Terrible car dealership. For starters I bought a used kia optima from this place and they were suppose to look over the car and make sure everything was good to go with it. I got the car and I had starter issues since i received it and had to have them replace the starter and the sunroof right away. The car wasn't even cleaned or vacuumed out from the previous owner. I found personal belongings from whoever traded in the car to begin with. I also had transmission issues with this car and they told me I'm going to have to pay for it. Finally the transmission went out and they said there is nothing they can do because Kia only has a one owner warranty on the cars powertrain even tho the car only had 60 k miles on it. Terrible terrible place to get a used car. Please make sure they look over everything before they sell you a lemon like mine. Will never purchase a kia again because of this place.

Not happy at all. After an accident in my brand new car, I needed the window sticker to settle with insurance, who was claiming my vehicle was worth $12k less than I paid 6 weeks earlier!! I was never presented with or provided a window sticker during the purchase. After multiple requests, I was texted a window sticker, Only to find the quoted price paid was $7k ABOVE the window sticker. Now I know why it wasn’t offered! (I recently found out that it is ILLEGAL to sell a car without a window stickers and that they are only to be removed by the consumer) Yes, it was my ignorance in not requesting the sticker at purchase, but I assumed I was being given a fair deal after looking at vehicles online and was unaware of the importance of the stickers. Pitre Kia took full advantage of that assumption. They over priced the car, allowed me to assume the price of car was the same as the one priced online-took my trade-in AND an additional $6k down!! BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM Pitre Kia. DO NOT expect to get a trustworthy price from them. Worse still the GM Cole was not at all helpful in getting a window sticker NOR assisting getting necessary comps for insurance claim! He was not even courteous enough to return a phone call or email. I had to go to El Paso GMs for assistance. THANK YOU Casa Kia!!

If your involved in a car accident your screwed to get you service contract money back. My car was totaled was promised a check in November to pay off my loan they still refuse to send the money after I did all the paperwork.

If you want to get swindled, this is the dealership for you. I leased my vehicle from them for two years, turned in the car under mileage with no damage. A few months later I received a bill for $480 for a "disposition fee". I tried to contact the office to get more details on the charges and received no response. I was then sent to collections without even a phone call from Kia. They are not to be trusted.

This place doesn’t even deserve the one star. I bought a 2020 kia telluride back in April. This dealership registered the vehicle to the woman who originally pre-ordered the vehicle instead of registering it to me (huge liability). I was driving a vehicle that was in someone else’s name for 5 months and I only found that out after month 4 of not having a license plate and registration. The dealership was lucky I didn’t get into a wreck because the person who’s name was on the car instead of mine could’ve taken this to legal matters. I was unable to drive the vehicle to and from work some days because they couldn’t print me out a new temp tag until the current one I had expired. This dealership hugely inconvenienced me and caused so much stress because they made a huge error. After sending a complaint to the Attorney General, I was able to give the vehicle back and get out of business with this awful dealership! Do not purchase vehicles from pitre kia they are completely careless. Go to Fiesta Kia instead they are so great and actually care about their customers!

My wife and I came here to test drive a Kia Sedona as my wife and I have been in the market for a Van for several months. Our salesperson was easy to talk to and up front with the information, once we told them we wanted to drive a Sedona they wasted no time we drive the car and loved it. Now we had no intention to buy at the time but our salesperson asked us what it would take to talk and I told him it would have to buy a deal so insane I couldn’t pass. After a long time of negotiations. We got a $43K van down to $38k after taxes and titling fees. They wasted no time in making all appointments to take care of 2 windows that are due for tinting and to address a small ding from just being moved around the lot. Showed up at the dealership after closing and didn’t realize it. The salesman (Raymond Botha) never mentioned the fact that they were closed but introduced himself. He was very friendly and not pushy. He showed us around and engaged in small conversation with us and took us for a demo drive. After an hour and a half we decided to purchase a Kia Sportage. We were never pressured but this guy really knew his stuff and we were impressed. On top of our little key fiasco, we were paired with a fantastic Service Agent who has been of great service named Connor, he is very communicative and provided us with exceptional assistance throughout our recall situation, exceeding our expectations by going above and beyond. Salesman tried lying his way though the deal, told the sales manager our terms and he tried to pull a fast one and came back to tell us we had a deal but omitted some of the terms we required. They finally got it sorted out after we were heading out the door to take our business elsewhere. Promised our vehicle would be ready on a specific date after we had left our trade in and went to pick it up and the vehicle was not ready for delivery and our salesman lied and blamed it on the service department when it was confirmed by management that he had forgot to have service get it ready for us so we had to demand a loaner vehicle until our new vehicle was ready for delivery. Only person that worked hard for us was the finance manager, she was great, however we will not ever be doing business with Pitre again.

I am so happy my client talked me into getting a new car, I purchased a vehicle on Facebook and will never do that again, it was a nightmare! I bought a 2008 Kia sorento and I liked the feel of the vehicle but it had 190. miles on it and the seller wasn't honest about the vehicle, so I told my client that I work for what happened to me , she said "honey if I were you I would take that sorento and trade it in for a newer model, so I did! TL;DR This dealership is filled with unprofessional employees who curse and throw papers rather than negotiate. They do not follow through on written promises and lie perpetually. Even their management refuse to apologize or fix obvious mistreatment of patrons. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Do your car buying elsewhere. Below is selected text from an email I sent to the owner of the company, Bob Pitre, in hopes that he would remedy the mistreatment my family and I were subjected to: I bought a Kia Niro from Pitre Kia around Thanksgiving of last year. I was very happy with the deal. I liked the car, and I felt like the price was fair and the process pleasant. Unfortunately, the Niro was totaled in a rear end collision about 3 weeks after we purchased the vehicle. My wife and I decided to try to make a deal on another new car with Pitre Kia. We came within $500 dollars of a deal on another Niro, but we couldn't come to terms. Normally, that would not bother me: it's just business. However, one of the sales managers, Bob Higginbotham, was overtly rude during the process. He laughed at my good faith offers, and when it became clear we would not come to an acceptable deal for both sides, he literally threw the paper with the offer on it at me. I was stunned, but willing to try to make a deal on another vehicle, When Bob finally came back out, I mentioned trying to make a different deal on a different car. First, Bob said he had called his boss, Scott Simkins, who said, "I would rather make that car a planter than sell it for that price." Bob then said that there was no possible way they could make another deal, even though the second car was significantly less expensive than the one the deal fell through on. I would normally be willing to let all that flow past like proverbial water under the bridge, except that both my parents and I were promised a $200 referral check (as advertised). After repeated attempts to determine the status of the referral checks, I sent my mother to the dealership to try to get some answers (I was in Lubbock, Texas, for some graduate school work). They gave her two checks, both made out for $100 to her and to me. That was nice, but by my erudite calculations, only half of what was promised. My wife called several times to figure out what had happened. We assumed a clerical mistake had occurred. After days calling, leaving voice mails, and being blown off by Brice Hamilton, the finance manager who had originally cut the sub par referral check, she finally got in contact with Bob, the same sales manager who had punted the second Niro deal with us. He gave her a long runaround about how they had no record of any car deal with my parents and how he would do her a big favor by mailing us a check. My wife requested he just draft a check that my mother could once again pick up for us. Bob exploded. To my wife, Bob exclaimed, "SHUT UP! We have a process of doing things here, and if you don't like it, that's TOO BAD." My wife was naturally insulted, and she calmly told Bob he would not speak to her like that again. Bob got even angrier and hung up the phone. While all this was going on, I was giving a technical seminar at an Army base in Maryland. My wife could not contact me, so she called my mother to explain what had happened and to get a second opinion. My mother decided to call Pitre Kia herself, since she was also owed $100. She spoke with Scott Simkins, who proceeded to curse her out. Finally, he agreed to cut two $100 checks so he could "damn well hope to God I never hear from you again." I would be extremely happy if both Bob Higginbotham and Scott Simkins never had an opportunity to treat anyone like this again. However, I would be mostly placated with written apologies from both Scott and Bob to my wife and my mother. No matter the outcome, I will write some honest reviews of your business on whatever platforms seem most likely to be impactful. I hope I will be able to include your efforts at rectification in those reviews.
