We recently purchased a 2015 Porsche Cayman S, and we are extremely pleased with the outstanding and courteous service Josh, Sales Professional, provided to my wife and I. We purchased out of state through eBay and Josh and the entire dealership delivered on everything they promised, going above and beyond including delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle arrived in immaculate condition. The transport company that Josh chose was extremely efficient, keeping us updated on the progress of the transport every step of the way, including ensuring our satisfaction after delivery. The driver of the transport, James took time to explain the features and how to operate the vehicle. He was also amazing. Although we purchased out of state and never personally met the staff at Porsche of Albuquerque, they made us feel as though we were valued customers. As it was an out of state transaction, John from Finance made the transfer of the paperwork to our state effortless. We highly recommend Josh and the dealership!

I just purchased a beautiful Porsche Macan S from Porsche of Albuquerque. The entire experience was great. The first day I came in and was immediately introduced to Robert Garcia. Two words describe Robert. Knowledgable and patient. For 2.5 hours I peppered him with questions, looked at every SUV within 3 blocks and test drove a Macan and Cayenne. At the end of the day, I left and made no commitment. I was not pressured in any way. Rare in my car buying experience. The next day I returned and decided to buy the Macan S. Dave, the Sales Manager handled the purchase details. He was personable and knowledgable. Again, there was no pressure. No haggling. Only a fair price based upon research I had done earlier. The paperwork was handled by John Fresques. Again, nothing but a class act...and fast. I have purchased many luxury cars over the years. I called about a used car that sounded perfect online. The salesperson was very up front and told me it had a smoke smell from past cigarette use. Since I'd planned to buy it and ship out of state without seeing the vehicle, I was very appreciative of his honesty.

Use to be great, now my wife won't ever talk to the costumer service rep Nigle again says he treats her like dirt or worse. I can't believe it could be so bad I guess nobody cares about what customers think. So I now have to travel to Phoenix to have all my work done and they are great at fixing all the mistakes that were done to my Porsches. They are managed much better over there . Call them and see if you think that the rep is a blundering idiot! Good luck

They put the wrong clutch in my 2003 911 and won't honor their work and fix it. I had to have someone else fix it before my engine was destroyed. I got no response when i asked them to fix it.

I would like to thank Niles at Porsche of Albuquerque. I ran in with a dead battery at closing time, and Niles made sure I was taken care of. He grabbed the battery, took it to the back for testing, then saw to it that I received a new battery. Yes, even I was sure the battery had died. Although they were closing, he treated me well and my car was up and running for the weekend.

My experience in purchasing a 2017 Macan couldn't have been better! Richard Lovato was our sales person and he worked with us to achieve a very fair deal. And then after the sale I discovered he is an electronics wizard! I asked for additional training on all the options available in the car and he was able to answer all my questions! Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome to stop by anytime. I highly recommend this dealership!

Walked in to view the automobiles. I already own a 2017 Porsche, just in the area for business. Waited in the lobby and no one assisted me. In addition, no one spoke to me (with the exception of a man who looked like a mechanic). Poor service. Racist people.

A++ experience, from initial contact to test driving and making the purchase and discussing financing/warranty options with both Richard Lovato & Melven Louis - huge kudos because we had some last minute snafus making it happen with bank deadlines, AND I'd just relocated to N.M. so my residency paperwork was "a bit" out of order. But not to worry, both Melven & Richard way above and beyond to make it happen, both on the day of and during follow ups. Exceptional service and consideration from everyone at Porsche of Albuquerque.
