Okay purchasing experience but post sales lacking. Feelings hurt and felt horribly insulted in the simplest of transactions. Went in to pick up my lic plate and was delighted when the cool finance guy said my salesguy would install or have someone else install it. Must do that for all customers, I thought. Nope, my salesguy Vic didn't so much as inquire as to how the car was working out 1 wk after purchase. Naturally assumed he would care so mentioned something positive which was received with a "yeah whatever lady" non-response. Seemed annoyed to have to go inside to get my plate and walked far faster and ahead of me which is plain rude. About putting the plate on for me. Nope! Handed me the plate and rudely said, "have a nice day!" With a stare. I took that to mean "get out of here, goodbye, go, go, go." Here's a salesguy who seemed to appreciate a nice customer like myself (cause I am easy going) presale who returns the courtesy by (a) acting like a cad, and (b) not doing a super simple "we do this for all customers" service like installing the plate. Meanwhile, time ticking to get real plate on so i guess i will go buy a big arse phillips head to install my damn plate. And REMOVE the mercedes branded plate holder and round-hole their keychains. As if they cared.

Very, Very disappointed in the quality of Mercedes car and disappoint in the service to fix my Mercedes at the dealership. Almost 3 weeks to fix my car. You would think that they would have the parts in stock or over night the part to accommodate their customers. My CLA250 only has 29,900 miles still pretty new (right). Warranty runs out in Nov.2018 engine light comes on Feb.2019. They would never return my calls after 4 calls and 5 days later they decided to contact me. It’s seems like I never was a priority with their customer service My car garage kept, always spotless and never abused and only 29,000 miles on it. Went to Mercedes dealership they say it needs: Thermostat, Crankcase Vent Line, Rear Differential Axel, battery & Tires the bill comes out to over $9,000 WOW. That tells you the quality of a Mercedes with only 29,900 miles on it. I sold my Lexus for this. Mercedes cars a very disappointing. Save the frustration buy something other than a Mercedes. Biggest mistake of my car history to buy a Mercedes.

Every time I've brought my CLA in whether it be for routine maintenance or for a minor issue Jace has made sure that it's seen to promptly and has gone the extra mile to insure that I'm not having needless service performed. I've been extremely pleased with the frequent updates from both text and via phone. Jace is definitely the guy to go see if you want the true Star Experience!

On the road passing through New Mexico and needed a specific part repaired on our Sprinter. Called ahead and told them exactly what we needed, and to have the part on hand. They ignored us and wasted a day of our time and our money. 5 days to order the part? Wouldn't it have been nice to have advanced notice, like we gave you? The one stars are for their shuttle driver who was 5 stars.

I came into the dealership Last Wednesday with a check engine light on in my Sprinter/Winnebago conversion. Owing to the quirks of the emission warranty my 2014 van was no longer covered. At the same time some other services were needed. Working with my representative, Leland, and the service Manager, Greg, we were able to get Mercedes to waive the cost of the necessary parts. I am thrilled with t he service I was given and truly appreciated the way I was listened to. Thanks Mercedes!

II am always made to feel like a valued customer, 1st with Marcus and now with Daniel. Service is always completed professionally and in the designated time. I know my car is always well cared for and impeccably clean when I pick it up. The review after servicing is always helpful so I can plan for what may be coming up in the near future. Although AUDI ABQ can provide everything they are fine with me getting some standard items (tires, battery, wiper blades) elsewhere. I look forward to a visit to the dealership to see the new models on display and take advantage of free coffee and cookies.

I've been looking for a 2013 BMW 335i (white on red interior) for quite some time and a search landed me at this dealership. I sent an email and the next morning Justin Post contacted me regarding my inquiry. I have to say Justin is the best auto consultant I have ever dealt with. The statement "goes above and beyond" can be misused in this profession, but Justin takes it to the extreme. I live in Boston. This dealership is in New Mexico and my car is being delivered within a week when I first saw the car listing. All the transactions was done at my own convenience. He sent me numerous pictures of the car on his own time and phone when it was still being detailed (stock photos were used on the original listing), texted me throughout the whole car buying process and also overnight my documents to my hotel for me to sign while I was on vacation. There was a minor discrepancy with the listing and Justin and his manager even offered to pay half of the car shipment cost. Outstanding customer service, professional, prompt- all qualities you would want from a salesperson. Thank you. Justin, whenever you are in Boston, let's grab a drink. I need to thank you IN PERSON!

Lost a sale due to bad warranty service done. Left speakers aren't working now and the service staff will only look at it for a fee even though this problem occured because of their warranty work. I guess making a few petty bucks in service is worth more than a $60,000 purchase. Thanks for helping make up my mind. A Tesla model S is a much better alternative.

Had a coupon from the dealers website 199.00 for schedule A maintenance, was told it is for cars not the Sprinter all it said was model year 09+. Was charged over 300.00, after asking WTF was dropped to 260.00. Service states top off fluids doesn't say it costs extra over 5.00 to top off washer fluid. Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

We broke down in Farmington, NM and were towed to Mercedes of Albuquerque. We were traveling from Tucson on an extended road trip with many reservations , so this was an urgent matter for us. I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I am surprised at the number of good reviews for this location as this dealer has provided to me by far the worst service I have received in over 10 years and as many service locations. We have been twice and both times received lackadaisical service. For instance, we were given no paper copy of our work order, and no price estimate without asking (Of course. You don't care if own a Mercedes, right?). We were given a vague estimate of time of completion of service that turned out to be wrong - and were not told until almost close of business that the car would not be ready - that was me calling them, not them calling me. Again no firm estimate of when the car would be done. When the car was finally ready, I was expected to call and schedule my own shuttle service (wow, luxury treatment!). It took an hour for me reach the shuttle service and another hour before I finally picked up my car. When I arrived, my service rep barely noted my arrival and let someone else take care of me. Only when we were pretty much done did he ask if I needed anything and gave me a fake "Take care/Goodbye". The only good thing about this entire experience was that my car got a wash and the shuttle drivers were friendly. I don't about everyone else, but I expect much more from a place called Mercedes. We will never go again if we can help it.

My car a C63 AMG was in for squeaky brakes issue dropped it off on Tuesday, August, 14, 2018. I never received a call from my Service Advisor. I discovered this because I had to call to find out about my car and the outrages quote I received from the dealership. Anyway, I asked for the service manager because I do not have an adviser. The service manager was either on the phone or could not be reached. I left messages and did not receive a call. So again, I called Mercedes Benz of Albuquerque. (BTW, the operator never transferred me to the correct person, I either was transferred to Audi/Porsche or to a different person who I never ask her to transfer me to.) Anyway, back to this whole ordeal. After talking with the Service Manager about my outrage quote (apparently, Mercedes doesn't cover brakes, the car is only a year old)! So, I'm stuck with a car that needs brakes and with no warranty (remember my car is only a year old). So now my car has been held hostage for around two weeks because they need to order parts. Let's go back to the beginning... I had to call them several times to find out about my car! Granted, I have a loaner but I WANT MY CAR! Now, its Monday, August 27, 2018. I had to call again and of course the Service Manager apologizes for their issue. I'm sick of hearing the excuse "Sorry, but your Service Advisor is no longer with the company". Yes, I know but you still have my CAR!!! So today, I finally get a response from a Service Advisor stating we just received your parts. I said it would be nice to have at least received a phone call, text or email stating the fact. Now, I'm thinking why did I purchase a Mercedes Benz it's not as glamorous as one would think because of the service department issue and the fact the MY BRAKES ARE NOT COVERED and my car is only a YEAR OLD!

Went to their recent "Special Event" preview for invitees. A waste of time... nothing special about it. No special (premium) models like the GTR or even any decent S class. Nothing to get blood pumping, just lots of C and E class and one little AMG SLK. If anyone in ABQ MB sales /marketing reads this, here's advice... keep in mind that "Special" does not mean "spe-shuhl". Next time, be sure you have some true premium vehicles on the floor and add some pizzazz to the floor and lot. I've been to funeral homes with better ambiance.

Professional deceivers, don’t expect transparency. To be fair, I got a discount on their, still overpriced, labor rate. Billed four hours for maybe two hours worth of work (and even that is generous), and $200 over the quote I received that included all four hours. But if you’re traveling, and you want your keys back, they got you hook line and sinker... simple part, simple job, and Mercedes continues to monopolize their arena. So, if you have disposable income and you want the “nice” vehicle, go for it. If reliability and dependability is what you are looking for, stay away from Mercedes...

During the 8 years that I have owned my Audi RS4, Marcus Macias of the service staff and the auto mechanics at Audi of Albuquerque have done an outstanding job at getting me in from out of town and servicing my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. Alternate transportation has always been provided when needed. Parts are flown in if not readily available and my vehicle has had an additional 150K miles logged in without loosing any of the performance that prompted me to purchase it originally. The sales staff has always been informative and entertaining during those times that I have waited for my car's service to be completed. All in all, an exemplary way to provide a service in this day and age of cutting corners and shortchanging consumers. My compliments to all at Audi of Albuquerque.

We took my wife's car in for diagnostics this week, no concerns with the diagnosis but I do have concerns with one specific employee in the service department named Leland. From the get go this employee was very short when having a conversation with him. Leland called me today to advise what the diagnosis was, I had a couple questions about the details shared which it seemed he did not like. Each question was interrupted with a one answer response. Seemed as though he could care less. When picking up my vehicle today, Leland was just as rude as he was over the phone. I was helped by another service member (who was very very professional and courteous) , Leland would not discuss the questions I asked directly to me. He responded as if I wasn't there. I called him out on his customer service and his response was, " I am very busy, that's probably what you are feeling. I am not short with any customer it is not in my repertoire bud". What??? I held my tongue and finished up. I have had interactions with other service techs at this location and they have all been GREAT. Very courteous, approachable and very professional. All it takes is one bad apple to make you feel very upset about choosing to do business there. I hope this reaches management at Mercedes and is not swept under the rug.

Without question, the worst dealership I have ever experienced. I have owned 2 Mercedes, 3 Jaguars and one Corvette. The sales team at MB of Albuquerque was disorganized and unresponsive. I am still waiting for answers to two questions I asked on the day I took possesion of the car. "We'll call you by ther end of the day." I have never heard from them. They even forgot to attach a temporary license, so I was driving without one! A poor excuse for automotive sales. Go elsewhere.

The wonderful people at this dealership saved a trip from being ruined! We were driving from Santa Fe to Arizona when I had a sudden catastrophic tire failure thanks to a huge piece of metal getting embedded in one of our rear tires. To preface, you know it’s bad when I’m writing a review (only my second review ever). The service isn’t reliable. You’re better off finding a local mechanic that deals with German vehicles or going to Santa Fe’s MB dealership. This has been ongoing for 8 years now and there’s been no improvement. Customer service is also terrible (and yes, the bad ones definitely make an impact on the overall experience. There are a few great workers here, unfortunately they’re not the majority). I also continue having a similar experience in regards to the recalled airbags as the other reviewer. Maybe when I get into a car accident I’ll find out why they were recalled and when their replacements will arrive ... or maybe they’ll just never come. Have dished out over $5500 in service in 7 months alone this year in the 100k mile check up (which I understand) and then *multiple* problems arising 5 months after this checkup that required a hefty bill. Fast forward 2 months and I had to call their service again (today) to make an appt. after an issue arose (that is identical to the previous issue that was “fixed” 2 months ago and cost $700). They’re crazy to think if I’m spending any more money on their service this year. This certainly isn’t normal for a “luxury” car and the overall experience at the dealership is anything but luxurious.

Back in early May, I decided to visit Audi Albuquerque. I was surprised that a sales representative did not walk up to me after I got out of my truck. After walking into the show room, and given a few minutes to look around, one person asked me if anyone was helping me and if he could be of service. Right away I knew I met the right person. Polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I had questions and he had answers. I told him up front that I was looking at Mercedes, Porsche, and Audi after I read a review in Road and Track magazine. GLC43, Macan S, and the SQ5. We looked over a few vehicles. Since this was going to be my first luxury vehicle, I wasn't going to settle for a car with only some of the options I was interested in. The sales representative told me I could order a car if I wanted. That interested me greatly. He asked if I wanted to go for a test ride. Definitely. I could drive. I was too nervous. No thanks, you can drive. The SQ5 impressed me both with the luxurious interior and performance. At that point, I was just a passenger. I got behind the wheel. Felt like the car was on rails. Smooth and precise handling. It only took me 24 hours to realize I had to have one. A small down payment and a car was on order. Tick tock, tick tock. That was the hard part. Time flew by and my car arrived. It was everything I expected. Now about the dealership. The sales representative was excellent through out the entire process. No surprises. I couldn't be more pleased. I've purchased 9 new cars in my life, this was number 10. I new the game. But this was a different experience. Zero pressure. Fair trade in value for my truck. We settled on a price in less than 5 minutes. All the paper work was handled one step at a time, explaining everything at my pace. Every person I met was professional, curious, and friendly. The place is clean and modern. They sell great cars at this dealership and all the employees know it. I wanted a quality luxury vehicle and now I have one. Every day I am learning something new about the car. I've been asked to come back if I have questions and review any aspect of the car. Every Audi owner I spoke with said I would be impressed with the way you are treated when you walk into the place. They were right. I was also told that the service department is top notch. I took a look at the place today when I bought some accessories today. I think they stollen a few pages from NASA play book. Bottom line, if you want to buy an Audi, talk to Terry.

My first comment would be....try to get a hold of some there on the phone. Have been calling for the last two days and no one answers when directed to sales or the phone hangs up on their end. Update: Stopped by the dealership and worked with Ray on a used vehicle. We were not able to work a deal but the customer service was great and would consider the Mercedes dealership in the future. Update/update: Mercedes offered me $10k for my used vehicle indicating that it was “market value.” A week later I took the car to Carmax and was given $14k. I have some issues since that is a HUGE difference. A $4k difference lends me to believe they are not in the market for particular vehicles. And that’s okay, just be upfront about it.

I had to have my 2002 C230 coupe in for service last fall and had the pleasure of working with Tony & his team in the service department. It's an old car so quite a few things had gone wrong, in addition to the interior door handle being mangled, such as engine mounts collapsing and the sunroof motor breaking. In all cases, I received a very thorough explanation, how necessary it was and a cost breakdown, with suggestions on whether other places would also be able to work on it. The service & work here is fast & great, and I'd gladly bring my Mercedes if I still had it or recommend Mercedes of ABQ.

After waiting an hour and a half, I was told that the dealer did not have the parts needed to complete the work for which I had an appointment. The service advisor suggested I make another appointment for next week. This is a 100 mile round trip Drive for me. This is also the second time the dealer has been asked to perform the service and has failed to accomplish it. I will ask for a complimentary service on the next visit. And I will verify that the dealer has the parts before I make the drive again.

I'm new to Mercedes of Albuquerque and have nothing but respect for the service department. I brought my Sprinter RV to get serviced and have the battery checked because it would not hold a charge. The service was completed at a reasonable price and the battery was still covered under warranty and there was no charge for the new one. A recall on the airbag was noted and the part was ordered. Four days later the part was in and had it installed two days after that. John in the service department is all about customer service and very personable.

Walked into the dealership to order a car. Slam-dunk sale, replacing another MB. Knew what I wanted. Configured the car, paid a deposit and waited and waited and waited. Checked with the dealership - orig salesman quit. New sales guy - oh yea, should be in by July. 3 weeks later get a call. Oops the orig sales guy never placed the order, Tries to roll me into a car that doesn't come close to what I ordered. 2nd guy quits 3rd guy comes in says car i want can be ordered, but 2019 come in all wheel drive only. But we have these cars on the lot that we can sell you or you can wait until a 2019 can be ordered. Delivery time Dec. Almost a year after the orig car was ordered. Nope - refund my deposit. Still waiting, no response from dealership when I want to know where it is...Avoid this place at all costs.

A squeak developed in the our RV while traveling at low speeds while driving from Wisconsin to California. We had stopped at a dealership in Kansas City and they diagnosed the problem as driveshaft bearings. They had to order parts to fix the problem. As the problem was not immediate we decided to push on to Albuquerque and hoped we could find parts. The dealership in Albuquerque diagnosed the issue as rust, lubricated the carrier bearings, and we were on our way with no charge and with no squeak. We were amazed we were not presented with a bill as the diagnoses took a technician's time and not being charged for this was new to us. They also had wonderful clean lounge with free internet connection and great coffee.
