Two days ago I was in a hurry to get into a new vehicle. I found a vehicle to my liking at Porsche Monmouth. I called and spoke with Scott who went above and beyond to help me figure out if it was indeed the right car for me. That same day, I drove four hours from Maryland to the dealership. Waiting for me there was Scott and Gina (Finance Manager), a sparkling clean car and all the prepared paperwork. In just over an hour I had approved the vehicle was to my liking, signed where I needed to and was on my way back to Maryland in a beautiful new car. Scott and Gina made my car buying experience truly pleasant. It was fast, easy, and over with. Stopped in late in the day, few minutes before closing of service dept. with problem on my rented car (not from this dealer) and without any questions or delay, they set about to correct the problem, and did so in about a half-hour. At no charge, saying it was under warranty! Maybe so, but I didn't expect this response to someone who didn't buy there...in fact, had never been there before! My next car will be from there, though, that's a certainty. While car was being worked on, a salesman came over and offerred me a cup of coffee while I waited, and he was friendly and very well informed...great place!

Just purchased my third car from Porsche Monmouth. General manager Pat H is hands on with customers, creating a stress free environment to get into one of these fabulous cars. At all times through the buying process I feel like this dealership is looking out for my best intrest as opposed to just getting me to buy a car. Equity advisor Brian K worked with me getting the best possible number on my trade while Bart P took care of all the details. Upon delivery the car was nicely preped and I was given a rush free explanation of the many features offered in the Macan Turbo. A small scratch was discovered on a rear panel. An appointment immediately made, with the offer to pick up the car at my house, supply me with a loaner and return my car when the work is complete. A final acknowledgment to the service team. As a do it yourself owner, Tom Matt and all the advisers would always answer my questions and advise me on procedures as well as handling all warranty issues in a speedy and professional manner. Got a great car at a fair price! If you’re looking for a Porsche this should be your first stop.

Brian and Lauri took care of me when another Porsche dealer sold me a bad CPO car- the dealer basically frauded me. I wasn't aware behavior like this would occur at a level like Porsche. Brian called me on his cell and offered his help after hours after I was completely heartbroken that a Porsche dealership would carelessly take advantage of my first time car purchase... a dream purchase. I had left 3 voice mails and never received a return call on my first 2 attempts and after the third call, they finally contacted me. Email responses were also delayed. Very Poor communication... compare to Porsche of The Main Line who have great customer service and very responsive.

They're Grrrrrrrrreat!!! Unfortunately my time is very limited due to work and my car had been totaled. I needed to buy a car ASAP. I saw a fee cars online from different places and found a great deal on my dream car at their location. I had seen just a couple of cars that I wasn't too sure about before going to Porsche Monmouth. I started talking to Scott through email to get as much info as possible before I came in to check out the car. He was extremely helpful from beginning to the end of the deal (which was complicated due to some limits i had to work with but they made it all work out for the best). I got to work a bit late that day but it was 100% worth it. Also their dealership looks great, everone is very nice and they have great snacks. Thank you so much

I bought many high end cars over the years, and find the dealers to be standoffish, and difficult to deal with - but not at Scnieder Nelson. Peter who is the General Manager, and Lori, my sales person are a pleasure to deal with. Price I paid for my 2 cars was unbeatable by other dealerships in the area. Customer service, after the purchase is as good as it gets. Loaners are always available on a moments notice. The dealership is a breath of fresh air in a luxury/sports car world. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Porsche.

I had great experience in this dealer ship. I had been looking for a qx70s for months. And had tested some from other dealerships. I found a really good deal of infinity qx70s here and left my contact info. Scott replies quickly and answered my questions(you know, some sales in dealership never answer your question...). I decided to drive 3hours to get the car the next day. I was very happy to see the qx70s was super clean in and out. This is a very professional and responsible dealership.

I had a problem with my windshield, a rock hit it and created a big crack after few days. The IAS warranty company don`t wanted to replace it finding different excuses not to pay. When we leased the Porsche we bought the platinum package for warranty (we paid almost $4000), so they suppose to cover the windshield under the warranty. Long story short I was fighting with the IAS about a month for the claim. I went to the Porsche Monmouth Service Department few times to see what was going on. I want to say a big THANK YOU to GINA SHEVICK. She is exceptional, so helpful, very professional and kind. Gina took care of my problem, called few times the IAS directly and always was calling me back for updates anytime (even late afternoon after 7 pm). For sure I trust her and she is one of the best. If I could give 10 stars to her, I would!!! Also the service department people Tom, Mathew and Kevin are always excellent, professional, friendly and taking care of my car, thank you guys!

I am so THANKFUL to the management (Patrick Hauser) and sales (Brian Kilcoyne) for not only the terrific experience in buying my 2018 Cayenne S but also for their professionalism, honesty, respect and courtesy. I left with a new car and new friends. From the first phone call to inquire about a car to post-delivery the experience has been incredible. Everything was done excellently. My only criticism is that both the seat position and the steering wheel position were not returned to their original position - being very tall the ride home was somewhat uncomfortably tight which I was able to rectify one I got home because it was raining like hell and I could not pull over

Horrendous service department. Recently bought a certified preowned 911 porsche. The brakes are screeching at a high pitched sound when applying pressure. I brought it in to Porsche Monmouth for service. They cleaned the brakes and said it was fixed. Regretfully, it is still happening.When I called them back to discuss more they told me “this is normal for the high performing brakes. There is not much we can do” Really? How much money did I just pay for this car? I spoke to a service rep and the service manager. Poor customer service all around. No solution just condescending verbiage. Stay away! Go to Princeton or Edison Porsche.

Best experience! I worked with Gina Shevick and she was wonderful from beginning to end. Gina sent pictures to me because the pics were not up on their site (new arrival) and she wanted me to see the actual car not the brochure pics. The process was simple and total transparency with no problems. The dealership is top notch and place looks great, I only wish I lived closer so I could get my car serviced in their state of the art service area. My purchase was for a used vehicle, not a 100k vehicle, but I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car in the place. Thank you Gina and entire team for a great experience!

You expect to be treated well when you deal with a luxury dealership, but Porsche Monmouth impressively exceeded my expectations. From my first contact with Karen at reception who was welcoming, warm, and friendly (I would imagine she could put a smile on the face of the most challenging customer with her charm). To my delivery with Kevin, who knows the Porsche car systems inside and out and demonstrated all my car's functions with helpful, easy instructions. Before you get to delivery, you must deal with a dealership’s finance department, which is usually a painful back and forth over packages that you may or may not want and an overwhelming amount of paperwork that needs to be signed. However, Gina in finance is super helpful and friendly, and she made my experience smooth and easy. Gina is a highly experienced professional who answered all my questions and explained the details of my contract with clarity. Of course, I really wouldn't have bought my Porsche here if it weren't for my salesperson or "Porsche Brand Ambassador" Cliff Neubart. From the beginning, Cliff was responsive and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for in options and didn't try to oversell. Cliff also didn't try to put me in a car that was close to what I wanted. He found the perfect vehicle. However, the best thing about dealing with Cliff is that the negotiation didn't feel like a negotiation. He is very personable, and I liked talking to him. Cliff put together an incredible deal for me and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. If you are thinking about buying a Porsche, see Cliff, and you won't be disappointed. This car was for my daughter, and just in case any of you at Porsche Monmouth are reading this yes, she did cry when I gave it to her – it was amazing! Thank you!

Early morning i went to look at a non porsche vehice that i fell in love with. Come to find out it wasent a vehicle that was up to there standerds to sell. Also was not suppose to be on the website or something. Although i convinced them that i loved the vehicle and still wanted to buy it. They had agreed so i left and asked them to get the numbers ready and was sent a proposal letter for purchase later in the day. I was ready to make a deal and the very last minute they had told me sorry the vehicle was sold on a virtual auction. They are great selling dreams but unfortunately for me they did not come true.

This place deserves more than 5 stars (but not their phone system). My husband and I bought a mini and had a fantastic/very enjoyable customer experience! We have been to many dealerships over the past few months from exploring the type of second car we want to finally deciding to get that perfect mini. This dealership was by far the best. No pressure. Honesty. Very comfortable. It was worth the 1.5 hrs drive to and from :) We came and left very happy. We will certainly return when it's time to replace our first vehicle. Note: their phone system is not great, as we actually hung up while waiting for the right person to pick up. But Scott immediately called us back which persuaded us to make the drive

Bought a used 2012 audi A8 L from this dealer. Work with salesman Bart who was excellent. The staff are fantastic, finance manager was excellent. Great place to buy a car. Update after 72 days of ownership: Car has been a thrill to drive and problem free. I advised anyone in the market for a used Porsche or Audi or any used car, Porsche Monmouth will not disappoint. I bought a used 2016 GMC Canyon at Porsche Monmouth. Scott Patterson was my salesmen. The entire experience with Scott was not even a low pressure experience, it was a no pressure experience. We went over the inside and outside of the truck then took the truck out for a road test. Never did he try and pressure me into the sale. Everything was at my own pace. Scott was there mostly to answer my questions, not force me into a sale. I did purchase the truck. When finalizing all the paper work with Carole, she was thorough with explaining all the paper work with the truck and all the types of warranty options that I had to choose from. I ended up purchasing the tire and rim warranty. I do "highly" recommend Porsche Monmouth for your next automobile purchase, even if you are not purchasing a Porsche and purchasing a used vehicle of a different brand. I was treated no differently.

Great sales guy and hassle-free negotiation Decided to buy a toy for myself and I immediately thought of reaching out to Brandon Harris because I knew I wanted a Boxster. I have dealt with him last summer when I was considering getting a Panamera to replace my BMW M6. That deal fell thru but it left me with a positive feeling about Brandon so I decided to reach out to him again. Glad I did because I brought home a Boxster last Friday. I'm the kind of guy who just wants to visit the dealership to look at a car and test drive. Then, all negotiations are via email or phone and I only go back again when it's time to sign. Brandon was extremely patient with me and responded to all my questions quickly. Although I didn't get the price I wanted, Brandon came thru with a price that was close enough for me to say yes. I'm happy with the overall process which only took a week. I've noticed a small dent on the driver-side door during the test drive and it was still there on delivery. Brandon assured me that he will have it fixed. Definitely a positive for Brandon for making sure I'm completely satisfied with the car. I am very meticulous with my cars and keep them perfect so I am pleased that he has offered to fix it.
