Great Staff, Great Price, Amazing Experience Walking into Jack Daniels Porsche is an amazing experience in and of itself! The modern, sophisticated style of this building is impressive inside and out and the selection is even better; you can really appreciate all of the styles that Porsche has to offer! I was then greeted by a very nice woman and was introduced to one of the sales consultants, Paul. Right off the bat I knew Paul was a genuine guy, as he shook my hand and looked me in the eye, showing sincere interest in my wants and needs of a vehicle. Being a young guy, sometimes dealerships (even less prestigious than Porsche) do not take me seriously, but everyone at Jack Daniels definitely did! Paul took time to show me what he had available in the Cayman S models and went over in detail about certain options, etc. He then offered a test drive; having the car pulled right up for me and let me let her rip (even in the pouring rain!). After that, Paul worked his magic, never saying "no" and got me to the monthly payment most comfortable for my finances. Paul forwarded me to Gary Price, one of the finance consultants, and Gary quickly put together the deal and offered and amazing promotion on the tire/wheel/windshield/ding protection warranty! Why do I recommend this dealership? It's simple. They're real people who understand that we share a passion for cars and want to make it happen for you!!! I contemplated for several months; Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, Tesla, Land Rover ... Then one day I drove by Porsche and decided to pull in. I was not about to spend $100K on a Porsche, but rumor had it that the new Cayenne was more affordable, so I figured, what the heck I'll check it out. The 2019 Cayenne just came out with a new body style, and it's beautiful – the tech inside is just brilliant, with its new extra large screen in the front and a second screen on the side! If I ever fall asleep at the wheel, which I hope never to do, but it's reassuring to know that if I do this Porsche will press on the breaks for me before smashing into something. This is one safety feature I am glad to have. I took it for a test drive and wow – the power it possesses for an SUV is unreal. There was no comparison to the way the Porsche drove, compared to any of the cars mentioned above. I instantly fell in love with it. The price was only slightly higher than the new RX-350 Lexus and less expensive than the new BMW-X6. I dealt with Mark Meiler and David Chais, two class act gentlemen, honest and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Just the overall experience at Jack Daniels Porsche, from the waiting room to the staff, was a level up from Lexus, BMW and Land Rover. This was one of the best purchases I've made in a long time, and the way this car makes you feel when driving it is well worth the price.

I just had a very bad run-in with either an employee of Jack Daniels or a spouse of an employee/owner. The woman was driving a white Panamera with "New Car Dealer" plates ending in "-82". This lunatic, whom was on her phone did not want to wait her turn to merge and decided to accelerate her vehicle and force me into oncoming traffic. If that wasn't bad enough, she continued to drive her car in such an aggressive manner to where I could not get out of the way of the oncoming traffic. The cops have been notified, but if anyone knows this individual with dark brown hair, a fake tan, and gold trimmed sunglasses, be cognizant to make sure she doesn't drive a car with dealer plates bearing the dealership name. My search for a diesel Cayenne in the next few months will not include this dealership because of this woman. She clearly needs some sort of therapy.

I bought two from them, both long distance, without a problem. In the first one, they shipped it to me in Florida. I never met the salesman and the transaction went off seamlessly. In the second transaction, we flew up to visit my brother at the New Jersey Shore. The salesman met my wife and I at Newark airport where we completed the transaction over a cup of coffee. His drive my new car to the airport and his girlfriend followed him in her car. After completing the paperwork, he handed me the keys and I went on my way down to the shore. His girlfriend took him back home. After that one, my brother brought a car there, again without difficulty. Would / will probably buy from them again.

I'm in the service industry and the professionalism that I ve received on my recent purchase is what I train my employees to do at all times. My salesperson Martin Field was the epitome of professionalism. He kept in contact with me during the whole process while I was out of the country and kept me up to date on when my car was being delivered. The best part about Martin was he was easy to reach, when I called his cell phone he always answered. That is a trait that is rare in today's sales people and its those little things that separate the mediocre from the best. Marty Field is the best! I live in Mt. My name is Adam, last Saturday my fiancé and I had the worst experience in our life with a car dealer at Jack Daniels Porsche. We had a E350 Mercedes Benz convertible and we lost it at a car accident one month ago. We have been shopping for a car for the last couple of weeks.We went to different Porsche dealers in NJ and NY. Last Saturday We went to Jack Daniels, we have been helped by Gursh, Gursh was very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He was very patient to go through the inventory and explain the differences between the options in the available cars at the showroom. We selected two cars, we informed Gursh that we received a certain discount at another Porsche dealer and wondered if they can give us the same discount. We did not like the color of the car at the other dealer otherwise we would have bought the car one week ago. Gursh asked for two minutes to check with his manager. After two minutes Gursh came back with Mr. Martin, he introduced himself as the GM of Jack Danieles and basically he asked us to leave since he is not interested in our business. We were shocked !!!! Never seen that in our life!! If you do not like our offer, there is no need to be rude !! I am writing this review for customers who read reviews before visiting showrooms, I hope my review saves you a moment of humiliation in your life.

Above and beyond. Had a problem with my water pump which was fixed as promised. When I picked my car the battery was dead. The tech diagnosed a drain on the battery from an after market radar detector that was installed at another Porsche dealer. They fixed the problem on the spot and did not charge me. Another dealership in the area had a similar car but offered me a very low number for my trade-in. The used car manager at GDP offered me a very fair number for my trade-in, and we reached an agreement over the phone in less than 15 minutes. On my arrival at the dealership, I found the car exactly as described and impeccably detailed. JDP has a large and impressive inventory. Eric, the business manager, was organized, professional and efficient. I am a longstanding customer of many Porsche automobiles. My recent purchase, 2015 Panamera turbo, was bought with tire and wheel insurance. On March 1st, I hit a pothole, damaging the rim and tire of the vehicle. I towed the vehicle to Jack Daniels Porsche in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Early on March 2nd I spoke to the service representative and asked for two new front tires. One was covered by the warranty and the other I would pay for. The rim was smashed and the senior mechanic stated that it needed to be replaced as to not puncture future tires. On March 5th I called the Porsche dealership and was informed that the tires were not ordered and the rim would not be inspected, let alone repaired or replaced until March 6th, Six days after the flat tire. A loaner car was not available. I found out that Porsche subs out the tire and wheel coverage to IAS insurance. I tried to reach them on March 2nd to facilitate the claim, and again on March 5th, both time I spent almost two hours on the phone with no correspondence. I pay Porsche for this tire and wheel coverage, which they are not honoring in a timely fashion and forcing me to have to call the company myself, and deal with their incompetence. I will pay for a new rim and tire on my own, which is over two-thousand dollars. However, Porsche is responsible for breach of contract. I will therefore never purchase another Porsche vehicle and will recommend to anyone I speak to, to stay away from this company, which has a remarkable reputation and high-quality automobiles. The buying experience was pretty convenient and easy, including financing. After buying the car, less than 24hrs, we saw a warning light for one of the signal lamps. We took the car back to the dealer and they said they need to order the lamp from EU which should take a week or so but it literally took more than a month to get the car back and in meanwhile, we had never received any update on the status from service advisor and each week we had to call him back to check the status again and again. Then we were told that they would give us some credit to buy porsche accessories.. After few weeks, I sent a note to the same service advisor saying we wanted to use that credit for a floor mat, he said they ordered it but after that we never heard from him back, neither any reply to my few later emails. Anyway, now I never take my car to this dealer for service.

A well deserved review... Thinking about owning a 911 Carrera 4s Cabriolet, was a fun process. Test driving a few models made it clear Porsche was the car for me. This was to be my transition from years of riding great motorcycles to driving my first sports car. This of course is a major purchase and the combination of working out a good purchase deal with Evan, Paul & Gary, all of whom made that process comfortable, which left me comfortable about how I was being treated and their following through dependably in getting my car ready and making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of at every turn that leaves me confident I could count on how I would be treated once the purchase was complete. I'm not sure who actually gets this review. If it is Jack Daniels ownership, I commend you for having this caliper of staff. I might also say that literally everyone else I interacted with durning these few days was respectful, welcoming and attentive. Based on the experiences I have had over the course of several day interacting with a number of Jack Daniels staff, I anticipate a long satisfying relationship. Today with breaks in the overcast and occasionally rainy day, I was able to put the top down and really enjoy my 4s for awhile. Really bad experience trying to buy a car from out of town. We went back and forth and reached a deal documented via email. Sent in my credit card deposit and other documents. The next day, the salesman sends me an email stating that the manager would not approve the deal and he then tries to re negotiate. I would like to mention Marty, Cliff, and Martin specifically for treating me so well. With my limited budget they managed to get me into a car that is absolutely fantastic. In the past 3 years I have had the following vehicles, infiniti G37, Mustang 5.0, BMW 335xi, Nissan 370z, BMW 535i. As you might guess, I love cars and the Porsche I now have in my garage is the BEST of them all, no comparison. There were no pressure sales tactics, no snobbery, and they were very very fair when it came down to making a deal. I highly recommend this dealership, I've had some crappy experiences and some good ones at various dealerships, this was the best experience I've had. These people are a mess! I called their office on Friday to make an appointment after I saw a 2015 Range Rover Jeep that I liked on their website. I called them the next day which is on Saturday morning to remind them that I am about to leave my house to their office to see the Jeep which i spoke to them on Friday. Also, i asked them to confirm if the Jeep is still available because I am driving all the way from Pennsylvania to their office in New Jersey which will take me 3 hours to get to there, I wouldn't want to get there and the Jeep I want is no longer available, I wouldn't be interested in checking out another jeep. Their representative that spoke with me said, "The car is still available for you to check it out ma'am, you can come in one hour before we close to check it out and make payment if you like it." I left Pennsylvania on an empty stomach down to New Jersey only for me to get to their office and the lady at the front desk told me that the car has been sold out. Omg! I was heartbroken, I cried, my friend I picked up in new jersey on my way to the car dealer's office was upset, my friend asked the receptionist when was the car sold? She said like an hour ago before we came in. My goodness! I tried to explain to her that I had called earlier before I left my state, they should have told me not to come. I mean how can someone just come in and pay for a car without making an appointment to check the car out first? How can everything happened in an hour ago before I and my friend arrived? The lady saw that i was almost crying, face turned red, she can tell that my mood changed immediately. She said, "Excuse me, ma'am, I need to speak to my manager." The manager came, looked at me and my friend and repeated the same thing. I explained to him that when I called earlier they should have told me that someone had already checked the car out and they are expecting payment from the customer or they should have called me to inform me that someone just paid for the car. We left the place and guess what? God gave me another Jeep on Monday from All American In Old Ridge NJ , with lower mileage and a little cheaper. Their Jeep mileage was about 39,000 the one that I finally bought was 28,000 mileage, very clean with white interior. I attached the new Jeep pictures. This was a horrible experience for me.
