Please note that my 5 star rating is only for Deena Simmons and not for the dealership or anyone else that works at Prestige Volvo. Deena was the Service Dept employee in the beginning that took care of me and my Volvo XC90 when I purchased it from Prestige Volvo. She was very attentive, patient and understanding with my concerns and made sure all of my concerns were addressed properly. I thought her great work ethics was shared by her peers in the Service Department, but sadly, I found that not to be true. In June 2018, my car was taken care of by a different Service Dept employee. When I picked up the car, I found a deep scratch right in the middle of the driver side front door that was at least 12 inches long. Obviously, very poor quality control check (if any) was performed by that particular Service Dept employee before releasing the car to me. I told myself that I would never go back to Prestige Volvo after this disappointing experience. When my car needed service again, I went as far as making an appointment with a different Volvo dealership, but I couldn't forget the excellent service provided by Deena. That is how invaluable her service is, enough to bring me back to Prestige Volvo. Of course, this time, I emphasized several times to Deena that only she can take care of me and my car. So, if you choose Prestige Volvo's Service Dept - ask and insist for only Deena Simmons to take care of you and your car.

I highly recommend working with Chris Henriksen at Prestige. We spoke with nearly every Volvo dealership in the state and quickly settled on Prestige. They were quick to get us info, presented the best deals by and far, and were friendly, warm and welcoming. While Rt 10 can be a bit of a pain, it’s worth the trip. The first thing you will notice when you visit the Prestige dealership is that the space is bright with tons of natural light (perfect for showing off the cars), there’s fun and upbeat music playing, and the people are SO friendly — I could hardly get a foot in the door before not one but pretty much every single person that saw me offered a hello, a smile and a refreshment. The people that work here seem to really be happy and enjoying their coworkers. That makes for a really enjoyable visit. And, then there’s Chris Henriksen. What a gem! So friendly, easy-going and genuinely happy to sell me a car. That is a lot more than can be said about the other salespeople I spoke with. He went well out of his way to think creatively and identify a particularly good deal for us. We love the vehicle, we loved working with him specifically, and we will be back!

By far and away the best Volvo Sales Dealer. We travel 1.5 hours just to buy from them vs those dealers much closer to us! They not only provided the best prices but their customer service is top notch. We’ve now bought 2 Volvo’s there and have referred 2 of our friends, who also closed Deals there! Prestige spent all the time with us to answer any questions before the purchase and then, after we locked a deal, they sat with us to to make sure we knew all the extras (services and features!) we had access to before we drove it off the lot. Matt and his knowledgeable and professional sales team worked transparently and honestly with our best interests in mind at all times. We described the very specific car we had in mind and, though it was not available immediately, Prestige reached out as soon as the perfect car became available about a week later. I bought my XC60 from this dealer three years ago and have had all of my service handled by them. I’m recently had some problems with the car and have unfortunately had the experience of breaking down and needing the car serviced elsewhere. These experiences have reinforced how great Prestige has been. The other service providers were significantly less responsive, difficult to get in touch with, and unable to properly diagnose and fix the problem. My car is now back with Prestige and Bob is always available and when he doesn’t answer the phone right away, he promptly calls me back and provides the information I need in a straightforward manner. I’ve put 100k miles on my car, so I have a lot of experience with them. I’ve worked with Bob, Deena, and Patricia and every experience has been great. So so happy that they are my local service center right now!

When it was time to get a new SUV, we knew we wanted a Volvo. From the minute we walked in we were greeted with smiles and welcomes. The whole process was STRESS FREE, and NO PRESSURE. That means a lot to us. I don’t like aggressive sales people and “closers”. Patrick who was our Delivery Agent spent over an hour with us showing us all of the vehicles features and answering all of my questions. He even jammed out with us while we tested the Harman/Kardon sound system. LOL Another Pat who helped us with the paperwork made us feel at home and welcome. He offered us some protections plans but graciously accepted a simple “no thanks”. They even let us leave our Jeep Cherokee there for lease return and assured us that it would all be taken care of.
