I had a really great experience at Manhattan Motorcars. Preeth Kumar, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and was able to get me into my car in a day. I was in the middle of a move with a young baby and he made the whole experience effortless for me. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived and he walked me through everything. He even scheduled my maintenance appointment a year from now so I don't forget. The rest of the staff was courteous, professional, and friendly as well. It goes without saying that I love my new car!

Service; we have come to expect quality and value in a very timely manner; we don’t what to wait, we expect perfection and at an affordable price. Typically you can have 2 of the three options but not all three. As a Porsche owner, car enthusiast and business owner I am very detailed orientated and insistent on near perfection that's what today customers expect. My recent experience with Porsche Service for my Carrera was exceptional; I was an hour or two outside Manhattan and looked to schedule service when my car broke down - there wasn't a Porsche dealer within 60 miles that could possibly service my car within the week; apparently they are all booked; with the exception of Manhattan Motorcars. I was able to call them on Sunday and arrange to have the car delivered to them on a flatbed on Monday morning. Michael Holland of Manhattan Motorcars was very professional, direct, honest and thorough, he provided feedback and status everyday. He managed expectations and was brutally honest, he went above and beyond what most dealers I have experienced would even consider. Never did they try to up-sell me on things that where not required but instead; offered a personal touch as if it was their sports car they where caring for, these guys are real car guys not wanta-be weekend warriors. I am very glad I looked at potential dealers before I had a problem - because it paid off - I found the best Porsche dealer in New York City and Long Island; quality, value, and well the time, it was worth it. - Driven to excellence.
Most of the staff is pretty friendly and welcoming... I have purchased two Porsche vehicles from this location and the receptionist lady and the service tech, I believe his name was Darcy were wonderful and very accommodating! My only gripe comes from the "front desk security". Their's this small Latina(maybe Asian), sorta of chubby, I assume lesbian lady with glasses at the front security desk that made me and my wife feel rushed out of the door and very uncomfortable. She even asked me and my wife where we were walking to when we were clearly walking to the Porsche parking lot to grab MY FULLY PAID FOR PORSCHE...she even asked a service tech guy to escort me and my wife out, as if we were going to get lost??... listen lady I don't care if the company signing your paycheck sells Porsche's, I'm NOT impressed and you cannot WOW me ! learn how to treat people with decency ... I'm sure you treat all of your fellow subway riders with decency on your way home every day after work. show the same to the people helping pay your salary. The Mercedes, BMW, Honda (even thought slightly eager) dealerships that I visit throughout the years for service to my other vehicles at-least treat you with respect. I was disgusted by her hospitality (Not all of Porsche) and she is lucky I didn't ask for a manager and make an issue of it. but here I am! the next time I feel uncomfortable you will know in person!
Went to this store fix my cayenne , charge me around $3600, and call other PORSCHE store $1500! (All ICD TAX). Same parts! And if you don’t fix , so pay few hundred shipping fee restock fee labor fee. Few hundred .Ok I understand. Manhattan everything expensive. But I already paid around $800, can you wash car clean , NO WASH ! AND GIVE U ATTITUDE!! Before I went to this store for service ! Broken car watch , water in screens, and until now car dashboard back have screws not installed well can heard screw jump noise. And they said oh it’s all cayenne issue. Anyway! NEVER NEVER NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE AGAIN!

Great service team. Unfortunately got a nail in my tire and needed a quick replacement. Lenka was able to accommodate me in a timely fashion and get me back in the road without much wait. Very impressed with the service and sales team.
BEWARE! They run a scam with their financing people. First they agree on a deal, sign it and take your deposit, then they'll come back and tell you that they want more money because your credit is not level 1, giving you some silly information like an unpaid bill for $90 or some stupid excuse, like you have never leased a car before when they had all necessary information about my current and past leasing from BMW (for the last 25 years). For someone with no debt and significant solid assets this was a big waste of time and almost insulting. Of course I refused to play their silly game and walked out, DON'T give them your down payment until they do their job professionally . They need to be more honest. In my opinion Manhattan Porsche is doing Porsche a disservice and as they claim not be as good as BMW or Mercedes with their financing options it seems that this part of Porsche is greatly incompetent and badly managed.
Horrible experience all the way through. Made a promise to hold my 410k car with a 40k deposit for 3 weeks. A week and half in from getting the money they start pressuring me saying I couldn’t have as long as they agreed they had other people trying to buy it for more money. SERIOUSLY?? So I rush and make the sale knowing they are trying to screw me out of my super limited availability cullinan. Had to sign some papers in a hurry and as a out of town buyer they had to ship to me. Ended up sending the papers 2 days late screwing up my shipping of the car. Then once I signed the papers instead of paying $25 to overnight them they had them shipped economy and told if I wanted the car to leave with the carrier before they got their papers back I had to use their carrier they setup for 2x the usual shipping rate. When I finally got the car after being stranded without a vehicle due to it arriving late leaving me to have to Uber over an hour home from the airport, the vehicle arrives with 4 non working items including the trunk of the car. When confronted hours within receiving the vehicle I was given the run around eventually being told to contact rolls Las Vegas. I was then told rolls wouldn’t ship my 410k brand new 3 mile vehicle to the service center because it wasn’t a safety concern. I then contacted Manhattan motorcars to find out what they would do about it since they should have inspected this thing before leaving or atleast come across the issues during detailing. Again I was given the run around and told it probably broke after it left while sitting on the carrier and basically deal with it myself. Sorry but a car doesn’t develop 3 separate electrical malfunctions between being loaded and unloaded on a enclosed car hauler for 3 days. This place is a joke to be called a luxury exotic car dealer. I’ve purchased from over 10 dealerships cars of 250k plus value and never once have I been treated with such disrespect & total carelessness. Would never ever recommend.
Frank Pica arranged the service for my lightly used 911 c4 cab. He took the time to understand the situation and then kept me fully informed . When I needed to pick up the car at 7am he made himself available. First class service ! If you want to buy or maintain a Porsche this is the place to go

The worst car dealer ever. I bought a new car from them and even so, they treated me so badly with service and scammed me over installation of a PCM component. Worst attitude and service. I strongly recommend you go to an out of town dealer, as they are so so so much better. I wonder how porsche can have their name associated to them.

Called to inquire about a 2015 Porsche Macan .. was told 1 in available but had to make an offer by reading the packages available on it before i can even go in to look at it... if i'm going to be spending 70k on a sports truck you better believe i would like see the truck before i give you an offer... take your shitty sales pitch somewhere else Mr. Salesman...we also told they are biggest Porsche dealer on the east coast... and had only one Macan available.... that was funny... be smart take your business somewhere else...

Late on delivery, wrong owners manual in vehicle, and late delivery of registration and plates. Also the 911 had a bad clutch and flywheel, bad air/oil separator. Would expect more from such a high end dealer. Average service in my opinion
Bring a Lambo in for servicing, leave with missing wheel caps and smoking egear. Gets worse!! I buy a Porsche targa 4s, pay for install of clear bra, they advise me at delivery it's done. I pay for everything on Lambo and Porsche and nothing is done 5 months later they actually recharge my Amex for services and parts they never installed which is crazy since I have multiple emails supporting my claims here. I end up taking both cars to NJ dealerships who to make matters worse tell me there no way Manhattan Motorcars did full service on my Lambo as most fluids are nearly dry and the reason my car was smoking was due to overheating that in fact it looked like they drained fluids but forgot to refill them... What a joke!! Again these are not far fetched claims, I have multiple emails supporting exactly what I'm writing. You'd think buying expensive cars and servicing them with this dealer would be enough to gain perfect customer service and loyal customer base. They not only charge you for service they say they do they charge you for losing parts and not installing parts you pay for on your car. This place is making bank on non service. Good for them bad for customer.

Leased a Porsche and at the ending the lease, when it came to them working with my insurance for reimbursements, and closing all of the paperwork on their end, the customer service was nonexistent and very poor. Frank Pica was basically a true nightmare to work with. I am very dissatisfied with how they handled closing my account. They offered to return my plates to the dmv and never did, because I got a letter notifying me that my license was getting suspended due to not returning plates. I had to then fight days before the suspension to get my plates back from them, they gave the run around just getting them back. Also they ignored all my calls and emails to send my insurance company paperwork so I could get reimbursed for repairs I made. They gave me the run around, and to date I’m set to lose thousands in reimbursements I easily could have received, and they have simply not responded to emails in regards to this. After looking through the reviews, I should have known, as other people have had terrible experiences. I tried to escalate my issues to all levels over there with no answer. Do not trust Manhattan Motorcars or anyone that works there. They costs me thousands and a possible license suspension due to their lack of customer service.
GO HERE TO BUY A CAR......I'LL BE BACK!!!!!!!! Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot. Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached. I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.

As a business owner I understand having staff that are an extension of you. I would say that everyone I dealt with at Manhattan Motorcars (Porsche) made it a pleasure. A year ago we we browsing for a new car. Preeth Kumar was accommodating and knowledgeable. He did not have the Aire of "pushy salesman". It was nearly a year but we remembered him and wanted to work with him again. His surrounding team Miguel Santos and Michael our tech guru were just as memorable. Even the security guard remembered us each time. I think the experience has been as enjoyable as driving our Cayenne.
This is from Richard & Cindy Frazier. I've bought a lot of cars over the years and had dealings with Many Dealers, This is by far the BEST dealership I've ever done business with. Our Salesman, Jason Martin was very helpful and took care of every detail. The director of Finance, Gary Price was very so nice and explained everything that we needed to understand. Even the Owner Brian Miller stopped by to shake our hand and thank us. I Highly recommend this company.

Manhattan Porsche stole money from me! So... I leased a car from Manhattan Porsche and traded in a BMW with a Multiple Security Deposit on it (basically BMW owes me “x” amount of dollars after my lease is terminated). Now I am an extremely honest and hardworking man and feel compelled to tell my story and leave a review! To make a long story short, Manhattan Porsche, after I left with my new 911s, forged my signature two times onto specific BMW documents and faxed it to BMW transferring the funds from my name into theirs! I only found out after I reached out to BMW (1 month later) and asked why my MSD money (check) was taking so long to be sent to me. Now I have leased many cars in my life and have never been cheated, lied to, and STOLEN from in my life! Manhattan Porsche stole thousands of dollars from me in an effort to make more money. It was clearly forged as my signature looks nothing like the one forged. They maliciously forged my signature in an attempt to defraud me of MY MONEY! I was never given any BMW documents at PORSCHE to sign! Manhattan Porsche/ Manhattan Motor Cars are not in the car selling industry rather they are in business to STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR HARD WORKIG CLIENTS. When I spoke to representatives from Manhattan Porsche, they told me that they want their 911s back! When I received a call from the owner I was politely told to bring the 911s back “immediately” and to do whatever the hell I want to do! I will never step foot into that dealership again! They forge customers signatures to STEAL money and deceive clients!

I went in last week to the Bugatti dealer and the Manager is Amazing. He let me see the keys and actually get inside the Bugatti and take as many photos as I wanted. Its a better experience than most exotic dealerships. Anyone who is actually in the market or car enthusiast id recommend this car dealership. They have an amazing selection of cars. My experience was amazing and I felt like part of the family. Most exotic dealers will say "most of our clients dont like people getting in the cars before they buy them" but this place was not like that. This place is super professional and I love it.

George took me in without an appointment and treated me with the respect that you can't find at any other dealership. No matter how many questions, how many cars I asked to see or test drive, he never once became frustrated with me. Instead he understood my needs and concerns and reassured me that I am making the right decision. When I stepped into my Porsche Macan S I was shown all the features and made aware of how to use them. As well as contact information if something became confusing or any other general questions. If you are reading this I urge you to call Manhattan Motorcars and set up an appointment with George. Trust me you will see why I took the time out of my day to write this review.

I've dreamed of owning a Porsche for years and this was my first purchase. I dealt with Jonathan Smith and I can honestly say that there was nothing more he could have done to make this a very memorable experience. I felt he had my best interests in mind when going through the bargaining and vetting procedures. I was also his first out of country buyer and he went about and beyond the call of duty to help this process go as easy as possible. When I showed up to finalize the deal, the dealership treated me like royalty. This was such a good experience, I'm happy to call him my friend now and I would DEFINITELY buy from him and this dealer again.

No Comparison to MB of Brooklyn, I was expecting better everything since it's Porsche. 1. No one to greet you like MB of Brooklyn (ie. Welcome to MB of B, Mr. Peter) 2. Service advisor was friendly, but no waiting room. (ie. MB offers beverage, food, internet, and TV so time waiting goes by fast) 3. Cold feeling from sales. They didn't bother to ask if I need help. I guess they only want certain buyers that are like them. The only sales person that was friendly was Michael from Lamborghini. At MB, every sales person was polite and warm. Maybe my expectation is too high or I should dress richer. I forgot to wear my Rolex and Hugo Boss suit. I should act like Trump to get any service. The only positive that I receive was from the service advisors and one sales person name Michael. When I upgrade to a Lambo SUV, I'll call Michael. Lol, when you leave a good review, the owner will reply with a thank you. Otherwise, they won't say a thing because they know the reviewer was right. A good company will try to fix the bad reviews, not the other way. So far, there is no good Porsche dealership in NYC or Long Island. I'll try my luck with NJ.

Just had my Lamborghini serviced at Manhattan Motor Cars. The care and concern they show my car was above 5 starts, but that was the highest I could give. Every time I have worked with them, they have exceeded my expectations...from purchase, to delivery, and now with Frank Pica as my service manager, my car is treated as if it is his own. I can't praise Frank high enough in words, you just need to experience the difference.
Frank Pica handled my car repairs and my anxiety about them expertly and professionally. The work did not exceed his estimates and was completed on schedule. When the work was completed, my car looked exactly the way it did the day I bought it. The entire staff treats each customer professionally. I will definitely return when any further service is required.
Carlos was great! but... Look out!!! We were not happy when we went to pay because the guy who was collecting the payment tried to snow us by adding on a NJ Luxury Tax that was not on the original bill !!! The guy began to fight with my husband about it but had to admit the mistake after rechecking the bill with a calculator and then sheepishly apologized. Be careful !!! They will try to sell you all sorts of extras at the close.

This has to be one of the worse dealerships I have ever went to the Porches in the front are very ugly and I got yelled at for trying to take a photo of one and I wasn't allowed to touch it. I was hoping to get to see the other car dealers in the dealership I was told I needed a reservation just to go near the doors. so I was stuck sitting outside looking at the vehicles (while getting yelled at for trying to take a photo)

This review is all about the service especially Ted Lee. He is the most professional service professional you can find, Ted does not know the word no. Ted listens to you whatever your needs are Ted goes out of his way to help you to make sure that you're taken care of while you're there. Ted Lee is by far the best service manager I've ever dealt with it any car dealership. I don't want to forget Mike. Mike was great to deal with when Ted was not around he took care of me just as well, just want to say over all the whole team has been fantastic to deal with if you have a problem with your exotic vehicle this is the place to go be advised though this place ain't cheap but you feel confident that they will fix the problem

This place has soooo many beautiful cars including a bugatti veyron. The Lamborghinis can be seen in person but the bugatti you have to see behind the glass. They only let people into that room by appointment. The people there are absolutely wonderful and friendly specially the receptionist. They were more then happy to let me browse and see their cars

I went around to other dealerships to find the best quote but I was swept away by John's prices. He was very professional and did everything he could to help me any time of the day! It was good except for when I asked about a car I thought was there. A woman at the desk said it was at another dealership on 28th and 7th. That's in Midtown Manhattan, and if you're from there, you know how bad it is to drive there. About an hour of traffic later, I come to find no dealership. Doing some quick research, I find that the other dealership is down the street. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, but I don't recommend going there for questions.

Service was excellent but I couldn't give perfect score due to the work on my car. I brought my car for body shop but work was far from perfect. Service and attention provided by staff compensated over the fact that scratches was still visible. Overall I will still recommend Manhattan Motors due to the outstanding customer services.

Not a good experience... I initially had a tough time dealing with my typical (in all of the wrong ways) car salesman. And in the end he neglected to advise me that I had to get my own new car state inspection sticker within 14 days....so 6 months later I have a $130 ticket, and now need to go through a full and standard state inspection on my own. Oh, and traveled to NYC to pick up the car, only to wait an hour to meet with him....apparently too busy giving great sales service to someone else at the time. The whole left a bad taste of being aloof and none to concerned about treating the customer well.
Service to buy a car, beyond excellent. Service once you have the car border line unprofessional, everything takes for ever to fix or replace, don't even have tires in stock for the cars they sell

Amazing, Amazing Service. I suffered a flat tire on my 981 Cayman in the middle of the highway. After knowing I could not seal the flat myself nor did I want to call a tow, Manhattan Motorcars was 4 blocks away. I called the company and the Receptionist stated Service was closing in 30 minutes and didn't think anyone was in the office to accept my car. Fortunately, she had checked herself (very grateful) and informed me that they will stay later awaiting my arrival. From there I met Lenka Gray-Devitt, who was on her way out the door but turned around and assisted me. Lenka is one of the most professional/enthusiastic/whole-hearted Service Advisors I've met since owning a Porsche of 5 years. The turn-around time of them replacing my tire was only next day and service was excellent. I couldn't thank them enough.

I had an appointment that was confirmed only hours before to see a car and when arrived they told me the car had been sold. Oldest trick in the car sales business. Shady operation. Go somewhere else that will value your time.
Just drove my brand new 2017 Macan S to VT on its virgin drive and it was amazing. The car did everything we expected and more. The entire buying experience was fantastic. Wanted to say thanks to Jake, Michael and Nicole for being totally service oriented. No pressure and lots of patience. You not only made it easy, you made it fun.
I went here to see some Porsches for my birthday. I love the welcoming staff here and the cars where definitely special to see. I will definitely be buying a Porsche from here in the future.

Service: 2014 991 turbo S After a rough first day in the newly built service department, (the vehicle lifts were down and service was delayed) Michael Holland did an exceptional job making up for the inconvenience and delay the next day. Although I am still in "testing mode"...I believe the service department is run very efficiently and i have a good feeling moving on from this point. Again Michael Holland handled the situation flawlessly.

I got a flat tire in the City and received service without an appointment. They took my car right away, inspected it, fixed the tire and washed it - all in about an hour. The vibe of the team and customer service was great. I specifically want to recognize Tanya and Frank. Great experience!
Freddie Chan and the service department at Manhattan Motorcars are outstanding. They are accommodating and have provided me with a loaner car each and every time I required service. The service is performed on time and has always been of high quality - as you would expect. Freddie has gone out of his way to help me, even when it was his day off. I recommend them highly.

The most over priced Porsche Service department in the area or the US. Unless you don’t mind giving your money away, I recommend going elsewhere or at least get some estimates before you commit to Manhattan Porsche. The thing that really got to me was that I was given different prices on the same parts when I serviced my car there only a few months apart. This happened with things like the battery and other pretty basic parts for my 911. It felt like they were sticking their hands in my pockets and taking as much money as they could. Not cool. Besides trying to rob me, everyone was very courteous which is why I gave them 2 stars.
I have had now 3 or 4 separate occasions where I have had to make an impromptu visit to Manhattan motor cars for a quasi emergency. On each visit I have had the pleasure to deal with Frank Pica. Frank has been professional,curtesous and most of all accomadating. He has taken the time to insure my car was looked at and my issues resolved, this in turn made each visit a note worthy and pleasant service experience.
Just picked up a Panamera from these guys. A 5* experience from start to finish. My car was delivered to my office and my trade-in picked up. Can't say enough good things about this place - highly recommended!

I recently purchased a Used Porsche Boxster, but unfortunately 2 months in, i had a issue with the car batttery not holding a charge and needing to be jumped everytime i wanted to drive it. In fact it stalled while driving. I called Frederick Chan at Manhattan Motorcars, and after telling him what my issues were with the car, he told me it sounded like there was problem with the alternator. After doing a total diagnostics on my car, turned out he was right. We discussed the price to fix the car and how long it would take, and when my car would be ready. I had already checked online on cost for an alternator and the price was actually about the same for a brand new one. I entrusted my car to Frederick, and i am glad i did. Picked up my car on Friday, and it looked brand new, as it seems that they also had cleaned it. I drove my car all weekend long and it actually feels better and drives better than before. I will defienitely be using Manhattan Mototcars for all service on my car.
I went out for a sandwich and bought a Porsche! Manhattan Motorcars were excellent, and Manny in particular. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, informative and not at all pushy. My experience looking at cars, test driving and ultimately buying and collecting one was better than I’ve had anywhere else, and I was buying a used car, so it was a very welcome experience. I would highly recommend both Manny and the dealership.
I have purchased a Lotus and Two Lamborghini Aventadors from Manhattan Motorcars. The sales and service experience is beyond excellence. I am very demanding and have made difficult requests of both sales and service and based on the way I have been treated, I will never buy a car from anyone else. I am a very loyal customer and I look forward to a long relationship with them They are the greatest high end dealership in the USA.

I leased a Porsche Cayenne diesel for three years from this dealership. I returned the car and leased a another Porsche Cayenne. Six weeks after the return, the leasing company calls me back to return the car. When I informed the car has already been returned they sent me an bill with ridiculous charges. I tried to call the Porsche Financial at least 20 times. Never could get through. Finally decided to go to the dealership myself to solve the issue. I was charged for front and back damage to the car. Which was totally false. The dealer admitted there was no damage to the front. They will only take that off. They charged me for breaking the lease. Which is ridiculous as I leased another Porsche. I felt I was dealing with a crooked second hand car dealer instead of a prestigious dealership. I still have not solved all the issues. They still charged me for things that never happened. I am still trying to argue the charges. Please let me know if others went through this experience too with this dealership and how to resolve these false claims.

I was lucky to have met Manny Quinones. He is a stellar example of what a professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, respectful, and all around awesome sales representative should be. Initially I was considering a Macan and he gave me a wonderful test drive. I then decided on another model and then another one, finally settling on the panamera. I know, it’s quiet a jump. Manny never appeared irritated with my jumping and was very supportive. In fact, I am very grateful to his honesty at his own financial expense, for he knocked off $25,000 from MSRP in options that he thought would not add to my fun of driving a Panamera. You don’t see this kind of level of professionalism too frequently. I then took a 2018 Panamera for a test drive. The sedan is very smooth over uneven Manhattan road, responsive, and quiet. Yes, quiet. I never thought of a Porsche as a quiet car. I love it. I really look forward to getting my Porsche from Manny Quinones. What a wonderful experience.

To me, Manhattan Motorcars is a car lover's dream dealership. I bought a 2016 CPO Porche Macan Turbo here in late December and my buying experience with Robert LeBrun was excellent and seamless, the price I received was fair based on extensive shopping and comparison with other Porche dealerships, and the staff went out of their way to deliver the car to me on time for our Christmas vacation. I was treated with respect and utmost courtesy by the entire staff and owner. Furthermore the after sales support I've received from Frederick Chan has been meticulous and perfect including a recent repair to a scuffed front bumper . Approximately 5-6 years ago bought a Bentley mulsanne and services by Manhattan motors. I forgot the name of the young lady who assisted me to purchased this vehicle, receptionist Elizabeth and Tony from service Department, They were all exceptionally great people. After a year and a half later I sold a vehicle. Just recently I called Manhattan motors because I had a question regards to my 2009 Lambo. I was a transfer to Frank from service department who answered the phone and I explain my situation. He put me on hold for 9 minutes so I hung up. I called back twice and no answered and was voice message left on his phone. A few hours later I called back and again was a transfer to Frank, he explained, that he will send me a video of how to resolve my issue on next morning. Next day afternoon no video was received. I sent email back to Frank asking if he can send me the video. And by end of the day no video was received. I called back I left a message on his phone again. Three phone calls were made And every time that was transferred to Frank he was never there nor he ever returned my phone call. My last phone call was with receptionist and advised me that she will give him the message to call me and yet never to get a phone call. At this point I have to believe he is a super super busy or he just don’t care about his work nor customer. Let me remind you my first phone call was Monday morning and my last phone call was Thursday afternoon and now it’s Friday morning at 9:50 ....
Purchased Macan S two weeks ago. My representative (Preeth) was knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to find the car with options I was looking for. Visited showroom on a Thursday and they delivered car on Saturday.
While I did not go through with the purchase of the Lamborghini LP-640 ($360k, 2007) The salesman treated me better than any other high end dealership. This was a few years ago, I was 25. BMW and Mercedes Manhattan both laughed me off (cash in hand) as well as a West Coast Ferrari dealership.
