I had a service appointment with Mitch after the car been served I hear some noises when I try to contact him again he won’t answer when I went there they said I have to leave the car for 2 days or I have to come back Monday when I came back Monday they said even if you leave your car today it won’t be touched until Wednesday morning so they want me to come back Wednesday . However, I’ll never deal with this Dealer ever again and by the way the noise wasn’t there when I took the car for service, I’m so disappointed with Lexus of Manhattan.i rather to be at Lexus of Queens is better

** Check your write ups. my taxes and DMV fees were exaggerated by $1,500** *DMV fees shouldn't be more than 200 in MOST cases, *Tax rate is aprox 8.375% ( that's aprox $418 for every 5k) Went to purchase a used car found listed on a reputable website, which list the total price along with any fees (except DMV and taxes). I like the car, but it a had a strong smell, sort of cigarettes or marijuana. I was immediately turned off, but they lowered the price down a bit and promise to work on the smell. I really like the car and the price was very attractive, so I decided to purchase. earlier they mentioned to me not to worry about fees because they would only charge what the reputable website quoted me. At the end the total was $1500 more than I estimated. They weren't happy when asked for an explanation,(they wanted me to rush and sign the money away). They added a pdi fee of 900 (after they told me, there were no more fees) & my tax was over calculated by five hundred dollars. When asked why? and what percentage they were using, the sales manager walked away & refuse to return. my sales rep told me, it is what it is. I stated, how is it possible when tax rates are standard & DMV fees are also standard(posted on DMV web).they had no explanation for me. I walked away(they seem glad), I wouldn't feel comfortable giving away $1,500 without an explanation.

Had an outstanding experience with Lexus of Manhattan. I live in upstate NY and drove down to look at a vehicle late afternoon. Ended up purchasing the vehicle, but it wasn't ready that day. My car had a tire warning light appear. I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Mr. Nelson Perez a Service Consultant. He suggested I bring the car as soon as I could. It was determined the tire had a nail in it. The tire was repaired. I was also due for Mileage Servicing, which I had done. There were some other issues which Mr. Perez explained to me in detail. I decided to have that word done. I love my Lexus and want to keep it running properly. Mr. Perez thoroughly explained the work to be done precisely and professionally. The car was ready in a timely manner. I would give Lexus of Manhattan the highest scores in service.

After shopping around for over a month, I stopped by Lexus of Manhattan. By far the most professional staff from any other Lexus dealership that I visited. I've been to 5 of them. Straight forward answers without much talking, knowledgeable and professional staff. Sani H. will do anything for your comfort and make you feel in a friendly environment, Sebastian W. the sales person who went above and beyond to answer all of my concerns and get the car ready on time and Danny L the finance manager who made the buying process as smooth as possible. Very patient all 3 of them ( I had a lot of questions about the car that I was buying). I for sure encourage people to visit this place as long as you know what you want to get and the team will do the rest of the job for you.

I called Lexus of Manhattan to see if a car was available. The person who answered the phone said it was. Then I asked him if there were any additional fees. He said no. So I made an appointment to see the car. I drove all the way down to Manhattan from CT; I got to the dealership exactly when I said I would and I still had to wait 25 minutes for the car. I test drove the car; everything was fine and then the salesman told me that there was a $2,000 fee for all of the pre inspection work done on the car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I said goodbye, I am not paying it. Then the sales manager calls me after I left the dealership and tells me that there was a deposit on the car I test drove. And asked me to come back. Put all of the classic nightmares you have about car shopping into one experience and that was my experience with Lexus of Manhattan. Worst possible. Caveat Emptor. I wish I could give it ZERO stars

I went to lexus of Manhattan 9/1/17 and Will the sales rep. showed us some vehicle and told us to make a $500 refundable deposit. In October I requested a refund from Will he gave me the ok that he'll process it. A month later I still haven't receive my refund so I escalated it with my bank. Richard the manager also told the office girl he did the refund on my debit card. Will we're very disappointed.

Had to redact my previous praise after being horrendously ripped off by service department. 420 Dollars for an oil change and tire rotation! These guys are gangsters and you must avoid them. Took car in stating problems with brake performance, they didn’t even look at the brakes. Rotated tires only to tell me they need replacing ASAP - so why rotate? At pick up I noticed brand new scratch in door that definitely wasn’t there at drop off. Of course nobody took responsibility but had the balls to offer to buff it out for a massive charge. Getting ripped off at dealerships is no surprise, but these clowns take it to new heights. Never again!

Lexus of Queens were dragging their ass on a vehicle they said they had in stock but really didn't. Lexus of Manhattan gave me an upgraded package of the vehicle for only $10 more a month. And I was able to pick it up next day. I must say the new car presentation is very nice too, they go out of their way to make it special for when the buyer picks up their car. Queens had me waiting a month with down payment in hand.. Anyway thanks Juan G.

We purchased /gave a deposit for a car on March 1st. Our salesman knew the reason we are purchasing a car is because ours was totalled...so we are a family of 5 with only one car. Well today is the 12th and we still have no car. Excuse after excuse. So why sell a car if you know you are not prepared to allow delivery.Especially since you are well aware of the circumstances of a family purchasing thus car. Many calls to various managers with no resolution. We asked for a loaner car, we were told no. No-one calls us to give updates. Complete nightmare. I would never expect this from a Lexus dealership nor would I ever recommend doing business with this dealership.

What a shame, Beware of this place. I've recently serviced my car with their service department. Little did i know , there are items that are missing in my car. I pick up my car after finishing up my oil change, and drive out the dealership and parked nearby. Opened my center console to find my cup of quarters missing. Now im looking all over my car and see a few other things missing like my cologne which isnt very important. BUT MY $400 SUNGLASSES THAT ARE PRESCRIBED are also missing. its been a week since this issue and i have not been contacted back on this matter. Its a shame to have your car serviced and have petty and personal items missing. Note * they also left mechanic stains (oil stains) on my leather seats.* I WOULD AVOID SERVICING HERE AT ALL COST.

My brother bought a used 2016 Nissan rouge from there and they add 1100 dollars to original price for( which they say) 161 points inspection, even after confirming over the phone that there was no additional fees, according to the manager they do 161 points inspection on all used cars comes into their dealership to make sure all the tires n brakes oil change r replaced if needed n funny thing is my brother had to replace brakes 2 weeks later when he took it for pa state inspection. Nissan rouge was missing navigation sd card which they said they will get it for us within 3 days n now it’s been over month, sales person was Sebastian, forgot the name of the manager, never going back there again

Lexus Of Manhattan has Pre-owned, Certified and New Cars, they specialize in getting you the best deal to satisfy your lifestyle and/ or needs. No one tries to pressure or make you buy something you don't want. My first visit was in October looking for an RC AWD, unfortunately the price was too high for my taste and my affordability. The RC is my dream car, and with my broken heart I left the dealership empty handed. Months passed by and December came, I got a text message telling me if I was still interested and I immediately replied Yes. Two days later I was deciding whether or not to get it. And here comes the conclusion, I purchased my car hassle free and with people that appreciated my business. Dealerships are always after your money but Lexus Of Manhattan is after your partnership, think about it as a membership. I am really young yet I got what I wanted with a price I could afford. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE, If you have a dream then pursue it. Good things take time to get accomplish, and I am an example of that. Now what you waiting for, go get what you want.

Very upset with the service lately. My mom has been with Lexus 10yrs plus and when I wanted to upgrade my car I’ve wanted to go with Lexus because they have been so great with my mom. Lately that’s not what I’ve been experiencing. I’ve called to schedule an appointment to get an oil change and my rim fix and for this issue I had to get a loaner. When I called I had informed the receptionist and she continued to tell me that she will contact her manager and let me know.The problem was that she never called me back. This is very inconvenient for me because I live in New Jersey and don’t have much time to be in the city. My mom is very upset because they haven’t been very accommodating lately and this isn’t the first issue we’ve had. If this continues, me and her will both leave.

I have been a loyal Lexus customer since 2005, when I purchased my Lexus GX 470 SUV from Lexus of Manhattan. After driving my car for 12 years, I decided to see how feasible it would be to trade it in for a new model. Danny Lee, the salesman assigned to me was very thorough and patient in describing the features of the current GX 460. After going on a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. The next step was financing. Typically I buy my cars and keep them forever, but Danny suggested I consider a lease, since I will mostly be using it for my business. This was a great idea, because it also required a minimal capital outlay. I'm so thrilled to be putting my new car on the road, driving my daughter to college in New Hampshire this week! The ride is smooth and the technology is state-of-the-art! Thank you Danny Lee for helping me realize my dream of getting a new car in time to take my daughter to school.

Do not get your car serviced here! I brought my car in for service and they damaged the dashboard, when they told me they would fix the dashboard they made me pay for part of new dashboard (I did not want to argue and said OK). A couple months later when it got cold we noticed the heat was not working. When I brought the car in, they want to charge $300 to just look at and diagnose the heat problem they caused! Lexus cars are good but I will never buy another because of their bad customer service.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this dealership. I went in to inquire about their 2015 precertified IS 250 and not only did everyone one fail to take me seriously (probably because I came here alone and as a female) but my dealer Ari Benchocron showed very little to no interest (or knowledge for that matter) in wanting to explain the car’s details to me. I asked for the mechanic's inspection report and no one knew where it was. I came across it myself in the cars glove compartment. But these reasons aren’t what is causing me to rate this dealership as a 1 star, there’s more. After coming in to see the car, I decided I liked it, despite the lack of attention I deserved as a prospective customer, and I returned to the dealership four hours later with my s/o to test drive. Upon test driving we were told someone had placed a deposit and if we acted quick, the deal would be ours. We sat down for 20 minutes to discuss the pricing during which we encountered the rudest behavior by the sales manager, Richard Emerson. His attitude was by far repulsive and caused us to leave without closing a deal. We were the last customers to leave that night. This is where it gets worse. After coming home I discussed what had happened and decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt because it was a Friday night, we were there late and everyone has their bad days. Despite not reaching the deal I was negotiating, I settled for the final price he gave us and called the dealership the very next morning at 9:01 am (they open at 9am). I was greeted by a wonderful sales rep, by the name of Olga Mysovskaya, and suddenly felt better as she offered to let me put a deposit down on the car and offered to run a credit score report. This immediately hinted that the dealers on Friday night had lied about someone putting down a deposit because Olga would not have offered to let me put one down had that been true. Nevertheless, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt again and believe that it were true. She still carried through with my transaction. After sending her all my documents, ssn, pay stubs, offer letter, id, bank statements, she called me one hour later to say “so sorry I was told the car was sold last night at 8pm”. I responded by saying, “I don’t understand, I was there past 8pm negotiating a deal on the same car so how can that be?” She said, “I don’t know but they told me it is sold.” I said, please have the manager speak to me because I think there is some misunderstanding.” I spoke with someone else later who then told me “We apologize but someone put down a deposit yesterday and we must honor it for 48 hours”. I said, “Ok so if that is the policy, why did they waste my time negotiating with me after the fact.” He said “I don't know but sorry it is no longer available”. I explained that I had gone to the bank to even create a certified check, had taken the day off from work and had full intentions of buying that model and this was disclosed with Ari Benchocron before leaving Friday night. Richard Emerson refused to come to the phone and explain himself. No one could explain to me why my time was wasted both Friday night and Saturday morning. I do want to mention that I am American but have an Indian background and I don’t know if this whole ordeal happened because Richard is racist or because this dealership specifically hired crooks to waste your time. Beware of salesmen Richard Emerson and Ari Benchocron because they knowingly took advantage of my time and do not know how to treat prospective customers and are as a result wholly unprofessional. Lastly, I will also mention that Lexus dealerships compete with one another for ratings by customers on their sales and services and LEXUS OF MANHATTAN is rated at the BOTTOM of the list. So if my experience doesn’t convince you, let the data and statistics convince you. Lexus of Manhattan is unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend even my worst enemy to go to this dealership.

Despite the friendliness of the sales staff the purchasing experience I would rate 1 star as being generous. Drove 2 1/2 hrs on a weekday afternoon to view and test drive the vehicle, and after delays and procrastinations I continued to go forward with the purchase anyways. Once I met with the financing director (3 1/2 hrs later) the price of the car was significantly higher on the paperwork and not what was listed on cargurus nor their website. They were not willing to honor the price listed or own up to the mistake made. Needless to say everyone’s time was wasted and the purchase fell through. I would not recommend this dealership, especially if your an out of state buyer.

These people are manipulative liars. This used to be a Honda dealership and it's where I leased my civic. A few days ago I received a call from them asking me how my service was. I never service with them because they very much overcharge. Then the lady on the phone said that are interested in buying out my lease. I got interested because I've been wanting to get out of this lease. I agreed to go for an appraisal and for potential to get me into another car that I would like better, like she said. I made an appointment (first mistake). The next few days I received phone calls and enthusiastic emails about my appointment. Janey Howell wrote that they would offer up to 115% over my vehicles book market value. I drove there in the middle day through heavy rush hour traffic in the rain, it took me an hour to get there. When I got there no one knew why I was there, nor did they know the value of my car. They appraised my car at 3k less than the buy out value. If I were to lease another car from them now I would have to pay them the difference. This was a total waste of my time driving through awful traffic for no reason except that I was lied to and manipulated. They should be ashamed. It was a scam to get me to the dealership.

This dealership withheld reporting several accidents on car until after they sold it. When I purchased the car it had a clear report. Lexus of Manhattan submitted the accidents well over a year after they occurred. I recently went to sell the car and multiple accidents are now on the report dating back to months before I purchased it. Lexus of Manhattan is an unethical business.

I bought my Lexus from here. Well, the purchase experience itself was not very good, for example, they delivered a different car (different VIN number), the car was not cleaned, and so on. That was more than a couple of years ago, and I somehow forgot about it. Suddenly, all the bad memory of this dealership came back when they talked to me recently saying the factory warranty has expired. Well, I bought the car less than four years ago, so that should still be alive. What happened is they put a wrong date in their sales record (much earlier date) and are saying I need to purchase new warranty. They are not correcting the purchase date yet. This could be a genuine mistake. But if this kind of mistakes repeats over and over, combined with the arrogance, then it is not good. Judging from the reviews of others here, it seems that this dealership has serious problems. Avoid this Dealership at all costs.

Horrible! Called to try and get a replacement wheel lock and they just kept putting me on hold and back into switchboard. The switchboard is also an endless loop which only gets answered 10% of the time. In fairness I did call on a Sunday but regardless you only have one chance to make a first impression, and my first impression of this dealership was poor. Perhaps if I was asking about purchasing a new car I would have gotten better service. I asked a simple question which required minimal effort to research. I would have accepted a no, but putting me on hold time and time again never answering the question is unacceptable. I would think that a luxury car dealer in one of the most expensive cities in the world would have people working there with superb customer service. The dealers I have interacted with in NJ have always been courteous. I was extremely surprised with this experience. Does not represent the dealership well. Customer service is critical! They need to go back to the drawing board with the people they hire to represent the dealership. My next car will be a Lexus because I believe in the brand, just NOT at Lexus of Manhattan. Now the service is just as lacking. Cannot get anyone to call me back regarding service/parts that was requested on 3/13/19...3 months ago!! I’ve left voicemails with every service advisor (who has an open mailbox) for over a week and no callbacks regarding what is going on. I’ve left 2 voicemails with the manager and still nothing. My wife and I were looking to purchase a Lexus. We have always heard good things particularly that they hold their value and are very safe and reliable. We were looking to purchase the car in the fall but my wife was rear ended while 14 weeks pregnant, her car was totaled and we needed a car ASAP. Our search began for a car that offered the best safety features(Blind spot monitoring, traction control, 5 start safety rating). We knew we wanted an SUV and after much research we decided on the NX200t. We knew we wanted specific features like AWD and the automatic trunk open and close. We found a reasonable priced 2015 NX Certified at Lexus of Manhattan with the features we were looking for. I inquired about it and set up an appointment to see it with sales consultant, Olga Mysovskaya. She went above and beyond from start to finish and made the process seamless and as stressfree as possible. It took about 3 days for us to get the car (I went to Lexus of Manhattan Thursday morning to look at the car, brought my wife Friday evening and purchased the car on Saturday). We needed a car right away and didn't want to be taken advantage of. Thankfully, Olga made it stress free and very easy. We didn't feel pressured in anyway. Rich Emerson the Manager was great and so was Dariusz Doliwa the Finance Manager. If you are looking to purchase a Lexus, Lexus of Manhattan is the right place to go.

Service Department- Worst experience ever service advisor Godfrey Hernandez was who i dealt with i took my vehicle in for service 30k told him i hear a noise when i make u turns, i get a call next day tells me vehicle ready but needs rear brakes and rotors says the noise i was hearing when i made u turns were from the brakes i wasn't convinced that was the reason of the noise but fine, (had the work done at Lexus of Brooklyn for $150 less than what i was being charged in Manhattan) I go pick my vehicle up in Manhattan i take it home that same afternoon i check the tires and my wheels weren't rotated i contacted Godfrey and i was told to bring it back, i go back and explain to him how i know the work wasn't done he agrees the car is taken in im called out i check the tires and i couldn't believe the technician Rickey L who serviced the vehicle the first time only rotated the tire i was inquiring about i was so upset and in disbelief i just left,take note i work nights and i took the vehicle in after i left work! now how can i believe he did all that he put down on the paperwork i still hear the noise when i make u turns i smell a funny odor when i turn the ac on so im not surprised he didn't check or change the filters my windshield wipers weren't replaced because they aren't working to standard what did the technician do i really don't know what i do know is they couldn't of done what they said the did for the issues i addressed for the beginning. I called Service advisor and its been a month and nothing if you want to avoid headaches and wasted time and want peace of mind your vehicle is being serviced correctly DON'T GO TO LEXUS OF MANHATTAN

I couldn't leave Lexus of Manhattan any happier. Went there in October to see NX 2017. Mr. Warren Newland did an amazing job showing us around and taking us for a test drive. He explained every single thing about the NX 2018 and answered all of my questions. I emailed him so many times and he replied to all of them within an hour. I got the car last week. I just love it! It's amazing! I haven't even read the owner's manual yet because Mr. Newland explained every feature of the car. He made my first car experience so smooth. We were helped by Kevin Yu he taught us a lot about the lexus brand and even showcased one of their new model the UX. Kevin was super informed on all aspects of the car. Pity i can't lower than one star. I went to the service area thanks to the recommendation of Honda of Manhattan which has just closed (apparently they do this a lot). The car needed a simple oil change because is had just 9 thousand miles on it. I was told they wouldn't cover all the free things Honda did which should have been the first red flag but i went along with them either way. NOTE; this car is brand new with no problems. By the time Vito Perremuto was done with me and my vehicle i was paying over $377.80 for things like filter change, alignment, apparently some hybrid oil and inspection. I didn't question it because it all seemed legitimate. so i paid. After driving this car home and parking it for the night, enter the next morning, the vehicle was making all kinds or irritating sounds i have never before heard in my life. At every turn it made a new sound. It went from a weird cricket sound to this new car sounding like the breaks on 50 year old truck. Even while idle the engine made a rattling sound that it never made before getting it serviced at Lexus. I will be going back for them to correct this mistake and i don't intend to spend a dime more. I checked your reviews and i see these guys are renowned for their incompetence. I only wish i had checked the reviews before taking a beautiful brand new 2016 Honda pilot to get butcher my you guys. To anyone reading this AVOID THESE GUYS, they are sharks in sheep clothing and don't care for your property like you do. P.S. You guys better pray nothing happens as i drive to your location because right now i am feeling quite spiteful!!!

Today my wife and I visited Lexus of Manhattan to buy a Pre-owned Lexus RX 350. We had a very pleasent experience in looking at the vehicle and taking a test drive. Sales Representative "Ari" was very professional thru out the time when we are discussing about the vehicle at the dealership and during the test drive. He treated us with respect and answered all of our questions related to the vehicle he was very professional in presenting dealership offer and aswell taking our offer on the vehicle. Still I have not yet bought the vehicle but still I give them five star with the experience that I had today visiting the dealership. I highly recommend Lexus of Manhattan and can guarantee that Ari won't make you feel embrassed while discussing about the vehicle, he didn't talk any nonsense like how other salesman do in most of the dealership. I will post back my l buying experience in next couple of days if I end up buying the vehicle at this show room.

I went there to get a car. The person I talked to is not very helpful. Phone call regarding the car is not returned. I put it off a while, and went back again after I have some time. Unfortunately, I have to deal with the same sales person again since I went through inquiry through Lexus website (Suggesting: If you want to get a car, just go there, Don't deal with the person responsible for all the Internet inquiry). I got the car finally just because I love the car, even the sales person is with limited help. The car specialist did not install the apps for me due the web site problem, and promised me to call me back the next day. I however called back, after I did not hear from him all day. He did not even return my call even though I told them I just want to know the website address and would like do this myself. Overall, the whole experience is rather disappointing and underwhelming. BMW has much better service even though I don't like their car. On the other hand, I do understand that this is only Lexus dealer in the city. I will not go back even I have to go other dealership in a bit further location. I brought a less expensive new car from another dealer ship a year before, I was rather impressed by their service. In short, this dealership has a rather poor client service that is not acceptable. I won't recommend them to anyone.

The icing on the cake of my experience was when I picked up my car, it was covered in a silky white cover and topped with a huge red bow!!! From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Paul Dupree, to moment I picked up my vehicle, the experience was great. Horrible experience. I saw a vehicle that I wanted online and submitted an application. I got a call back from Warren about the car I was interested in, I told him that I needed it within a week or so but to update me on when I can pick it up, as I live 2.5 hours each way and need to plan accordingly. He called me later again on the same day and we come out with the finance and payment plans. I asked him when I would be able to pick it up and he said it was at the service center and he would let me know when it’s available for pick up and should have an answer the following day. On to the next day and I don’t hear back from him, so I email him to let me know the progress of the vehicle and he said it should be there that night or the very next day the latest but he didn’t want to promise me anything. I told him that if the car needed to be serviced longer and I wouldn’t be able to have it that week, then let me know the truth so I can plan on when to go. I also wanted to see the contract to know that I financed the car and I am just waiting on it to be serviced instead of wasting my time waiting. He told me he would overnight the paperwork and it was signature required, which my husband took a day off from work to wait and nothing came. Every single time I asked when I could Pick up the car, it was the next day or completely ignored my email, calls or text. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager and the receptionist said he wasn’t available and she would leave a message and he’ll call back later on that day, and he never did. I don’t mind waiting for the vehicle as it has all the options I want but I don’t like being lied to and strung along. They pulled my credit but yet I have nothing to show for it. I am extremely upset and would like for them to make this right, as I waited a week to get an answer but instead, they just ignore me. ** Warren also told me that he needed proof of insurance for the vehicle, which I had added the car to my policy and paid for it, when he never overnighted or shipped any documents to me. Not only have they wasted my time but it cost me money and a credit pull.**

I was in Manhattan last week and walked into Lexus of Manhattan to look at it, saw a white one with beige interior, very nice vehicle. Was not too happy with the dealer's staff though, front desk clerk "did not welcome us" in, didn't even say hello (texting on her cell phone the whole time), and nobody approached us to ask if we needed any help or had any questions, we were there for like half an hour.

Lexus of Manhattan, I don’t even live in NY, but because of the exceptional customer service I received this weekend that’s why I purchase and service with Lexus! Sales managers David and Richard were just friendly. David made it such a point to not only greet me when I walked through the door but extending that same warming “Hello” to Everyone of his guests. I truly felt like a friend from Texas and this dealer has gained a new family member. I’ll leave with this I can’t STRESS enough the meaning of “Service AFTER the Sale” type of guest experience and this dealer understands and gets that! Keep doing what your doing Lexus of Manhattan. Good people working here and overall this is a good although inconsistent dealership. Customer experience ranges between mediocre to excellent depending on who you deal with. Subtracting two stars due to the following: - valet service needs attention, valets consistently either leave you waiting for a long time and/or bring out the wrong car. This has been an issue for as long as I've been a customer (2+ years) - at $550 for a service I expect my car to be returned clean as usual. Always got a complimentary wash before, you can get this thrown in as a courtesy at any low level cheap dealership. Come on guys, you can do better! Pay attention to the little things to deliver an experience that wows your customer and makes them want to return.

Do not waste your time by going to this dealer, we drove more than 2 hours away for them to tell us that the car we inquired about just arrived and was going through the certification process where they could have told us to come another day and that the car wasn’t there. Stay away!!

I tried buying a used Lexus RX here a few days ago. Made a few calls to get some information. Mr. John Popper was assigned to me. My questions were straightforward and easy, but John was abrupt, terse, and rude. I asked if they were slightly flexible on pricing, and John called me back in a rude manner indicating that, "as [he] said yesterday, the price wasn't negotiable". Only problem, John: you didn't actually tell me that yesterday. For a''Customer Retention Manager', you sure don't even know how to ATTRACT customers. Not sure how the rest of the sales experience is, as I didn't get very far with mine, but please stay away from John Popper. He was not pleasant and didn't even try to work with me.

I opted for the policy that covers tires and window things. I was driving behind an 18 wheeler and a rock came up and nicked my window and then I realized I had run over a nail or something. Lexis hooked me up with a new tire and they "fixed" my window too but it doesn't look totally fixed. You can barely tell they did anything. But I googled it and it looks as though that's fairly normal for these types of things. I just wish I knew beforehand.

I made an appointment to have two tires installed. They tried to sell me an unnecessary repair (source: I'm a mechanic, just don't have a tire mounting/balancing machine). The job took 2.5 hours. When I approached the service adviser after 2 hours he dismissed me with "don't worry, it should be done soon" (he didn't even bother to check on the car) When I finally got the car back, there was grease all over my wheels, the tires were improperly inflated, and I later discovered that they had way over-torqued the lug bolts. They did have bagels and coffee in the waiting area and the facility was super clean.

If you need a salesman, Jeff Schor is your guy. It was the best experience I had during my lease renewal and this is my 5th lease with Lexus ( 4 prior was with Brooklyn location). Quick, professional, right to the point without any pressure. I did not even have to come in to negotiate. All was done over the phone and email. He sent me different options thru email and I have to just sit back and pick the car I like. When time came, it took me less than an hour to get to the dealership, drop off my old car, sign all paperwork and pick up my new lease. This is what leasing should be all about. Great Service.
