If I could give it no stars I would .. very lengthy so bare with me!I’m going to start by saying this is the worst place to buy a car, they lack professionalism, communication and very lousy!!Because my 2005 Toyota started giving issues I decided to go and get a new car, my boyfriend seen a 2010 Hyundai for sale ( AMGAuto Somerville) low mileage and good price! He encourage me to go take a look at it. The Following week my boyfriend and I went in to take a look at the vehicle, we were approached by a sales man by the name of COREY ! Corey took us to his desk, ask us few questions and vice versa! He claim he’s been a salesman over 5 years but tbh I think otherwise. Came in for a specific car, they try so hard for us to get a luxury car .. idk why they were so pushy about me getting a 19000 dollar car, thank God my boyfriend and I stood our ground and kept saying this is the car we wanted ! Corey our sales man kept saying “ok, good “ but after speaking to Gino he came back pushing for us to get a different car, until my boyfriend started getting annoyed! After hours (6 hours to be exact) of going back and forth , they finally started to process the paper work!After getting information from my boyfriend because he co-signed for me , one of the managers made a rude comment “oh her boyfriend don’t make that much” when my boyfriend ask what was said , he responded by saying “just joking” like seriously who jokes like that? No kind of professionalism whatsoever!!!After everything ( money down , calling banks, running credit, back and forth) I had my keys in my hands ! Oh yeah I did test drive the car! I was promised that they would detailed my car and fix some things that needed to be fix so I can come back to pick the car up. I agreed to come alone cause my boyfriend would be at work! A couple days went pass , no communication from salesman, I contacted him about the detail and he rescheduled for another day to pick the car up, I agreed! Next thing I knew he’s asking me for a paystub abdvother things because something did not process, I was angry but calm myself down cause I needed a car and have been spending 200$ on Uber per week! But I did not understand why all of this was not asked when I purchased the car?Nightmare just begun‼️‼️‼️Time to pick my car up, I’m happy and I go in! Guess what? No one has touched my car! No detail! NOT aTHING! I ask and according to my sales man Corey, it’s because no one was in ... wowwwww!! But also according to my sales man Corey everything would be done by the time I picked the car up and that was the reason he pushed the day back for me to come and get the car! I had no choice so yes I waited , waited for 5 hours .. came in at 9am, did not leave until 2pm. When I finally got the car, the things they were supposed to fix was not fix, when I ask , COREY mentioned it’s not his problem if they knocked off 1,000 off the car ! Okay I also never complained! Corey never had temp tags ready for me , and instead ask another sales man to do the temps.. why? Cause he had a bigger sale! Haha I laughed and kept my cool! Finally took my car home! Everything going well until I was stopped by a cop saying my temps tag looks fake.. I’m myself was in shock cause I did not understand, I contacted Corey and text, no response at all!! Because I was scare , I mean idk! Never called or text me back until I send a message saying how unprofessional he is , he quickly replied saying my plates are on the way! Ok I guess good enough!!!! The next day I go to work and my manager tells me a lady by the name of Olga call asking questions, now I’m piss because my sales man never mentioned anything to me about anyone reaching out, I contacted him and ask , no response! Once again I wrote a message expressing my frustration and he finally message saying”your plates will be here by Monday “ which is 5/13/19. I called out of work because I figure once it came, I can go get my inspection sticke fast forward .. can not explain every thing but today , today , today 5/15/19 ... I remember my plate expired 5/16/19To be continued

Horrible experience...i was called again before arriving so that “car specialist” could come up with a fake story how another customer offered 25k for a listed 21k price..the saleman said he was looking to get more for car thats why it hasnt been sold?!?!they advertised car for 21k and then told me it needed a “reconditioning package” that would cost additional 4,000. The saleman didnt even introduce his name and was spewing lies. DONT EVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. 0 stars is possible.

This place is awesome! Some really beautiful high end cars and great prices. Gino was a very fair and informative salesman and I bought a vehicle from start to finish in under 2 hours! I recommend him. The only two minor gripes are parking and pulling out on 22 is very difficult. More importantly the vehicle I purchased was supposed to be detailed/serviced prior to delivery and it was pretty dirty inside. No big deal because I clean vehicles excessively and probably would have done so myself anyway. But overall very good experience!! I recommend at least checking them out.

I just bought my first ever Mercedes (2016, GLA 250) last week and I must say, I had the best experience ever, especially in buying from a dealership. which by the way is very rear for most car buyers. My sales person was Akin, and I must say this man is one of the nicest most straight forward person’s I’ve ever met. There was no beating around the bush. He wrote down the fees and taxes involved so I knew right away what I was dealing with. I negotiated the actual price of the car from the advertised price (which by the way wasn’t that much of a bump) and boom voila I was out of there. I didn’t have to pay any extra fees that was not regulated by NJ law. I walked out of there with my head held up high because I knew at the end of the day I still paid less (taxes and fees involved) than the KBB value of my car!!!!!! If you are in the market for a new car pls pls go there and ask for AKIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a deceptive place!!! Advertised a Rogue . Sales team hid CarFax accident report! Drove an hour down south to test car only to find out it was in an accident and towed from the scene in March. Steering wheel off center and under hood was shorty repair. Pushy sales tries to tell us it is warrantied and wanted a deposit while they get it checked by Nissan. Joke is on them because no warranty covers an accident - get the FAX and if it’s not available be aware... something is not good in history

Within 40 days of buying this car we had to replace the transmission, the exhaust manifold, the catalytic converter, and the muffler. All told it cost us $9000 in parts and labor. When we contacted the dealership we were told it was out of warranty, they would not cover any of the repairs, and the only way they would even look at it was to Staten Island to the repair shop. Which meant it would have to be towed at our expense. We chose not to have it towed to the repair shop and instead took it to a reputable and reliable mechanic to have the work done. AMG auto should be closed down they are crooks through and through. Do not purchase a car from them ever.If I could give no stars I would.

The price you see online is not close to what they will try to charge you in store. Went in looking at a car costing 19,995 and was told by the manager that I could get it for 23,800 if I wrote a check for the full amount. I would have to settle my taxes and tags with Pennsylvania separately. This would bring the total transaction to over $25,000. I'm not sure if this is an isolated issue with Gino the manager or if the whole outfit is deceptive. I'd guess the latter. The manager's argument was that they needed to charge fees to make up for reconditioning, storage, and delivery costs. If these fees were included in the advertised price that would be honest. To lure people in with a fake price is dishonest. My sales guy was very nice and friendly though. Good luck if you use this company.

This will be a long one so beware. First of all, I bought a great car from AMG and I know that I got it for a decent price because I had been shopping for a few weeks. I love my 2016 Nissan Rogue, but I have had my car for over a month now and my nightmare with AMG has not ended. I had a fine salesperson, he didn't waste my time with nonsense information in the beginning which I appreciated. As I said I had already test drove several cars and I just wanted to get in the car, and run the numbers. So considering I only test drove two cars, and immediately was ready to look at my financing options, I'm not sure why I ended up being there for over five hours. I gave them a price range for my monthly payment, knowing that I have excellent credit, but not high income... but I knew what I could afford. I told my salesperson and whoever was running the number that day that I would really like to aim for my monthly payment to be around $250 and could not exceed $300. I will spare you the details of me sitting around and waiting, transferring my insurance, and working on trading in my current vehicle for now, but four hours later I still did not have information about what my monthly payment would be. So when the finance guy Anthony (who was wonderful and I'm sorry this review has to mention him), was ready to work with me, I still had not seen my monthly payment. Anthony shows me the number and it is $308 when I told them I absolutely could not afford over $300. Now don't get me wrong, I understand that numbers can only be stretched so far, but for 4+ I hours Gino my salesperson assured me over and over that the monthly payment would be within my range, and clearly it was not. So after already giving them the keys to my old car, changing my insurance and wasting a whole day, I have to tell Anthony that I cannot finish this deal because I cannot afford this car. I begin making the call to my insurance company to have things reversed, and of course he then tries to work with me (respectfully). So Anthony shows me my interest rate and my money down and what I was approved for and blah blah blah and I end up putting down double what I had originally negotiated, and changing the lien holder (for a better interest rate that I was approved for but they did not offer me) before finally getting the payment into my comfort zone. My lesson here was 100% DO NOT go to this dealership unless you are buying a luxury vehicle which I was not, and that is what they specialize in. My salesperson had already moved onto another customer before my transaction was even in the hand of finance, and clearly my deal was not yet made. Even Anthony was frustrated that he was the one that had to reveal my monthly payment to me. And here I am over a month later and I still have not received my license plate or registration card. I am back and forth with PennDot who has no record of them ever sending it. I see several reviews stating the same thing about tags and I'm not sure how this is at all acceptable. I also received several text messages from my salesperson within the following weeks pressuring me to leave a positive review for AMG. I eventually emailed to say that they did not want me leaving a review because I had very little positive information to share, but here it is now! The number of complaints I have do not even fit into one review so I will be posting another one shortly.

I have had many car buying experiences. You have to go to the dealership prepared. I would call before you go to the dealer and discuss OUT THE DOOR pricing. This way you can't say that there are hidden surprise fees. They will come out on the phone and you can discuss with your sales person. In my case I received exceptional service from Kacim. He was thorough and showed an interest in answering all of my questions. Overall I give him and his Sales Manager a 5. So if you find a car you are interested in at AMG I suggest asking for Kacim. Be Prepared!

Whatever the list price is, just add $4,000 for dealer fees, reconditioning,, delivery charges etc. "We have the lowest prices around" Well actually you do not, when you add all of your extras. keep going on about monthly. My sales person was a really nice guy. I was ready to buy, but decided to go direct to MB, where same car was negotiated at same price once I factored in all the extras.

I was going to write this review last year April when this happened but decided to let it go, but the fact that they are still doing this made me write it. I went to buy a 2011 BMW 535 XI listed at 14,500 got the price down a bit and agreed with the sales man that this is what I want to pay. When I was given the paper work I was shown the price and told this is what I'll pay and my down payment will come off the total. They used my down payment to pay the extra 4,000 in fees they didn't tell me about!!!!. And financed the whole price of the car to me!!!!! My down payment was going to bring the car down to 10K. N now I have 6K over my price. I didn't notice until the next day when reviewing the contract with the finance company. I told the finance company I don't agree and they cancelled the transaction.Called for two days and got the "well call you back" story. Called the sales man and he said "damn you should've really looked at the paperwork" are you serious. When I told the finance guy I will have to contact my attorney and he found out the loan would not be processed, I was told bring the car back and they will refund my down payment. I was given a check for my down payment and I left never wanting to see them, their dealership or that car again. The reviews are real please don't go there. BUYER BEWARE

Gino was very pleasant and I never felt like he was trying to push one car over another. In fact, he listened to my needs and worked with me to get the SUV I wanted. I'd give negative stars if it was possible! Worst car buying experience; sat around for hours, finally bought the car then was sent the wrong title in the mail. When we finally got the correct title (took two+ weeks of calling and practically harassing them) the correct one wasn't signed by the previous owner/seller or notarized. We had to fight with AMG to get them to notarize it and sign with their POA for the previous owner. It has been a nightmare since purchasing our car. They ducked phone calls from us and the DMV, never called anyone back after they promised to keep us updated. It took so long to get things straightened out that my temp registration from them expired and they never renewed it for me (yes they were fully aware that it expired!). This dealership is riddled with incompetence! Do not be fooled by the nice cars, they are out for money and don't care about their customers at all!

My husband bought a vehicle from here. He brought it back up to be serviced after day 4 and they kept his car for 2 weeks. Throughout the day they never called and said what was wrong. My husband had to call them after a few days and they said they were waiting for a part. However, there were other issues that were suppose to be fixed under the warranty. My husband took the car back while they were waiting on the part but for the 2 weeks that they had the car they never fixed the other issues. We called the service dept and dealer and no one ever answered or they were not there. This dealership has terrible customer service. I believe they are trying to give us the run around so the warranty can run out. I've had several cars in my life and I have never experienced this type of service.

This is the worst dealership I have ever gone to. Very disorganized, and you feel like you walked into a club. People are socializing and there is loud music. Anyway, The day I had an appointment I called 2 times to confirm the car I like was available. The receptionist said "The car is available, it would be good if you came in today because we are having a sale." So, I drove 1 1/2 hours, and when I got there I went towards the car with the salesperson, on the windshield it said the car is sold. The salesperson went back to talk to the manager and said there is a deposit on the car. The car online was shown for $18,000. He said the person who put a deposit on the car is buying it for $21,500, if you want the car you have to pay $22,000." I could tell that this was a scheme that this dealership was playing. A dealer cannot sell a car when there is a deposit on it. When I went to confront the manager, he was very rude and did not care about how far I drive to the vehicle.

Atrocious experience all around. Issues started two days after I got it. MY sales guy ignored me and when I called them numerous times an owner called me back with major attitude about bothering them. The price was WAY over what was advertised. 4,000 for a fee. They claim its for all these checks they do. I had my SUV for a couple months now and its been in the shop twice. It beeped by itself when it rained, the windshield was leaking at the top, I needed a new turbo boost, a new catalytic converter, oil change and the tires were all different and different wear and tear. They gave me new tires but it takes me 3 hours to get to NJ. For everything else I had to deal with with other dealerships. They never offered an extended MFG warranty and they told me I had the best. The dealerships said otherwise. The only person worth anything is Ashley in the service dept. Oh, and they hit my credit three times. I have to write to the credit bureaus and fix that . STAY AWAY

it's far easier to just share the email I sent finally, I hope people head the warning. Listen Dawn, I've been avoiding responding to these but I'm tired of getting these emails. Quit that garbage, bait-and-switch, low level, wanna-be "shark" used car lot an apply to one of the DOZEN real dealers in your area. You write very well and professionally and because of that you will have zero issue getting hired at a reputable, respectable dealer. Your horrible current employer wasted an entire day of my girlfriends and my time when we came in to see that C class.. it was in abysmal condition, miss quoted from its ad. To deal with that "salesman" and I use that term very lightly cause the coward wouldn't even shake my hand on the way out. Just to be sat down and have predatory attempts to get a high rate finance on a car I could afford, cash, out of pocket, just to have the car billed up and EXTRA $10,000 TO $28,000! Once I said good-day and the coward couldn't even shake my hand, an over-bloated, tar stained teeth, alcohol reeking (in the middle of afternoon non the less) mess of a "man" (real fast and loose with even calling him that) came to my car window knocking and saying in a huff, "YOU WALK OUT ON MY SALESMAN WITHOUT EVEN NEGOTIATING?!?" As the old car-salesman slogan goes, "RUN! Don't walk!" ..away from that absolute dumpster fire of an employeer. You will be much better off for it. As I have been, since I walked out of that mess and right into a mint, 2013 BMW 335xi M-sport for $23k out the door. A whopping $5K and 30,000 mile savings over the absolute bucket of bolts those slimy excuses for men where peddling. I wish you all the best and know you can do better than that disgrace of a lot. Maybe it is because I was there to buy a used pickup truck instead of one of their luxury cars or SUVs, but what started off as a pleasure quickly deteriorated into them bullying me for not taking their deal, which was very reasonable but still slightly out of my price range. I was insulted, belittled, and told I was never serious about buying despite my willingness to come back two days later to pay for the truck in full. Unless you're a rich guy looking to play hard ball, you should probably avoid this place. The salesman was very nice and the deal was reasonable but the fact that the 'boss' tried to use my age and finances to criticize me and talk me into a deal I absolutely could not afford is telling about what kind of place this is.

I went down there to purchase a vehicle today, I was prepared to pay the listed Internet price and then they came back and told me the price was $5000 more “for a dealer prep fee “. Just to be clear the price that is listed on the Internet for that car is no place close to the price that they will expect you to pay but they take advantage of you being there thinking you’re stupid enough to pay over they’re listed price.

A used car buying experience can be daunting as unfortunately many dealers seem to spring on surprises during the process. My wife and I had been shopping for a used BMW X5 and we experienced all sorts of sales tactics: From “let me run the numbers and hide the real price through monthly stretched payment schemes”, to “Let me show you this BMW 5 Series sedan, its much better than an X5” . Different experience with Gene at AMG Auto Inc. Gene met us and only looked for the BMW X5’s on his lot. He worked with us and did not try to sell on any particular car. In fact, when looking at one of the X5’s, I saw a Porsche Cayenne that was nice, and he didn’t try to sell us on it. He simply responded, “its your choice I can get it ready to drive if you would like”. In the end we stayed on plan and found a perfect X5 at the right price. They didn’t change the price the last minute, they walked us through the options on Extended Warranty and we didn’t have to buy it. It was a non-pressure experience and I felt we were treated with respect without the pressure and or "negative experience" sales tactics. The EXPERIENCE was outstanding, and I would recommend asking for Gene as I’m sure he will treat you the same. Buyers BEWARE!!! At the time of my purchase I taught I was getting a good deal on 2011 GL450, after a month the air suspension broke. I brought the vehicle to the dealer to have it replaced, of course there was NO WARRANTY but at the time of the purchase I was assured that the car is covered bumper to bumper. Had to pay almost $1000 and guess what???? On my way home the suspension broke again, they wanted another $1000 because they claimed it was something else. Brought the car to another shop and sure enough they fixed the issue and it cost me $500... Please do ur research prior to making any deals with any of these used car dealerships because one you sign that contract you are pretty much on your own.

Was pre-approved and searching on the pre-approval site to find the car I wanted. Found it that at this place in New Jersey which is an hour from me in Pennsylvania. Sent all my information over to make it a quicker and seamless process but that was all but the case. Sat around waiting for 4 hours to even be tended to even with a pre-approval letter, price went up significantly. Still left with the car anyway which was my biggest mistake. Took it home to discover it needed front tires bad, check the back to discover it had no spare tire or tools to change a spare including the very necessary lock tool that comes with Infiniti. Only had one key on a $30,000 car, I had to ask for warranty, no inspection on the windshield had to pay for that, and now it's making a sound after driving for a few minutes. Found my dream car, but definitely not in the dream condition. Would have recommended hundreds of car enthusiasts from my area in Pennsylvania if this car was right but they lost me and any future friends of mine as customers for sure.

I brought a car and they charged $350 for registration and plate and gave me 28 days temporary registration. It expired but didn't get registration. Every time they said, will get it tomorrow.

Buying a car from this Dealership has been a nightmare experience for me and that’s a understatement issue number 1 is that they have a 4,000 hidden fee that’s attached to the vehicle pricing so if you see a vehicle for a specific price just add 4,000 extra to the sticker price that’s listed. Issue #2 they give you a 30 day warranty with the vehicle but if something is wrong with the vehicle they want you to come back and drop it off at the Dealership which isn’t a problem the problem is that If you live out of town like I do in Georgia you have to find away to bring the car back from your home state back to New Jersey which don’t tell you like in most credible Dealerships they would have you drop your car somewhere near you location to get the car serviced. Issue #3 it’s been past 30 days and I still haven’t gotten my Registration so I’m now not able to drive a car that I’m paying a note on I keep calling back to the Dealership asking when am I going to get my tags to my vehicle all I keep getting is the run around getting transferred to this person and that person I’ve tried to be as understanding as possible but it seems like once they have your money you no longer matter to them at this point I don’t know what else to do I’ve never been in a situation like this before but if I can help someone not have to go through the same things that I’m experiencing please save your time and headache. Side note they have a Good finance Manger but every time I call to try to speak with him Jerica the receptionist will not let me so I’m stuck with we will have someone call you back and never do.

I would first like to say that Kasim a salesmen and ChristyAnn at the front desk are great employees! HOWEVER this was an out of state purchase for me and it has been nothing but HELL for me because of their DMV department there. First off today is 5/15/19 I purchased my car from AMG 3/28/19 I have yet to receive my tags from my DMV here in Delaware because of so many mix ups and miscommunication and lack of their in that department. What makes it worse is that no one in that department bothers to follow up or return calls. There is someone named Olga there that I spoke to who provided me with her email address saying she will make sure this is handled yet she has not answered 1 email and out of 5 phone calls she has returned 1. If it wasn't for ChristyAnn at the front desk I wouldn't have any information as far as an update. Olga and that department is the most unprofessional people I've had to ever deal with and I have no clue how AMG accepts them!!! Other then this the cars their are great the sales reps are great but because of me still not having my plates after almost 2 months bc of the incompetence I will rate a 1 star. Never had I ever had to deal with a company so rude that they don't even bother to return calls! I can see that I will have to make a 2 hour drive to get this matter resolved which is just unacceptable!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Their prices on their site and CarGurus are not the actual price when you come in. Simple bait and switch. Like a car you found? It'll only be an additional FOUR THOUSAND in reconditioning fees. What is the fee for? Have they actually put anywhere near this amount into the car? When pushed, they offered to reduce it on the condition that I purchase extended warranty for the car, and still pay them several thousand in reconditioning. To summarize, I was willing to go via their financing, or pay cash, if it meant receiving the price that was promised on the Internet and over the phone. I was told that the price is impossible to honor, without adding thousands in dealer prep and reconditioning fees. These are not government fees or taxes - these are just hidden charges that go in their pocket. BAIT AND SWITCH. Waste of time.

First off these reviews are fake, multiple different people with the same picture? Second I wish I would of looked at their better business bureau rating before visiting. (It is an F) Third my actual experience. I was looking for a Lexus IS 250 and saw it listed at 18995. It said click for the "e-price" and we will email it to you. Within minutes I received a call edging me to drive the 90 minutes up to AMG. When I test drove the car I notice some scratches and paint chips, letting me know the car had NOT been detailed. Within 30 seconds of our text drive I was told to pull into the as station as the car was on E and my salesman put 20$ of 89 gas when the car's minimum is 91. After a too short test drive we arrive back at the dealer to run numbers. I asked about the E-price and it was not any off the car, just your choice of game systems. Also "incentive" the fact your first payment would be 45 days away. (which is standard in financing a car). So I assumed I would be able to wiggle down the 18995 a little but due to the state of the paint but I was told there was a 4000$ reconditioning fee! I asked what they reconditioned because at 42,000 miles and the paint in the state is was they obviously did not do anything. That question was never able to be answered. It took me an hour to get this BS fee down to 500$. At this point I was tired and just wanted to get it over with. Then they tried to take my down payment from me before I even looked at the final cost with their fees, taxes, and title. Shady. Then to add insult to injury they added another 500 dollars documentation fee. I said to lower it to 200 so it will cover the cost of painting touch up. The manager acted offended stating they fixed the radio in the car so they deserve the money, I retorted the car being in working order should be included in the purchase price. I walked out disgruntled. Additionally no matter how many times I unsubscribe to their emails they keep coming in.

RUN!!. Don't let AMG Auto take you for a ride. If I can give them zero stars, I will. Frankly, the worst mistake I did was not reading negative reviews before stopping here. Less than 10 days and we are having to do repairs in the upwards of $5,000 for a vehicle that isn't even worth much. Buying a vehicle is an expense that's suppose to be a joyous one but when you drive around and your vehicle becomes a source of aggravation and a money pit, it's hard to live with it. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and that's very telling. Do yourself a favor and PLEASE, don't waste your time by patronizing AMG Auto Inc - Somerville. They are LIARS!! Every one of them, from the sales guy - KACIM AMID to the two finance guys, we dealt with including the floor manager. Their online listing price is bogus. Once you go into their showroom and sit down to purchase the vehicle they tag on an unexplained $2,690 fee that has nothing to do with the standard documentation fee or taxes. AMG Auto, Inc has managed to stay in business because people continue to ignore the warning signs and giving them the benefit of the doubt. Don't make the same mistake, we did. This is more than buyers remorse, they intentionally sold us a vehicle that was faulty. Period. However, if you are hell-bent on getting a vehicle from them. PLEASE!! make sure you get an ASE certified mechanic to look over the vehicle before you sign on that dotted line. The $50 or so you will pay for pre-purchase inspection will be well worth it, down the line. Don't trust the mechanic onsite at AMG. But my advise, don't go in there at all, you will thank me later or live to REGRET your decision. For transparency, we purchased a used BMW X3 from AMG Auto, Inc in Somerville, NJ. In addition, when I called them to let them know about the repairs, they said I should bring it into their repair shop and offered to fix it at a discounted rate. How can I trust them to fix a vehicle they said was a pristine condition? The same vehicle their sales guys told me was thoroughly inspected by their onsite mechanics. Now, they are telling me their repair shop is underwent new management and new management can't be held liable for what the previous owner did. Honestly, I'm beyond livid. When the vehicle was sold, the sales guys said we had 30 days to bring it back if an issue arise, of course his tone has changed. He's now avoiding our calls and referring us to their mechanic. 3 major things that were found when the vehicle was inspected by an ASE certified facility - - 3 of the 4 tires were below minimum specification, steel belts exposed, tires coming apart - run flat tires priced at $350 each - total --- $1050 - Noise coming from electric power steering - internal electronic steering unit/column needs to be replaced - $3,000 for parts, and $900 for labor - Right tail light not working

They added an extra 4,000 dollars on the promised 28,000 dollars that they had promised. They lie completely lie about inspecting the car, since I had to change the oil, brakes, and tires. It will cost me an extra 800 dollars and when I call the dealers they kept ignoring me

The worst dealer I've ever encountered. 0 professionalism, lousy prices. At one point, the manager called all the salespeople into a meeting ON THE SALES FLOOR and started berating them in front of the customers. Visit any one of the 357 other dealers on Rt.22 for better inventory, pricing and professionalism on used vehicle sales.

Holy baby Jesus!!! Please ask for Gino when you walk into AMG dealers. The right guidance, honesty, respectful, personal, and the ability to give you the best options to the consumer. For me being in sales and understanding the stereotype that car sales men have, hands down.. Gino is the complete opposite. I purchased my car 2 months ago, which I love. I appreciate my salesman Gene for many reasons. He was polite, professional, and funny. When he said to me just before finalizing the sale, “If there is anything you need just let me know” little did I realize I would need him and he would come through for me. I end up with complications and delays in getting my registration and title before the 30 day expiration. I was in panic mode especially after seeing reviews of some similar issues. However, I turned to Gene for help, who diligently worked with Jazzy the DMV clerk to resolve my issue. He even personally delivered my plates and paperwork to me. Service department was helpful in getting an issue I had with my engine light coming on. At the end of the all turned out well.

Horrible place. All negative reviews about this place are true. Bait and switch. We test drove a car 10 mins after walking in..until then they're swift in their service. After that it all goes south. They tell you the advertised cost of the car (without mentioning any hidden fees). The whole ride while test driving, the salesman told me the cost of the car was as advertised on their site. After that he tried to force me to fill out a form with all of my information including SOCIAL SECURITY just so we could talk numbers..his excuse was that this was to show i'm a real buyer not just shopping. Why would i give him any information before he made me any deal ? After i almost walked out without filling any paperwork, he called me back in and started quoting me prices. They have a $4000 DEALER FEE on top of the advertised price (which he would have hidden until the end). Non negotiable and you have to pay it. They are a bunch of scammers, stay away from them. Its a waste of time, don't fall for their fake online advertised prices.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is hands down the worst dealership I have ever been to. From start to finish, it was a total scam. I went in for a car that was one price. By the time I sat down, they added 6k worth of fees to the car. This was on top of my trade in that was 6k fees. Thw car salesman went back and forth to some mystery man behind a curtain before they were able to magically waive all the fees. Less than a month later my check engine light comes on and they don’t cover the $500 repair. I will tell everyone I know to never use this dealer

Gino was great! Helped me leave with the car I wanted. Was really helpful and took the time with me. See Gino if you need a car! Edited. Next day windshield washer fluid wouldn't work as they put water in and froze overnight. After two months had to replace tires.(completely bald and barely drove the car) After four months had to replace front and rear brakes. Now car is overheating. Nothing but problems for a 22k car. Only wrote nice things as Gino asked me too immediately after buying vehicle. Nothing but headaches and will not help with anything once you leave with vehicle. Check out better business bureau as they are rated a big fat F. Dont buy a car from here.
