Bought 2 grand cherokees here. I'll return for the 3rd.

The service was superb.

Aaron Krahnert

Had a very pleasant experience with Steve Koh, our salesperson who was more than willing to help with the process of choosing a new corolla and explaining the finer points of the financial terms in an open and honest manner. A much better experience than with other dealerships. I hope this is the new way of doing business at Autoland.

We are third time return customers of Autoland! 3RD TIME CHARM! We LOVE our customer product advisor MR. RALPH MITCHELL, III ~ he is a great salesperson who has worked at Autoland for a long time, Ralph is super-friendly and very professional. There is never any pressure while shopping there with him by our side, We always ask for Ralph and never hesitate to call if any questions arise. We recommend friends and family to shop there because of his ability to always work with us and understand our budget, needs and desires. As far as our Toyota car maintenance and services, we always make our appointment with MR. BILL SUTHERLAND in the Autoland Service Department, Bill is always sweet, kind and honest. Again, another permanent fixture working with Autoland for years and definitely another valued asset of this agency. Of course, we could find a service station closer to our home, but we make the trip because we are so comfortable with him. Mr.Sutherland has seen our three babies grow through the years, and it is only a matter of time before my first born will be car shopping in a few years... And YES, we will be returning to AUTOLAND in Springfield for this milestone! Such a relief to know we are always in good hands there :) Yours truly, The Cahills

Autoland made car shopping more enjoyable. Car shipping is never easy. However, they provided drink and snack in the show room so we don't have to worry about lunch and drinks during the six hours long shopping process.

Ed was great! Go to him for no nonsense deals - straight shooter!

I brought my vehicle in because of rust bubbles. When I arrived I spoke to Jason "the Service Manager" I explained to him I have rust on the front quarter panel, he said "you have to bring the vehicle back to where you purchased it" I know I have 4 months left on my warranty. Jason said no they are all individually owned, which i am still not sure what he was getting at. Its my understanding that a warranty is a warranty and you can bring it to any dealership It shouldn't make a difference where I purchased the vehicle. This is not a an extended, its a factory warranty. He then asked for my VIN and proceeded to ask my why I don't go to xxx dealership where I bought it. I explained you are 2 blocks from my office. Anyway he grabbed his boyfriend who continued to argue with me and finally said "we cant handle our own customer cars" so i'm guessing they don't have enough techs or there management of their staff and projects are terrible. At the end of the day, they get paid for warranty work.

I visited this dealership on January 25,2017 for a flat tire. My experience was horrible,I waited 3 hours and 25 mins for them to fix my tire and get me out of there. I sat for 1.5 hours before going to find out why I was still waiting only to here the mechanic say let me go check if we have the tire. I have a tire warranty that they refuse to accept even though I purchased the warranty through Jeep. I paid for the tire out of pocket and all Phil the representivie had to do was send in the invoice so I would be reimbursed. Well that was too much for him. He never sent in the invoice and so I was never reembursed. I called and spoke with him and his response was " let me see what I can do". I usually never right reviews but the service here is exceptionally bad that I really had to right this review. Every time I've ever been there I have had a bad experience, it's as if they go out of their way to make sure the service is really bad. If you can avoid using this dealership please do. It's terrible from sales to service. I'll update what happens with reimbursement as soon as I have details.

The wait was a bit longer compare to the other places where they do oil change in 10 minutes, but the waiting area was very pleasant, and the coffee was good they should offer some lite snacks as well though,

Amanda Nicolosi

The employees at Autoland were fantastic. They did everything they could to get us in and out of there quickly. They worked wonders with our deal and were extremely friendly and helpful. I will return in the future.

Eric Williams

Very poor experience this time, dropped my car off yesterday morning and was promised to be ready at the end of the day.No phone call at the end of the day and my car was not ready when i came in this morning, very displeased with the service guy and his manager.

FR-S Jordan

My salesman Mauro did an excellent job. If you're buying here at Autoland ask for him. I went in looking for a used car and saw the new FR-S; Mauro was very polite while waiting on my decision on buying new or used and even let me test drive both. I love my decision each, no regrets. I work in the auto/customer service industry; I was very impressed with the entire dealership service. This isn't your typical highway dealership with salesman to pressure you into buying something, very relaxed environment and every other customer inside seemed to be pleased. This was the only dealership where the sales manager came out and spoke with us, I stopped at 90% of the dealerships on Rt.22 and this was the BEST by far!

John Freeman

They lie about EVERY stupid little thing. 1 wire needed to be replaced "because a rodent was chewing on it." They said I have to get a whole new $3000 system. I have no idea why you can't just repair, splice; or replace the wire. They said the part was in stock, but when I asked to see it it wasn't there. They said my car was off the lift, but when I got there 45 minutes later the car was still being worked on. And finally, the cars are total garbage. I'm in here every 2-3 months because something is broken.

topik11002266 .

Supposedly official Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealer but refused to do oil change on Dodge Promaster. I guess service doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing.

Tiara Knox

I have been extremely disappointed in the service here. The past three times I have taken my car to receive and oil change it has taken over two and a half hours despite having an appointment. The gentlemen who work in the service department lack customer services skills, in fact often times they are quite rude. Most recently, just a week after my car was serviced here, it had to go back for additional problems that did not exist before taking it to that shop. I certainly would not recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to this location.

Jose Solorzano

I feel very satisfied with the service and also personal capacity treat to costumers Thank you

raheem jones

Went there to find out whats wrong with my back up camera and blind spot detections. Come to find out it was only a blown fuse, They charged me $148.00 to replace it, I think that was ridiculous I been going there for years, and when i ask Jason Patten why it cost so much his answer was gotta pay the mechanic for their time I said sheesh i could of did that myself he said I should of. I feel like that was a greedy move on their part. It couldnt took no longer than a oil change to find out it was a blown fuse and change it. Smh not feeling the love.

Herb Freeland

Slow service. If you are ever in a hurry stay away from here.

Willie Caldwell

Terrible thus far been here for 3 hours and nothing is done. Appointment for 9am and vehicle still hasn't been looked at for service yet. Do not come here for service you will be greatly disappointed!

Roseann Wheeler

The best

playerstar45 .

My experience was okay feel it should be better , try making the customers feel like they dont have alot weight on they Shoulders( thats why im rating a 4 star) . kamaria rivers

the sales rep was excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to come here!

Coach Marocco

If I could, I would give this place no stars and here's why: My Wrangler has had no heat the past couple days as cold air has been coming out the vents. Today, my temperature gauge was almost touching the H (hot) and that's when I became concerned. I placed an inquiry in for service online with Jeep Dodge Chrysler of AutoLand on Route 22 and stated what my issue was and they called me about 15 minutes after I sent it and told me to come in at 3:30. I leave work and get there at 3:20. As I pull up in the garage I get out of the vehicle and the worker said "What do you want?" Nice greeting right? It gets better. I tell him that I was told to come in at 3:30 and he asks for what. I explain and he shakes his head and rolls his eyes. At this point he tells me to hold on and he got some guy who I assume is the manager of the shop to speak to me. He tells me "This is something we need time to diagnose. We're really busy but sorry bro". At this point I'm furious. I explained I was told to come in and left work for this and he said "Were busy bro". Never again will I EVER go to this place. How do you tell someone to come in especially when they are experiencing a serious vehicle issue and made it a point to leave work to come and then say "Were busy bro"? Please don't waste your time with this joke of a dealership. I never thought Jeep employed such heartless, rude, and ignorant people. When my lease is up so is my time with Jeep in general.

Fernanda Silva

Took my jeep that I bought there for an oil change and check engine light car was there from 8am-4pm. Engine light came back on after 2 months. Returned again for an oil change and Engine light on again car was there from 12-3:30. On the phone on hold for 15 minutes to check the status of my car, John lied to me and said he had called me, I have a phone log to prove that no one from dealership called me. I am writing this review in real time 3:40 on 9/28/16 My car still not ready, getting the run around from service center.

Matt Vining

Too bad I am unable to give 0 stars because that's what they deserve. First of all I drive a Jeep Commander, I just recently bought this car used about 7 months ago. I felt a small vibration when I accelerated from a complete stop. The service department informed me, wheel bearings, brakes, brake routers, calibers as well as bushings in the front differential were all needing to be replaced. I was informed by ALBERTO GOMEZ (the mechanic assigned to my vehicle) this would be a $3000 job. Everything besides the front differential bushings was just replaced 4 days prior to this and in perfect condition. The brakes they informed me were "burned" but looked brand new and still silver and have never preformed better. After I said I did not want to pay $3000 they said they would not recommend investing this money in the car but rather buying another car all together. Surprisingly I requested only to have the bushings done which came out to $49 dollars for parts and $470 for labor, leaving me with a $519 bill. After this was done I noticed no vibrations like I previously stated. Also customer service is completely awful in the service department, I had to call to find out my car was already done and waiting and when I said I would be right over in half an hour my paper work was not completed upon my arrival, I had to sit another half hour for my bill to be ready. I will NEVER come back here, they will try to rob you of every dollar you have. There are other Jeep dealers on 22 that I would suggest going to before hand.

CrooklynPOSTGOD

Nice service, seems to care about their customers.

Arletta S.

Worst experience with the OIL CHANGE SERVICE ! Made an appointment for 1 pm guy tells me it will take an hour and a half, I’m like alright that’s fine. Hour a half later my car is still standing at the parking lot! And there were other people going in and out! So I approached the guy, he tells me they missed placed my paper work. Seriously??!? Ok service is done my husband turned the car on to cool it off inside and we went to pay. Well I come back to the car the car is SMOKING!!! And the whole oil is on the Ground. The car is brand new 2019 just got it 5 months ago what is going on? Well they told me the seal for oil filter torn, well who’s Fault is it??? The guys that changed the oil and put it back on..... Furthermore when the guy gets in my car he backs up to a poll thank god for the feature in the car that automatically stops when gets to close to something backing up. How do I know? because the sound came on! If not he would probably hit it on top of that. And the last part of it EVERYTHING was in OIL Inside the Car! Steering wheel, gear switch knob, door handle etc......I will NEVER return to that PLACE For OIL CHANGE EVER!!!!

ricky shah

it was a pleasure going to autoland. the staff knew exactly what they were selling. From the time i got in the door, Walter was there for every need i had. Knowing where to go to show the cars, what the car had. I left as a happy new car owner. I will be doing more business at this location.

Heather Roncinske

I am following up with my previous review.... It is one thing to buy a car/truck and get great service during the purchasing part. It is absolutely another when you get amazing service afterwards!!! Mark Montenaro, the owner, took time out of his busy day to warmly greet me and find out how my experience was. It is not everyday when you get to speak with the owner of such a large establishment, Mark is a true gentleman and someone I will do business with from here on and out! Ed, Cory and Mike all bent over backwards to make sure that I have everything I need for my new Ram Promaster City!!! Thank you everyone at Auto Land, you have made the largest purchase of my new business easy and quite the pleasure!!! Anyone looking for a new or used car/truck, look no further!!!!!

Nigel Sylvester

This dealership provides the level of service I expect holding off giving them five stars until I get my 2019 Ram 1500 back Very pleased with the service I received this will be dealership for my future service.

Christina Puran

This is my worst experience buying a car. I brougbt my Jeep from Autoland 22 in 2017 and last December I traded my Jeep for a Dodge and it was not the most pleasant experiece. The only good part was the sales rep, Jamal was great and explained everything. From the moment i walked in after seeing the car i told the manager Jerome that i did not want to work with the gentlemen who was in the Finance dept. The guy was very rude and did not explain anything to me. In the end, Jerome took me to the same finance guy because he was the only person there. He just kept telling me to sign here and when i asked questions he just saying its the law. They care more about making money than customer service which i guess is expected. I would NEVER go back there to buy a car even if it was the last place on earth. I would like to give them no star.

Brandon Hunter

Service is decent nothing to really brag about i asked for an estimate on tires...I was willing to pay to have them do it..there response was to have me buy the tires from tire rack and have them install the tires like what sense does that make..will be checking out other dealers it’s sad I was going to buy a Jeep from them guess not

armando nascimento

Here only for an oil change. Going on an hour and 30 minutes and still waiting.

Gabriel Chaves

NO NEGOTIATIONS ALLOWED I have buy/lease lots of vehicles and dealerships always made me feel welcome even when you negotiate a price which is not only the right thing to do but also part of buying a car ,but this time the moment I didn't signed all the paperwork before even buying or agreed to buy anything (credit was already submitted) and showed them I have experience negotiating the price they changed to a cold negative way to deal , even denied any more help or information, well this are new times , new generations and new ways to do business , I strongly recommend people to inform themselves about negotiating when buying a car and don't let big car dealer bully you with their old fashion ways to benefit their profits , if you are about to make an investment of thousands of dollars YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE

Andre Billups

Long wait ! Hour and half for an oil change... My truck feels better and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need like most dealers. Everyone was nice they just have to do better with time. Oil change is 10 minutes. No more than 30 if you inspect the car for a upsell .

John DiMatteo

Very helpful and Nice we got a great deal on my Nephew's 2017 Jeep Rubicon Great job Guys see you in 2 years when it's my turn to buy

Christine Battaglia

Received a recall notice in mail, but I had purchased my car at another dealer. But since I live nearby, I called Autoland. They gave me an appointment, were right on time, and within an hour, my service was completed. They also informed me that the first recall which was done by the other dealer had NEVER been done!! They took care of that issue too. So grateful and will definitely return! Thanks

William Schneider

Made an oil change appointment at 7:30 arrived at 7:25. Vehicle didn't start getting serviced until 8:35. Don't see why I bother making an appointment if I'm going to waste over an hour before they even start a basic oil change.

Lynda Dellipoali

Amazing selection of new and used cars. Melo was a great salesman. Helped my son every step of the way in the purchase of his brand new car. Highly recommend seeing Autoland for your next purchase.

Oscar Castro

Salesman Cesar Sanchez was great in trying everything possible to make this deal happen! All around it was well worth it. Thanks guys!

Justin

First time leasing Chrysler and I have to admit the experience was amazing. Our sales rep was very personable although a little bit pushy at the beginning. Scored an amazing deal with him and his manager. Noticed there was a small scratch on the side of the car and they immediately had it buffed out and ready to go. Even other representatives in the store were very welcoming and nice. Would definitely recommend and will likely be going back.

Alyson Durana

This place is the WORST! I would bring my Jeep in for its routine service and I would constantly get hounded at the service desk because I got my Jeep at a different dealership (the competitor as they would say) and then ask me why I didn't shop with them. I have my reasons for purchasing my vehicle at a different dealership and that should be none of their concern. I only had my Jeep to Autoland serviced there because it was close to my house but NOT ANY MORE. I'd rather go out of my way before I bring my truck back there.

zeke ankrah

Donald Cunningham made my purchase very easy. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen . Donald took his time to make sure that I was pleased with the results. Best salesman ever!!!! I will be recommending everyone I know who is looking for a new car too Donald and Autoland .

adam herrel

Alan did an amazing job. Really cool dude. He kept me in the loop and informed me of everything i needed.

Peter Diaz

Leased a 2012 Camry SE. Had a great experience. All the staff was very professional and courteous. My Salesman, Humberto Vargas, was very helpful and really made it a pleasurable experience. He was able to answer all my questions and was a big help in finding me the car I wanted. I am very happy with my experience at Autoland. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this dealership.

The Roblox real Cousins’s

Do not go here for service. The worst customer service, no knowledge of work being performed, or that needs to be. The service department needs to be fired! Stan, Danny and Allan, needs schooling in people skills and education on cars. reporting this incompetent Dealership to the BBB.

ANTHONY F Iannucci

Very good service . Quick in and out oil change!

Joseph M

Very poor experience involving Jerome. When I told him of an offer I received on a Grand Cherokee, he laughed and told me I was lying and that I couldn't get anywhere close to that. We had purchased vehicles from Autoland in the past and the experience was still poor, but not this level of terrible. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Michael Palermo

The service department looks nice and the waiting room is good, but you'll spend A LOT of time in it even if you have an appointment. I've had consistently bad experience with the service department. Items not completed, etc. So much so, that I'm not using my PREPAID maintenance. I'd rather PAY AGAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Kelly Ju

I purchased my car through Stanley. He is great sale person, very happy with the service. I will definitely come back to him again for my next purchase. Highly recommended him.

This is the second time that we lease a Toyota Camry LE from from Autoland using the service of the same sales associate - Ms. Vanessa Francis. Both times she has done an outstanding job. We were lucky to work with such nice, professional, and accurate sales person. We have been leasing cars from Autoland for 15 years using the services of various sales people there. In most of the cases our experience has been positive but never as pleasant as with Ms. Francis.

Melvin George

Went for maintenance

Khairi Goode

Had A 9 o’clock Oil Change Appointment Was 10 Minutes Late Cause Of Traffic Pulled Up To The Service Entrance Had A Few Laughs With The Manger Then I Was Paired Off With A Mechanic I Showed Him My Truck Told Him I Was Here For A Oil Change He Said Ok No Problem I’ll Come Get You When It’s Finished I Walked To The Waiting Room Waited About 45 Minutes Then The Mechanic Called My Name Saying I’m All Good To Go

Eleven Spiders

I don't think I can fully describe how bad the Jeep service department is. Totally and completely incompetent. Even the most basic jobs are screwed up and need repeating. Please spare yourself and your car. The mechanics at Autoland have not only hit rock bottom, but they've started digging. I'm going to spare you the details. But just rest assured that you're better off going to a monkey with a hammer for your service.

Melanie McLaurin

Great customer service, friendly staff. Love my vehicle

Igli Kadriu

Awesome experience. Staff was attentive and on point. Went to autoland to trade in my old jeep. Walked in and out in less than an hour with a brand new car and excellent customer service. Big thank you to Rhamell for his excellent work. Definitely recommend autoland

Dmitriy Bondarenko

This is my first ever experience with a dealer who was completely honest with me. I came in for a check of engine failing to start randomly for no apparent reason on my '05 Jeep Liberty. Was told upfront that the cost for diagnostic is $125 and may take up to 3 hours to complete. 4 hours later the car is returned to me as they weren't able to reproduce the problem. But, there is no charge! I am a sad that problem is not found. I am happy that I wasn't charged when the work had no result.

I scheduled an appointment with Autoland Jeep Dodge Chrysler a week ahead of time and proceeded to take a day off of work to have my 2006 Jeep Commander Serviced. There were several concerning 4wd service warnings that came up and I wanted to address this issue as soon as possible. Upon my arrival for my appointment at Autoland Jeep, after checking my car in, a service manager told me that they don't like working on cars 10 years or older because of liability issues they've encountered the past. Frankly, this sounded preposterous that a jeep dealer has a limit on what year Jeep they are "willing" to work on, especially one that has less than 10 years and 100,000 miles on it. My vehicle was made to feel unworthy of service and that my business was not welcomed. To make matters even worse, the service manager referred me to an AAMCO in a COMPLETELY different town to get my JEEP vehicle serviced. While the AAMCO people were very pleasurable, I took time off of work to get my Jeep looked at by Jeep specialists and no one else. I ended up calling around to other jeep service centers in the area and they said that it was ridiculous that a jeep service center would refuse to service a jeep, no matter the age, make, model or condition. I will not be returning to this dealership for my commander moving forward. Warning, if your vehicle is 10 years or older don't waste your time or money.

michael mcbride

Associate was ready for me when I pulled in for my time slot. He did a thorough walk around and explained what services they would be performing. It took exactly as much time as he quoted me and he was very polite. All that I want in a service appt.

India Fugate

Where do I begin to be brief on all the topics the sales person did not make any suggestions towards the specs of what I was looking for..I was offered cold Pizza the had been out all day..I will not leave out the large bowl of rotten apples..help myself ...they do not specialize in gaining a customer..when I asked for the General Manager I was directed to ask for MIKE the Italian one not the Jewish one...where is the diversity training ..I can only wonder how I was described after I left..the General Manager Mike heard my concerns graciously never asked my name to bid a farwell..SANGI..JEROME...PHIL..MIKE..That's was my families experience with this location

Kenny Rivera

I needed them to check out my rear view camera which was no working properly and is under warranty. Wasn't too happy with the service dept. Wasn't acknowledged when I arrived, waited around for a service advisor only to be told that they couldn't get me in for at least three weeks. When I told them I was going out of town and needed assistance they shrugged me off. Won't go there again....

Oriel Zer

Worst customer service ever

Liza Anderson

Friendly staff and very helpful

Michael Brauman

Our dealer, Ed Nugent did a great job finding the right make and model for our needs. He was courteous and professional.

Charles Mitchell

Service Dept. SUCKS.. OVERCHARGES YOU.. sales people are friendly. But I recommend that you go to another dealership to get work done on your vehicle. My fiancée took our 2012 Town and Country to get service for the check engine light. Since she is a female they got over on her real good. They tried 2 charge $125 just the look at it. While other dealerships it is free for the diagnostics. The technician Alberto Gomez told her that it was the lines from the transmission leaking that cause the check engine light. And that we were 2000 miles over the warranty. And if she took it to another place the whole warranty for the transmission itself will be void. She would have to get that fixed there and there was no other option to take it to another place. So without her knowing no better she agreed to have them fix it. She calls me and tell me that the bill would be over $800. So after I look at the bill the next day. The charges for the parts was $168 and the labor for the work was $625. This was after I contacted the salesperson who sold me the vehicle and he contacted service department and they gave me a $100 discount. They are a RIP OFF. A few days later the check engine light came on again it was the battery the whole time. So I contact customer service from the number that the technician gave me and they stated they could not help me. So the next thing that I did was contacted Attorney General for the state of New Jersey waiting on my letter so I can file a complaint

Paizlea Svixen

Friendly staff, fast service and a very nice waiting area. Couldn't ask for more. I decded to come here instead of where I bought my car for service because its much closer to me. I will be back again for sure.

Kayla Khaled

The service here is the professional, family oriented, and honest. The only dealership I've ever been to that doesn't try to sell you anything extra, they have a waiting room just for families with toys, a tv with Disney channel, and Purell wipes. My go to place for service.

Joseph DeJohn

I was pleasantly surprised with my car buying experience. I was greeted professionally by my salesman, Mike. The rest of my experience was nothing but the same. From start to finish the experience was great. I never felt hassled and feel like the entire team worked with me to get me into the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Thanks to Mike and Autoland for earning my business.

Michael Ranieri

Honestly, I have nothing but positive things to say about Autoland. I financed a vehicle that I originally leased and Billy Negron and Vanessa Francis made the transition seamless. I also leased a Jeep for my wife. I give it a thumbs up!

emigliori1 .

The transmission blew on my 4 year old Chrysler just 4 days before the warranty expired. Nobody in town would take the car right away except for this place. They took it the same day and had it ready THE NEXT DAY. Yes, you read right - the next day. The car runs like a dream. The service was great. Jason Patten, the senior service advisor was fantastic, he stayed in touch the entire time and did not treat me differently because it was a warranty job. Thank you!

Philip Alban

Sales and Service are good here. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in 2016 and had a good experience. They have/had an additional, in-house maintenance agreement which is helpful, in that I haven't had to worry about scheduled maintenance costs after the first year (Jeep Warranty). The service reps are always pleasant and helpful.

Buying a Toyota was the worst thing ever, sales was fine though deceptive, sold me a LEMON Yaris that has had 5-6 service visits that still are not fixed, refused to give loaner for a while till I called Corporate, service history is conveniently missing info, never ever will I recommend Toyota to anyone especially at that dealership, wanted a RELIABLE car for commute, got screwed instead, will be contacting an attorney for LEMON law soon, they absolutely are the WORST service people ever, dont call you back, my car sat for 2 days for several things and NEVER once called to give progress, left VM many times and no calls, BAD car/dealer/service.

Davielier Turner

Always a good experience they treat you well ww their service

Katie Hannemann

Walked in with a friend who was looking to test drive a car. Robert told us that we couldn't drive the car because it was too expensive for us. Took him five minutes for him to explain to us that we wouldn't ever be able to afford the car even if we leased it and had a cosign, so there is no reason to even look at it. My BMW was twice the price and I had no problem test driving it, and buying it WITHOUT a cosign. I have never been so offended...

Carlos Paiva

Went in for a recall and a speaker that wasn’t working on my 2018 Durango. I’ve since been back 2 times and awaiting a call back from Allen to set up a 3rd appointment because speaker still isn’t working and they are giving me a hard time getting me a loaner. Allen won’t return my calls. Left 3 voicemails for him already.

Andre Fernandes

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. First my Air conditioner was not working and took it to autoland for repair. I was promised a call back in about 3 days. It was a week later and no word on my vehicle so I called. I spoke to the parts advisor Santiago vega who stated the car was not ready. When asked why I was not advised by the third day he stated very rudely he's busy and has no time to keep people updated. I told him it's his job to make sure the vehicles are repaired or at least provide notice within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think he liked that statement to which he asked where I worked. I told him that it's not relevant where I work and that he should just do his job. He then asked where I worked, when I asked why do you need to know, he said don't worry about it you will find out. I immediately asked to speak to his supervisor Alan Rosenberg who apologized. He assured me that I would deal with directly and due to the time and the threat that was issued to me that the repair would be free of charge but would take another week. I asked for a loaner vehicle to which he stated would not be possible. A week goes by and they tell me the hose was the problem with the air conditioning and it was replaced. I leave the lot and on the way home the air conditioning does not work. I call back and Alan tells me to bring it in so I do the following day. Again he tells me it will be some time but this time provides me a loaner vehicle after I asked being aggravated for my vehicle being there for almost 3 weeks now. Then after he provides the loaner I ask why did they lie to me about not providing loaners. He ignored my question. I leave my vehicle there after a few days I reciece a call and Alan states that a rock shot up under the engine and hit the condenser in the air conditioning unit. It seemed sketchy and he proceeded to state it will be 600 dollars. At this point it sounded like they just wanted to make money from the whole ordeal. I stated no I'm not paying for a service you promised would be fixed and a rock flying under the engine and damaging the air conditioner within one day seemed farfetched and made up. So I asked to see the part with the damage to which he stated he could not do that. I then proceeded to ask to speak to Michael Maffuci. And Alan hesitated but eventually complied, I sat in an office to which Michael flat out told me they were no longer dealing with my vehicle for free and stated the repair would be 600. I said fine but I want to see the part Alan claimed was hit with a rock. Michael then told me that he would not provide it and if I did not like it I could leave. I told him what about the 4 weeks I left my vehicle here without it being repaired and what about the complaint against the threat I received in which I did nothing about. I stated its fine and they could fix the ac unit for the 600, this was in November. I left the lot a week later with a "repaired" unit, and due to the now cold weather in New Jersey I could not really test the air conditioning but I was advised by Alan that I am covered under the warranty and have nothing to worry about for 24 months. It is not June 2016 not even a year later and the warm weather returned. Guess what the air conditioning does not work I returned and attempted to get it fixed under the warranty that was promised and what a surprise it's not covered because it's a different part. I honestly think the service department did not know how to repair the issue and just kept guessing. 3 repairs later and still the same issue. I called and they told me they would not fix it and to not bring my vehicle there. This is a warning to everyone, they'll be nice seeing you the vehicle but when it comes to service or any type of customer satisfaction they don't care about you.

Mary Perry

Friendly and helpful sales staff as well as office staff. They painstakingly got my what I wanted.

Tiffany T.

I currently over a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Lease is up & CHRYSLER Capital told me that I could return the Vehicle to ANY keep dealership. Called this one and was told I could bring it back. Until they asked was I purchasing today & I said no, then they said “oh you can’t return It here. Go tour the dealership you purchased it.” Meanwhile that’s 40 minutes from where I live. That was very unprofessional & if I had ever thought to purchase, I would not now. Ridiculous.

Erin OGrady

Walter was a great salesman and helped me find the perfect vehicle!

Shawn Maass

Definitely one of the smoothest dealer experiences I've ever had, michael Lopez was courteous and honest throughout the transaction and helped me get a 2018 charger RT plus! I'll definitely be back after my lease is up.

Vikas Kapoor

Large selection of Chrysler Jeep and Toyota with fair pricing.

Kenneth Ryant

awesome everytime, very good staff. they always take care my car and keep me updated on anything I may need or can do to make it smoother.

Alex Feinman

I went in to have my codes read for my check engine light. (something most stores will do for free) They informed me that it would be $125 for a "diagnostic". I told them that I just need to know the code which involves plugging in the code reader and reading it (not even 5 minutes). They said it was $125 - Period. So on my way south, I stopped in at Dick Greenfield Dodge in Lawrence Township - They read my codes for free . . . TWICE. If you are a Doctor or Lawyer and are used to raping the general public - I would highly recommend Autoland as their greedy business practices will make you feel right at home.

michael china

I went in for an oil change (2014 durango r/t) then the service rep comes to me and says the transmission needs to be replaced and the axles needed to be replaced but were not under warranty (false). A few days later I'm driving and I smell Syrup aka antifreeze so I'm thinking maybe it's over flow being that usually when u go in for an oil change places usually top off all the fluids. next thing I know the truck starts raddlin and all I see is smoke coming from under the hood I'm calling them in the morning

Neem C

I was disgusted with the service I had here. I wouldn’t give them a penny! GO to a different JEEP DEALERSHIP. Fair warning.

W D

Amazing customer service.

Kyrillos Mossad

They exceeded my expectations when I came to service my car, and were able to fix issues with my re-certified vehicle. Their Service Advisor Bruce delivered unparalleled service and I will most definitely be recommending him to anyone I know

naimah streeter

Manny was awesome. Forget the gentleman name that handles the paperwork but he was great as well and very fast. However the lady that handles the payments inside the toyota portion, i believe her name was Amber, she had a very nasty attitude. Not sure why, but definitely a good way to lose business. If it wasnt for everyone else being so friendly i would have taken my business elsewhere. Aside from that great place to do business

Eddie Lance

Great place to buy a Dodge or Ram sales people give you know pressure at all to buy

Tom Haverly

I feel that they are fair, reliable and honest Might give 5 stars, except I don't have that much experience with them yet. Four stars is not a demerit!

Martial Arts for Life

I'm going to give you at least one star because the service tech filled up my windshield washer fluid when I got there and you have free wi-fi in the waiting room. Otherwise, I found your service department unacceptable. Please spare me the, "Sorry you had a less than five star experience. If you want, call our service department so we can waste even more of your time and we'll offer you a free Autoland air freshener for your troubles" bit. I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. A piece of weather stripping under the hood of my Challenger tore, then slipped out from under the hood and slapped the nose of my car creating some scratches. Initially, I was told the service department would need about an hour to fix it and it would be under warranty, so I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. today. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m. I was told the weather stripping was under warranty but it would be "hard to prove" it damaged the nose of the car. Yup. That's what I do. I drive around to Dodge dealerships trying to scam them out of buffing out some scratches on my hood. But first, I make sure to cut the weather stripping and pull it out from under the hood to fool them. You know what, though? I let it go and had a seat in the waiting room. I figured I would at least get the weather stripping repaired. As an aside, if you take 5 seconds and Google, "Dodge Challenger Hood Weather Strip," you would see that this is not an uncommon problem with these vehicles including those "hard to prove" scratches on the nose. So, after an hour and 45 minutes I was informed that the service department would need the car for another 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later I was informed that the repair would take another 2 to 3 hours because they would have to remove the bumper to replace the weather stripping. Really? First off, make my appointment for 10:00 a.m. if you're going to wait 2 hours to even look at the car. Second, maybe you should look at the car first and determine approximately how long the job will take before telling a customer how long he or she should plan on waiting. What I have a problem with is your absolute disregard for your customers' time. Perhaps there are people who have the luxury of sitting around for 2 hours getting jerked around by your service department, but I am not one of them. Under no circumstances would I bring any vehicle to your for service ever again.

Gayathri Pandey

Very pricey but will get the job done. Dealerships, in my opinion, are almost always very costly for car maintenance. We went in for checking one thing and they came up with 4 things that they claimed the car needed. They do make it sound like your car is on its death-bed and if you do not get these works done, then there is no telling what will happen. Fearing the uncertain we got 2 things done and got slapped a whopping $300 for what we thought could be done in a fraction or rather what we actually went in for (costing $30ish). Will be sure to check with other car service places and will keep this last on the list. Oh! Also, we ordered and OEM part for our car that would ship to the store and we had to pick-up. They never called to inform its arrival. We did not purchase online to get the delivery information and relied on them to call which they never did. After waiting almost two weeks, when we called, all they said was "your part is here already for you to pick up." I wish they were serious about customer service and not just ask their customers to give good reviews.

Kelly McPartland

We walked in and were greeted immediately. The facility was clean and bright and had a nice waiting room and a play area for kids. Our salesperson was Joe Destefano and he was very good; very accommodating and super knowledgeable. Joe asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He then showed me the inventory for the model I liked (Cherokee)...they had a ton in a variety of colors. Joe was also calm (not aggressive which I hate), nice and very patient...it took me awhile to make my decision. I looked at 4-5 other brands and this experience was by far the best...and now I am enjoying my new SUV!

Randy Geis

Dealer damaged my wrangler, resulting in two days lost not being able to use my vehicle. Hugh inconvenience to which I received a sorry. Think twice before using them. Unprofessional undertrained and poor customer service. The apt in which the damaged occurred I waited hour and half for there convenient pick up service. After I was told I would be picked up in fifteen minutes. Drive up the road to the other guys I'm sure it's worth the trip.

Shawn Lynch

Phil took care of me and the problem with my care very professional with explaining the problem thanks again Phil.

Enrique Angelini

The Staff, Service team,Sales people, even the Janitors are A++. You have made yourself a loyal customer as long as Dodge keeps producing these great vehicles. Just picked up a Challenger and already thinking about the Charger next lap. Great Job Dodge- Autoland

Bob Loneker

Purchased a NEW jeep here in June and the soft top leaked that day. We are still in the process of fixing that problem 5 months later.....COME ON PEOPLE

Wojciech Ostrowski

Very unprofessional and rude service. I want to buy a car but after a while i resigned and went to another dealer. He took my 60k with happy smile.

Cesar Debrito

ADVISOR WAS VERY HELPFUL. KIND AND UNDERSTANDING. TECHNICIAN WAS SLOPPY AND LEFT GREASY FINGER PRINTS AND PALM PRINTS ON BOTH DRIVER DOOR AND DRIVER REAR DOOR WINDOW AS WELL. VERY UNPLEASED WITH TECHNICIAN'S ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS. 1 HOUR TO CODE A CONTROL UNIT WITH THE OPTION THAT IT HAS A TRAILER HITCH INSTALLED IS ROBBERY TO A CUSTOMER WHEN IT ONLY TAKES 30 MINUTES AT MOST. (WITH A SLOW PROCESSING COMPUTER)

Adam Steckler

Honestly, this was the best car purchasing experience of my life. Straight forward negotiation. No non-sense or games. Ask for Walter- he was fantastic to work with. Walter showed us several models for comparison and genuinely tried to find the best car for our needs. We were in and out within two hours. Walter will work with you to get you the car you want at the price that makes you happy. Pleasantly surprised from what most car purchases are typically like.

Lindsey Ginex

I got a notice in the mail that a part for my car was recalled. I called and got an appointment quickly. I arrived early to my appointment but my car was taken right away. The work was done in an hour, which was what I was told on the phone. I was very happy with Autoland.

Nathaniel Nicholson

Service agent was great

jeff rothemberg joseph

Good service they will take care of your car and make it perfect they also sell good cars

Maria Sekac

My stock 2018 Jeep Wrangler has a recall due to the intense vibration of the steering column when it drives over 55mph, aka "the death wobble". I called on 12Sep to make an appointment but service couldn't fit me in until 19Sep. I get a text on 18Sep to confirm my appt. I bring it in on 19Sep for them to tell me THEY DON'T HAVE THE PARTS FOR THE RECALL and i have to make a new appointment. It would have been simple common courtesy and professional of them to give me a heads up before i took an hour off of work, drove through traffic, and inconvenienced someone else to give me a ride home, which was a complete waste of their time, in addition to my own time.

Claudia Rocha

Service department is the worse service ever that I can experienced. The people are so rude and they never help u with your matters.

Laura Vassilowitch

We were very happy with our experience here! Everyone was very well informed about the vehicles we looked at, and very patient with us as we made our decisions. We would definitely return for future purchases!

Doreen Tuvel

I called around 8am to schedule my car for it's 5k mile maintenance, they booked me for 9:30am and told me it takes approx. 1.5 hrs. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I worked with Tony, who was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Overall this location is convenient for me and their customer service is great!

Berni Cajuste

Everyone seems there seemed to have a good disposition. I went to Planet Honda and Nissan on 22. Everything was going great till the end where you see their true colors. I went to another Toyota dealer far away and they were great and respectful. We just didn't come to an agreement. My salesman was Jean Rock Duchiene, He is a sharp dresser with great patience and humor. You won't be disappointed. I am happy with what I have now and the pricing from Autoland. I think I will forever be a Toyota customer or at least an Autoland customer.

Todd Haselton

Bought a Cherokee here. Bill greeted us and shook our hand when we walked in, something we didn't get at any dealer. He found us the car we wanted and we bought it same day. General Manager also shook our hand and thanked us for business which was a nice touch. Tough negotiators, though.

Nicole Ribeiro

WOULD NEVWR RECOMMEND THIS DEALER ! Worst experience ever ! I came in to return a lease and they gave me a hard time because I wanted to just return and not release with them. I was so disappointed and disrespected by a guy who calls him self the lease return manager. I then asked to speak to someone higher then him because i wasn’t going to let him speak to me in any way and with an attitude tells me he is the manager and i can’t speak to no one else. I would never recommend this dealership. The worst customer service from sales to sales perspective and i would be sure to let my friends and family as well as others know about my experience here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Dan L.

First time going to Autoland Jeep for the service department. Alan R. was very accommodating and made sure the job was done right. I was in and out on a Saturday morning much quicker than I thought I would be. Highly recommend their services and seeking out Alan with questions or requests for a specific part.

Nicholas Homcy

I went to go window shopping there and bumped into the salesman Jack Kowalesk. He wasn't pushy but politely asked "What can we do to get you into a truck today.". I gave him a list of my demands for pricing and financing. 20 minutes later he came back to me with every single one of my criteria met! I took the car home that night, couldn't be happier.

Sarah Smith

I had a great experience at Autoland. They were very professional and did an excellent job with my vehicle. I would recommend Autoland to anyone.

Anthony Politi

Couldn't have been happier with my overall experience at Autoland. My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule and every employee there provided excellent customer service. It was my first time at Autoland, but definitely not my last. Would highly recommend to any friends and family as well.

Dipson Santos

It was great they helped me get the car I wanted I want to thank Donald for his hospitality and his kindness for helping me. I have bad credit and he helped me to get my car. Thank you for everything I really appreciate it.

Walter Karas

Had a very pleasant time with the salesman but could not reach a price I could live with.

Marzena Guillen

Very helpful and understanding group of people who will do all they can to help with your needs buying or maintaining your car

Russell Smith

I cannot recommend Autoland Jeep for their service because of their timelines or communications. I had scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks in advance and dropped my Jeep off the day prior so it could be looked at first thing in the morning. I called multiple times during the day to get an update to find out after 5PM it wasn't even looked at. It also took significant time to get any service over the phone and typically was put on hold immediately for extended periods of time.

Matt Morgan

We had a great experience at Autoland, purchasing a 2012 Prius C. The salesperson was new and it's a complicated car, with all the options, and she explained them well and/or sought help when she wasn't sure. We're really pleased with how easy it all was and how comfortable. Plus they kept our 5 year old occupied with cartoons and popcorn.

paul maass

This dealer did what they said they were going to do n got me out of my dodge pick up lease and into a new charger

Gabriel Read

excellent quality of customer service, friendly and kind attention. Offering high level of professionalism. All this aside from the quality of the vehicles that offer

Juraj Svitel

This was my first visit to this dealership, it was just a quick oil change which was completed within 30 min. I waited in their show room, they have free wifi and coffee, everything very pleasant as it should be. A few days later I got an email from SiriusXM saying: "As a big thank you for having your vehicle serviced recently, SiriusXM and your dealer are giving you a free 2-Month SiriusXM All Access Trial subscription..." (with automatic renewal I guess ?). I actually called Sirius and they already had my email and address. The dealer at least should have asked me before giving away my information. I was going to another dealership before and these unsolicited offers were not coming.

Pete

The worst customer service ever !! Do not take your vehicle here for service. Worst place to come on the eastcoast. The manager the owner they’re all a waste of time and should be fired. Do not make a appointment because it still takes 3 hours for a oil change ! The whole dealership should be closed down.

let's make it happen Melton

Excellent service Herbert Melton

Albaro Burbano

Not very resourceful, don't even have the vehicle on site and neither brochures for a Chrysler Pacifica. The staff behavior was the typical of a dealership, gathering your personal information before knowing if they can help you for real. Also there was many people giving me a weird look. I will say go to a different dealership.

kerry heneage

Just had a great experience leasing my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The sales rep Mike L was so patient with me and my ever changing mind. He made sure I got what I wanted. All managedm and credit people were super nice and made the transitiont easy.

Ure

I called for a appointment for a oils change and the receptionist gave me a 3:30 appointment. I drove in and the manager from the department was so rude I ask kinda can he check and he didn’t even let me finish speaking . He stated why I’m here and who gave me appointment I explained that I called 2 hours ago . He then said I’m just doing your oil change that’s all . I guess he had a bad day but honesty I rather pay 59 $ for a oil change somewhere else then come here again .

Kalyshia Smith

Rip offs

Isabel Peixoto

Good customer service at the Service Center. Spacious waiting area.

Mario DellaFortuna

Sales person was great to work with - Michael Wright. The Finance department was terrible waited over 3 hours to sit with them, then had to return multiple times to solidify the financing after they had let me leave with the car with no true contract. had a very terrible experience with the managers and even had to get corporate involved. never will go back

Nadya Furnari

Got our new Toyota Rav 4 this past weekend. Service by Rashad was great he was very patient with us. I only wish the process was a little quicker we were there from 4-9pm it was just too long but other then that we are happy with our purchase! Thank you!

Wynonia Wilson

Excellent service.

MARIO MATTEI

They are the worst don't go there bunch of liars! They just make you think that they have an offer for you but all they want is your money! If they offer you a check around 1000 for by a new or pre owned vehicle don't believe in that because they going to ask you for for more money to cover the down-payment and the check that you suppose to get simply the financial guy and the rest of the staff at bunch of liars that only want to take your money!

jean christophe

I had a great experience at Autoland. My salesman Mike Pearson was excellent. Great service and a great dealership. I wouldnt buy from anywhere else.

Jim Brown

Think his name was dennis. In parts. Very nice. Friendly. And through. Got me my key fob. And answered a few questions.. tks dennis. And autoland. Loosing your key is not a nice experience. But he made it a little nicer. :)

Despir Sima

Good customer service but need more crew

Susie Mensah

We went to 2 other garages and both gave us 2 different diagnostics reports. Finally, we decided to try the Toyota dealership for service. They exceeded my expectations. It was a breeze scheduling an appointment and their Sunday hours was very convenient. Bruce, our Service Advisor, took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all our questions and made it easy for us to understand what was wrong and what our options are, especially since we are on a limited budget. Our car is back to its old self. Bruce truly helped to make what could have be a stressful experience, pretty pleasant. I highly recommend him and Autoland Servicing.

Aaron Aracena

Purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and after arriving to my house 25 miles away i realized that the back window wasn't working. I went to get that fixed. Three months later I need an oil change and I end coming out of pocket because the sales rep lied to me about my free oil changes

Chris Arcadia

They checked me in and began working on my car straight away but by no fault of their own the servicing took much longer than expected. I, unfortunately had a sound emanating from my car and the tech could not discern its origination. It turned out to be a rivet that fell in the rocker at the plant. Tough to find but easy to resolve. Unfortunately I have only had my car for a month at the time and it took over 3 hours to resolve the issue but they did resolve it.

Michael Mushaty

My experience was fantastic. Ted Contoleon quickly took care of my vehicle and got me back on the road. He was exceptional at explaining what was going to be done and how long it was going to take. Mike

Lou Velez

Simple Oli Change service. GREAT SHUTTLE SERVICE. 2 THUMBS UP

matthew gabriel

Poor ethics, very slow service. Overall not a good dealer. Went in to buy out our lease, spent over 6 hours waiting for paperwork and when it was finally ready they added $3,000 to the price without any explanation. still on going trying to get money back. BE CAREFUL.

Rob Winters

Great dealership and top notch sales staff.

Rachel Bringuier

I found Walter to be a wonderful and helpful salesman. He was great and helpful. Although, we did not buy a Jeep because we found another car we liked better; I would highly recommend him if looking for a Jeep.

Laura Vieira

This dealership exceeded my expectations in regards to buying a car. We were greeted by a salesperson named Robert and he was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire experience. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased and will do business with them again.

David Dehope

Judge you soon as you come in the door. You don't make 5 6 figures they make you feel like your wasting their time. Least the one we dealt with. Even if you were a 3x customer in the past. Went to Honda got a car 4 years newer, with 40.000+ less miles and $200 &change cheaper a month.. It made my mother feel very sad and self conscious. Very disappointed. Mind you we were looking at a used 2008 or 10 car. Honda we got a 2015,less than then 60.000 miles. They refused to let us leave without exhausting every option if need be..

Fitzroy Burrows

I was so disappointed with the service department I think they treated me unfairly
