Went in for oil change on a Monday and they told me first available for an oil change is Saturday! No way can they be that busy I hope management knows front desk lady killing there business I will never go back ever as I know that a lie and really bad business.

We went in to Manahawkin Kia to buy a car for our 20 yr old daughter. Our mind was set on the Rio. Great car, great value. We ended up with the Forte which had more safety features and was very sporty looking. Salesman Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Sales manager Dirk was helpful and easy to deal with. Very happy with our purchase and our daughter loves it! We were in and out relatively quickly. I would recommend checking them out.

Had a pretty good idea what I wanted when I walked in. Staff was all very friendly and I didn’t feel pressured at any point during the transaction. They didn’t have my car in the color I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get it from another location in just a few hours! They have tons of cars on the lot and they’re definitely worth a visit if you’re shopping around for a new car. Joe was great.

Terrible experience this Morning! Purchased the car just over a year ago.. it is a 2012 Sorrento. Took it in to dealership today because the A.C. is blowing hot air. The salesman sold me a warranty which he told me would cover all major issues , well to me no A.C. is a major problem.. turns out it's not covered and it will cost me 1077.00 to me this is unacceptable! A car that is costing me what it is and being 5 years old the A.C. should be perfect

My husband bought a truck from them three days ago. Granted it was an as is used truck but we where assured that the truck had to go through a “safety check” before we could buy it so long story short after the check was done we bought it . When we got it home we noticed the brake light was out the blinker was out ( nothing that can’t be fixed so not a big deal) the reason I left a 2 star review was that there are live wires hanging from the dashboard by the peddles . When I called them and asked how it could have passed a safety check with wires hanging by the peddles and brake light and blinker not working they basically said the mechanics are leaving soon and there was nothing they could do so besides the salesmen joe who was a pleasure to deal with the company as a whole sells vehicles that couldn’t possible be safe after the SAFTEY CHECK . Honestly I do not think I will be returning to give them my business again. The service is damn near laughable

If you are looking for a truely relaxed and non pushy car buying experience then this is the place you have been searching for! Anthony Giordano was beyond helpful, got us not only a great car in the price range we needed, but also made sure we got the best rate from the bank, we weren't just a number to him, he put in the time and effort to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase. And the finance department was great at making sure we understood every option and exactly how it would affect the bottom line for our payments. This was a great overall experience that made a very stressful day a little easier.

I started off at Manahawkin Chrysler since my lease was ending on my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country. I didn't want another mini van and the Jeep Compass wasn't roomy enough. The sales rep Anthony suggested I go to their other dealership of KIA. I met him there and test drove a Sorento and fell in love! Anthony was very helpful and accommodating. The Manager and the Finance Department were helpful and all transactions were smooth and stress free st the time!!! My biggest negative is that make sure they do lease turn in paperwork. Also I tried several times to contact Anthony and he never returned my calls as if he was avoiding this whole vehicle issue. Very poor business practice. He made the sale so he was done helping. I will NEVER buy another car from Manahawkin Chrysler!!!

Totally worth the 2.5 hr drive. From the beginning of the process until we drove off the lot - we were very happy with the customer service and deal we got. John Constantine was a great salesman, we did have to play a bit with the numbers at first (just like at all dealerships), but they worked their best with our trade in and got my dad in the mthly price range he wanted to be at and NO MORE! The waiting area offers comfortable seating, free coffee, television, free WiFi (2 different connections) and vending machines. They also offer loaner cars if you need it. The staff is very friendly. I called the dealership to see if they had the car I was looking for from the website on the lot. Their wonderful secretary Carly answered the phone and connected me to my car salesman. They had it on the lot and told me to take a ride down to come check it out in person. I was greeted by a very positive and helpful gentleman who goes by "Rico". I felt no pressure being there. He was very communicative, helpful and knew the ins and outs of the car I was interested in buying. We took a test drive around the highway. I knew I was going to be leaving this dealership with this car afterwards. We went inside and discussed the Carfax, pricing and paperwork. The entire process must have taken no longer then two hours. I left the lot in my newly purchased car knowing I purchased it from a dealership with professionalism. I would recommend visiting this dealership to anybody looking for a new or used car.

I love my car but the service was horrible never going back ! First time buying a car and the experience is supposed to be exciting but I was frustrated the whole time . Bought my used car on a Tuesday they told me I’d be able to pick it up Thursday cause it needed to be cleaned I get a text saying it won’t be ready till Saturday I get there Saturday morning first thing and my car STILL is not cleaned . Called me numerous times with a “misunderstanding “ of paperwork cause I was putting everything in my name vs my mothers . I get a call from the manger saying I can come in for a detailing so when my plates came in I got my car detailed ; so I thought . I waiting and hour and a half for them to put my car through a car wash and wash my floor mats . NOTHING was cleaned on the inside they didn’t even vacuum the inside nor clean my windows or wipe anything down . I spent an hour and a half there for what for nothing. Never will I be back for any services nor will I recommend ANYONE to this dealership

I have to say that this was the easiest buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased 38 cars for myself and my family members. I called Darrin, as we live 90 miles away, and he called me back within 5 minutes and gave me a much better price than any other dealers I went to. The entire deal was done over the phone and email and 3 days later we came to pick up the car. He had it all ready for us, it was fully detailed with a full tank of gas . As a bonus, which I didn't know when I was purchased the car, that we get free oil changes for the next 3 years and then one free every other one for as long as we own the car. It’s the third time I went back to get my window lock fixed. A simple window lock. They tell my husband people called out. First time they said they had to order the part. Second time they said it did not need it. I’m pretty mad about it because I live 1 hour and a half away and have a baby so it’s pretty hard for me to get down there. I asked for the manager and their was none on duty at the time. I feel that it is an easy thing to fix. I don’t get it.

Had a 10 AM appt for an oil change and a couple short recalls. Got there early about 9:30. My truck got in the bay at 10:30 and finished at 1200. They also did tire rotation. I am pleased with the service dept for most part and the people there are very friendly, but 2 hours wait was a little long....and I'm not counting that I got there 1/2 hour early. Overall I'm satisfied.

I’m a little late but while deployed overseas I contacted Manahawkin Kia about an inquiry about a 2018 Kia Stinger GT1 AWD. I was in the market for this car but being half way across the world no one would work with me or took me serious until I was connected with Joe and Dillion. My wife and I traveled to Manahawkin Kia to purchase a new car on the recommendation of several people. The staff was warm, welcoming, and inviting. We went into the dealership with an idea of what we wanted. Jerry, the salesman, could not have more considerate. He was extremely helpful in finding a car that fit our needs. He showed us several vehicles besides the one that we went to see and explained why they would or would not work. Once a vehicle was chosen the process of finding a price was a breeze. We had done some homework and the price was lower than all of the local dealerships for comparable vehicles! No need to haggle when their prices cannot be beat. We waited for about 10 minutes for the finance manager to sign the paperwork. He explained all of the extras (GAP insurance, warranties), but was not pushy in the slightest when we told him that we were not interested. The entire process took less than two hours. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the dealership is so easy to get to, and again THEIR PRICES CANNOT BE BEAT.
