Sonatas are easy to break into. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere else and save yourself the hassle of having to file insurance claims once a month. It's happened 3 times. And hyundai won't do anything for you. UPDATED 06/01/18.... AND my experience there was horrible. I was allowed to take the vehicle home for two weeks and I decided that the time wasn't right to make this purchase. When I tried to return the, vehicle, I was told that they no longer had MY car, it was at auction. Is that even legal? Stuck with a 2017 Sonata that is generically wired, poorly designed, I called and spoke to management TWICE and I was told that I can purchase Bluelink. Why should I, the consumer have to pay for a poorly designed product that Hyundai advertised? I quickly noticed Hyundai lacks the art of formulation services to devise the products formula so to me, it was a waste of time. Again, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere and make sure your purchase is of quality, trustworthy and effective from a place of business that is consumer friendly as opposed to being argumentative and defensive like the guy I spoke to over the phone.

I work alot so I didn't have much time to spend at the dealership and he made that possible. No hours back and forth negotiating or playing games. Went in for oil change was told 2 to 3 hrs, check in at 10am came back at 124pm. Truck was still sitting were I parked it. I had no appointment, But was told 2 to 3 hrs. When I told by the employee in service dept. He never said that. IF I CANT TRUST YOU ON YOUR WORD HOW CAN I TRUST WITH MY PROPERTY. I TOOK IT TO AMERICAN TOYOTA ALAMEDA SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. Brandon Robinson is the man to see when buying a car. I've purchased used and new from him. I've never had a bad sales experience with this guy. He really cares about you as a person and listens to what you are needing. I can't say enough good things about the sales experience at this place.Finance is a little different. Things always get a little weird on that side- and pushy. I've been pressed to buy extra coverage, been told my bank requires things that the bank verified it does not. The approval process is always great. They work really hard to get me in the vehicle I want. But when it comes time to do the final paperwork the experience is not as friendly. All around I'd say this is probably normal for most dealerships and I still feel more comfortable here than anywhere else. Mostly because the sales person is better than you will find anywhere else in this state. I do wish they wold have filled up the tank and detailed the inside of the vehicle a little better but it seems like used (2016) is a bit of a red headed step child so I can understand.

I had scheduled service appointment today for an oil change and courtesy check. It took two hours to do the oil change. They were also supposed to wash the car when the service was complete. After two hours they did not get that done either. An two hour oil change is very poor customer service.

I came originally to buy here but the sales staff didn't seem to care. They were inattentive and ambivalent. They didn't seem to want to help me find what I was looking for so I bought in Santa Fe instead. Had a great experience there. Now I come here for service cause it's close, but they aren't great at that either. All but one of the parts/service people I've talked to have been miserable cusses. They need to hire nicer people. Even with appointments the service takes way too long, and God help you if you need something without an appointment. Flat tire: 3 hours. As soon as my coverage expires I'm finding some place else for everything I need.

Poor. I telephoned you 2x's to check on service for 1974 Toyota LandCruiser that I was bringing to Albuquerque from Oregon August and now Sept.2018. Your young lady who answers the phone assured me that you work on all ages of Toyota vehicles. A male service man on the telephone also 9/26/18 assured me that you service all ages of Vehicles. You have the Monopoly of Toyota service in Albuquerque,NM. Estevan from service tells me,"We do not service vehicles this old, it would take us along time to find the oil and oil filter required for this." Please correct the lady that answers the phones. I drove by all the way to Copper and Eubank to get your discouraging news. I was told Bennie who went to Toyota,Santa Fe works on vehicles this old. I called Santa Fe Toyota and they never heard of Bennie be and their telephone person/lady was upfront at saying they do not work on older vehicles.

Roberto Canales in the service department gave us fast, friendly & efficient service. We were in the middle of a road trip and had just stopped in Albuquerque overnight. We needed to check our tires in the morning before we resumed our drive. Roberto took us right in, got us aired up, and even took care of our spare tire. Went to look for an new SUV was looking at 4runners had advertised at 339 a month with 2k down for 36 months on approved credits. Took it for a test drive loved it but once I said I was interested the deal changed to 3300 down and 430 a month on approved credit. Complete bait and switch with these guys would not recommend at all.

I took my car to get serviced and I told the service writer that my car had a K&n air filter and I didn't need to be replaced he noted it . I checked it later and my filter was stolen and replaced with a oem filter . Don't ever ever trust this guys I made a call to the manager he never returned my call they have the wrst service . Stolen Property on premises; Response: "Sucks for you" I'm a Ford guy, my gf drives the Toyota. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Rich Ford, I've dealt with them & their customer service is very good. I took my gf's car to Larry H. Miller Toyota for a new mirror & recall work. After leaving I realized the trunk had been opened & wasn't completely closed back. Our hiking boots had been taken out at some point. They were Merrell's, $125 each, brand new, only worn them about twice. We called and they said they'd look into it and get back to us but never called us back. A week later we had to drive back up to the dealership, the service manager wasn't there so again they said they would call us back. They never did. Two days later we had to go back again. Finally got to talk to someone. They said there's nothing they can do and they don't even have surveillance cameras outside on their lot. Don't take your car there to get worked on or you'll risk it getting broken into with no repercussions for the dealership.

This is the largest Toyota dealer in Albuquerque. Many customers where there when I entered. Beware of dealer prices and charges, but they seem to know their own cars very well. Who else can you trust? Got a brake job. A bit "dear" in price, but I repeat, "Who else are you going to trust?"

I truly have to give this dealership the best rating. Michael (sales person) was AMAZING. Came in from the other Toyota dealership to purchase a car that they had just brought in. It had the color and interior that I wanted. Michael was available and answered all my questions via phone, text, and in person. He worked hard to assist in pricing of the vehicle. I came here after the other Toyota dealership did not work out. And it took about 2 week but Michael really helped out. Best decision I made. The other Michael(financing) he was also great in explaining things, as well as very professional. I will definately recommend this dealership over the other Toyota.

I don't know what these guys are smoking but every single Toyota part that I have had quoted from here is at least twice the price of other dealerships and online retailers. If you want parts call up Camelback Toyota in Arizona or literally ANYWHERE else if you don't want to be completely ripped off. $2.93 for a bolt?!? Everywhere else won't sell them for over $2 but not good 'ol Larry H. Miller. No sir. I can only imagine how badly these thieves ripoff every other customer gullible enough to walk through their doors. I will make it my personal mission to warn as many Toyota enthusiasts to buy their parts elsewhere.

Have been coming to get oil change for years and have never had problems. I can rely on them to quickly and efficiently service my vehicle. However, they used to wash your car after servicing but no longer offer this accomody and prices have gone up. I appreciate the drinks and snacks in the waiting area as well as the friendly staff. They also always used to accept walk-ins regardless of time of day or schedule but they no longer do this.

They dont work with you AT ALL ! They make it sound all good but keep leading you on. My last car i was leasing through Toyota got totaled. They should be able to work with me especially for me being a returning Toyota customer always on time payments, never late on any of my vehicle payments and me being able to get a co-signer who makes twice as much more income then myself like they wanted! My wife and I came to Larry H Miller because of the excellent experience we had for the last vehicle we purchased from them, this time around has been nothing short of a nightmare! We found a vehicle that suited our needs which was sold in front of us to an employee who also happened to be working that day. All we got was a “sorry we’ll fix it” So we found another car, after waiting 7+ hours and having to call into work because of it we drove off the lot with a vehicle only to find that it had a bent rim and another rim that was a totally different size. We brought this car back and found yet another vehicle receiving a “sorry guys I don't know how we missed it” and an amazon gift card for $25. That is what our time and energy is worth to these people. We found yet another car which they said multiple times would be the same price as the previous one for the inconvenience. Not only is the price $5000 more than we had agreed upon but suddenly the financing keeps hitting hiccups? No, I think not, you just want the car back because you are crooks. Saying that you are checking all available options but really only checking two banks, giving us an ultimatum, then going on your weekend and not telling anyone else what is going on at all is utterly ridiculous! The lack of communication in the dealership is beyond abysmal and utterly unprofessional. We call and call only to get, “I’m not sure what they were working on with you.” or "I'm not working on your account so I don't know what is going on." I have never experienced such lackluster and piss poor customer service or professionalism in my life. We will never come back to this dealership or any that bear the name.

I never purchased a vehicle from Larry H. Miller Toyota of Albuquerque (LHMTABQ), but, I have always had service my Two Toyota vehicles there from 2007 to 2017. Their service department staff had always treate me with the utmost respect and courtesy and most of all like a family member. We moved to Boerne Texas last yeat and have been dealing with, what most Texans in the San Antonio area would call the best dealer and service department in the state Toyota of Boerne (TB) and that may be ture, but, I would argue not compared to the level of customer service I had received from LHMTABQ. Let me explain I recently had an issue with my battery, which I purchas in 2015, and need to to have replaced. So I went to TB and got the third degree, they wanted to know who installed the battery, when and where. I explained that I have only had my Toyota vehicls service with a Toyota dealership and LHMTABQ had been the main deal, Long Beach Toyota prior to that. They said they could not check the service records until I pressed them to, through the Toyota site. The service rep at TB could not find any record of the battery purchased in 2015. So, I called I the service line manager at LHMTABQ, Corey Reeves, I left him a message and within 5 minutes he called me back and was able to verify and send an email to the service rep. at TB that verified my purchase. This saved me about $90 as it was still under warranty. I wrote this review because of the integrity and customer service that Mr. Reeves provided and I feel all service departments should follow Mr. Reeves example. I will never forget or stop talking about LHMTABQ. I have always felt that it is not who you buy a vehicle from it is more about the the quality of the service department. I miss you all at that LHMTABQ service department. I wish we would have bought the last three Toyota vehicles,we purchased over the last 6 months, from LHMTABQ. Thanks again LHMTABQ service department. Keep up the great job you all do because you service a great product.

If you ever buy a used car from these guys and they promise to fix an issue after you buy the car, don’t believe them. My wife got hosed on a used car and I got tired of trying to get issue fixed with the sales personnel. This place use to have integrity but not anymore.

What a colossal waste of time. I've been here before for oil changes (with an appointment) and they've taken 2+ hours so I tried to account for that. This time I did not make an appointment and was told it's would take ~2 hours. Over 2 1/2 hours later, my car is still waiting in the que. The only reason I go there is because my oil changes are pre-paid. As soon as I use all of the services up, I will cease to return. TLDR: Plan on leaving your car there for 3+ hours even with an appointment.

I don't want to rate even one star. The service has been too bad since last year. When I checked in at 7:00 am this morning, the staff, Brittany told me that the car is taken diagnostic right away. Roughly 45 min later, she told me it has not started yet because another staff Estevan does not come until 8AM. I stopped by the stations at 8:20 am, both of them were using the cellphone and told me that Estevan just got here so he has not started it. I came back 9AM, Brittany told me that technician will take couple hours to check. Now the technician does the job, not Estevan. Just a simple process, the service staffs could not even provide answers accurately. I don't think I can trust them in technical context. This place is used to be good, on time, and sufficient. Now staffs seem to be careless and unhelpful.

My experience here has been extremely disappointing. I got the RAV4 in June and still have not received paperwork for registration. The salesperson I worked with had blocked my number and when I called today, they hung up on me. I’ve tried to contact others and they have not responded. The lack of professionalism is very frustrating to deal with. I am now unable to drive myself to work due to incompetence. I have now had to contact corporate to hopefully get registration and the problem resolved. I do not recommend coming here.

Sarah Middleton, with whom I first worked with on the phone was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. She followed up promptly, answered all my questions, and gave me several options. Because of that I actually went to the dealership. Normally I avoid dealerships at all costs. The last two vehicles I have purchased, I used a “car guy,” who, on my behalf, located, negotiated, purchased and delivered the vehicle to my home. Well worth it. But, this time because of Sarah, I went to the dealership. Sarah was just as helpful in person and made the whole buying experience actually pleasant. Joe Manriquez also helped getting everything completed. Great guy! The dealership was quite busy. Sarah and Joe worked very effectively as a team. We felt we got a fair price for the Highlander we purchased, and a far trade on our Tahoe.. Joe was very helpful going over all the features of our new Highlander Hybrid. He also called to see how we liked the vehicle and, when we had questions, he actually answered his phone and immediately helped us. I would recommend both Sarah and Joe to anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota.

2 thumbs up for reliable, cooperative, and friendly service! Specifically, my wife and I took our 2009 Prius in to get a water pump replaced at the LHM Eubank dealership. The work was completed quickly (much faster than expected, actually) and at a reasonable price. Also, our Prius is a daily driver, so it was covered with sand and salt when we took it in. How nice it was to get it back clean, after a complimentary wash! And this needs a special mention: When I noticed a small issue with the repair (and it was really quite small), I went back and talked to Estevan, the service rep who handled our appointment. He fixed the issue -- on the spot! I really appreciated that little extra bit of Prius care. Due to the age of our vehicles and changing needs, replacement vehicles are being discussed for this year. With the typical concerns about future repair costs, we will continue to place Toyota vehicles high on the list of likely candidates. This is due, in part, to the fact that we have been treated with respect...every single time...when it has been necessary to request a repair from this dealership. Great job and many thanks to Estevan and the LHM service department!

In the market for Mid size Tacoma and called ahead to Britney and discussed a test drive. Showed up late afternoon and told she was busy with another customer. Front desk lady said she would try to contact Britany but we decided to not interrupt her and went to Costco instead. Came back in about an hour and a lone sales person asked if we needed help. I said we needed to talk to Britney. He said she is available and then vanished at that point. Not sure where he went. Went inside and what looked like a manager saw us and turned around and went into office and closed door. Another sales guy walked right past me, stared at me, and walked across room and sat with some customers. He did not ask if I needed anything. At this point my wife is telling me to go and that they do not want or deserve our money. We went back to car. I called L miller from parking lot and asked to talk to Britney. After ringing for a time I got her VM and just decided left a message that I'm no longer interested in her offer for the test drive.

Brought in my Tacoma to get an oil change when my wife came in to pick up the vehicle they stated that the rear taillight was broken. I had just unloaded some items from the bed just prior to taking it to lhm so I know for a fact that it was not broken. When I returned with my wife the tech refused to produce the inspection sheet. He just lied to my face. Beware! Record/document EVERYTHING as they will not be honest with you!

Let's start with I walked in with 18,000 in the bank for a 21,000 dollar van. These guys had us waiting at the dealer for 6 hours... To say that day we secured financing and left us with the keys to the van stating the down payment and a credit score of 750 was all they needed. Waiting now.... 5 hours later to come back and say place a down payment to secure the car we will call you in the morning. A week later they still have my money still trying to secure better financing for the remainder 3k at a competitive rate they stated. I found a van at another dealer while Larry and team dragged their feet. That dealer paid for transport across country to me keep in mind this is not carmax that is transporting or a carmax dealer I I ok not state my dealers name. We bought that van still had yet to get my money back from Larry though. Felt as if I was being hustled when they came back with a loan that would take an additional 3 years and 7 grand to pay off of top of the remainder 3k... Wow right? that sure is competitive! I then explained we were going to go with option b as ) Larry and team seem to be full of Lies and false hope out of the gate on this deal. I then Requested my down payment never got a call back, weeks later after requesting the sales manager to call me still nothing. Almost 6 months later I got a check in my mail box mail from them, I found that to be exteremly sketchy and not honest. I wouldn't never ever recommend anyone to visit any Larry H Miller as we started at Alameda but inventory was mismarked and up at this location. Good luck Larry you got quite a team there. I was hoping to buy some fleet vehicles also for our business I'm glad I found this out before we jumped into a business relationship and had fleet needing to be serviced or warranted. This is a true and honest review from a local guide and business owner trust it. Worst part my wife, sweet girl had her heart broken several times through this encounter and stressed to the max. Watch the #chevyguy on YouTube he will teach you a ton. Run from dealers like these guys while you still can. Owner is welcome to post but I wont revert to honest encounter above.

Went into the service department to get my wife's Tacoma. I was just looking at the Avalon's and Brandon Robinson approached me with an increadable deals. He did the leg work without dinging my credit and no pressure. I traded in my Mazda. I purchased the 2018 Avalon and never looked back. Brandon knew the product very well. Eddie Reyna is the Finance Manager and didn't pressure me into anything. I purchased the maintenance agreement because it was a deal I couldn't refuse. This car is my office and I wanted it to last a very long time like my wife's 2008 Tacoma. It's good to work with honest young people.

Finance manager very condescending, with high-pressure tactics. Buyers beware. We wanted to go have lunch to think about it, he said "no this is a right-now deal." We said that we walk-away when we hear things like this and before we could move, he jumped out of this seat and scurried away.... He said you won't get a better deal anywhere else. Guess what Larry Miller- we did. Found same vehicle in Mesa AZ, great customer service, several thousand dollars cheaper and it is not a hail damaged vehicle.

I came here to get my oil changed. I did not have an appointment but they did accept the drive-in which was nice. They told me there were two cars ahead of me and they will get to me as soon as they can. That's fine. I waited. About 4 hours go by and they call me and say they had a flux of appointments drive up. I ended up waiting here from open to close. I honestly did not mind waiting because I really needed the oil change, but given they knew how long the cars in front of me with take versus what time it was when I went in oh, the guy could have let me know from the beginning that I would have been there all day. On top of that whenever I ask them about pricing on the oil change, the guy told me it would be $70. $70 is extremely expensive, but I really needed this oil change and decided to stick around so they could do it. Upon finishing, the guy gives me the receipt and tells me my total.. $92. Why has it that whenever we talked he told me it would be 70. I don't know what he did or what they did, but suddenly my oil change was $92. That is extremely unacceptable. Absolutely no thank you. Never again. They were very friendly, but the whole experience was a bit of a mess.

The funny thing is you can buy the same vehicle for seven to $8000 less in Texas I bought my Toyota Hylande her for 27,000 when I went to this dealership they wanted bottom line starting 38,000. I just don’t think people know that they can get vehicles a lot cheaper and Toyota In Texas will transport this to you for free

Had to rate one star to post, but i would rate no stars. Went there a couple of weeks ago, just pricing vehicles (truck), just to waste time before a movie started. "Larry" was attentive enough and seemed fairly genuine to help as i was a potential customer. Now having friends in the car selling business, the sales tactics seemed as if they were going by a written script. 1st, the overacting to seem to really help with i was looking for and the test drive. the truck was a good truck but if i was going to purchase the truck it would have to be at a decent price and payment. 2nd. the salesman made me or tried to make me think that this truck was the only truck there was and i had to buy it. i realize that credit scores and price of the vehicle go into the final computation of the payment, so I had a payment in mind (not wanting to divulge, as I wanted the dealership to work for my business), as i waited, "Larry" came back to me with a ridiculous payment, outrageous if you will (the truck was not even a 4WD), the payment was comparable to buying a 6 BR home in the Heights, then they asked for a down payment, I had the means for a down payment, but only would have reduced the payment by $30 or so. They wanted more, I said "NO". Then as going by the "script", "Larry" seemed to have use my score to make me seem as if I was a 2nd or 3rd class citizen and that i had to buy, trying to make me feel desperate to buy from LHM Toyota. Remember, i was only there to price vehicles, not really wanting to buy (but would have if the price was right). 3rd, their final pitch was, "well, you can buy now with this payment and re-finance later", now, what bank is really going to invest in negative equity, i think none, few if any. And, finally, I truly believe, that they knew "they couldn't make a deal with me, i was politely ushered out the door with the salesman stating that "the main bank we deal with is closed right now, i will give them a call on Monday and get this done for you", and handed me a business card. Franchised dealerships really don't look out for the interests of the customers, they will try to get as much $$$ out of you as they can. but the moral of the story is, Buyer be ware, stick to your guns, if you do go to dealerships like this, know what you want, the price you are willing to pay. you don't have to lose your financial freedom just to buy a vehicle. a vehicle should help you enjoy life, not put you in financial ruin. your best option is to say "No". Don't go and buy a vehicle, make them sell you a vehicle. Make them earn your business. i think if we everyone had this mindset, the outrageous interest rates would fall, prices on vehicles would be decent and payments would be fairly priced. I'm not saying, I'm just saying. you all have a blessed day and good luck.

I took my car in for servicing and they kept it for over 5 months waiting on a part. I had to fight with this company to get a rental/loaner car while they kept mine. I incurred rental fees. While my car was there it got vandalized, windows broken out of it, and I was not even notified of the damage until one day I stopped in for some items out of my car. They were passive about it and said, "oh by the way, we replaced windows and tint in your car to replace the broken ones, at no charge". They never even called me about the break in. My loaner car had gotten a broken front windshield while driving on the freeway. The windshield replacement was ~$300 and the car recallibration was an additional $400. My insurance claim would have been only $250 deductible. I spoke with a Manager/Supervisor at Toyota and based on my conversation with him. It was decided to not do the insurance claim, pay out-of-pocket for the windshield because Toyota would perform the recalibration. (Toyota left me with the understanding that they would "take care" of the calibration at Toyota and to not pay for it at the windshield place. So now I am getting harassed for an outstanding bill from Toyota for the calibration. The $250 windshield is now costing me close to $600 because of them misleading me... on top of all the damage to my car. I would truly love to speak with Mr. Miller about how his company is handling customers.

Told dealer what happened, they do not want to return my deposit. I am victimized twice. ☹️ I could have worked something out but I was told I could not use my deposit towards the purchase.

I didn't have the best experience with the service team yesterday. I took my car in to replace the airbag after receiving an urgent notice for its recall. I had called on Tuesday and setup the appointment for Saturday at 10:45am. I arrived on time and soon learned that there was no record in the system for my appointment. However, they cheerfully assured me that I would be take care of, so I had no worries. The process to drop of the car is quick and painless and originally I was very impressed. I was given a wait time of 4-hrs, but the mechanic said he would try to make it shorter and I had full confidence that he would try. Anyway, I sat down in the nice waiting room and got to work on my computer. The wait itself was pleasant, as the waiting room is very nice and has some nice amenities such as soft chairs, TV, free popcorn, and soda. So I was happy to just wait there. Well, when it was a half hour after the original estimate of time I went to the front desk and inquired about my car. The woman at the desk entered my information into the system and it came up blank. She asked a few different questions and all came back empty. At this point she questioned whether I was sure the car was even there and I told her I had been sitting in the waiting room for several hours. She called back to the service area and they told her they didn't think they had my car but would check. So I waited for about 10-15 minutes thinking my car had somehow been lost or possibly stolen. Finally, a call came into the front desk saying that they did have my car and that it would be another 30 minutes. So again I sat down to wait. But it was still another 75 minutes before my car was finished. Finally I went to the back to pickup my car to learn that they had found three recalls that needed to be repaired, which they took care of for me. All of that was wonderful and I am very grateful that all the work was done just before my big drive at Thanksgiving. What upset me, however, was that there was no record in the system of the appointment I made, or later when the work was being done, or that when they did discover that they would be doing a substantial amount of additional work, that they never told me about it so I could plan accordingly. (In all my past experiences at other repair shops I have always gotten a call from the mechanic to let me know what is going on.) So instead of taking the shuttle or getting picked up and using my time effectively, I ended up sitting in the waiting room for 6+ hours and lost the majority of my day-off. So my disappointment wasn't an issue on the quality of the work, but in the poor communication of the front desk and the service team. I have never brought my car into a dealership for repairs, and probably won't be doing it again since the customer care I receive at my local shop is much more respectful of my time and more personable.

Britanny responded almost immediately. She sent me forms to fill out and I send her the tax returns and info she requested. We were pre-approved which was painless. All we had to do was pick out our new car. Jose, the finance manager completed the paperwork and we were done with a very nice interest rate also.
