Awful service, they didn't even clean the car after more fifty bucks for a regular oil change (Not synthetic, juts a regular 3-month oil). The staff was rude, when I first drive my car to the service door and walk to the staff table, the first thing I was asked is "Who told you to drive your car in" ???!!! There is more and more but I don't want to waste more time with this place. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!

I left the car 3 times there can not repair they call the car ready to pick up all the time is the same problem, I have car guarantees only on paper can not do anything, there are many things to say about these people, never going there

umm were do I start?...... “ Lets just say this , overall its not a kia service place I would want to do business with but unfortunately for me Im stuck cause of my warranty :( Do your research first to avoid problems beforehand. Best of luck ! x

I had a recall for the power sliding door , and they told me to come in so the technician can take a look at it. After the technician look at it he told me that he needs to order a part for it and it would be in with in a week. After 2 weeks i called to see if they had the part and they told me it was never ordered and i needed to come in again. The technician said the same thing. Its been 3 months and they still don't have the part. Worst service I've ever had.

Combined review of Kia and the service: New car, under 3 months old and the battery died. I scheduled an appointment on the phone and was told to meet Albert aprox 2 hours after I called. When I arrived I was told there's an over 2 hour wait and Albert "no longer works Here". After I was told there were no batteries at the shop (?!) I opted to bring the car in the following week (as this was Friday) when I came back the following week there were still no batteries in stock and it would be at let 2 days; the next Friday they finally got a shipment and changed the battery. Overall didn't have access to my car for over a week, I was told they don't give loaner cars for this kind of problem, I guess needing to boost a car and worrying it will break down mid-route is a fully functional car by kia standards...

went to fix a broken horn, and the tech tried to tell me my brakes needed to be replaced and my rotors cut down. a true scam.i purchased brakes, and when i went to change them myself they were at 80% life left. additionally, no one reputable recommends cutting down rotors, truly a scam to take advantage of those without vehicular knowledge. do not trust them. and the price they quoted for the brakes was way too much!

This place is atrocious. Book an appointment in the online Kia system and when you turn up they tell you that they don’t have anyone to work on it, they have no information about your appointment and they won’t do your service. Avoid this place at all costs

Took my car here to get the 30,000 mile service, which is very overpriced and not very different from regular maintenance. During the service I get a call that they need to change my brakes, which may be true but at the price they quoted was laughable. But the most disappointing thing with this place is that it is a KIA service center, therefore you expect the best service for your car. I got my car back with a brake light not working(which they fixed before I left). I drove off, then the indicator wasn't working, which I fixed myself. They checked the tire pressure and didn't replace 3 of the 4 valve stems on the tire. They wash your car but leave water INSIDE the headlight so the water condenses and makes the headlight appear foggy. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, TAKE YOUR CARE ELSEWHERE. I know I will.

Place is ok to do regular maintenance / oil change. But if you need to do some serious maintenance or replacement you better go somewhere else, prices are too high. They were trying to charge me $80 for an engine air filter, which is original price is $15 and it took me just one minute to replace it.

By far the worst service I have ever gotten. It's been 3 weeks to fix the a/c. They only touched the car the last 2 days becuase they said they were waiting for an authorization from Kia becuase i had a warranty. Will never buy a Kia again. I mentioned this to them and still took this long just for an a/c fix. I lost about 3 grand of work and I have bills coming that i need to pay.

You take your car there for oil change and filter change and out of nowhere they try to squeeze a couple thousand dollars from you for something that you can take care of for a fraction of what they're asking. Namely rotor and brake pad replacement. They wanted $1,700 and I bought my parts from a different Kia dealership and only paid $550 had them put on only $165.
