Ordered my 2019 land rover discovery in October they didnt have the color choices i wanted so i had to customize one effortless experience kept in the loop throughout the build and shipping process . Finally picked it up march 9th was fast easy and all paper work done before i was there all i had to do is sign and finally drive away . Over all a great experience and well worth the wait for my vehicle. Left Merc Benz after 11 years and this car makes the tech and overall experience of the Benz somewhat lacking ...fantastic buy fantastic people ....im looking forward to dealing with land rover Manhattan again!

Hello Everyone hope this helps, I recently got a letter for a recall on my range rover sport about door lock malfunctioning and took it in for service. This became an issue for me back In march and was not covered at the time under the recall so I had to pay out of pocket. I got to tell you, I didn’t think anyone was going to do anything to help, due to my previous experiences with other dealerships, well it most have been my lucky day. A young lady was walking into the service area asked if I needed help, before she even put her bags down and got started for the day. I mentioned to her why I was there and asked if I had to pay for anything due to my previous experience. She replied no and let’s see what we can do about your previous invoice, she jumped right into action. While it was not an easy task and there was a lot of back and forth so much that at one point I gave up and assumed no refund would happen. Well, she did it, OMG I couldn't believe it, while she was already providing amazing service, she completely blew me away. I have to say, it feels really good when you have someone helping you that has your best interest at hart and genuinely cares. I would like to give a very big thanks to Karen Casado (in my opinion) the best team member Range Rover of Manhattan has. This is not about what she was able to accomplish, but for making me feel as if I wasn’t alone and for caring. Thanks Karen your a rock star!!!!

Service rep Heather is go to. I'll only deal with her. She's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and friendly. Jay was nice to. However one woman and reception staff accused (in charge of the loaner cars I assume) Me of scratching their loaner for which I did not and tried to strong arm me into paying for it only to find out after washing the car (standard practice) later that what they thought was a scratch was in reality Chewing GUM! I did not appreciate that and I will remember how I was treated.

Frank Pascale was exceptional! Car buying is my least favorite thing to do on the planet and Frank was a Godsend. Easy to talk to and text, straight shooter and delivered over and above on his promises. I spoke to him for the first time on a Friday afternoon and walked out with the car on Tuesday morning. these guys are crooks. we had a bunch of power tools in our trunk and front seat when we brought the car in for service. when we came to pick it up, everything was missing. they would not take any responsibility for the missing items. they wouldn't listen to anything I had to say on the phone and just hung up on me. Purchased a car in Dec 2018. Paper work for the lien holder is completely messed up. That is fine, which i thought could be fixed. But, after sales, this dealership will treat you like dirt. No calls will be returned. They still could not fix my paper work. Stay away from this dealership. There are lot of other good ones around to buy such a nice car. Do not let dealership ruin your car experience. Worst car buying experience.

My Jaguar XF was serviced at your shop on 9/6/19 I was quoted $1,400.00 to replace a module for the TPMS. I took my vehicle to a Jaguar Specialist and they replaced the TPMS antenna and reset the tire sensors for $400.00. I received an over-stated and incorrect diagnose of the tire issue.

I just had an amazing experience with Sean Fitzgerald that I wanted to share with both management and the public at large. I bought a Range Rover at Land Rover Manhattan three years ago. I moved this particular car to Palm Beach about 18 months ago. As I went to trade the car in a few hours ago, the Mercedes dealer (time for a sports car) told me there was a lien on the car! I wasn’t happy since I had paid cash for the car, and I was expecting the worst. I took a chance and called the Manhattan dealership and the receptionist transferred me to “finance”. No surprise, the call kicked into voicemail. Faced with the thought of dealing with the DMV I decided to call back one more time and ask the receptionist to connect me with a live individual. She kindly complied which is where Sean entered the picture. 1. Sean remembered me. Seriously impressive considering I hadn’t been to this dealership in close to two years. 2. He dealt with the issue in about 3 minutes, and couldn’t have more more pleasant about it. Management: please make sure you take great care of Sean—he’s the kind of employee who creates exceptional loyalty. Public: if you want great service, ask for Sean!

Well... just had my first “Pretty Woman” moment in a worst way possible. Scheduled the appointment last week for a test drive. I was asked to come as early as possible for my 5pm appointment, so we don’t hit the Monday night traffic. I got there at 4.15. “Scanned” by the receptionist. Told that the person who scheduled my appointment is not available and won’t be back until 5.30. And. The car is not available for the test drive either... I don’t think they know what customer service is. Or how to manage their appointment system.

This place really doesn't care about customers, I made an appointment today to look at a specific vehicle and when I show up the car is not available to test drive. I was communicating with one person via email and when I show up they push me off to another salesperson. This guy didnt offer much of anything including personality. I will be going to another dealership to test drive the car I originally wanted instead I wasted an hour drive to go and just look at. I will never go back there.

Don’t trust all these 5 star reviews. Brought my Jag to be serviced, and fixed. Lots of problems on a 2017 Jag with less than 10k miles but that’s a whole different story. Requested a loaner weeks ago when I made my appt but was told I was supposed to call and schedule that. Never was told that. Found that out when I brought in my car at 7am in the morning. My dad is having hernia surgery and I need a car at all times. Any reputable car company would have one available, but that’s what you can expect from Jaguar.

have mixed feelings about this location...it's all 5 stars until you get to the end.. I purchased on Friday Range Sport 16 and can't really say I'm fully satisfied with the experience. While the Sales Associate Zaza and financial Manager was excellent but the final stop the payment department gentlemen was not at this very best day. He wanted to rush the entire thing and finish up 30 minutes before closing time. He was very annoyed for the fact that I wanted to pay in 2 different ways with cash and card combined. While it was 7:00pm and he advised that I get everything ready before 7.30pm because he needs to rush to another office to take care of more customers as if I was not one. All this doesn't really bother me, but what bothered me the most was the comment he made towards me which made me really write a review. He was so bothered with me paying cash that he said it was only "7 months ago that some one else made a payment in this form "!and added that I was doing this type of payment because "it's a background" thing. ?! So what does race have something to do with paying in different forms? I was confused and so was he after I asked it what he meant. When done with finishing up the deal, usually a professional person would thank you for your business and do a handshake and welcome you back for future business. He just said "thanks guys" and literally left the room leaving us alone to sit there. The main reason I did not buy maintenance plan was this situation because I really wasn't sure if I should give further business...

Sleepy town. This place feels and looks more like the DMV than a luxury car retailer. Just picked up my Range Rover up after a ruitine service check, and and was not impressed. When I picked up my car the interior was dirty, the tools and cover for my spare tire was left “thrown” in the trunk. Would expect more when you just paid 1500 dollars for an oil change on your 140k car. Have been using Land Rover Darian the last few years, and I would suggest the folks at Jaguar Landrovrt Manhattan should spend 1/2 day to visit and see how it’s done. Alternatively they could just walk across 11th Avenue to the showrooms of BMW and Mercedes . Ps: the second star is for the 8-ounce bottle of Poland Spring that was left in my cup holder when I picked up my car. It does show good effort in trying to minimize the environmental impact in the use of plastic bottles.

Other dealers will tell you what you want to hear and when you get there, Things change. The sales person Emeka Akuchie was straight forward person. So I thought now I have experienced with a few sides of JLR Manhattan, I would be able to write a better reviews. First of all was the sales experience. Jermaine Velasco was my sales rep. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with him. When the car was delivered to the warehouse, I was on a business trip and couldn't come back until 2 weeks later, he went the extra miles to hold the car for me. I subsequently had a few follow ups on registration and later a service appointment, can always get responses from him on a timely manner. He's always ready to help out. So I would wholeheartedly recommend this place and the sales experience. I also brought the car in for computer software upgrades, rep was extremely patient and friendly. They are willing to listen to me about issue descriptions and offers timely updates on the progress. Overall, a very pleasant dealership experience.

One of the smoothest experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Frank Pascale did all the legwork for me. I emailed them with an offer for a XE S Sunday night, Frank called me Monday morning with an even better offer to which I agreed to over the phone. He then processed everything through email. Got all the registration and insurance stuff handled without having me get involved at all. When I came in to pick up the car on Tuesday, Frank did an extensive training on all the car features. He registered and setup the Jaguar app on my smartphone as well. At no point did I feel rushed or ignored. Also no shady tactics in the finance office. The numbers were exactly as discussed on the phone/email. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out basic maintenance (oil changes, fluids etc) is covered by their service center. Frank also followed up with me after a couple of days to see if I had any issues or questions with the car. Overall an amazing first experience with Jaguar all thanks to Frank Pascale. I will be back to work with him again when my wife is ready to jump into an F-Pace.
