My brother bought a car here a month ago. Danny was his salesman. Good place. Staff friendly. They didn't really try to haggle on price too much. Just a little which is to be expected by any dealership but overall we got the deal we wanted. My brother tried to get a car at paramus Chevy but those clowns didn't want to help us. i leased a new car from Alvaro last week. He was polite, professional and he listened to my needs. This is the 4th car dealership I went to. He was the first salesman who listened to what my bottom line was, how much i wanted to pay per month, and what type of car i wanted for my short height I called and emailed the Quality auto mall and told them what car I wanted. They didn't have it in stock but told me they would call me when they got it. 2 weeks later, they contacted me and told me to come in and test drive. He didn't try to do a bait and switch like the other dealerships. With the other 3, they told me they had the car i wanted, yet when I went to them, they didn't have the car and tried to sell me something else. Before i knew it their down payment was high, the car was way too big and the monthly payment was more than I wanted to pay. They wasted my time. I went in as they were the only ones willing to do a factory recall job. The man working the desk, who's in charge of the service center is great. Al it might have been. Since I was there for a an airbag recall, I got a full service done as well, and after 4 hours, I left in a great mood. Right away I noticed they cracked my drivers side mirror, not a huge complaint. I can fix it. After all, they were the only place that would do the airbag. After they said they couldn't read my computer codes, I told them, that's weird. Because my cheap Amazon one works fine and dandy. And their Ford Motors code reader didn't work. Odd, this should have been a red flag for me. But the guy at the desk is so pleasant, you forget that other people working there might be complete incompent, which I soon found out. As a week later the engine maintenance light came on, not the service soon light, but the get it checked out now light. A light that has never come on in the time I've owned my car and driven it coast to coast multiple times. I checked codes (which again, worked fine and dandy with my Amazon device), and my transmission wasn't getting pressure. I put more fluid and Lucas stop leak in, and topped it off every week to make sure I was okay, and my problem was solved. It was fixed in a band aid fix the issue for now kind of way. But a month later, my car began slamming into 1st gear, in a rough transition that made the car jump forward. Soon after I lost forth gear. So for a day i could only go 45 miles per hour, anything more was possible, but the rpm gauge would have maxed out and I'd burn my engine up. I took my car to a trasmission shop, (AAMCO in Hackensack) explaining I don't expect a fix, but for then to do a flush and maybe new fluid helps. AAMCO said the damage has been done but they'll look at it. Then an hour later the technician came out and told me whoever worked on my car last, never put the transmission filter back on. It'd leaked fluid since Quality Auto Mall worked on it. The transmission filled the pan, damaging components and flooding the solenoids. AAMCO managed to fix the situation. People should know I have a 2006 Ford Fusion with 197k miles. I check the codes after every oil change because I take care of my car. And despite all I've done with my car, it still runs perfect. But someone at Quality Auto Mall made the incompetent move of not replacing a filter and letting my car leak everywhere. Damaging transmission and who knows what else in the process of providing a service I paid for. I called, and was transferred to a women who I explained the entire issue to. After hearing me say, I want to know if they have cameras and I need to know who screwed this up, she said, that's not my department. I said, you're in the service department, she said, yeah, but not that part and she transferred me to someone who never answered. I left a message, I called again. No response. I still have yet to ever hear from them or find out how they managed to forget to put filters and plugs back. I would advice anyone with a car over 75,000 miles to never go here. Because right before I left, they told me I should seriously consider looking at one of their cars, because mine won't last much longer. And they were right, they have people who screw up that way ensuring the car doesn't last much longer. It's been months since this review, my car is fine as ever, and has another 4-5,000 miles on it. All because I had to pay someone else to fix all the screw ups Quality Auto Mall had made.

Have been a client of Quality Mall for a few years. Drove in for oil change and a tire check that had a leak. Staff was courteous, pleasant, and business like, as always. Although there were quite a few people there, I was in and out in an hour and a half. Had the service done, replaced a tire, and they checked the other tire that was a concern, but they said it did not need replacing. Price was acceptable and comparable to other dealerships.

I am so disappointed after going here to have my truck serviced for almost 5 years I feel totally disrespected and angry. I came in a month ago because i kept hearing a rattling sound it was on a Friday afternoon not only did they not put the carnon the lift to see what the probkem was they didn't even open the doors to bring my truck inside. When the manager came in after telling the tech not to move the truck he breezed past me to tell me I needed a whole new exhaust system it would cost $1600 and never stopped. He walked away with nothing else said, never put my car in the system just left me and my daughter standing in the waiting room by ourselves. Now as I stated I have been getting my truck serviced for almost 5 years since I purchased my SUV from here, so why if I get my oil changed like clock work I find over the weekend that I have absolutely no transmission fluid in my truck and I need new rotors and brakes in the front especially when I specifically asked were all the fluids on before I left and if my brakes were Ok? So today 07/12/18 I called to confirm the last time I had my oil changed at this establishment and found out it was 03/2018, I was also told that could no longer bring my car to this place because of the negative post I made on the internet. I think no its time to contact corporate.

After they couldn’t get me a loan for a car, they ran my credit 5 times a week after without my consent. When I called and spoke to the manager Dan, he told they wouldn’t do that. I told him I understand but it was done and I have proof. He took down my information, said he would get in contact with me and never did. I will definitely be talking to my lawyer about this.

Had a good experience here. We saw a car online and called about it within a few days. We were specific in what we needed. Went in on Friday night and Dan was very helpful. We put a deposit down and then, since it was almost 8pm, we gave our information and were approved the next day. It was late and we were flexible - so was the dealership. We came a few days later because of our busy schedule to pick up the truck- it was clean and ready to go for us. Overall, very good experience here.

PARTS DEPARTMENT I am very pleased with the service I received while ordering parts from this parts department. I have not received service this good from any other dealership. My experience revolves around ordering parts that aren’t in stock items. One part was on back order but this department was able to get it for me through secret Ford parts network. Part arrived shortly and for the same price fords internet parts store charges. It’s a no brainer to go to the dealer where you see the part before paying for it plus no shipping charge. Anyway when picking up the parts the young man helped me inspect it for correctness and any damage. I was always asked for the VIN in order to get everything done correctly. Great Work Ford. Thank You !

I went in to test drive a Focus ST, of which there are 4 on the lot, according to the inventory on the website. I am a qualified lessee looking to get into a new vehicle. However, George informed me that I could not go on the test drive because the one car he attempted to let me drive "had a dead battery." After his attempt to contact the mechanics to get it jump started, I was informed that the mechanics took the jump starter to service a car offsite. How does a dealership only have one battery jumper? Do they not have jumper cables? Or did they take me for a fool? Needless to say, I am extremely pissed off by the way I was treated at this dealership and my business will be taken elsewhere. It is extremely disconcerting that I went in to look for a new car and was told to come back tomorrow to test drive a vehicle. This is highly unprofessional and is a mark of terrible customer service. I cannot trust a dealership that does this to its customers and I believe that you shouldn't either.... Thanks for your holiday spirit!!!!

My wife and I had a very bad experience with another ford dealer located in Jersey City, and we were told by Ford corporate to go to Quality Auto mall. I went into quality auto mall not sure what I wanted to get. Wasn’t sure if I was going to lease a new car or buy a used one. I was introduced to a sale person named Elliot Valdez. He was working with someone else but he came over said hello and told my wife and I he would be right with us. Within a couple minutes Elliot came over asked us some questions and he was very informative and responsive to all our questions. It was the first time I have bought or leased a car and after leaving the dealership I didn’t feel like I was jerked around, and I didn’t feel like I had been ripped off. Elliot is a great sales person he was very kind and helpful. I guess I just appreciate that old school helpful, Customer first style. He said he had 20+ years experience and it showed. My wife and I are very happy and pleased with our experience today. It’s a great feeling having someone like this helping you out. Because of Elliot Valdez I would highly recommend quality auto mall. And I will continue to do business with them.

Visited Quality Auto Mall to look at a vehicle on Dec 6, 2017 between the hours of 3 and 4:30pm. I walked the lot for roughly 20 minutes and had no contact made with me. I decided to walk over to the Pre-owned building to find a salesperson to assist me. I noticed one person in a office barely visible ruffling through paperwork. Instead of being greeted and welcomed I had to walk over to the office and ask for help. Response was what are you interested and give me a minute. Took him a few minutes and he came out and grab keys to the vehicles I was interested in, took me outside and started one vehicle(which barely had enough power to start but eventually did). I began to look over the vehicle and he once again asked me to give him a minute and left. While siting in the vehicle and checking the functions of all buttons and screens in the vehicle. I look up and he's standing in front of the car having a cigarette yeah I understand you need one, I smoke to but you don't smoke while showing a car to a potential customer. I decide that the vehicle I'm in is not the one for me, I asked for the keys to the other vehicle and proceed to inspect it, bam again I'll be right back. Honestly if you where that busy you should have put another salesman on me to answer questions and tell me about the vehicle. He returns I tell him okay lets talk about the car see what we can do at which point I expected to be asked to test drive the vehicle which I was never offered. Instead I was told to come inside and take a seat. Fine we can talk numbers I can test drive the vehicle later. I asked why its not Certified Pre Owned and asked if it could be was told sure as long as it was preowned prepread and the info was in the folder. Never went to look at the folder and started to talk price. I did inform him that I was working on 3 other deals for the same year, model, and trim vehicle with the same mileage and options one being better equipped and already CPO certified and a lower starting price and I was also going to be a cash buyer. Was told that's even worse to pay cash and the finance manger isn't going to like that. Really I didn't know paying cash for something was frowned upon and who cares if the finance manger doesn't like it I'm not financing and they doesn't own the dealership. We went back and fort told him what my budget is and what I was willing to spend all in for the vehicle, still no check if the vehicle can be Certified no test drive offered and no check with a sales manager if the deal can be done. At this point I knew my efforts to make purchase and drive the vehicle away that night are pretty much non existent. So I let the salesperson know to pass the deal along to his higher ups and let me know. At that point I allowed him to capture my contact information also informed him that I was leaving and going to another Ford dealer in the area. No attempt to keep me engaged, no attempt to make me a customer. I did own and operate my a few of my own business and even a Pre-owned car lot for a few years and I never let a customer walk on to our lot with out being greeted within a minute if it was raining or snowing and the customer didn't have a umbrella we lent them one if it was cold we offered coffee and tea, if it was hot we offered cold water. We made every attempt to make a deal with a customer. Didn't mater if it was the beginning of the month the middle or the end we wanted you as customer and if not customer a happy potential customer. I guess this practice is lost at Quality Auto Mall. If the Dealer Manager or Owners care enough to contact me my name and number and email are in your system. Im not saying saying that every experience will be the same yours might be better it could be worse. I'm just telling everyone about my experience. I also omitted the sales persons name(the dealership can find out who it is by simply entering my name and seeing who inputed it or contacting me) as not to spot light him publicly it is up to his supervisors to inform him of any potential need for correction.

Overall great experience with the test drive and purchase process. My salesman Chris Gerrity arranged the test drive immediately upon request and was very knowledgeable and professional. The credit approval and processing was quick and easy. Probably the fastest from start to finish that I have ever experienced. The price was competitive— and I checked a 500 mile radius. Glad I found the RAM 1500 LIMITED exactly like I wanted. I’ll do further reviews on service when the time comes.

The service manager that booked me in went above what he had to do. I had recently purchased a new cell phone and was really having a hard time getting the Sync set up so I could use it with my 2010 Fusion. I asked him if there was anything special I needed to do to get it to work. The gentleman took my phone and set it up for me. The repair Air Bag recall was a little longer than I thought it would b but better wright than put in wrong. Also did a 40,000 mile checkup. Will come back for my next service needs.

I've bought my last 3 cars from Quality and in the next month planned on going back for a 4th but unfortunately Service Department is awful and keeping me away. Quicklane is outstanding but actual service; Carlos, Allen & Jeff, is terrible. They don't communicate with customer when car is in for repair and have kept my car for numerous days without calling me for permission or with an explanation as to why. This morning was the last straw I called and spoke to Carlos. As I was telling him what the issue with my vehicle was he said hold on and transferred me to someone else's voicemail. He never said he was transferring me or why. Needless to say I hung up and called the Service Manager, got his voicemail, left a message and told him what happened and that I was switching dealerships for service which I did. My vehicle will be fixed tomorrow at another Ford dealer. Bye, bye Quality Service!!

My daughter and I went to Quality Auto Mall to look at Certified Pre-Owned vehicles about one week ago. Having dealt with many car dealerships in the past, I was ready. To my surprise, when we walked in the entrance we met Dan. He was a very laid back and not in your face kind if salesperson. Not the typical shark that I have dealt with at other dealerships. Dan was extremely helpful and walked with us through the lot. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory and the features available with each vehicle we looked at. When we wanted to test drive the vehicle we were interested in, Dan sat in the back and let my daughter and I take it for a spin. When it was time to negotiate Dan did his best to get us the lowest price. He was a pleasure to work with. Today, we picked up our plates and he escorted us to the service department because our car didn't have a front license plate bracket. He made sure everything was perfect and told us if you have any issue, bring the car in and we will take care of it. I dont normally recommend car salesmen, but if you are looking for a great experience, visit Dan at Quality Auto Mall. He is the best. Thank you Dan.

Stuck with no car for a month. Lack of compensation. No loaner car for the time or assistance with a rental. I had been taking my Ford here for service several times. I took it for a full 50K mile tune-up less than a week ago though. This morning, the car battery was so dead that jumping it didn't even work. That should have been caught during the tune up. When I called the shop about this, all they didn't apologize or offer to help, not even send someone out to fix it. This was subpar service on many levels. I've heard other stories about the bad service work done here, and now I can add my own experience to the list unfortunately. I was thinking about buying a replacement vehicle in the near future. I certainly won't be buying from here now!

Horrible service ! Went in for a 65mile maint and was told it would be 45 mins. About 1 1/2 later i went to see what was going on. There was a different lady at the desk, no one knew why i was there and couldnt find my paperwork. Then was told they are doing the oil change now. Half hour later oil change was done. 2 hours i sat waiting for a oil change. When i brought it in for 65k mile maint. Unbelievable! Never going back

Extremely disrespectful and insulting sales people here. At the contract signing, when I learnt the interest rate I was being charged on the car loan, I told the sales person I would not take his financing as I was approved for a car loan from a bank at a much competitive rate. The sales person got rude upon hearing it and said “this car is not for you”. I felt very insulted and just got up and headed out to the door. Stay away from this dealership, especially Danny Dindial. Will be following up with Ford Motors.

I purchased a rare collectors car 2018 GT350 Shelby from this dealership Dec 27th 2018 and was promised the owners manual and the floor mats that were not in the car. After months of constantly reminding them, I still have not received either. I even called Ford corporate to see if they could help me. Rob Portay was supposed to be handling this and never did. After multiple calls, emails and voicemails I still have not heard back from him or received the items I paid for. Talk about horrible customer service. Don't purchase a car from here. AWFUL!

I was contacted by Diana the internet specialist of Quality ford after some online research on a mustang GT. Diana was great by the way and I explained what I was looking for was not a daily driver but a V8 mustang with several options and upgrades but I just wanted to test drive a plain GT. I missed two appointments with her do to work and got a break and contacted her she said come by we are expecting you and maid me feel very good about coming in. Getting to Quality the experience all changed to bad as soon as I walked through the door. I asked I could please speak to Diana, and she snapped at me saying I had to see a sales person from this point on and that I couldn't see her. In my past car buying experience the online sales person would always come out introduce themselves and get me a sales person to deal with. I said ok fine a a sales person came to talk to me in a few minutes. He asked what I was looking for and I said I had an appointment to test drive the GT. He said when was I going to get the car by I said I was not sure I don't have a time line. He then said the owner doesn't let a person test drive The GT's because he likes to keep the milage very low so i could no test drive the car with out a deposit. So I got up to leave my son asked me what happened and I said we just got discriminated against. I have never been denied a test drive before and I've had many cars all new from Many makes and models some costing much more than a mustang. So I don't recommend Quality when looking for a car especially if you a dressed to go to the gym afterwards. Thanks Diana you are great.

The service department was the worse experience I’ve had there. Made an appt to get an issue fixed, had to wait 2 weeks. Brought it in at 9am and it sat there and wasn’t looked at for the day. What’s the purpose of having an appt then?? I had to call to check the status. Next day by mid afternoon, I called for status and was told by another service rep that my car was ready. I couldn’t believe no one called to tell me this. Come to find out the issue wasn’t fixed, but a recall on the car was fixed. Needed the battery replaced in order to check the problem. If I got a call saying this then I would have had them replace it and do what they needed to do to detect the issue. Brought it back in the following Thursday (another appt made) because I was still having the issue. Got a call at the end of the day saying they may know what’s causing the problem. Have to do more testing and to see where they can get the part. Next day no call, I called at 4 and was told I’d get a call back. I got no call. I stopped in that Saturday because I wanted to see if I could get my car for the weekend or a loaner. My car would have been sitting there all weekend without getting worked on and I would have been without a car. Was told by the service manager that he didn’t know why I was scheduled to come in that Thursday because they were backed up with cars. That I was also out of warranty. I explained to him that the service rep said I was covered. His reply was “Well if he’s paying for it then it’ll be covered” I was boiling hot because of his reply and his non chalant attitude. I was also mad because of the lack of communication I’ve been getting overall. I felt bad calling all the time for a status but I felt I should have been updated more. So I told the service manager that I would like my car for the weekend and I was expecting to bring it back on a Monday so they can work on it. He also said he was going to speak to the service rep about all of this. Almost 2 weeks had past and I got not one call from the service rep. Not one call. I was soo done with Ford. I had been wanting to trade my car for a newer one, but because of the outcome I went through, I decided to trade it in for a GMC and couldn’t be more happier.
