Save yourself a headache and dont ever go here. Number 1 they will rip you off and over charge you on your monthly payment. Then they will tell you that you have things in your protection like complete tire protection and when you ask at every service visit if your car needs new tires they will tell you no. Then they'll call you months later at your next service to tell you that you now need new tires and its unfortunately under a certain thread so it's no longer in your warranty and it's a out of pocket cost to you. The sale rep Ty that called was rude and unprofessional. Kept raising his voice and I was mentioned that he needed to lower his voice and control his tone, he proceeded to give me the excuse that his phone was broken so he had to speak loud. When I called back to speak to the manager Andy I was told that i never had wear and tear protection. Let's not mention that I've been waiting on a car part time to come in for about 2 years now. Paid $100 for it and no phone call regarding anything to do with it. Stay away from here! You'll thank me.

When, I arrived @ Sansone Jr's 66 Automall, I was not expecting much as I did not think they had the 2019 Stinger I wanted. Rudy Thurman (Sales Guy) & Lamore Merchant (Sales Manager) were totally awesome and were able to fine the EXACT Stinger and collectively work with me to get the deal done in less than one hour (including a test drive)! I have leased two KIA's from them and would strongly recommend both of them. I have not ever posted a Google review before and will not likely ever do it again but feel that Rudy and Lamore deserve it. Steve

I was swindled by this place and cant help but feel all these reviews are plants !!! First off they called me in to do a trade and put me in a upside down loan . Second I recently leased a car from a reputable dealer in cherry hill nj ..cherry hill nissan and have been waiting over 6 weeks for my gap refund of over $400.00 Today they told me the gentleman that was helping me quit last night and now I am back to leaving voice mails that no one returns !! I usually don’t post reviews online but the service at Sansone Jr’s went above and beyond so I will try do the same. I took my Mitsubishi in for a factory recall, they pulled up every pending notice and performed them all. Not only that, but my oil drain plug bolt was on too tight from the past dealer where I bought it pre owned, and I pulled so hard on my darn socket it was rolling like it was rounding instead of taking the bolt off. So I decided to take it to get changed by pros who could either blast it back off with their impact guns or grip it with a really well biting wrench. I’m not sure how they did it but they were super accommodating and charged a very fair price for synthetic oil and filter, but not only that, they fixed a piece of plastic debris shield that was loose under my vehicle from when I hit a pothole in a parking lot in the rain. I had been meaning to fix it but didn’t know exactly which clip it took. The fact that they fixed it for free and perfectly really meant a lot. I would highly recommend their service department.

Nothing could have been done to make my experience at Sansone Jr’s 66 Nissan any better than it was! Aside from the repairs that were made which were all done beautifully. I was in the area so I stopped in to make an appointment to have both my front and rear brakes serviced (it was time to replace both). Elizabeth, the Service Advisor asked me if wanted to have the work done at that moment. When I mentioned I thought it would be at least five hours (I was also having wiper blade and several air filter replacements as well as a repair to my tailgate not opening). She stated they had a service car I could have in order to get back and forth to my home or complete my chores for the day. Although the Service waiting area is amazingly friendly with its many amenities, I found this much more helpful due to the time it would take to complete the repairs. Elizabeth, the Service Advisor, is continually helpful in every aspect of my experience at the dealership. From the moment of contact and throughout the repair processes, up to and including picking up my vehicle, Elizabeth has always personally made sure my repairs were thoroughly completed and that my car was returned to me as in pristine condition, washed and ready for me upon arrival. She also always keeps me in the loop during the process, as she has done every time I have come in for service. It has been very reassuring to have her involved in each of my many experiences at Sansone’s!

I am extremely pleased with getting my first 5000 mile service on my Kia Soul AKA "Red Tomato". Pulling into the lot , seeing an employee asking if I was here for service, saying yes, I was & immediately directed into the service bay was tremendous! The technician who was right there, took my info before I got out of my car ,then directed me into the waiting room that was steps away . I was there for approximately a half hour or so & was beckoned to come across the way to to their office for quick easy check put at no cost for my first full service & a slight fee for some touch up paint. My wife, almost 1 year old daughter and I went in this afternoon with hopes that leasing a Kia would work out for us. We were greeted quickly by Manny while outside looking at a Sorento. If we could give this man 10 stars on here, we would in a heartbeat. He has such a calming demeanor and never once made us feel pressured into anything. He took his time to explain our options and we felt comfortable the entire time we were there. Once the decision to proceed with the paperwork was made, things got interesting for us. We had taken my car there, but wanted to trade in my wife's Jeep. As she stayed at the dealership with our daughter and Manny, I drove home to go pick up her Jeep. While I was on my way back, I hit a bit of traffic and all of a sudden I felt something off. I looked at the side mirror and saw the rear tire wobbling like it was about to fall off. I pulled over and called my wife to let her know what happened, and she put me on the phone with Manny. His response was "let me see what we can do, I'll call you right back". Within a few minutes, they called me back to tell me that he was on his way to come help. Ten minutes later, he was there with me. I had also contacted roadside assistance through our insurance and the tow truck arrived as well. Unfortunately it wasn't just a jack it up and throw lug nuts on it kind of fix, so we had it towed. I was extremely shaken up thinking about how serious this could have been and that this was definitely a sign to get my wife in a newer more reliable vehicle. Manny drove me back to the dealership and just talked to me like a friend would after something like this happens. Most car dealerships would probably rip up the paperwork and tell us we were s.o.l., but these guys handed us the keys to my wife's new car and wished us the best of luck. I'll be looking to trade in my Honda in the near future and definitely plan on going right back here and continuing what I am sure will be a very long relationship with this dealership. Thank you guys, you made what could have been an awful day into a very positive one.

I buy a lot of vehicles for my company so I have considerable experience with car dealers. Sansone Jr's 66 is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They are sleazy, incompetent liars. First, they tried to not honor the price they advertised on Truecar. Then when they finally agreed to honor the price they wrote up the contract "mistakenly" with an additional $1,000 thinking I wouldn't notice it. When I refused to take the car then they reluctantly rewrote the contract correctly. Now I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get the license plates/registration for the car and still have not received them. I have a vehicle in my company parking lot that I have not been able to give to an employee because Sansone Jr has not provided the plates for the car!

When they tell you that "you can return your car at any Nissan dealership" that is just a lie. Total Scam: Received flyer in the mail letting us know that this business was having a contest and we should scratch off a portion to see if we won anything. Turns out the flyer said we won a 70inch TV. We called up ahead of time because it was too good to be true and we were told we were winners so we went on down. When we entered we were then informed that the flyer was invalid and then immediately confiscated(even though it was the correct location and in-between the contest windows) but that if we went and looked around the lot, spoke with a salesperson, and gave out our phone number we would receive a $100 gift card. We said why not for a few minutes of our time but again this proved too good to be true. We were handed a pamphlet with instructions on the top to claim out $100 gift card but sadly this turned out to be a total scam as well. It's not a $100 gift card it's 4 $25 gift cards to be used at shady online retailers where everything is incredibly overpriced (all over $25) so the cards are literally unusable! We will never be coming back to any Sansone as this was a clear bait and switch tactic that took advantage of us.
