We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We sat with them 2 days ago to purchase an Outback. We had our Credit check and agreed on a price. Being it was towards the end of the night, they asked us to come back the following day to pick it up. The next day they contacted us a few times moving the time back as they were very busy and hadn’t had a chance to get our car out from where it was parked (it was behind 3 other cars). They then asked us to come the following day to pick it up (Saturday). We called before heading there and were told the car was getting detailed as we spoke and to head on over. When we arrived, they told us the car sold the previous day to a cousin of an employee. They did not have that exact vehicle and were unwilling to negotiate anything within reason. We ended up leaving and going to Freehold Subaru. We got the car we wanted at an even better price. If the car had sold and they were honest with us on the phone, I would have been more than happy to wait a week or two for the vehicle I wanted to come in. The fact that they lied to us and treated us like fools was unacceptable. I’m very happy with the purchase we made elsewhere. **In response to All American Subaru's reply, this timeline is 100% factual. Our credit was approved and the price negotiated on Thursday evening. Regardless of their opinion, the fact is the car was sold one day prior to us being told "The car is here waiting for you. It's getting detailed as we speak. head on over". We arrived less than an hour later to pick up a car that never existed. Again, my "insane deal" that they are speaking of was not only matched but beat by Freehold Subaru without any games. Please do your homework before buying from here.**

Customer service is spot on, no complaints there, but there were some issues with installation and scheduling. After a remote start installation, the plastic panel around the ignition was put back improperly. Thankfully I had to return anyways. Scheduled a time for the rest of the work once the part arrived and repair of the ignition cover only to find out I was scheduled too late in the day and had to leave my vehicle overnight. I was given a loaner and sent on my way. Small inconvenience, but they did handle everything professionally and with care.

Leased my first ever Subaru (‘19 Forester) last month from Iryna Obolonchyk at All American Subaru. I was referred to her and the dealership by a repeat customer, and I couldn’t be happier! I LOVE my Forester (the style, the extra tech and safety features that are standard, the comfort, performance, etc.) and I am very happy that I listened to the recommendation to go through Iryna and All American Subaru (even though it’s over 1hr drive from my house, it was absolutely worth it!) I am a loyal customer of All American Subaru. I can go to any Subaru dealership who has the best coupons, but there is one thing that keeps me coming back. Lawrence Chan in the service department. We live in a cruel world where those who work hard and try to please in customer service are often overlooked or blamed when the smallest thing goes wrong. I believe that when a customer service rep goes above and beyond, they need to be recognized. I am not here to throw on a simple review for some contest, I am here because I honestly want everyone out there reading this to know that Lawrence is in a class all on his own. His eagerness to please customers, the attention to detail, his ability to actually listen and properly communicate information to the techs make his probably the best customer service representative I have worked with, across the board at many different brands dealerships over the years, and that includes luxury brands as well. You do not find many people like Lawrence who really do care about the customers well being. You are basically driving a weapon and it needs to be safe for you and your family. He gets that and treats every issue, big or small, with the same level of concern. He does more than get the job done, he does it consistently and with class. If he left the All American Subaru service department to work at a different Subaru dealer, I would go there just to be able to work with him, someone who cares about his work and whom I trust. Atmosphere and staff are inviting and freindly! The service dept. Times are very inconvenient. I could almost never get a walk in for an oil change or would have to either take a half day off, or schedule a service weeks in advance. Doesn't go well with a busy lifestyle.

Don’t really post reviews unless they wow me. After having a terrible service experience where I bought my 16 STI, decided to try All American for a head unit issue I was having. Friendly staff immediately when I pulled into the drive. Lawrence was my service advisor and he was great. Great customer service and very efficient. Turned out my head unit was warrantied after finding out it was going bad. Came back next week and put in a 2019 Ascent touring as a loaner which was beautiful. Overall I’m impressed by this dealership. This is what keeps customers coming back. I know where I’m going for another car. Keep up the good work!

We went into the dealsership just to get a quote for comparison purposes and intended to go to a different dealer. We left with a car. We have NEVER had a better experience buying or leasing a vehicle. Our salesperson, Dean, was such a gentleman and never pressured us at all. We have NEVER had someone explain the operations of a car as thoroughly as Dean. When the manager, Mark, who was lovely, gave us the numbers they were amazing. When we asked if we could think about it, we thought he would say the deal would only be good that day (which is what has always been said to us in the past)), but to our surprise he said that we could come back whenever we wanted. There was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE to purchase the car. The deal was by far the lowest one around, gotten without haggling! We love our Outback and it has everything we wanted in the car, including the safety package. We cannot say it strongly enough, this was the BEST experience of getting a car and Dean was far and away the BEST salesperson we have ever had in the past 50 years!

Walked in for an appraisal and to see a WRX STI. Instead was immediately seated and had numbers crunched without even touching or seeing the car (except for when I was walking in). Every single dealership I've been to has let me sit in one and test drive before talking numbers, except this place. To add, I haven't experienced such an abrasive and rude sales person as Christina, giving me the whole "lol can you afford it?" type arrogance, which led to the most uncomfortable dealership experience I have ever been in. You don't demean the person who came to your dealership to buy a new car, and you definitely don't judge based on what they have. Funny how when you can finally afford the nicer things, you get interactions like this. I'll take my business elsewhere. *On the other hand, Cindy seemed very kind and answered every question I had the night before.

I went in to get my AC drain line unclogged since it was causing my floors to get wet. They were able to unclog the line and ensure water was dripping out of the line onto the ground. All of that was free of charge What I was disappointed about is how they didn't vacuum inside to get the floors dried out (guessing it'd be extra to vacuum inside since they left a pamphlet in my cupholder about their interior/exterior detailing). Now I'm stuck doing the deep cleaning and airing out my floors. Great customer service people, just wished they gone a little further to dry out the inside.

I found All American Subaru through my job's auto buying program. They gave the best price of all the dealerships contacted. Some dealerships resisted giving a quote at all instead wanting me to go visit them in person. Once I arrived at All American Subaru, the price was as agreed upon and no pressure at all to sell me anything else. While extended coverage was available, they did not push it at all. The only little glitch was that the owners manual and second key was misplaced and I had to make an extra trip to pick them up once found.

Better than any other offer anyone would give me by far. Then, they DID NOT pressure me. I left to think it over. I called back two days later and the original offer still stood. These guys did bend over backwards to meet my budget (within reason). No pressure. No gimmicks. This is the second car I have bought at All American, and both times the process was absolutely great. Went back for my 30K service. Drooped it off at 8am, was in a loaner by 8:30 went to work, car was ready by 5:30. They even facilitated Safe-light fixing my Windshield. I recently had to go to All American Subaru in Old Bridge, NJ to have one of my tires repaired. It happened one week after I was just there for a 6 month oil change & fluid check. It was very unexpected. A signal light came on due to "low tire pressure". Since this was an urgent issue, I did not have a scheduled visit. Unfortunately, there was only one technician b/c I had to go later in the day. Since that was the case, my waiting time was over two hours (maybe over 2 1/2). I was not expecting that which made me very agitated. We all know how valuable our time is & it just didn't make sense to me that I had to wait so very long for a minor repair. Now I know how important it is to make an appointment even if it is an emergency. This shouldn't be the case. The situation had little to do w/the service rep that took care of me that night. She had explained that all scheduled maintenance had priority which I understood. I still believe my tire repair should never had taken as long as it did. I would also like to add that All American is a very friendly & welcoming dealership. The staff is always respectful, courteous, & willing to please. It is definitely a place that I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

It was an early appointment which is what I wanted. But on the check off sheet it says checked all fluids along with changing the oil. Guess what he probably blew through it because its new. I checked when I got home and the antifreeze was never topped off. The car was hot and the coolant level was at the low mark. It should have been at the full level. Not a big thing normally but they use special coolant which is $28 dollars a gallon. I could bring it back or do it myself!

My wife and I just purchased a legacy from All American. We had Vlad as our salesman and we could not be any more pleased. This was a very nice dealership. I can not say enough about this salesman. Long story short I was in need of a great reliable, fuel efficient vehicle. About 2 years ago my wife and I were in the market to get her a car. We came here and met a great man named Dean Fitzgibbons. The man is a straight shooter and that's what we wanted. She ended up getting the 2017 Forester and she loves it to this day! Now my turn to get a new car and could not think of a better person to talk to then Dean! I called Dean up and we talked about looking at a crosstrek but once I saw the Forester Sport I knew I wanted to drive it. Drove it and loved it. Today was below 25 degrees with a feel like it was around 10! Our 2014 baby Impreza showed no signs of life. We were able to jump start it and drive it to our dealership around 1 pm. Lawrence was our service advisor. He was very efficient. By 5:30 our emergency repair was done and we picked up the car.ousy starting in the morning. I had gone online to chat about a new car. It was Memorial Day and my car died and I needed to buy a car fast. The chat person sent my info out but no one called back. I then decided to go and just look at the car and purchase another day. I called around 4:00 while on the way to Subaru. The person who answered said it was too late to buy a car today. I was disappointed but we decided to go and look anyway. When we got in side and the receptionist gave us Vladimir the first thing I said was i would like to buy a car and take it home today. Vladimir said we’ll of course I can make that happen, and in less than 2 hours I had my car. The best experience I’ve ever had with a car salesman. We brought our car in for 2 recall items. I received a phone call explaining that much more work needed to be done...belts, brake linings, etc. My son did some follow up research and found that the belt probably should not have been replaced prior to 80,000 miles. Our car had only 55,000miles on it. The cost was relatively much higher than I expected. We decided to leave the car for the repairs, since it seemed like an urgent matter and fearing the drive to our regular mechanic would only cause more damage and may not even make it. I am not sure I will take my cars to dealers in the future. At least with my mechanic every detail is explained to my understanding.

Two years ago I bought there my most wonderful Forester. I love that car! Drives amazing, and it is environment friendly, and just last week we bought there Subaru Legacy for my mother in law. I can say that this is our spot to get a car. They have a great inventory, and are very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and fast! Joe was our salesman and he was very nice and helpful. However, the moment he went to get his sales manager (don't event remember his name, but he has a scar from his mouth down to his chin) everything went South. Sales manager was extremely disrespectful to my family and very aggressive. Made us feel very unwanted and essentially was wrapping things up because he didn't want to sell a 2019 Subaru Impreza for $200 a month. Never going back to this dealership and making sure none of my friends or family do either. The sales manager is a JOKE

Our salesman, Vladimir was very nice - not at all pushy or misleading – and he gave us the information we needed about the Forester. It was so nice of Vladimir to call us the day after we picked up our Forester to make sure that everything was OK. We also met the sales manager, Mark Powell, who was very courteous and pleasant and made us feel that we are not just spending our money but rather investing in a safe, comfortable, and reliable vehicle. the financial rep was trying to make me pay for the vehicle etching scam trick ($300). The fee was not mentioned until the final paper work process. They refused to waive the fee at the beginning and try to convince me to pay it, said the etching number is already printed on the vehicle and cannot be removed. It is mandatory to have it. He also said it would lower my insurance cost, blah blah blah. Anyhow, I spend sometime to read the fine print of the invoice. and find out i can opt it out. They eventually agreed to waived the fee after i insisted. please pay attention to these little dealership tricks.

When I am offered a multi point inspection on my vehicle during a service, I expect to have my vehicle inspected, not recommendations based off my mileage. I am referring to the inspection checklist given to customers at check out. Upon receiving mine, I noticed my cabin air filter/engine air filter and differential fluid had been marked green, crossed out and then changed to red. I inquired with the service advisor and promptly went out to the lot and observed my dif plugs had not been touched. Had they bothered checking my air filter they would have noticed they were spotless as I was changing them myself. Same with the differential fluid.

I couldn't believe, they closed my sale within 20 minutes- I came in for test drive on New 2019 Forester. I was greeted by Amanda who directed me to Sales specialist Vladimir. After 5 minutes I was in a vehicle for a test drive, 5 minutes after it, fell in love with that car, 10 minutes after that got my price I couldn't ever dream about. This dealership is great. People are very professional . Good knowledge of products they sell,taking time explaining every important detail about the vehicle. No pushing. I am a commission paid salesman for 25 years, I could have definitely felt the pressure. No. Opposite to it, there was a very friendly environment and people , especially Vladimir, with knowledge about Forester is also a very patient guy.Always let me talk to the end, listening to me and not interrupting. dealer was nice and gave a reasonable price on the car we were looking at (relatively new car, used as a loaner). She allowed me to test drive it even though it was close to closing so I appreciated that since I drove from over an hour away to check out the car. since I got there late and it was dark, I asked her to check if there were any dents and scratches for the next day before I signed the contract (I had even put down the deposit) and picked up the car. she said she would and that she's a honest person, not to worry. on my way out, I did a quick look under the street lights and found a dent on the front hood and some scratches on the bumper. I waited to see if the dealer would be "honest" and let me know she saw it. the next day she called and said there were no issues; she saw no problems at all with it. She reported no scratches or dents. I sent over the picture I took of the car from the previous night and she didn't respond for a while. A few hours later she said it was taken care of. But my issue is she said she didn't find any...if she lied about something that was in plain sight (it was very clearly visible and it was quite a sizable dent), then how do I know she didn't lie about something I cannot see (e.g. engine problems, transmission problems)??

Ok no problem she came back and said yes pre-owed is on the side...no one came to ask if I needed help with anything so I got into my 2008 outback and took my business else where...Dnt knw if these white folk (trailer park trash) was racist or not but I do know I’ll never go by there again!

I recently leased a Subaru Crosstrek from All American Subaru. If you are in the market for a Subaru, I'd highly recommend going in and talking to CHRISTINA GUERRA. She was AMAZING. It took us a week before we went in to sign paperwork. My partner and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and told Christina that there was no way we'd be buying today but if she could help us answer some questions without being too pushy we'd be back to buy from her. She took her time and we left with her card and information. Later in the week, we called to say we wanted to come in and complete the purchase. She had both cars we wanted to test drive ready to go. When we settled on the price and had our application approved, she sent us to Friendly's for a complimentary meal while we waited for the Finance Department to be ready for us. All in all, a really easy car-buying experience. If you're looking for a Subaru, Go see Christina!

Everyone is friendly but oil changes should not take 90 minutes especially when appointments are made ahead of time. The service department could have better appointment setting organization and be more courteous to the time spent by their waiting customers. To be ‘a bit backed up today’ every time you come in for an oil change is not acceptable. The problem is either procedural or structural in the organization. Be prepared to be up-sold for a tire rotation, air filter or something else. Tried to make a service appointment online. Could not be done.

After going from one Subaru dealership to the next , trying to find the perfect Subaru wrx, at the best price, I found that All American Suburu had the best vehicles in terms of options and packages, and had by far the best prices. They were one of the only dealerships that did not give me the typical dealership “you need to buy this car now” vibe. Be sure to ask for Chris, he’s not the typical in your face salesman. He made my car buying experience a great one
