She was not only demeaning, rude, and vulgar with me, but she lacked any knowledge that would be expected from a worker. I have never experienced a working individual who acts this unprofessional and lacks ALL communication skills. I will be telling all of my community to go to Bridgewater Nissan instead, where I was helped with kindness. Monika will ruin that business.

Bad experience with service department. I told the gentlemen to call me to let me know the price of repair before he started on car. He called me once diagnostic was don and told me the price was $570. Hours later he calls me back and tells me that your car is done and with discounts the price is $750. I told him, but you just told me before $570. He said oh, somebody must of made a mistake the price is $750. He told me I will lower the price some and take care of changing Aux in my car for the stereo with no charge. I said great, I appreciate that. Now I must say, they did fix the problem on my car. My problem is that he never fixed the Aux that he promised and when I called about it no one could help me. I finally reached the gentlemen who promised to fix the Aux, and he said I will call you back when I get the part and I never heard nothing. If you made a mistake ok, just keep your word. Don’t just feed me lies and then duck me. What kind of business is that?

I have to rescind my 5 star Review. That was posted the day of my purchase. Unaware 2 weeks later I would be recieving a bill. I was misled and lied in regards to my lease I owe now $2300 when I was told " we got this" when I showed them fender damage. I would never turned in my car if I knew they would be not be covering any damages. Also I was informed that I called for the inspection..not once but twice. I was told I signed off on it. NOT TRUE. A BLATANT LIE. I was not aware of any outside and independent inspection. According to their sales manager, I did. He outright lied. He said cancelled one inspection and signed off on the second. 1000% FALSE I trusted this company by being loyal and faithful I bought 2 prior cars and brought in customers for them I am stuck with a $2300 bill because I believed in them and trusted their word. DO NOT BUY FROM EDISON NISSAN...

The only good thing about this place was the salesman Rashad. Poor communication with anyone else in the process. Hard credit inquiry on an agreed monthly payment, then they come back with a different number, which made my fiance very upset. Of course the process took forever, which is probably a strategy because after 5 hours we were desperate to leave. Upon delivery, both vehicles were poorly prepped. Safe to say I won't even go back there for my free oil change or anything else just because of the sour taste left in my mouth. Nissan makes a great car, but the dealership itself is terrible. Buying a car is always a stressful experience but they made it that much worse.

Purchased a used verhicle from this dealer. Our sales consultant was Joelle Brewster. She was very nice, professional, accomodating, and very easy to work with. Not an over the top pushy sales person. Her approach was casual yet she did everything in her power to get the sale and accomplished just that. I would definitely recommend seeing her when looking for a car at this dealer. The only reason I am giving my review a 4 is due to the ridiculous fees this dealer charges (I am sure most others do as well). They wanted to charge almost $4K in fees (prep, window etching etc). In the end we did work out a deal we were all comfortable with. Dealership premises were immaculate...nice showroom!

Finally after being able to speak to someone and they tell me to come in and ask for X person. I get here. Ask for X person. Someone gets that person for me. Think they even introduced themselves to me ?? Of course not. Safe to say I’m glad I returned my Nissan vehicle today and will no longer have to deal with such crappy customer service

They force you to rate 5 stars or they harass you, DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD GOOGLE RATINGS. This place was a nightmare. My boyfriend and I financed a new Sentra and had massive amount of problems from start to end. The sales manager who we dealt with was Phil, regrettably, who appears to get quite frustrated when you don't give in to his sales tactics. After we bought the car and left, we had to wait for license plates to come in as well as get our refund check (for the prior lease because they sent the wrong amount over to corporate and we were still getting charged after the lease had been taken over) and found out that they were being held hostage after my boyfriend wrote a bad review. They ignored all our efforts to get everything squared away until we wrote a review and were then harassed until we took down the review. After my boyfriend took it down they told us to come in for a free “gift”. AFTER getting there they said you have to fill out a survey and you HAVE to give 10/10 for everything in order to receive the gift. Phil literally filled it out on my boyfriends phone in order to give a good rating back to corporate. Thats not how business is done (properly at least). This was not a 10/10 experience. At best a 3/10 only because we got our car, and they took over the lease of the old car. They will not see our business again after this experience. Buyers beware!! Edit to post 8/1/19: after posting my rating last night, Phil has already messaged and called my boyfriend several times today, angry that I have posted about our experience. This is HARASSMENT as identified by NJ law 2C:33-4 section A. Should we receive any other annoying and unwanted communication from Phil about this review, we will have cause to pursue legal action. Nissan- get ahold of your employees

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. They convinced me to do a big repair at their body shop. I received a filthy car, plenty of grease marks inside my car, and outside. My car seats are dirty and have black marks. I don't even want to continue talking about the lousy job they did. Feel free to give them your car for repair, however don't be surprised of the car's condition when they returned it to you.

I went in to test drive a car listed at $12,495. Showed up first thing in the morning. We were greeted by a salesman named Steve who was very friendly and helpful. After about 3 hours of test driving, we finally sat down to discuss numbers. I was incredibly confused, because the price jumped from 12495 to 18500. $6,000 in fees. As soon as I started asking questions about the fees, Steve went to get a sales manager. The sales manager, Anthony, wasn't as friendly. He straight up told us they lie about the prices online to get people in the door, then add fees to bring up the sale to a "realistic price." I started asking why they lied about the sale price and his answer was "everybody does it" and it's "just the nature of the business" which is complete bs. Then he had the nerve to act like I was crazy for expecting the advertised price, and became very condescending. I'm aware that every dealership has fees that are unavoidable, but not 6k in fees. That's just false advertising. Stay away from this dealership. There are plenty of other dealerships that are much more transparent that deserve your business. Waste of 3 hours.

I bought Pathfinder in December 2018 and paid for wireless cellphone charger it’s June 2019 and it has still not been installed. I visited their service center 3 times and they are giving me a runaround. The sales person Ahmed who processed the sale is rude and hangs up on me when I seek assistance. Update: They wanted to charge me over 4K in fees over advertised price. Don’t waste your time. Update: in response to dealers comment. They wanted to charge me 1k more over advertised price for Loyalty fee? So if I didn’t buy a car there before it was 1k more then advertised. They also wanted to charge me 2k reconditioning fee?? Over advertised price. None of those fees were for warranty or anything extra. There were many other dealer fees I didn’t write down not tax and state mandated fees like the dealer implied in his comment It’s just a bait and switch. This isn’t how a big car dealer should be doing business. They go back and leave comments a month later and hope ppl won’t check.. STAY AWAY

Terrible these guys, worst experience I ever had. I wanted to buy a CPO, I fix a appointment to visit there dealership. I selected a vehicle and ask for what would be out of the door price, the lady took almost half hour and never returned to me and later another guy came and he literally insulting me, the way he is talking and making me feel like I don’t have any money and can’t buy a car. I felt disgusted and walked out.

Crooks. They add $3k-$4k of conditional rebates that no one qualifies for to every car price listed, on new and used cars. Lie on the phone before you come in about conditional rebates and then again to your face about what’s included in the price. Then the truth comes out an hour after the test drive when it’s time to pay. Sell used cars with $2k of body damage that’s not mentioned anywhere in their listings. Don’t waste a minute of your time coming in here.

I'm honestly not sure how this dealership manages to stay in business. Edison Nissan is a joke in the Nissan community. Despite their negative reputation, I decided to contact them for fun back in March about leasing a vehicle to see for myself how these clowns conduct themselves. Big surprise--they refused to provide any pricing or useful information whatsoever. I called twice to speak directly with a sales manager and they hung up on me both times.

When I was signing the forms Monika noticed one of the forms had my d.o.b wrong by one digit. The process might take a while but it is well worth the wait. Better safe than sorry.
