!
I have yet to meet someone as welcoming as Anastasia Zbarskaya! She is really sweet, friendly, honest and will do everything in her power to make you happy! She went above and beyond everything, helping my family on deciding on multiple Mercedes Vehicles that we were looking for! STAY AWAY!! Nightmare! As a long time mercedes benz and amg owner, Aswell as a AMG private lounge member and mbworld member, MB Manhattan is NOT the place for car enthusiasts or AMG owners. They do not treat your car with any type of care! They do more harm then good, and have left me going back to them for more work for weeks cleaning up their own self caused harm to my great E63 S AMG. It was a huge mistake to go here in the first place as recommened by a friend. I brought my car to them in 100% working order, just to change one wheel, they gave me my car back 2 weeks later with a dead battery and numerous errors, and try to send me on my way! 100% unacceptable! They provided 0 help and were very unprofessional. Any fellow AMG owners please DO NOT bring your car here and stay away. They will fix one thing and damage another just for you to revisit so they can get paid for warranty work or out of warranty work. The service advisors are clueless and the service manager Matthew is very unprofessional and rude, who makes servicing your car a nightmare like you hear on the news. Its the worst feeling being left out in the cold by your dealer and managers just so your car that you love and worked so hard for isnt 100%! Worst experience i have had at any Mercedes benz dealer or any car for brand for that matter . I hope this will help someone in the future as wish i knew the same. My story can also be found on mbworld forums and on amg private lounge forums. **** Just to update everyone, after my review here and on google, ONLY then did mercedes benz of manhattan even TRY to speak to me, as you can see below go their response to my review, only to sway my reviews here but that wont happen, what is wrong is wrong. Non the less, they do not want to own up to their mistakes, try to help or make anything better. My car was brought to them in 100% working condition and given to me back with numerous errors and a dead battery during its 2 weeks at the dealer. Stay away from them as a fellow car lover and continue making honest reviews as it helps and these companies hear and listen!

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing our new SUV from Mercedes Benz of Manhattan last week. John Hart, our salesperson, and Scott Malise the Sales Manager couldn't have been more professional and informative. I have purchased well over a dozen high end vehicles over the years, and while many of the experiences have been good, the bar has just been set significantly higher! As our vehicle was a new model, it was ordered a year in advance. John worked with us every step of the way starting with ensuring we secured our production slot; walking us through the order process as soon as the order banks opened; providing a private viewing of the pre-production vehicle at last year's auto show; providing regular updates on production schedule; notifying of production dates; and let us know when the vehicle left that factory and was boarded on a ship! Working with John, Scott and the rest of the team on the actual delivery was also top notch. They were extremely accommodating to my wife and I in scheduling and reviewing all the endless vehicle features. After introducing my wife to the staff in the parts boutique, she went to town. They were extremely helpful in finding us all the accessories we could ever desire.

Picked up a 75k e coupe- review of the car: Car looks nice and drives well, piano lacquer finish scratches way too easily and is impossible to keep looking nice. The tires are an absolute joke. I’ve driven 13,000 miles and have replaced 8 tires so far. They just told me I should replace 3 more for bubbles on 3 out of 4 of the tires. I’m replacing a tire almost every time I step in the car. Salesman was nice. It was a disaster the day I actually wanted to pick the car up though. What should have been a one or two hour process went on for almost 8. And it wasn’t until everything was agreed to and I was completely exhausted that they start having me sign for insane fees like agreeing I’ll pay an extra $800 at the termination of my lease if I don’t lease another Mercedes and that I have to purchase prepaid oil changes for some absurd amount of money that added another $40 to the monthly payment we previously agreed to (even though it’s not an option to not get the oil changed through them). Overall, with the amount of money I’ve spent on this lease I haven’t been satisfied.

My lease was up and I needed a new lease before I exceeded the 45,000 miles I was allowed. Robert Nowomiejski went out of his way to quickly find the exact Luxury Mercedes we wanted. No other dealer we went to could meet our specific requests. And we did not exceed the 45,000 miles. Well done Robert. Also Kareem Raposo made signing all the papers and giving us specifics on options very clear. We service at Manhattan NY and are very pleased with the buying opportunities and service.

Extremely shady, unprofessional, rude and arrogant salesmen. Kim Christensen, by far the worst. Eludes all forms of communication. When I finally showed up to the dealership to cancel the deal, she was no where to be found! In addition, her boss Nicholas tried to cover up but was caught multiple times feeding lies. If you are actually looking for a complete sales experience, highly recommend looking for another Mercedes dealership. Felt extremely degraded after leaving the dealership. Their staffs were constantly shouting, you won't need to see me again, hinting they will never want to deal with people me again. Not sure whether he meant race or me being difficult but it sure felt like my ethnicity and race was the the fuel to his condescending attitude.
Interesting place. First off the dealership is amazing, there are AMG models everywhere and the decoration is spot on. Furthermore it’s extremely modern and well designed. The people there all dress up in appropriate attire and look good as they should because you’re at a Mercedes dealership. Not Toyota or something. The service. I went in there for a simple carwash ($50). I needed it washed that day. The people there told me straight up they wash cars for free every Saturday which was awesome. They took my car, sat me down and offered water while I waited and talked with me. I come back to get the car and they apologized for taking so long because they sold a lot of cars that day which hey, I understand. I waited for my car after it was finished for what was supposed to be 2 minutes but actually took 45 minutes.. extremely strange. The first ten minutes the manager came up to me, introduced himself, apologized and said to get my car next. At the 30 min mark my service advisor got up himself in his suit and I kid you not ran downstairs telling me that a older car died in front of mine (Mercedes SL500). I just laughed it off.. what can you do. The part where this place gets 5 stars is the service advisor said he was extremely, extremely sorry and wrote me on his business card a free wash whenever I wanted. If I had any problems to contact him. I thought the dealership was making up the story but as I drove off my hood said it was open which meant they used my car to jump the one in front of it.. in other words, they were not lying. Stuff happens everywhere, but if you’re a little bit understanding of it you’ll find this place to be one of the best in the world.
