Saw a vehicle on truecar that this dealership was offering. Because I live over 250+ miles from this location, I asked a family member who lived closer to check out the vehicle. Twice they went to the dealership and they told my family member the car was sold despite continuing to list it on the website. I noticed 2 weeks later that the car was still listed for sale on their site and called the dealership directly to confirm the vehicle was still for sale. The woman I spoke to assured me the vehicle was for sale and because I was coming from out of state, it would be reserved for me until I got there. I drove 4 hours and wasted alot toll money only to get to the dealership and have a salesman named Mike laugh in my face telling me the car was sold 10 minutes before I arrived. He shrugged and said they had other cars before offering to let me speak to a manager. One man approached me claiming to be a manager and said this just happened a few days before but didn't offer any solution. Then the used car manager appears telling me he would find me a similar vehicle and have it delivered to my house. He promised to call me within two days to discuss options and "see how we can make this work". It's been almost a week and no one is returning my calls nor are they trying to reach me. I don't recommend doing business with such an unprofessional, dishonest dealership.

UPDATE: Took my truck as requested below by Jen Miller and Of course they didn't break it they didn't do anything to it and now they want 700.00 dollars to fix it. This is complete nonsense, do not trust FORD, NOT THEIR CORPORATE, NOT THEIR DEALERS NO ONE. THEY ARE USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO BACKING UP THEIR QUALITY OF WORK. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THAT YOU GIVE THEM MONEY TOWARDS THEIR VEHICLES THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE LONGEVITY OF THE RELATIONSHIP OR THE LONGEVITY OF THEIR VEHICLES. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE, I brought my truck in for service and now all of a sudden i'm having issues with my back up Camera. The image is mirrored. This is not a setting you can adjust from what i read it's a programming issue. I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO PROGRAM CARS NEVER HAVE NOT MY FIELD OF FORTE. They did an oil change and TUNE UP and now my backup camera is broke and most likely are going to make me try and pay for it when i bring it in to see what's wrong with it. Yet there hands were the last under the hood messing with things. I will never recommend this place for service they will break other things on you to get more money out of you. Beware at your own risk. Check everything after service so they can't lie and say it wasn't their fault.

Good Samaritan Peaceful world

Please review the pictures added after reading the entire review you be the judge. Not a good place to buy a preowned vehicle. Very dishonest people working there especially the finance person and the used car manager. They didn't even give us the carfax report. Month-and-a-half later the vehicle started making very loud noises from the rear end we went to Disney World on this car and it was horrible experience throughout the whole drive. We drove with a very loud humming sound noise coming from the rear end the door wouldn't close properly had to slam it few times in order to get a close it. when I came back from Florida I was at the job site and I was standing on the staircase and that's where i notice the rooftop of the car was slit open the center and had few other areas were it had openings when i took a closer look it looked like somebody took a can-opener and try to open the top of the roof. I went to the dealership and the person I bought the vehicle from she was fired I went up to the manager and spoke with the finance person who was very rude and they told me they will take care of this issue there are not apologetic at all that they gave me a defective vehicle with an accident on it. tricksters in disguise. so please be careful if you ever go to this dealership I'm speaking these words from the bottom of my heart and I am very hurt I'm disappointed that they are people out there like this people have to have some kind of sympathy or at least some compassion as being human beings we all should. I would not mention what type of vehicle it is because I do care for my family's safety. Crooks like these would take it to the next level and it has happened to me already before. To prove this long review I do have paperwork for the differential being serviced and also we drove the car with black molded cabin filter so basically we all had issues throughout the whole ride in Florida and going to Florida from Jersey you are coughing and sneezing not knowing what air we were breathing our little children had red eyes. Because of the roof being opened and damaged the car had mold inside also in the roof liner. I will add a picture of the Roof with the rusty slits and all rubber tabs missing.

As a woman it is so easy to be taken advantage of so one of the most important aspects for me was, “Can I trust this person?” After 3 different dealerships I was referred to Anthony Small; it was a relief to find such a trustworthy person. He sat patiently with me for hours, bought me dinner from his own pocket, and got me the best deal possible. His professional and welcoming service extends past his office hours. Anytime I’ve reached out, he gone above and beyond for me. I’ve always received quality service. Once my lease was up there was no question in my mind that I would go back to Anthony. I'm not to crazy about bringing my car again to this place. I brought my F150 Platinum several times here and every time there is something to not be happy about it. It needed an oil change only, but after half an hour the service advisor came to me and highly recommended to drain the antifreeze and put new one, drain and replace the transmission fluid and replace the engine air filter. I know the antifreeze fluid should be drained on 60,000 miles and the transmission fluid on 30,000 miles. My truck got the whole front transmission replaced under warranty on November of last year so back then they replaced the transmission fluids on both back and front when the truck got like 33,000 miles and I paid more than $ 900.00 for the 30,000 mile maintenance service required on my truck. The air filter was replaced with this service last year. I assume that they should have my truck history on their computer system then I knew they were trying to make me spend money on their dealer but I told the guy just to replace the air filter anyway because I use my truck for work and I drive a lot on the spring and summer. Got the truck back in about 1.5 hours but to my surprise they didn't rotate my truck tires, they didn't check the fluids because the windshield washer was empty after the service advisor told me they were going to perform that service with the oil change and based on my maintenance service that my truck has with FORD for 2 years. They used to wash you car but my car wasn't washed at all neither. The bad thing is that I might have to comeback here anyway because unfortunately most of the FORD dealers I tried near me suck and they suck big time. The one thing that keeps me going with FORD is my F150 I like it a lot, but after 2 F150 I bought from them and the bad service with their dealer I'm looking on TOYOTA tundra maybe for next time.

Service here is reliable and the waiting room is spacious. They have single serve coffee brewing machines with coffee, tea and cocoa. They also have nutrigrain bars, granola bars and sometimes pretzels. This makes waiting a lot easier, especially with kids. Recommend. Also handicap accessible easy with large single-stall bathrooms in case companion restrooms are a need.

I went into the dealership to sell my car. They offered me such a low and insulting price I was in shock. I expected a low ball offer but it was insane what they asked. They were trying to see if they could take advantage of me. Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Integrity is important in business and this company has zero integrity. I’ve already convinced 3 people privately to never go to this dealership that needed to sell their cars. I hope everyone watching this stays far away. They probably will rip you off when you try to buy one too. Update:They quoted me well below the Kelly blue book value. Update: I just sold the car for almost 6k more than what they offered me. My mom leased a car the sales guy Joseph was awesome! We liked him so much we bought the lease out and were considering coming back for a Lincoln but it’s been almost a month and I still don’t have new plates from the lease buy out every time you call they transfer me and then I get hung up on...I had to call 5 times just to be told my plates aren’t there. Not to mention they tried to charge me 1500 dollars for tire coverage which is a rip off..I work at a dealership and tire and wheel coverage is a lot less then 1500 dollars. After seeing how they operate and having to find other dealers to change my oil..I’m glad I dropped ford products and started buying Mazda’s for myself at Mazda you get loaner cars and free car washes and a lot more perks and it doesn’t take 2 sometimes 3 weeks to get an appointment for an oil change something I just call another dealer

I have never been to a more helpful and professional dealership. I had been going around for about 3 weeks trying to decide on the car I wanted. I decided on a Ford Escape. I went to a bunch of dealerships and a few called me. Many would not even speak about pricing on the phone and the places I went to were way to aggressive for me, so much so I started having a panic attack at one when a “manager” was trying to sell to me and I wasn’t ready to sign yet. Then Steve Kush called me, he was the most easy going and helpful out of everyone I’ve meet anywhere. After speaking with him I went in and every fear I had was lifted. Steve made my car buying process a pleasure from pricing, to the test drive and pick up. I can not say enough good things about him. Then I met Tim, he takes care of finance and again I’m impressed. Tim has found another rebate I qualify for and the car will be cheaper “WHAT?”, I have never heard of agreeing on a price for a car then they give it to you for less. This shows just how transparent and honorable these people are, 2 words I’d never thought I’d use in a review for a car dealership. I will be sending all my friends and family their way. Called Ford Roadside Assistance at 9:00AM on Thursday morning. Said the Car would be picked up. Called Maplecrest at 2:30PM to see if car arrived and was told no. Bill was very helpful and even went out to check the Parking Lot. Bill called back and said no vehicle was dropped off and suggested calling Roadside Assistance to find out why. I called Ford Roadside Assistance and they informed me that the call was cancelled, yet they couldn't tell me why or by who. Re-Instated Assistance Order and M&M Towing Picked up. Very nice person on the Phone. Confirmed vehicle was dropped off at Maplecrest prior to 6:00PM. Called on Friday and spoke to Bill who said the car had not been looked at and he would call back once it was looked at. Called on Saturday and the Service said it had not been looked at as they were backed up. Received call from Bill, who is always professional on Monday midday that the car needed a new Battery which was installed and could be picked up. Yes, problems with initial call to Ford Roadside as to who and why the first Assistance call was cancelled. My big problem was loss of the car (which I am still paying a monthly lease) for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday leaving me to to take a Bus, then Subway to and from work into NYC on Thursday, Friday and Monday, and then walk to my errands on Saturday and Sunday being Car-less for 5 days. All to change a Battery. Asked about a Courtesy Loaner and was told they were all out by Kevin.
