I feel like service is nice but often don't find the issues I bring the vehicle in for (minor intermittent type issues). Also, the service department "feels" like it is short handed, and often it takes following up to see when the car would be ready.

Bought a car a few years ago, and new place a is nice. I took my car just this morning for service, there was a recall and was going to be handled. The best part of why they got 5 star, they gave me an uber to get to work while my car is being serviced. Other dealerships wont even do that. Now hopefully thay can pick me up also lol. ---Vehicle Purchasing Experience--- I submitted a request to look into possibly purchasing a vehicle through the Costco Auto Program late one evening. Early the next morning a sales manager contacted me via email to establish some dialog and see what I was looking for in the vehicles I was interested in. Later that afternoon I went into the dealer and was greeted in the parking lot by that same manager and we talked about the new Stinger, some cool things Kia is doing, and what's going on with the dealership. You could really tell that this man, Jeff Bierly, enjoyed his work and the products. Just like listening to someone who likes cars and his job. After that, I was hooked up with Eddy Rios who was really chill and straightforward. I didn't go in looking to wheel and deal given that I was visiting by the Costco Auto Program, and I feel that I got a very fair price on the price of the vehicle I purchased. There was a bit of a back-and-forth on trade-ins though (I really really hate this part, hence why I went with Costco). I got up to leave because we couldn't get to the price point my wife and I were looking for on a trade-in, but they tried hard to compromise on that (this was the back-and-forth). I wasn't leaving to bluff more money out, I was just like "Oh well, they can't do it, try again in a month or two." because again, Costco Auto Program mindset. It ended up working out in the end though. We all know the stereotypes that surround salesmen, but either they have PhD's in psychology or the guys I dealt with know that the product will speak for and can sell themselves. My wife and I had our car stolen recently and Bob Cardenas made the expierence of buying our first new/used car easy, fast and simple. We had very little to work with as our credit was not great and we were not financially ready to put money towards a new large purchase. Bob assisted in finding a great car that was not only affordable with low monthly payments but also a huge uprgrade from our stolen vehicle. We definantly recommend Mr. Cardenas to anyone looking to buy a new/used car he is honest, helpful, trustworthy, and friendly.

I would love to give Kia the car a five-star probably one of the best cars I've ever owned. This place definitely is gouging it's all about the money for them so I would suggest that you use another Kia dealership. I still owe 22,000 on my car,2017 Kia optima and they want to give me 11,000 for it. So that means they must be selling at higher prices, which would already make you upside down when you drive it off the lot. Shop and Shop some more. Although I do recommend Kia as a vehicle I do not recommend in this dealership!

My experience at Fiesta Kia was very good. I was met at the door almost immediately by a very nice young man. I was really just exploring options and Glen showed me the Sportage first. I drove it but just felt that it was lacking something. Next we took out the Sorento and I was very impressed. I knew this vehicle was for me. When manager Mike stepped in I was just not sure if I would be able to swing it quite yet. The longer we negotiated the more excited I became. Bought my kia soul when it was Garcia kia liked it alot better then I still have it I just passed the warranty by 2000 miles and the check engine light turned on and the fuel gauge completely went out i checked it out myself to see if it was I called the service department was asking to see if their was anyway they can help me he tells me well its passed the warranty I knew it was I wasnt mad and i was just telling him what i thought was wrong and he keeps telling 60000 miles over and over while I'm talking I was just trying to see if they would at left help me out with labor or part cost because it was only 2000 miles over this was like a month ago the only reason why I'm writing now is because google showed it up on my phone and I remember and made me mad all over again

From the moment we drove up in the parking lot there was Johnathan waiting and listening to what we were interested in . He had us test driving in minutes. I know own a 2020 Sportage SX. He took the time to not only show me but ride with me and explain to me when and how to use the car. Johnathan had great knowledge, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I even liked the Finance Manager. He made everything flow smoothly and fast. Yes I recommend this to anyone looking for a car/SUV.

Terrible service. Abominable wait times. They've actually damaged my vehicle in the process of doing routine maintenance... then gave my husband and I a difficult time, treating us with bad attitude, giving bad/false information and incorrect time when manager(s) would be in on an early Saturday morning (turned out, when we got there, waited 30-45 minutes for someone else to arrive/help us the manager never comes in on Saturdays).

They provide the newspaper, something to drink, snack on, and tv, while you're waiting.. Even the other customers there were awesome! The big plus that I didn't know was provided, was a car wash!!! I took my car in for service on my Kia Optima on Lomas in Albuquerque. My service was awesome I usually don’t like going into service departments but I have to say that the girls I dealt with were awesome. I honestly would go back just knowing they were there!! The women at the front was very helpful with getting me a ride home and getting me a ride back to Kia because I had no ride back to my house, shuttle is free of charge! Yay! They had to keep my car for the weekend and they gave me a rental anyways everything went really good ! Also the girl at the billing desk was great and helpful also everyone was so nice !! Anyways great experience!!

Our transmission started leaking when we were traveling for Christmas vacation. We called the dealership and the service department was closed which was fine. We were told they would be in first thing Sunday morning at 7:30 am so we dropped our car off the night before. We called the dealership around 10 am that day to find out that they weren't even open and it would be the day after Christmas now. When we called in on December 26th in the afternoon they still hadn't worked on the van. Their only excuse was "we are so busy." Aaron would promise to call us then never did. When Friday rolled around we were told Aaron went on vacation and we would have to wait until he got back to talk to him about the status of our car. I don't appreciate getting the run around every time we call in for a status. To top it off he said "I know you are stranded and this would certainly benefit me but I can get you on the phone with the sales department and we can get you into a brand new car today and you can keep going on your travels." I am sorry, but i just expressed how I JUST BOUGHT THIS VAN with a WARRANTY so what makes you think I want to be pressured into a new purchase!? worst dealership experience I have ever had. I understand it was the Holidays but it took 2 weeks to get our van back.

Took my new 2019 Sorento SXL in for a first service and specifically told the person writing up the service order to not wash my vehicle. I had told him how I paid over $1000 to have my car ceramic coated and it could not be washed with brushes. But not only did they wash my car after explaining the reason why they were not supposed to wash it, but there was grease on my fenders, hood, front of the vehicle and worst of all, grease on my carpets. Total disregard for my vehicle and my instructions. There is no excuse for this kind of incompetent service and ignorance after spending almost $48,000 for a new car. USE THIS DEALERSHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Went to Fiesta Kia and Horus the car sales guy there really did an awesome job getting me out of my lease and putting me in the mini-van I wanted at the monthly payment I needed to be at. The actual oil change experience was painless and seamless however in order to do this I had to go through the following. I tried their online scheduling and it's still not working. I'm not sure if they have revamped their website at all but I'm still getting notifications from my email to schedule My oil change and nothing's happening when I click the button to schedule online. I called earlier this week to schedule a Saturday 9:00 a.m. appointment. I get a voicemail on Friday at 10:00 am stating I missed my appointment. Huh?? I called back and made another appointment for Saturday at 7:30 a.m. and I was told that I was not on the schedule. WTF? They still service my car and got me out in under an hour which is still nice. However a few things that could have changed this experience or the following. Please make sure your online scheduling is up and working. Please make sure that when we call that somebody picks up the phone majority of the time. The lady that I have spoken with to schedule my maintenance needs a little bit more of phone etiquette training. She was not rude in any way but needs a little bit more customer service skills. The experience was very bland. I worked in customer service and a call center for a long long time and I'm guessing this staff needs some training. Overall I still like my car it's just that this oil change experience has been horrible. P.s. the new place was nice but I didn't get to enjoy it as it left a bad taste in my mouth with the experience I had just trying to schedule. If you're going to invest money in a new building please make sure to invest money in your employee customer service training as well Thank you.

Why take a deposit if it means that they will not honor it. If you want to risk getting screwed out of a promised car, feel free to contract with this dealership.We are a military family in a new city and this is the treatment we received. I worked with Logan in the service department to have a fairly expensive repair done to an older model Kia. After the repair was made there was a very small issue with the part that was installed. After expressing my concerns they decided to replace the part once more at there own cost, no questions asked, no fighting. This is the way it should be, sadly most of the time once a service facility is paid they no longer care about a customers concerns. Fiesta Kia did a great job, they’re people are friendly and happy to be there, they’re honest and they have no problem working around your busy schedule. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Service department can be horrible at times. Waited to hear back on the part we ordered, never heard back, had to call and verify, told at that time the service department would call to make an appointment, never did. Called a few times more to make an appointment, was told again the service department would get back with us and never did. Finally, person mentioned to just to show up, which we did. The service manager at first didnt want to take the car said we needed an appointment, explained that we've been trying past three days. They took the car in, finished in 4 hours. Took car back today for a service light, they immediately checked it and fixed the cause. Really made up for the appointment fiasco, hence the 3 stars. May update this review if next visit goes well. Didn't care for the fact we had to check on the part and force our way in to get the service needed and recommended by the service department.

Came into the dealership with short notice, and Avery Norton took care of me. I came in looking at used cars, but didn't know exactly what i was looking for. While showing me the used inventory, I spotted the 2019 forte and fell in love. He still allowed me to test drive several cars to make sure I made the right decision. Avery was so polite and explained to me all of the benefits of each car i was looking at in a way I could understand. At the end of it all I was sold on the forte. Avery never attempted to sway or pressure me in a certain direction, I felt very comfortable. When it came time to buy Macario, the gentleman in their finance department, was also lovely. He was adamant that I was comfortable with the terms and answered all my questions about warranty coverage in depth. Both gentlemen were also wonderful conversationalists, and it made the time i was at the dealership fly by. I have tried to buy a car three times in the past year, and every time i have walked because the salespeople made me feel very uncomfortable/pressured. As someone that is easily overwhelmed by a process like this, I appreciate the level of service Fiesta Kia offers.

We had an overall pleasant experience with Fiesta Kia. At the end of the day, a car purchase can be unpleasant in dealing with up charges and additional fees/sales by financing Dept. The key to understanding the whole process is doing your homework prior to stepping inside a car dealership, from understanding your credit report to knowing exactly what you want and the cost associated with your dream car. With that said, we had a pleasant experience with all the Fiesta Kia folks. We ordered a 2020 Kia Telluride which we had to wait for delivery. Thru this time, they communicated effectively on the status throughout the waiting period. Upon arrival, we requested our salesperson Carlos Almanza to have as much paperwork prefilled and he was happy to do so, this saved unwanted time spent at the dealership. I was traveling in my 2017 Kia Sportage when my Aunt noticed oil spots where I had parked it on her driveway in Denver Thursday afternoon. With some concern I left for Albuquerque Friday morning. Called Fiesta Kia and explained my situation to the gentleman on the phone for the service department. I found the dealership (thanks to Waze) and asked for directions to the service department; a manager volunteered to get in my car and direct me to them. Upon my arrival at the service center, the same fellow to whom I had spoken (sure wish I recalled his name; a good guy for sure) promptly took me to a very nice clean waiting area that had a clean mens room. A while later he came to explain that they had found a loose transmission drain plug and tightened it. I had had the car serviced in Houston before my trip and the service included changing the transmission fluid. Fiesta topped off my transmission, washed and vacuumed my car, and gave it back to me much cleaner than they got it and charged me nothing!! I would have been happy to pay for the service. They were so pleasant and the facility so clean that there is no doubt in my mind I would buy my next car from them if I didn't live nearly a thousand miles away.

But before we could get our hands on it they presented us with a little show (not going to get into details, but WOW!!!) and no they didn"t dance, but i'm pretty sure if you asked them. They would find someone who could. Anyways, after our test drive our paper work went smooth and exceeded expectations. The man who got every thing set up and ready to go was just a delight. His jokes were spot on and he has a very vibrant and lively personality. By the time we knew it we were walking out, keys in hand, and nice little celebration from the team at Kia Fiesta. CARLOS was absolutely awesome! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect.
