Traded my 2014 Gtr for a 15 v8s with 2000 miles on the clock. First of all Paul was unreal sales advisor. Called him on Thursday telling him the situation on trade and price i was looking for. Not only did he get me the price for the GTR even gave me some extra on the v8s. Wanted the upfraded wheels for the car and they changed them at no extra charge. George the sales manager was also a great guy along with Caesar the finance advisor. Last but not lease had a few updates I wanted on the car software wise the service team Steve and Stanley were both top notch. Took care of all my issues with no problem. Finally my tech who also is the shop formen don did an unreal job on my car. Got all the issues and took care of the car like it was his own. Thanks again guys for everything.

I went to Paul Miller Jaguar in Madison, NJ. I test drove the F-Pace and while I liked the vehicle lot, I prefer wagons and will probably purchase an Audi Allroad instead (I needed to rule the F-Pace out). Christopher Hoyle, my sales guy couldn't have been nicer and I highly recommend him if your in the market for a Jaguar.

This location is hit or miss. Where some have a great experience...others not so much. The customer service is horrible! Based on the experience my husband and I had, I would not recommend this location to anyone I know. You would think because it is a high end product that the service would match. We do like the car for the most part but if we could do it all over again we would have tried a different Jaquar dealership somewhere else.

I brought my XE in for a water ingress issue. Well twice I had to go back. And the last time they never even returned my calls. I called Manhattan JLR where I purchased the car and they fixed everything on the first shot. And turns out Paul Miller didn't even do the work themselves. They farmed it out and apparently did such a bad job that Jaguar USA was going to try and recoup their money for the previous "repairs"

The move from Madison has not been executed well. Setting aside that it is a far less convenient new location that takes twice as long for me to get to Parsippany due to horrendous traffic on Route 24 (which is beyond your control), the experience at Paul Miller is much worse than Madison Jaguar. The check in area is chaotic. Apparently there are now twice as many vehicles being serviced but the dealership space has not been expanded to accommodate this merger. The waiting area is also smaller and less comfortable than Madison Jaguar. Finally, My car was not washed when it was returned to me. I spent $2,400 in repairs and didn’t even get a wash. This is the only dealer I know of that doesn’t wash the car. Madison Jaguar always washed the car - even for a small job like an oil change. Speaking of which, the cost of an oil change at this new location is twice as expensive as at Madison Jaguar. Overall I am very disappointed with this switch. I think I will try Ray Catena next time. It has got to be better than this. And now it is closer to my house. I also own a Range Rover so I will be bringing that to Catena too from now on. All I can say is that I hope they move Jaguar back to Madison. They clearly didn’t think this through. It’s like they decided to do this at the last minute on a whim. Too bad.

I bought a new iphone and was having trouble syncing it with my XF type! I called my salesman, Mike Morgan, who walked me through the entire process. He even offered to have me come in and he would do it for me. Considering I won't be replacing this great car within the next few years, he did not have to give me his time, but did so. It showed me that he is a great person who treats his customers like people! Thank you Mike and Madison Jaguar!!

What an awful customer experiance. As a current Jaguar owner, we were excited to lease another Jaguar vehicle. We scheduled and appointment and had gone online to build the car we were interested in. When we arrived the door was locked to the building. After someone let us in we were told the associate we scheduled an appointment with had suddenly become busy with a general manager. We were begrudgingly helped by another associate but he didn't have access to any of the information we had already submitted. We then watched the associate we had scheduled an appointment with leave for the day as we were still struggling to get the help we needed. I do not recommend this dealer.

Worse experience ever, everyone who thinking to buy a car from paul miller jaguar don't go there, they're not good people they are a liar. I buy a car from them and they give me a temporary tag for few weeks for me to get back to them with the paper work from DMV I got back to them on time with the paper work, the tag going to expired in 1 week, I keep calling them letting them know, they keep giving me the run a round and till the tag expired, they are so dishonest they the manager print up a fake FedEx tracking number, when we call FedEx they say they don't have any packaged from them abd not im stock with a car right now cannot drive. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

A retired former telecoms exec, he does this job for pleasure, not gain — and it comes across beautifully during the sale. Same deal with Derrick, my finance guy: a seasoned, honorable guy who doesn’t up-sell or blow smoke. And as for my F-Pace R-Sport in screaming Firenze red with the black 22’s: hoo baby! I purchased my E-Pace about two months ago where the salesman did not know much about what he was selling me and had to have his colleague correct him from across the desk on multiple occasions. Once I finally purchased the vehicle I was told I would be receiving complimentary all weather mats and that they had been ordered and would call me when they arrived in. I tried contacting the salesman on multiple occasions to which I was told that the mats would be in soon. Come to find out that the salesman is no longer with them (which I believe I should be informed of and assigned a new salesman to work with). When I tried getting in contact with the sales manager, I had to leave multiple messages on multiple different occasions. When he was finally in the office and could take my call he said he would call me the next day with more information for me and I was never contacted back. I tried calling again a few more times, leaving messages with the front desk and on his private voicemail and have not received any contact back. Long story short, this dealership does not care about their customers, just about making a sale and for what is supposed to be a "high end dealership" the quality of service does not show.

I highly recommend Paul Miller Jaguar in Madison. Love the car, and under Paul Miller, the customer service effort is very strong. My 2011 XJL 5.0 Supercharged, purchased in September 2014 recently went through a scheduled service interval at approximately 47,000 miles. This is an exceptional vehicle, drives fantastic and has been 100% reliable. This was the final service under the original warranty, including replacement of brake pads and discs under the platinum warranty, and various other minor adjustments such as sunroof and door handles. The service advisor, Kevin, was very thoughtful in answering my questions regarding long-term maintenance. I typically exceed manufacturers requirements regarding fluid changes and other preventative maintenance items. Kevin suggested various options to maintain my vehicle according to my style of driving, long term ownership objectives and maintenance budget. We agreed on an optional top-end cleaning (common for direct injected engines), while delaying other items. For example, I requested his view on transmission fluid change, a lifetime fluid for the ZF 6-speed autobox. He recommended that we not change at this time unless the technicians found issues in test drive. One major fix was needed, ultimately requiring the replacement of the steering rack. Kevin and the head technician Don spent quite a bit of effort ensuring that the vehicle was perfect. There were no issues under the CPO warranty coverage. My vehicle was returned clean and ready to go. I was provided with clean and quality loaner vehicles during the repair process. I was provided regular updates on the status of vehicle repairs and my wait times at the shop were non-existent or very short.

I have a 2004 Jaguar X-type. The car failed inspection since my engine light comes and goes. Luke at Madison Jaguar, was determined to resolve this issue. Being a first-time Jaguar owner and have been in the automobile business all my life Mike Barbone could not have been a more efficient service advisor, at least every other if not every day I received a phone call giving me the status of my car and the special order parts coming from California that we were waiting for, as soon as the car was finished I received a phone call letting me know that the car was completed and that I could pick it up the following day after they put it through its final test and cleaning. You do not need the Jaguar dealership if you need a key fob made. Called this dealership and they told me it would be almost $500 for one key fob. What?????? Dealership said they never heard of a locksmith being able to create a key fob for a Jaguar. First locksmith I called did it for about half the amount the dealership wanted and that locksmith told me he does several Jaguars every year.

When I visited the dealership I felt very unwelcomed. I was very surprised because usually at Porsche, Audi, BMW, and even Land Rover dealerships I am usually greeted at the door and at least acknowledged by someone. The inventory was decent but definitely lacking. When buying cars, customer service is very important but when no one wants to even acnowledge my existence I will definitely look elsewhere to buy cars from. As a fan of the Jaguar brand I was very disappointed at this dealership.

I have found the service department at Morris county jaguar to be incredibly disappointing. They fix the car and service it just fine but their communication with the customer is awful. They don’t return phone calls and also don’t let you know when the servicing is complete. I do not live near the dealership and need to make arrangements every time the car goes in. They do not help or seem to understand this distance. My lease is up in 6 months and I absolutely love my F Pace but I am not sure I want to deal with this service department again for a a 3 year commitment of frustration

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I went to the Jaguar show room in Madison. A salesman approached us and introduced himself as George. He briefly showed us the car we were looking for. He showed interest to find out where our accent was coming from and what our ethnicity was. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable dealing with George's comments. Simply, with his attitude and his comments told us that we didn't belong to Jaguar showroom. We guessed that he didn't like our accent or ethnicity.He told us that he was busy that day, and he would put a package together and email it to us to review. He never did. I made a few follow up phone calls and left multiple messages with his co-workers. I found out his name was Jorge Ramirez and Jorge never returned my phone calls nor email. We bought a new Jaguar from a different dealer in NJ.

Took delivery of an I-Pace last week. The transaction went smoothly except for the down payment. My wife and I had to run over to our bank to get a bank check. This is our 3rd Jag we have purchased from this dealership and you think they would accept a personal check from repeat customers. No! Left a bad taste in our mouth. The sales person Jorge Ramirez did not want to sell the car to us. We told the budget was 1700 lower than the ticketed price since it was a certified pre owned car 45000 for a 46888 car. He said that I cannot buy the car in this showroom or anywhere else and there is no point giving us a test drive because he would be able to sell it. He wasn't too pleased having us there. Looks like they want to keep the car with themselves and only sell to ELITE customers(People who afford a F-type at-least) or people they like. Overall bad experience.

This was my second Jaguar, and now because of my experience at Madison Jaguar, I am addicted to the sales and service experience, as much as the car itself. Madison Jaguar had it delivered to them on time, and made the entire experience consistent with what you expect from a high level manufacturer. I was impressed that they even obtained the pay-off on my trade. These days, I doubt that even the typical luxury marques can provide the kind of service that I experienced at Madison Jaguar. NEVER AGAIN!!! I went to the dealership on Saturday ready to purchase an F-Type to replace my current Porsche. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in abandoned establishment...cars were filthy and some didn’t have signs...after dealing with the salesperson a manager who introduced himself as Michael Morgan stepped in smelling like an ashtray with an arrogant and unprofessional attitude...I left there disappointed that such a beautiful vehicle would be ruined by a mediocre establishment....went straight to Ray Catena in Edison which was superb and am now the owner of a beautiful white F-Type Coupe

Unfortunately my experience at Jaguar Morris County was horrible and did not correspond to such a quality vehicle. I don’t know who put the managers in charge there but they are ruining the Jaguar and Paul Miller name and quality that everyone expects. Cracked a Mag on Pothole, Had to replace Mag and Tire. Service advisors were excellent, were able to get me a new Mag and tire following day and install quickly. Only surprise was tire pressure in new tire was checked and adjusted, other 3 tires were quite low and obviously never checked. A little surprised , seems like a basic check.

Top notch experience. I walked in fairly certain about my decision to walk away with an XF, but only hopeful that the plan would actually execute. I was pleasantly surprised to have met Jorge Ramirez - the general sales manager. I'm quite certain I would not have been happier pairing up with anyone else. We had genuinely good conversation. I had question based on research I had done on the different features of the vehicle, and Jorge explained things to me in a way that was easy to digest. Very helpful, kind, patient, and professional. My experience at Madison Jaguar was excellent from start to finsh. I just purchased a 2013 AWD XF. My main sales contact, Sheena T., was extremely helpful and exceptionally PATIENT with me. As this is the first new car I've purchased in over 10 years, I did tons of research and was very methodical. After visiting many dealerships representing many different brands, including Audi, Mercedes and Cadillac, I found Sheena was the only saleswoman to really take the time and effort to understand my needs and concerns. I found her to be a true partner in what turned out to be a 6-month long search. She knew the cars well and soon enough knew exactly what I was looking for. As time passed by from our first contact, she updated me on any new offer Jaguar was promoting and on any new or pre-owned inventory that fit my criteria. She never tried to upsell me or sell me models that I didn't want just to make a sale, which I appreciated. The price of the AWD model was just proving to be too high for me. Just when I thought I was going to wait until late autumn for the new Cadillac CTS to arrive, she contacted me with a fantastic offer that I could not refuse. The pricing was almost too good to be true, but she was true to her word. There was no b.s., no hidden charges or fees. Had she not called me, I wouldn't be driving this wonderful XF right now. I feel like I really lucked out to have such a thoughtful saleswoman. Michael M. helped sheppard me through the final sales process and was very professional no-nonsense as well. Terms and conditions were laid out clearly and concisely. While financing papers were being drawn up, he gave me a thorough run-down on all the pertinent features of the XF that probably saved me about 3-4 hours of car manual reading. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of Jaguar. It was a flawless hand-off from Sheena to Michael, and I hope the transtion to the service department will be just as smooth.

Well...I thought the service took a bit long (roughly 36 hours) but I have no real complaints....professional service, received feedback of what repairs may and will soon be needed. I obtained the use of a loaner the whole time the dealership's service department had my car (a 2019 F-Pace) that I didn't want to give back (LOL). There is one thing though....I regret not getting a picture of the Jaguar statue in front of the dealership (LOL), but otherwise...a professional and pleasant experience .

Service department is not what you would expect from this brand. Had car 3 weeks, they put over 216 miles on my car and returned the car to me with no gas. What kind of customer service is that. Also did not even check to see if all the work was done correctly and not I ha e to return back so they can complete properly. I would go elsewhere for your service needs.

Service advisor was great and they were timely with the maintenance. Car came back cleaned inside and out. Very happy with the choice I made in dealerships I chose!! Horrible service experience with this place. They removed my jaguar transmission and farmed the repair out to a local shop called Rose City Transmission in Madison NJ. I had the same experience as another Google review written by David C for this place. They did a bad job as the transmission failed after 16 months and 15,000 miles. The Owner/manager Joe was combative and denied his shop even did the job in the first place. After 3 days of providing paperwork proving that he did the BAD repair, he then claimed that the warranty was only for 1 year. This is a lie as he told me the warranty is 3 years on his work. He also claimed that I drove the car too fast and that the tires were bald. He likes to play games and not back up to his bad work. A $4,240.35 repair was a joke and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Madison Jaguar offered no remedy for subbing my car out to a bad place except to have the nerve to offer to put in a junk yard transmission for roughly $3,000. I would never recommend their service department as they billed out the job and took no responsibility. They seemed more interested in saying the work only had a one year warranty even though its three. My backup for this is a post written a year ago with the same exact story.

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Michael Morgan at Paul Miller Jaguar. Michael did not sell me a car, he helped me make the best decision about what car would best suit my taste. I never felt pushed or coerced, it was a fun experience. The minute we got on the road for a test drive I knew the car was special. I went with a 2017 Jaguar XE R Sport. Everywhere I go people comment, "WOW, nice car!!" People notice the car because it is different, it's beautiful. Michael handled everything from start to finish. When I first spoke to him, he discussed the preliminary numbers and what the payments and out of pocket expense would be. He hit them right on the head. When it came time to sign the paperwork, there were no surprises. I never felt unsure of what I was signing. People give salesmen a bad reputation. These are not salesman, they are PROFESSIONALS. Highly recommend Paul and Jaguar Morris County! My husband and I recently leased a new car from this dealership. We went in with very particular requests for an F-Pace. Paul quickly connected us with the ideal car (inventory was great/varied and the whole process took less than an hour!). When we returned a few days later to finalize the lease, the car was nicely detailed, and all paperwork was neatly in order. After signing, Paul took the time to sit with us and show us all of the features on the car and even to pair the bluetooth connection on my phone. My husband and I bought a car here 3 weeks ago. It was a great experience. Everyone was nice and everything went smoothly. My temporary plates expire tomorrow. Guess what? I still haven't received my plates. I've been calling them for 9 days now letting them know that my temporary plates are expiring soon. They tell me they're coming soon. 2 days ago, they tell me I'm not in their system. I've left a voicemail with the manager and spoke with the salesperson that sold me the car. Everyone tells me they'll call me back but they never do. I just called again a few minutes ago and I get the same thing. My name is not in the system and the salesperson that sold me the car conveniently just left for the day and will be off tomorrow. They told me the manager will contact me tomorrow. I'm not keeping my hopes up. Be careful buying a car here. They don't care about your plates expiring. They don't even know you exist after purchasing a car.

Terrible dealership - there are other options close by that are well worth it. It started when I walked in at 9:05 on a Saturday and was told everyone is in a sales meeting, they will be out in 20 minutes. I tell the lady you can’t sell from a meeting room and to please get someone. Nobody came until 9:25. I ended up really liking the car and bought it and left around 11:30am with it. I went in planning on buying. Fast forward 64 days, a bunch of I’ll call you tomorrow’s, never end up hearing from anyone probably 10-15 times, and my second temporary registration is expired, dealership can’t get me plates for the vehicle because they sold a car with a bad title. I’m given a much smaller suv rental car now and told they will have the title and plates in ten days. I have on record two different people from dealership saying I can return the car if i want for full value since they screwed up. And yes that will be used guys, to the GM who has ran this place into the ground now telling me I can’t return and it and I have to wait for ten days until they get them. You should be taking the vehicle back, I’m paying for it and can’t drive it. Get it together over there - and go elsewhere. One guy here even said “they’re all chasing the next sale, we forget to quickly about people who have actually bought cars here.” In response to why they forget to call me back, go to the multiple other options in NJ.

Edit: I am upgrading my review from one star to three because of the dealership's General Manager Flavio Pinheiro. Not only was he thoughtful enough to address my review here, but he called me to apologize and learn from the experience how to make the business better. I was upset due to the lack of communication between the staff and the customer. I dropped off my 2003 X-type because it had an issue passing the DMV inspection. It took a few days to hear back from anyone. It took them several more days to locate a part. However, the staff did not communicate this to me. When I would call to ask about the status of my car a staff member would tell me they would call me back and never did, or a secretary would direct my call to a voicemail that was never answered. I think it would help the dealership greatly to answer or return calls by the end of the day or early the next day. Staff members who do not know the answer to a question should not promise to call back "in two minutes" and then never call back. Because my car is an older model, I began to feel that my business did not matter. There were days when I waited patiently for a call back. Then there were days where I grew greatly impatient and tried several times to reach someone. I don't mind at all that it took two weeks to get back the car because I now know they were trying to locate the part from several other dealerships. However, I would have felt a great sense of relief and comfort that my car was indeed being cared for if someone would have tried every few days to call and give me an update without me having to chase an employee down. I would definitely now give this dealership another chance, and I suggest if a customer is having an issue to reach out to Flavio. He will try to address your concern and has made me a happy customer once again. (Original post:) My 2003 X-type could not pass DMV inspection. I felt confident that the dealership I bought the car from could diagnose and repair the problem. However, this dealership has changed greatly for the worse since becoming a Paul Miller dealership. No one answers or returns calls on the multiple phone numbers listed on their website. There is not enough follow-up to update the customer on the status of the repair. I would call the Service Dept only to get redirected to the Parts Dept voicemail that is never answered. They explained the problem with the car and then added on two additional issues that I felt padded the bill. I told them to fix what was wrong with the car so I could pass inspection. They agreed to do so. However over a week and a half later, I still didn't hear back from from them whether the car was ready. I called multiple times and was finally able to speak to someone. They told me because my car was older they were having trouble locating the part. If the dealer can't get the part, who can? What kind of answer is that? Why didn't they call me during that week long of waiting to explain what was going on? They said they would call me the next day to let me know what would happen next. I still haven't heard from them 24 hours later. They are the reason people avoid repairs at a dealership.

This has to be one of those rare occurrences of all the stars aligning. I was a very satisfied customer of a competitive brand but had just experienced a less than stellar sales tactic as my lease was up. Living in the area and driving past Madison Jaguar daily I decided to stop by on a Saturday and learn a little more about the Jaguar story. I was lucky enough to sit down with Michael Morgan and have an open and honest discussion about Jaguar the brand and specifically the XF model. I appreciated his straightforward manner, consultative style and education which was refreshing and timely. I was 3/4 sold before even taking the car for a test drive. Needless to say I picked the car up on Tuesday and could't be more excited about driving the XF and couldn't be more satisfied with the professionalism and service from Michael and Madison Jaguar.

One of the best car buying experiences I ever had! I live in Denver, CO and found a used Lexus Hybrid at Paul Miller Jaguar in Madison, NJ. Armando Ruiz worked with me by Facetiming on our phones, showing me the car and pointing everything out I asked. I worked out a price with him over the phone, and flew out to NJ. He picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. The car was even much better better in person, almost like new for a 2013 model year. They even gave me a full tank of gas and serviced the car for me. I also worked with Andreas in the finance and closing department. Everything was as previously agreed upon, and he did a great job getting all the docs and temporary tags arranged. I felt at ease with everyone I dealt with and under no pressure whatsoever. As of today I am still waiting to receive my 2018 jaguar I ordered on the 26th on July. Originally when I ordered the vehicle I was told it will be in by October 26 the latest. 6 weeks after I ordered they called and said the headliner wasn’t ordered in the color I wanted. They asked if I would take it in black the stock color not what I wanted. I said no I want the car I ordered. They then said they would have to order it again I said well that’s your mistake not mine. The wrong car came in on the 20th of October. We went to the dealership to look at it and get an update of when our car would be in. They said it should be in by the end of December. My car that should only take 3 months to build and deliver is going to be about 6 months.
