The representative Marcos was not home welcoming. He didn’t even negotiate nor did he try to help us find a car the fit our budget. And best part was we were there for 6 hours. And btw the pizza was disgusting and cold. Waste of time. His desk is at the end right side window. Terrible service.

Russ was great! BUT... when I drove away had less then a half a tank of gas. They took the car to get cleaned and when I got it back 2 hours later... the inside windows and dashboard were filthy!!!! And I also have to oil change done and to spend more money and have the car inspected!!!

Never before in all the years have we had such a pleasant experience buying a car. There isn’t enough we can say about our sales person Vincent, or the dealership. From the minute we walked in we knew something was different. The beautiful showroom was buzzing with customers...... a cacophony of activity. Every sales desk was full and there were customers waiting for a spot. The reason? The philosophy of this dealership is to provide the best customer service possible in a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly environment. I must go on as this was quite an experience. THIS REVIEW IS NOT FAKE! All deals are transparent. There are no hidden tricks or agendas. All the cars on the lot are beautiful and no matter what you are looking for, they have it, from a Maserati to a Volkswagen; a Cadillac to a BMW; even a Panamerica Porsche. They will try their upmost to find you what you want. NO hard sell, no pushiness, no rushing. On to our sales representative, Vincent. Within minutes we knew he was a great guy. Honest and up front. Great personality, sincere and determined to work something out for us. Vincent made no reference to how much time we were taking. He approached management several times to help us find a deal we could work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the purchase, the history of the car, the finances, etc. Vincent never acted annoyed or impatient, even though we were there a couple of hours. And his sense of humor contributed to the overall experience. I know this seems overboard for a review, but it was a wonderful experience. Everyone at this business from Finance to sales to Management and especially Vincent are top notch. I wanted to buy two cars! Thank you Automotive Avenues. We’ll be back again.

We went there to look at a vehicle. Right off the bat the salesman seemed a little arrogant. But salesman always are. I felt as soon as they realized we weren't buying the vehicle right then they couldn't be less interested in helping us. So much so the salesman didn't even say have a nice day. He just said ok were all set and got up and went to get another customer. No hand shaking. No have a nice day. Nothing. Well, we were very interested in the vehicle but not anymore. We will never give this place our business.

Found a car I liked advertised online and put a hold down - when I couldn't show up that day I called and asked to come noon the following day. They kept the hold on the car, which they didn't have to do. When I got there I dealt with Robert who was very nice and amicable, and I was up front that I wasn't 100% sure I would buy it - and he didn't pressure me to do so. He said (I'm paraphrasing) he'd let the car do the talking because he didn't want me to buy a car I'd hate next week (and that's an amazing attitude to have). He was up front about the cars' history, and was very accommodating to me. Long story short the car was amazing and Robert is very laid back and easy to work with. *Highfive!*

I went to automotive avenues to purchase a 2017 Ford 150 lariat. The sales person I dealt with was Robert and he was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Unfortunately, Automotive Avenues does not negotiate at all. The price I saw online is the price that they wouldn't budge on. Also my trade in value was on the lower side based off of research and other dealer quotes; again there was no negotiating on this price either. Although I eventually accepted the value of the trade in, I asked for $1,500 off the internet price and it was declined. With that said, I had to walk away. When I left the dealership, I realized I left my wallet in the truck I test drove so I immediately called the salesperson Robert over at Automotive Avenues and asked if it was still in the truck. Robert checked and found the wallet in the middle console and placed it at the front desk. I drove back to Automotive Avenues and sure enough my wallet was at the front desk. I gave them a 4 star rating because I was able to retrieve my wallet. On the other hand, I didn't make a deal as they would not budge on price. Don't go into it thinking you will negotiate!

Drove 1.5 hrs and car showed and priced as advertised. NO run around,no “let me talk to the manager”. This dealership priced their car WAY below KBB and the deal was just to good to be pass up. If they have the car you want, you will be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere else. Ask for Max.

After an incredibly stressful 24 hours, walking in to this Hyundai to work with Johan Cervantes and Alvaro Ojeda was a refreshingly encouraging experience. Johan did everything he could to ensure that I found THE car for me - not just a car that would work for me. Even though I showed up later in the afternoon without an appointment. Johan was able to coordinate with his team to ensure that I had my car delivered ASAP the next day. In the interim, he even ensured that I would have something to drive and provided a loaner until my new car arrived the next day. Not only did he find a car that matched every single preference I had - he did so in a way to ensure that I also stayed within my budget! When I met with Alvaro to finalize my paperwork, I was more than appreciative that he spoke candidly with me. I did not feel like I was being sold to and was thankful as is to have been approved to get a fantastic loan for 0% interest. Even though I was certainly not in a fabulous mood when I walked in and during all the paperwork, Johan and Alvaro never allowed my bad attitude to get in the way of their admirably empathetic customer service skills and overall superior service delivery. For that fact alone, I cannot thank them both enough or say enough great things about them. I will absolutely, without a doubt, refer anyone I possibly can to work with them to purchase a car!

Great deal. Smooth except they had issues with my local credit union but used Capitol One with no issues and a lower rate, and the credit union even offered to buy the loan with 0.25% discount after that. Anyways, helpful service all around, stayed in contact as the car had to be shipped. They did the registration with no issues. Car arrived in great shape, needed a bit of cleaning but nothing too crazy. Car still had the original warranty which gave me peace of mind. I recommend Automotive Avenues to anyone!

Just bought our second car from Automotive Avenues. Very friendly staff. Great selection and some crazy values. Our salesman, Nicky, was very helpful. The only reason that's holding back a 5-star rating is that you can only test drive 2 cars on a Saturday. Even though we were there when they first opened and weren't that busy, they held to their rules. Which, during peak times, I understand. But this was before 10am. They did let me sit in several others, after I drove my two. The overall experience buying from them is as fast as you can get. Did not feel at all pressured. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Well in the beginning when I first visited this location, I told the salesman what I was looking for and my price range for payments because I was financing but he chose to do what he wanted. I got approved which was great but the payments were too high but he was happy and wanted me to try to do the payments, I said no. Anyway after another trip of disappointment with this salesman, I finally for the third time received help from Sam, Stephanie but the greatest help from Mark. Finally they connected me with someone who showed and proved that they wanted to help, ME. Robert was his name and he was an AWESOME salesman whom went beyond my expectations. He made my husband and I very comfortable, answered any or all questions I had, if he didnt have the answer he was honest about it, he didn't do what he wanted but in the end he help me into the vehicle that I wanted. Can't beat the prices! Our salesman, while funny, was a bit distracting while trying to make decisions. Also don't bother trading in here, they offer too low. Other than that can't complain, can't find a better deal. Recommendation is to do all your research and test drive everything you want elsewhere. Then come here when you know exactly what you want or you'll feel anxious about losing a good deal just to sit on it and think or try other cars. ( Cars move fast here)

A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to go check out a car that was online, it didn’t say sold or pending sale. I looked at the car, I test drove it, as I was about to pay for the car the salesman Edward Santiago states that the car is no longer available?!!! I wasted my time here, if I had the knowledge beforehand that someone else could get approved for the car and buy it I wouldn’t have wasted my entire morning looking at the car expecting to buy it. I would never go here again, who says it wouldn’t happen again? Save your time and go look at other dealerships.

I had been casually looking for a late good used suv or car for a few weeks. After hearing good things from 3 separate friends about Automotive Avenues, we decided to look at the website and stop in. It was a Saturday and the place was humming with lots of activity. We put our name on the sign in sheet and within a few minutes Anthony greeted us, got us registered and the keys to the car we were interested in. We liked the car but wanted to think it over. Anthony gave us a few things to think about and some advice about when to come back to get a value on our trade. A few weeks later my husband brought our trade up during the week, Anthony was there and immediately got it evaluated. He advised us to come back when ever was good for us but to speed things up suggested entering our loan application online. Because I work in NYC, the only day I could come in was Saturday, which is often very busy at AA. We called Anthony the morning we were coming in to let him know what time we’d be up. When we arrived, both cars were up front, parked side by side waiting for us. Anthony had both sets of keys ready for us and took us out immediately. Anthony gave us good advice, zero pressure and all the help we needed. He got us monthly payment numbers on both cars with options for extended warranties so we could easily compare. We were in and out of AA in 2.5 hours, it was amazing. We had such a great experience that I had to give Anthony a huge hug before we left. Excellent, excellent service from start to finish. We could not be happier with the experience and with our new car.

I paid a little extra for an outside mechanic to check the car over before our purchase which provided some additional peace of mind. I was really surprised that we were told that we could only test drive two vehicles, since as they said they were a "Destination Dealership". My wife and I only tested one vehicle: 2016 Cadillac CTS. I have never heard of a dealership that only allowed two vehicles to be test driven, especially with a cash customer. When went to purchase a replacement vehicle for our totaled vehicle. A Big disappointment. So we left to buy a car from another dealership. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Revised Review after speaking with Owner: I was very surprised and delighted that the owner personally called within an hour of posting to inform me that the "2 Car Test-Driving Rule" is NOT THEIR POLICY and that we should have been permitted to test AS MANY VEHICLES AS NECESSARY to determine which vehicle suited us. I was very pleased to hear this. Also, he informed me that he corrected this matter, and that he offered personally to show us the vehicles. THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE and APPRECIATIVE!!! Since we are heading home to PA now, I couldn't immediately take him up on his offer, but we will see. Based on my discussion with the Owner, I would increase my rating up to 4 STARS!!

What a great buying experience! I went to this dealership to test drive a hatchback but realized it wouldn't work for me. I presented my concerns and needs to the salesperson I was working with (Robert Hewitt) and we decided to check out the Tucson. Now, I went to another Hyundai dealership in Houston and got to drive the Tucson, so I knew I liked it, but the price was higher than what I wanted to pay. I walked in knowing exactly what I was shopping for. Did all my research online and was prepared to pay cash for the vehicle I'd searched for. After the test drive I was pretty convinced this was the car for me however I had to leave due to work obligations. I explained I would call the following morning with my offer.
