If anyone is looking to buy a car I recommend this place because they have tremendous patience with selling the car and working with what the customer wants especially Jeremy and Lou. I was so unsure of what I really wanted that I even took a car home and realized I wasn't happy with it. I contacted Jeremy and he said a manager would call me which I was contacted by Lou and they made it possible that I got the car I wanted. Leased a car recently and while I’m happy with the vehicle itself, the entire process has just been just an inconvenient hassle. I understand human error to an extent but the amount of mistakes during the last month is just unprofessional. There is a lot of miscommunication during the initial buy which resulted in my overall dissatisfaction. I finally took my car home when the phone calls starting come in advising that somehow they wrote the incorrect vin number and now I have to go back & sign again. FINE. Trying very hard to be understanding. The financial advisor even offered to come to my house which was a little forward and weird, but whatever he’s just doing his job. I noticed that my temporary plates expire tomorrow so when I call the guy responds “yeah we have them”. When was anyone going to call me? He replies “there’s supposed to be a date as to when they called but it says they called and sent a letter”. While I most certainly got the billing statement, I most definitely didn’t receive any courteous call or letter. Not even an apology. My girlfriend’s lease is up and while she was ready to come to this location, she was very turned off and will be taking her honda lease elsewhere. A little disappointed but, only three years to go.

they promote low price deals, and then they hit you with 4k+ out of pocket expenses. do your research before you go for a finance or lease. remember the only fees you are obligated for is the bank fee, titles, dmv etc. the rest are just the dealership trying to make profit off of you. also they false advertise by putting low priced deals on their website so they can reel in customers. which is a ftc offense creating deceptive advertising claims, establishing pyramid schemes to generate profit. will be filing complaint to ftc for those charges.

I can leave a carbon copy of one of the many reviews giving a very blanket statement of how Garden State Honda did really well. However, I believe that a person's actions will really tell you what you need to know. I worked with David, and I came in for a 19 Accord LX (The ad I found was for the LX). However, I wasn't sure if I wanted the Sport or not. I mentioned this to David so I could find out the differences between the two different trims. He answered all of my questions. But, you know what he didn't do? David did not push to upsell me. Buying/Leasing a car is stressful enough. What I didn't want was to have to deal with navigating through sales pitches. I believe that David's actions tell you everything that you need to know. You can go here with plan, and they are genuinely interested in what YOU want, and not just fluffing their bottom line (like many other car salesmen). Funny story though...I actually called back the day after so I could move up to the sport :D Thank you for making this as easy as you could for me, David!
