The team at this dealer ship are amazing...I just purchased a Ferrari California with the David King. He is truly a great guy and worked around the clock to help me close this deal. First time doing business here. First Rate, all around. No more!! After several visits, since my first, the technicians are sloppy. They made my car dirty on the inside and didn’t bother to clean it. They forgot to put covers back on, under my dash. I had to call and learn where to put the part back, and do it myself!!! A screw fell out onto the carpet from under my dash, last week. Totally Unacceptable A shame as a Ferrari Store. Gary W

Traveled to New Jersey from my home in Florida in my 2018 Maserati Ghibli Gransport when the vehicle went into a "limp mode" Being out of State I turned to Ferrari-Maserati of Central New Jersey to get me back up and running. Brandon Shermer the Service Manager addressed my situation immediately. He treated me as if I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership. He was kind and professional assuring me the situation would be expedited to get me back on my way. I was very comfortable with our communication and the services provided by Brandon. Luckily the problem was only a loose wire and I was back in my vehicle the very next day. Highly recommend Brandon and his team at this dealership, I am a very satisfied customer.

I did my entire deal over the phone and everything was nice and smooth. I bought the car on Monday and it was delivered to my door later that week. The driver was also very nice ,friendly and knowledeable. He went over the car for me and took me for my introductory ride in the car and showed me the ropes. I fell in love with a Maserati Granturismo at Ferrari Maserati in Edison. I filled out the online form and was immediately contacted by Mike Silva. To make a long story short, Mike is one of the most professional sales people I ever met. I hate to use the word "sales", because--let's face it-- Ferraris and Maseratis sell themselves. But Mr. Silva's knowledge of the products he offers, along with his courtesy he extends, truly made the buying experience extraordinary. Mr. Silva is courteous, knowledgeable to the 't' about what he sells, and will do every thing he can to make your relationship with the dealership and the product a longstanding one. He earns customers for life, that's what he does, and if you never bought an "exotic:" before, or even if you have and are not sure which one you want for your next toy, Mike is the guy to see. He will match you to the car, and take that extra step to make your experience a memorable one--and that level of professionalism is very, very hard to find these days.

Brandon in Service Department does not follow up. They are so busy that they don't have time to discuss any other project. I wanted to get Paint Protection Film on my car and never heard back from Brandon regarding quotes. How difficult is it for someone to call back a customer who wants to bring business to the dealership other than buying Cars. Its shame that this is what you get from a well reputed company like Ferrari.

Horrible experience, I’m shocked that a Ferrari dealer will do tricks of a cheap used car dealership. Worked a deal to buy a car from them, looked at over 50 photos on their site of the car and loved it. a minute before we close I asked to see and actual Live Photo of the car to find out that they have swapped the cars $8000 wheels to some cheap basic wheels. That’s on a $170,000 Ferrari !!!! Instead of an apology or to try to fix the issue they pretty much told me to get lost! Horrible dealers. Will complain to Ferrari of North America as well.

Fantastic showroom. I often find myself doing some "shopping" in the parking lot before I walk in, as they usually have a handful of classics waiting to be serviced or picked up. The staff is very nice, and the inventory is often graced by a real rare gem, like a LaFerrari or one-off TDF, but they have a nice variety of others including 512's and 355's to their fantastic California T. Their marketing director, Niel, is nice, knowledgeable, and always seems to know how to get on your good side. Will definitely be referring Ferrari CNJ to any prospective buyers.

I bought a 2013 ferry FF from this dealership. They were happy to make the sale. The car arrived and it had a few small issues. I notified the dealer of it and they were very slow to deal with these issues. The car arrived in April, it’s now the end of June and the dealership has still not resolved my outstanding issues. For a Ferrari dealer this should be embarrassing and totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this dealership again. They are an embarrassment to the brand

I took my son here to drool over the cars, 'cause who REALLY has money to burn on a Ferrari? (to the 1% of the population who does: no offense) First off, we were greeted by a young lady at the receptionist desk who seemed quite jaded when I announced that we were there to look around, and introduced my son as a future customer. She confirmed that she sees this all of the time. Oh, well. As far as the cars were concerned, Ferrari has elevated the manufacture of their products to an art form. The exterior styling is a seamless blend of form and function. No two interiors were the same on the showroom floor, due to the fact that every one ordered is custom to your specifications, including seat and pedal placement. A salesman approached us and was happy to explain a couple of details about the company, the cars and their philosophy. He totally redeemed the dealership from our first impression at the front counter, which was nice, since he wasn't obligated to do so. If my numbers hit on the Powerball, they'll be seeing me again!
