I came here over the weekend just to browse around and I ended up leaving with a new 2019 Kia Forte. Im in love with this car and was surprised that it was a Forte when I was looking inside at the interior. Kia really put love into this model... The staff was very caring and beyond helpful. The Salesman Jobin is the person you should look for! Susan in finance was such a delight, she was very sweet and made sure things were as it should be. What was most important to me was that I did not feel like someone was "trying to get over on me" and for that I am truly happy I ended up being at this location with these wonderful people. Paul F in the Chrysler service dept is the best! He helped us when Island Chrysler in Staten Island (the worst dealership) completely messed up!! They fixed the damage that Island did to our minivan. Awful experience. Put a deposit on a lease, and they brought me a different car than was represented. When I complained, they told me that I could lose my deposit or take the lease. 3 years later when the lease was up, the staff was rude and flat out lied in the same few minutes I spoke to them, and they didn't want to help me because they weren't getting any more money than they already received. Their prices are nothing special; any dealer can give you their prices but lower because Sansone has a window etching company that they use to etch windows on all their cars and forward the unnecessary, unrequested cost to customers. Their employee turnover is indicative of how they mistreat people, including their own, for the bottom line. This is not limited to any particular showroom. Many Sansone showrooms have this problem. No wonder the father and son had a lawsuit and split the company. All this, and I have been a customer since 2002. Never again. I wish I was never a customer of theirs. Glad I've moved on to more honest, transparent dealers.

Bought a certified Nissan x terra a month ago and they lied about been that the car is certified, bat car been in an accident.So please if you by a certified car from them,double check that the car as original paint on it,very disappointed and disgusted about this transaction.They suggested to take an extra 30 dollars more in a monthly payments to guarantee the veicolerà bumper to bumper,an when you call and complaining the turn around and say oh we can’t do nothing about it.so my question is u can you trust.Dont get fulished deal are better then Jersey in Staten Island,and even if the car cost a little fraction more,at list they are honest not disonest.

ZERO STARS. I Ubered in today to purchase a used vehicle. Salesman left to find the car I chose. Went missing for a half hour. Finally came back and said he had to go elsewhere to find my car. Went through his computer while gone and actually up-sold myself to a vehicle 5000 more and decided to purchase the original for my daughter. 17000 total. Left after the second half hour went by. Very odd, I'm a cash buyer.

I went into the dealership to see what they have to offer and as I walked into the Jeep dealership I was greeted by Anthony Rosario. Anthony made the whole process quick and stress free. I told him what I had to work with and and he made it happen for me. With that bein i am now on the road with my new Jeep and I am very satisfied. Easy to say if you have a price in mind and a budget I would go see Anthony R because he will put you in the car you want at the price you’re comfortable with.

Buyer beware. We purchased a car in January and was told that half of the lease balance would be rolled into our payments and the dealer would eat the other half. Of course, that was a lie as Hyundai sent a $1500 bill to our attention. Numerous calls to have the dealer correct the situation have gone unanswered. Don’t do business with this group. They are quick to make a sale but don’t make good on their promises.

BLAKE at the Nissan dealership was such a pleasure in the whole process of getting my new car. I would recommend anyone looking to get in a new nissan or any used car to go to him. Very down to earth and personable guy. They have soooo many cars on their lot both new and used. He brought me around the entire auto mall and showed me every single car i had in mind which was really sweet and he was also very patient with me and went through all my options. Blake even treated my friend and I to lunch which was nice since we were there the majority of the day. Very consistent and assuring of making sure i chose the right car for myself. I would buy bottled air from this man if i could. If you’re looking for a car go online pick a few out in your price range and make sure Blake in the nissan building is the person you meet with. I’m so happy i went off my friends suggestion of coming here and working with him.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! CHRYSLER dealer After extensive research online. Speaking with an online representative the whole day I narrow it down to the specific truck (Dodge Ram) I wanted. I forgot the stock number of the truck, the plan was to meet with Tony the manager but I get the partner which didn't even had the courtesy to give me his name. This is a rude individual maybe he had a rough day but that's not my problem. Like I said I did my research I knew exactly how much was down payment, reg, taxes, etc. This kept telling me I had to pay this and this...etc money and credit is not a problem. Lost a customer and many as I will let my family and friends know not to go here. Never will I ever stop a foot into this dealer. Tony if you read this get rid of this guy or find another partner as he claims he is. I really doubt he's your partner. As businessman myself I would never let go of a customer. I have bought many cars and trucks before and never had a BAD EXPERIENCE... I'll just take my business back to FORD!!!!

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Sansone Auto Mall and it was 100% stress free. Dean Puleo was extremely helpful in informing me about the vehicles that they had to offer. Ryan was the person who actually sold me my car and I felt very comfortable with him. He was great at explaining to me what everything in the car and was and the features that the car had to offer. When I finally purchased the car, Ryan sat with me and explained how to work everything in the car. When it came to signing the paperwork, it was extremely fast and did not have to wait long! I would not go back here. I bought a car because I was desperate, they added $2000 to the price, took a week to have it ready and tried to skimp on every single step of the process. The manager himself was rude and unpleasant but the saleswoman were nice. Do not buy here, go anywhere else.

***For the reviewers- sorry for the long review, but this was my actual experience*** Buying a car (new or used) in itself it a very daunting task especially for a first time buyer like myself. There are many factors involved. My experience at Sansone Jeep in Avenel started off great, professional and positive, and although, I wasn't able to obtain the vehicle that I wanted, they tried to work with the "many factors" and got me a car within my budget (or so I thought). After numerous back and forth with the finance department- The sales rep who had found the car within my budget told me that since the car just came in ( a few days prior) they were checking it out and detailing it and I would able to pick it up that Monday ( I came in on Saturday). At which time he asked me how would I like to leave a deposit. I left one in cash and was excited to pick up my car that Monday. On Monday, the sales rep called to inform me that unfortunately, I would not be able to get the vehicle unless I did one of two thing (1) Leave a larger deposit (2) get a "strong" co-signer. At which point I told him that I would be by to pick up my deposit and paperwork. (strike 1). Upon arriving, the sales rep handed my documents to me and when I asked about my deposit, he informed me that they would have to cut a check and mail it to me, that they could not give it back in cash.Finance department had already left for the day so I was unable to speak to anyone about it. The sales rep told me that I would have received my check within two weeks this was on June 24th 2019 (strike 2) After numerous phone calls to Sansone Jeep, I was unable to get a hold of either the finance department or management . I continued my dialogue via text with the sales rep and his response was "it was a large corporation" and that it would take some time for me to receive my funds. On July 17th 2019, I text the sales rep again at which time he said that finance put my check in the mail that morning (local USPS- 2 day delivery). (Strike 3) Kept trying to get in contact with someone at Sansone with no luck because I had not received my check- Finally, (July 31st) I had I made one last ditch attempt and left a message with management that I would have to take legal action if I didn't receive my funds that day. I also spoke to the sales rep one last time and informed him that his manager would need to call me asap. After two phone calls from the "Manager" (wherein the 1st call he tried to cut me off several times). He called me back and said that he had my check if I wanted them to mail it out (remember July 17th- the check was in the mail) or if I would like to pick it up. Off course without hesitation I left work early and rushed over there to get my money. When I reached, I asked for the manager and a guy behind the desk asked for my name and gave me my check. I wasn't looking for an apology per say but just some courtesy. This was one of the first and worst experiences in buying a car. Moral of this- ***BUYERS BEWARE- BEFORE LEAVING A DEPOSIT CASH OR OTHERWISE MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND YOU READ FINE PRINT***

I've bought Toyota Camry from Sansone. They didn't give me document shows that I paid Tax. So DMV didn't accept my bill of sales document. Toyota Financial told me that I should call Sansone toyota but their finance department can not solve the problem and after a bit time they hang up on my face. They are terrible company.

****BUYER BEWARE**** Unfortunately today, Sansone has lost customers for years to come. My Parents, my wife, and myself have all bought cars from here for the last 10-15 years. My wife and myself went in and leased a car from a salesman named Dan, and were helped by a gentleman in finance named Terry. We were completely mislead. I went in as a co-signer on a loan for my wife and yes, I know what a co-signer is. I understand we are a 50/50 ownership on the credit end of the vehicle, but in the end we were mislead. We agreed my wife was to be the primary leaser on everything and instead of letting me know they wanted to use me as the primary instead of the co-leaser for the credit, they went ahead and did it without alerting me and allowing me to have the decision to continue with the deal or not. I am blind sided by the fact that they went ahead with using ME as the primary when the bill arrived in the mail and it was addressed to me instead of my wife. Now either way the bill will be paid thankfully we are married and live in the same home but buyer beware. If you are coming in and expecting people to be truthful through and through, Sansone is not the place. This isn’t even the first time!When I financed my vehicle through Dodge a similar issue came to light with my father last May, where they tried to register it in his name. He wasn’t even a co signer! I bought the vehicle alone. When I called today to address the issue, the finance manger who spoke to me was patronizing and just kept basically repeating that it did not matter and refused to understand it was the principle of the thing that we should have been told and they should have been up front with us. Telling me there is no such thing as primary signer and co-signer on a loan but when I spoke to the lien holder, they relayed something completely opposite and agreed that I should have been notified that the credit was ran with me as the primary instead of my wife because there is a difference and we should have been able to decide wether it was something we wanted to do or not. Instead they were deceitful regardless of what they’ll try to call it and mislead us immensely!

Had the best experience here this weekend! We were in and out with our new car in 2 hours! Anyone seeking a hybrid sedan, who wants the ultimate car-buying experience, can visit Sansone Hyundai in Avenel NJ. This week I went to test-drive the popular new Ioniq Blue hybrid. They advised me which papers to bring (my current insurance card, cashier's check, military discharge for a $500 discount). In just 2 hours I drove home with my new hybrid, $3K below MSRP. Savvy General Manager Eric Bennett and his team (Allan Kenney and Sherif) could not be more expert and helpful--from the test drives to the paperwork--and even had other staff entertain our three-year-old with their popcorn machine, fish tank, and toys during the 2 hours. When anyone asks about my new Ioniq, I will refer them to Sansone Hyundai. This dealer is over one hour from our home, but well worth the trip.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Sent by son for an oil change and tire rotation. Suppose to be a free oil change (Had to fight to receive) and about a $22.00 tire rotation. Terrible customer service. When you make a “refundable” deposit on Saturday they have no issue charging your card. Once you ask for the deposit back because you’re not interested, they apparently cannot give you the money back on Saturday because the finance office is “closed”. They said that I was wasting their time and I was not respecting them because I was not interested in the car anymore. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. This is not my first time being disrespected by this company. Just disapointing.

I stopped in to test drive a jeep wrangler at the jeep dealer in Sansone. I liked that they didn't pressure me to buy the car, but when I returned to the desk to make a deal, the salesman and his trainee had disappeared. I didn't have the time to wait around so I left, but I wrote my number on the data sheet and wrote the VIN of the car I liked and a note to call me with pricing. Never heard from them. I left and got a Mercedes instead. I'm not sure what happened. They have a large inventory though. So still worth a shot. Two stars for now.

Hubby went in to look at a car today. Sticker had a no hassle price yet when he went in to see about pricing they added a $1100 00 window etching fee on top of the price as an "option " and they told him it could not be removed. I pulled the carfax report and the etching was done in 2016 when the first owner took possession of the vehicle and paid fir it BUYER BEWARE. DISHONEST. I wonder how many other consumers fell for this scam.

I purchased my car from Sanosone, and so far it’s ok. Brought it in for Brake repairs and a couple of other issues. BE CARFUL WITH SERVICING! Ask questions about you repairs and replacement parts. I have aftermarket chrome rims with large gaps in the rims which means you can easily see the braking mechanisms. I had the rotor replaced, pads, ..ect. After about a week, I noticed that there was major rust on the braking parts that was replaced and which was easily visible through the gaps in my rims, looked horrible. Went back to the servicing department with this issue, I was told that the brakes given to me did not have some type of coating on them to prevent rusting, I am thinking to myself, this is the year 2019, who gives you replacement parts that rust within a week! I was told I could buy new coated brakes and I would not be charged for labor, only for the parts, but truth be told, I just no longer trust them to do any work on my car. I found a body shop that was able to paint the rusted parts on my braking system.

We went to Sansone Toyota for a family vehicle. From the representative on the phone Caesar Jimenez to our sales representative Quentin Washington, it was not your typical car dealership experience. These two men were honest upfront and made me want to buy from this dealership. Quentin worked with our budget and got us into something that was right for us. Yes staff is nice. But i purchased a used jeep there. Transmission went after only 20,000 miles .Do NOT purchase any warranties. They do not honor them. I have a Mopar warranty i paid 2300.00. Last month I had the worst experience with a New York Nissan Broker. They made the deal sound so unbelievable over the phone for a 2019 Nissan SV Sport. No money down, low monthly payment, they will deliver the vehicle to me at my Job and take my current leased vehicle to a dealer and of course I did the purchase transaction. I dont know why i went back a 2nd time to Sansone jeep service. They are terrible. The lady who helped me was christina. Let me say exactly what happened. I already called A few days prior to going so everything was all logged in for my repair work on my air condition, spoke in detail to a service person about what was wrong and what needed to be done, all i had to do was drop my jeep off with the keys in the dropbox overnite which i planned. But when i got there an hour before my scheduled appointment, they said “no you have to tell me everything that needs repair and i have to fill everything out”. I told her it was documented and i had to go, but still i went through it all over again with christina. I was ticked a little because they said before “all you have to do is drop the jeep off”. I could have overlooked that but the best part is coming up. After they did the “service” later when i came back, as soon as i open the door, the panel to the dashboard was not even put back on! Showed them and they put it back on. Then i start it and leave, and when im in the parking lot not even 4 minutes away, the air condition just shuts right off! It comes back on after about 20 seconds. After about another minute it shuts back off. I go back and ofcourse Christina says, “ the technician didnt touch anything, he just took the panel off” which is a lie cause he had to go deeper into my ac to tell me my blend door actuator gear was messed up, which i knew already, thats what i told them needed fixing on the report before they even worked on it! THEY ARE CROOKS! I had the manager test drive it and he came back and said “ it didnt shut off with me”. I was getting so mad i thought the best thing for me to do was to go back when they reopen because i didnt want it to escalate further. But be warned, you might squeak past them unharmed once, but they will get you eventually. I will never ever bring my vehicle back their again. This is the second time they messed up my jeep. If i have to i will file charges against them. Lastly, the messed up part of it was wanted to charged me $550 to replace a $14 part. I will take the time and do it myself.

PEOPLE ARE CAUTIONED IN DEALING WITH THESE KIND OF AUTO DEALERS AND IN CASE SOMEONE FACES THE SAME SITUATION AS I DID, PLEASE LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE CFPB AND YOU CAN EVEN SUE THESE AUTO DEALERS !!
