Purchased about 10 Toyota and Lexus vehicles over the years but not from this dealership. Directed to them by my lender as a preferred dealer. I'd already found an exact vehicle I wanted in PA but approached Clinton on the lender recommendation. Ordered a specific truck through a dealer transfer and was informed the price would be MSRP due to the popularity of the truck. When it arrived, I was told it was 12% higher than MSRP, due to a supplemental charge. I was also told that this was explained to me from the outset, which was not true. What sane person would pay a 12% up charge on a vehicle that could be purchased at MSRP at another nearby dealership? No remedy was offered, I lost the other truck in PA - sold while I was waiting on Clinton to get the transferred one in. Perhaps not overt fraud but terrible business practice. Would not do business with this dealership under any circumstances.

Do not go here if you want to be tossed around and treated like a child. I scheduled a test drive. Loved the car but when the manager ran my credit for a few minutes, he came back and told me that I had no money. That I would not get any credit for even a regular Camry. I was told to come back with money and a cosigner. Keep in mind I was already preapproved for a loan with my bank. I came back 2 weeks later because I received a better price on the car and figured it was worth discussing. I showed the salesman the email on my phone and he took my phone to show the manager. The same manager told me that the price did not include so and so accessories and fees. Even though the price listed said it inluded dealer fees and accessories. They must have snooped through my emais and saw all my email to other dealerships. I was also told that I would not be able to find a better price because it was a TrueCar price. The best price around. I was wasting my time shopping around with their price. I told the manager I would have to think about it and asked if I could keep the chickenscratch pricing notes he made. He told me it was for their records and crumpled the paper up and threw it in the trash as I was leaving. At this point I felt like I was being treated like a child who new nothing of cars. It was downright disrepectful in my opinion. I literally called Bennett Toyota in Allentown right after and they agreed to beat the price on the car they had which had a higher MSRP. When I arrived at Bennett I was treated like a king. They ran my credit through a huge array of banks and beat the rate that I was preapproved for. I left Bennett with a pleasant experience, better interest rate and a better car. Don't waste your time at Clinton. Take their "best price" and match it elsewhere.

My first visit at the workshop was fine. The second visit they complained about low tread on my tires and they were obviously right. However, one look at the worn tires told ME that the tires were worn excessively because the wheel alignment in the front was off and the rear shocks needed to be replaced. Nobody mentioned that, instead they wanted to replace my rear breaks which were still at more than 2 mm and good for at least another 20,000 miles. Also didn't change a light bulb what I would have totally expected

I had the best experience purchasing my 2016 Higlander from Muller Toyota. My Salesman Mike Neely was straight forward and kept me abreast as to the progress of the factory order of the Car. I like to order all my cars "built to suit", since I wanted it with specific colors and options. The total time from ordering and taking delivery was exactly 8 weeks. It was worth the extra drive to avoid the stress that I experienced at so many other dealerships. I will continue to use them for service as I like the personal nature of the dealership. Would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in to test drive a Rav 4 and was greeted by a nice young gentleman with ginger hair (Mike) who set the car up for us. When he was getting my info, early on I told him that my niece worked at another Toyota dealership and that we would eventually be buying from her, but that his dealership was on our route that day and was super convenient for us to do a test drive as we had a few rare minutes to do so. Even though that news obviously sent the steam right out of his sails, he got the car ready for us (my 19 year old daughter and I), and sent us on our way. Upon arriving back at the (empty of any other customers) showroom, I started asking Mike a few quick questions about the vehicle. While he tried to answer, I sensed he was anxious and distracted. Sure enough, who appeared to be the Boss Man came barreling in from behind me, startling me and my daughter, and completely interrupted Mike in the middle of a sentence. Boss Man looked at Mike first and apologized to him for the interruption, then looked at me and said, "I heard you're not buying a car here. Mike has customers waiting for him and you're taking up our time." Then Boss Man turned on his heels with Mike at his feet, dismissed us, and on they went to an upper level of the showroom. Of course we left, red-faced and embarrassed thinking WE did something wrong. However, when we got into our car outside, we looked back into the showroom (the entire front of the building is glass), and saw Mike, Boss Man, and several other employees (assumed sales people) shooting the breeze and NOT waiting on customers at all because there were no other customers. Now, what I would like to say to Boss Man, who I have since found out is Vincent Faffa (and isn't even a boss), is something I didn't know at the time of our unfortunate experience at your dealership. I messaged my niece the next day to tell her about how awful you made me/us feel, and she said that she had left her dealership recently, so we wouldn't be able to buy a new Toyota directly from her anymore. However, she said with the way we were treated at your dealership, we should definitely still go to her former dealership even though she was getting absolutely nothing out of it as they are very decent people there. Obviously this is not the case at this location. Missed sale Mr. Faffa. Possibly two missed sales on brand new cars as my son is also shopping Toyotas. Not to mention word of mouth and the fact that I will be sending the Toyota Corporation a copy of this review. Have a nice day. Post edited 6/2/18 - I had called the dealership the next morning to find out who the manager on duty was when we were there and was told it was Rob Fruschella, so of course we thought that was who told us to leave in such a rude manner. I have since discovered that Rob wasn't a part of the encounter, but that it was a salesperson acting like he was in charge, Vincent Faffa. I stopped in at the dealership to tell Rob why we thought it was him, and he was very nice and apologetic and is doing everything he can to get my business back. However, things are getting a little dicey now that I've inquired about Vincent's name so I could edit my review, so we'll see how it goes from here. Not changing my star rating until we see how this all plays out.

Bought a Camry from their used car lot, Muller Suzuki, and started hearing a noise from it after about a week of owning the car. Called them to ask about bringing it in to diagnose it and to ask about programming an aftermarket key, and the price of the key programming was surprisingly less than anywhere else I checked. As for the diagnosis, they told me to come in "during the day" so they could take it for a drive to hear it and when I arrived the next day at 4:30 they angrily told me "We said during the DAY" and made me schedule an appointment for a later date. When I brought my car I was nicely greeted, the girl was very understanding about my situation, and after about an hour and a half she came into the waiting room to tell me what was wrong with the car and that they fixed it all free of charge because I had just bought the vehicle. Now my car is running smoothly and I can get back to cruising comfortably! Though initially a rough start, my experience today made up for it.

I'm very disappointed with my experience recently at Muller. I had a very scary incident with my 5 year old son when they sent me out in a pre owned 2007 Jeep that was unfit to be out on the road. Lights came on and the truck could not pick up speed without bucking and stalling! Very dangerous while trying to pull onto rt 31. I told two employees when I got back that it shouldn't be out there for sale for safety reasons, never heard back from guy that even gave me the keys and plates. So the next day I notified Michael Muller and he had no clue about the incident. I explained to him that I didn't know even who gave me the keys because I had been there 20 minutes before even being acknowledged and after the incident I waited for someone just to give the keys back and warn someone about the Jeep. He apologized and asked me to wait and let him try to figure things out before I did a negative review. So I did. And it was going good we were staying in contact. But after a email where he told me "most dealerships wouldn't give me the time of day", I had enough. His dealership had the terrible service to where after 20 without being acknowledged. They sent me out in a 10 vehicle that was unfit to be out on the road that day, then after with me trying to keep people safe by informing 2 employees about the broke vehicle, with no phone call apologizing or wanting to know exactly what happened, the thought that they put that vehicle right back out there is disturbing. So Michael yes most dealerships would give me the time of day and try to fix things. But by you acting like you are doing things above and beyond is where you gave up! You sir are running the worst dealership around!

If I could give zero stars I would definitely have to give this dealership zero stars!!!! From there inept automotive technicians which crashed my car while performing a routine oil change!!! To the shady way the managers handled the situation! But I’m a sucker and still Proceeded to buy two brand new vehicles from this dealership! And then was charged two separate payments a month later because of there mistakes they made in Financing!! So from the technicians, the managers and there finance department they are the reason car Dealerships get bad names!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!!!!

We just bought a new Highlander Hybrid and had an excellent sales experience with Qusai and the rest of the team. After getting the runaround at another dealer, we finally gave up and found the car we wanted at the price we wanted at Toyota World. It was a bit of a drive for us, but worth the effort as the sales team was truly helpful and didn't push us into getting more than we wanted. Qusai even called the next day after we purchased to make sure we were happy and when I told him I had found a mistake and also wanted to rethink my extended warranty, they fixed the error and let me make the change without any hassle. Stopped by to look at the new Supra. They have it roped off with red velvet rope like it's 6 figure car... Sticker on car states it not ready for sale. Asked the salesman why it's not ready for sale. He said "we're waiting for the right offer". I then asked if it what going for MSRP? He then laughed in a smug Manor and stated it's definitely not going for MSRP. This Supra is not even a limited edition numbered car!

I was pleasantly surprised to find a welcoming atmosphere and a very patient and helpful staff. I was not happy with the underhanded upselling that went on during my service visit for a simple recall item on January 18, 2019. When I turned down the items they tried to sell me over the phone, they did an oil change anyway ignoring the sticker on my windshield showing I had just recently had one somewhere else. Also, the items that they tried to sell me didn't need repairing either, after going to my neighborhood station...not even close. This wasn't my only bad experience with Toyota World of Clinton. Most of the salesmen are not trustworthy either. All based on personal experiences. I have been unhappy with Muller Toyota for a while, and now I am never returning for anything. Muller has lost a customer and sure to lose more.

A salesman from Toyota World called me last week to see if I would be interested in ending my lease early to begin another (my lease technically ends in September). I was, in fact, interested, so we began to talk. I noticed that he was pushing quite a bit for me to lease a Camry, despite the fact that I stated more than once that I wanted to upgrade in size from a Corolla to a RAV4 (for many reasons). He explained that he “ran the numbers” for what leasing a RAV4 might cost per month, and said that it would be “significantly higher” than what I was paying now but refused to tell me just how much higher over the phone. Fishy, but fine. We scheduled to meet this morning (Saturday, 2/2); I thought it would be easier to express to him my desires in person. I was wrong. I have no problem with the salesman himself, which is why I haven’t shared his name. I DO have a problem with a man named David Sobel, a sales manager. The salesman did end up relenting and crunching the numbers for me in person for leasing a RAV4. They weren’t “significantly higher”; they were reasonable. However, he went into another office to speak to his manager(s?), and twenty minutes later, out came Mr. Sobel. To say the interaction was unpleasant would be an understatement. Brusque, condescending, and cold - he treated me like I was an idiot. He told me no new information; he simply repeated back to me what his employee had said to me over the phone last week, BEFORE he re-crunched the numbers in my presence. When I questioned him, he switched gears and started loudly complaining that they would have to eat the remainder of my lease payments - THEY called ME about ending my lease early! If “eating the payments” was such an issue, why did they call at all? - and that what I knew to be a minor issue with my vehicle was going to cost them $1,500 (at the beginning of the meeting, I was complimented on how well I had treated the vehicle). He finally ended the conversation by saying that maybe, just maybe, we could work something out with a Camry. Just like his salesman, he was desperate to get me in a Camry. I don’t know if they’re receiving some sort of kickback from Toyota for selling Camrys, but they just wouldn’t stop pushing it. And David was downright unprofessional in his sad attempt. I ended it quickly and left as soon as I could. My morning might have been wasted, but at least they saved me the trouble of returning in September when I’m at the end of my lease and more pressed for a vehicle. One of the tens of other Toyota dealerships in the area will be getting my business. In short: it’s no wonder this place was empty on a Saturday afternoon.

There wasn't any pressure, just the information I needed. I enjoyed the space and time to look around and Tommy let me test drive any of the cars/trucks I was interested in. My experience started with my initial contact with Kate from the internet division. Kate set up my VIP appointment with sales and when I walked in Michael was waiting for me. He was professional courteous and knew his job. Dave the manager immediately introduced himself and we started looking for my truck. They found me a 2012 Tundra pickup. Dave then put my truck in the hands of finance who worked very hard to get me a deal. Angela started it and Lydia finished it. These woman worked very hard to get me approved. Dragon the General manager also was involved with the deal. The staff of this business were professional, courteous and knew their jobs. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone what wanted a car. I am coming back for another car for my wife! Thanks for treating me like family. I left a review of Toyota World and my experience of purchasing a truck. All went well contract drawn and I drove out. Behind the scene their general manager Dragan was still trying to save me money. And he did. He called me back gave me a new contract for less money. Shanea made up the contract and was good at her job. She was very nice. A pleasure to deal with. While I waited I had asked my salesperson if he knew the model of my radio. He went outside found the model number and e mailed me the manual. This is a great company. Purchased a certified 2015 RAV4 Limited from this dealership last week. Really love the car but noticed a few things that were not addressed as part of their certification process after I had already taken possession of the car so frankly was a little disappointed. So I made an appointment with their service department and was curious to see if they were going to give me a hard time about correcting these issues at no cost to me as I felt they were overlooked as part of their certification of the car. Bottom line is they passed with flying colors. Everything was satisfactorily addressed in my opinion at no cost to me. On March 20 I went to get my Rav4 serviced. Walt checked me in. When my vehicle was done he sail I owed them 140.62. I told him I had a service agreement on this vehicle. He told me I used them all up. Instead arguing with him I when home and checked my records. I was correct they should have not billed me. After future review of my receipt I noticed the they applied the service to the incorrect vehicle. This is not the first time this has happened. Moving forward I called the same day March 20 and said they were going to take care of this and I would received a credit for 140.62 the next day. Well today is March 26 and I am still waiting for my credit. It only takes one bad experience. I will finish out my lease and go to another dealer.

Among any dealership experience, this was very different in good way. I wish other dealership can learn from them to help customer such pleasant car buying experience. Qusai Muheisen helped us with showing us the car and test driving to completing the contract. He was amazing in making sure the experience had no glitches. My mother just purchased a 2019 Corolla XSE Hatchback (traded in a 2012 Honda Pilot) from Toyota World of Clinton, and the service was immaculate. We were instantly greeted and assisted by sales representative Qusai Muheisen, who was incredibly helpful and overall one of the greatest dealers (if not the best) I ever encountered at a dealership. He was incredibly friendly, letting my mother and I observe various cars we were interested in, while providing us valuable information on each, patient (unlike other dealers), and inviting, offering us refreshments, providing personal input on vehicles, or simply conversing about vehicles themselves, while answering any necessary questions. Management was also extremely welcoming, graciously negotiating affordable prices for which my mother could properly balance and afford, generously granting us a complimentary television with the purchase of the Corolla hatch. Regarding the dealership itself, the complex was spotless, Toyota's renowned arsenal of vehicles neatly organized from coupes and hatches such as the Prius and Corolla, including crossovers such as the new C-HR and Rav-4, ranging up to the colossal behemoths of the Tacoma and Sequoia. Nonetheless all the representatives were incredibly friendly, facilitating the process of purchasing and financing a vehicle. Staff was very patient along the exciting yet stressful process of purchasing a vehicle, while helping us decide on the fitting vehicle and trim for my mother's budget, as well as transferring all items from her SUV into the hatch. Once again, Qusai Muheisen was a tremendous sales representative, and both my mother and I would purchase another vehicle from him and Toyota World of Clinton in a heartbeat. We switched to this dealership for maintenance a closer dealership was overly aggressive about advertising trade-in services and recommending an excessive amount of repairs. This location does not offer courtesy vehicles but they also don't continuously try to upsell us. Staff is polite and friendly. Waiting area has complimentary snacks, coffee and beverages. There is no childrens waiting area but there are tables where kids can sit. Bring things for your kids to draw/read/play with if you plan on waiting with them.

I am happy with the purchase. I have recommended Jon to family and friends and will continue to do so. The car I bought is a Certified 2013 Toyota Corolla LE. So far so good. I was a little disappointed I didn't get a full tank of gas and a voucher for a free oil change. That is the only reason for a 4 star rating instead of 5 star. My Jeep broke down, and I decided on a Corolla or a Subaru to replace it… I looked up local dealers and found Muller Toyota, among others. When I showed up at Muller the greeting was respectful, and sincerely friendly. The salesman who greeted me and helped me with options, both product-wise and financing, was Lou L. I had my wife and baby with me, and he was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. After going through options, despite my credit being not so good, an appropriate vehicle was found and I was given time to think about it… I came back 2 days later and decided to buy because it was such a good deal. The sales Manager, Jim L., made the deal even better and VERY easy for me to understand and to afford. I feel that I’ve had the best experience at any auto dealership here at Muller than at any of the 10 or so previous car buys that I’ve been through. Highly recommended!

Had the misfortune to purchase a vehicle from out of state from this dealership which is now Toyota World of Clinton. I had driven in from Wayne and traded in my vehicle for a new one. The salespeople were barely knowledgable about their offerings, low balled me on my trade and wanted to sell me warranties and all manner of nonsense. After enduring this for hours I stupidly did the deal, and was able to drive away. A few days later I get a notice from the bank that my old vehicle was not paid off, and called their office. YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE how impossibly rude, arrogant, disrespectful, inefficient, and flat out IGNORANT the woman, whose name was KATIE was on the other end. She spoke to me as if I should have worshiped the ground she walked on and had the audacity TO TELL ME I DID SOMETHING WRONG. Shady sales are one thing but putting someone in FINANCIAL CRISIS is something else. I visited this dealership after receiving an "exclusive offer" from the dealer following my inquiry on the AmEx Auto Purchasing Program website. I exchanged multiple emails with a sales associate, Courtney Wilcox, to confirm the terms of the sale were exactly as stated in the email. The email indicated the list price of the car + a very steep $599 dealer fee. It's worth noting that she sent me the wrong Carfax (for a similar car with significantly fewer miles), but sent the correct one when I pointed out the mistake. I explicitly asked multiple times to be advised up-front about any "extras" the dealership would try to add on during my visit and was assured the price was as described in the email. I made it clear that I would not buy the car if "new" costs appeared during my visit. I drove from NYC and after a nice test-drive, I was ready to make the purchase. I was surprised when the sales agent printed an invoice that had replaced the list price of the car with the total price from the email (the one that included the dealer fees) but also included $599 in dealer fees - meaning I was being charged the dealer fee twice. He returned with an amended invoice with the correct list price. But this time I noticed a $375 "etching fee". When I inquired, I was informed this could not be removed. I was puzzled as to why the dealer would allow this unnecessary fee to hold up the sale - I was ready to buy the car for the price I'd been promised prior to my visit. I asked to speak with the manager, feeling confident that the dealership would honor the "TruePrice" guarantee they had sent me (attached). To my chagrin, Sales Manager David Venrura refused to adjust this, insisting that the dealership had the right to add (random dollar amount) "extra" costs to the "TruePrice" and that they explicitly advertised the lower (wrong) price to "get customers in the door". His argument was that ALL dealerships would do this, so he had to follow the shady practice to be competitive. When I asked for a print-out of the invoice as evidence of the scam, he wrote a new "invoice" in Sharpie on a scrap piece of paper?! Overall, between the "mistakes" in the Carfax and invoice preparation, and the explicitly dishonest sales practices, I was horrified by this experience. Toyota has always been a trusted brand, but that trust has now been deeply eroded. I would advise everyone to stay very far away from this dealership unless you enjoy being deceived and bullied. It is clear that a less savvy buyer would have easily have been cheated.

Terrible experience- windshield wipers not working. Toyota should recognize if the wipers were left on, from the night before and the windshield has ice in the AM (preventing them from moving)- this needs a fusable link or circuit breaker. Because the wiper arms are now stripped out due to a Design Flaw- I have to pay $245?

Salesman was somewhat bothered that I asked questions, Left desk multiple times for unknown reasons. While discussing the vehicle another salesman took the keys off the desk, without saying a word for someone else to test drive, I guess my deal was lesser than the other guy. Yeah, I won't be back. My experience with Muller was poor. I emailed the internet department about a used car. We scheduled an appointment for the following evening. I said I'd call and confirm before making the 1 hour plus drive to see the car. The sales associate replied "he was looking forward to my call" and also that if anything changed, they'd reach out. The day of the appointment, I call and email... no answer. Since I hadn't heard anything, I made the trek out to the dealership. I learned that 1) the sales associate doesn't even work that day and 2) that the car had been sold that morning. I emailed one of the owners to voice my disappointment that my time had been wasted. Instead of apologizing from the onset and discussing some steps they'd take to make sure this doesn't happen again, he started with something akin to "there's nothing we can do". He did apologize for the miscommunication but I never received an apology from the guy who actually lied to me and wasted my time.

She talked me into and apt for the following day. When I arrived I was greeted by Antonio, who turned out to be the Sales Person who was waiting for me. We went inside.
