This is a wonderful dealer to work w/. They have a fantastic friendly sales crew & I got an awesome deal on a Toyota Corolla I couldn't be happier. The service crew is very professional & friendly. They called me in like a consult & explained the nature of serving details. They even washed the car for me too & they didn't have to throw in the extra perk but I was very pleased. Waiting area had bagels, coffee, TV, & comfy couches + desks/tables & plugs for your electronics. Also the bathrooms are immaculate! Impressive all the way around.

I went into the Dealership yesterday to check out the Ford Edge and I was given David Campos as my sales consultant. David was very good about explaining the car from top to bottom and during he test drive. Once we got back to the dealership the same old dealership tricks were in full force. We all know the same game make the possible customer wait as you guys pretend to come up with a price that you already know how low you can go. Just be honest instead of playing the game like you guys are discussing ways to give the best price. Then the hidden charge, glass etching, come on guys , once again be upfront with that. don't let me do the math and then find out about it. It just turns people off. how can i believe i am getting the best price when i have to dig into the numbers to find a hidden charge that i didn't ask for. You can't make deals with everybody but you would make people feel better about your dealership if you were more upfront .

I first rated All-American Ford of Paramus 5 stars as a frequent visitor to their Service Department (that's for regularly scheduled maintenance, mind you) but now I'm proud to be able to write a review as a buyer. After receiving a less-than-stellar reception from my prior dealer, I came here looking to see what was available to me that resembled the trade-up offer letter I'd been sent. My salesman David Campos was simultaneously negotiable and earnest. We talked about what options were available, coming to terms with down payment and the final price. I'd never felt rushed or that any details weren't being made clear. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle, the terms, and my experiences with David and the rest of the staff. I recently leased a new F150. Contacted 4 dealerships via email, this one responded promptly. Made it clear what I was looking for and I was very serious and would purchase within a week. I agreed on pricing over the phone and left a deposit. My salesman Allan Paulson located a truck for me and held it. Day of purchase everything went smooth, finance department was a little busy, but I didn't mind waiting a bit. Other dealerships need to take notes! No one wants to waste hours of there time negotiating. I received a fair price and All American Ford Paramus got my business.. that simple.

I went in today because I had received a recall notice and a man spoke to me about the entire issue that was going on with my vehicle which made me feel much less worried. I purchased an F150 from all American and it was a great experience, the manager TJ really helped me out and worked hard to get me approved, really cool dude. There were no games everything was smooth and straight to the point. At all American they create a fun, yet professional atmosphere that makes you feel at home. My salesman was Brandon Rodriguez and he was super helpful and made everything so easy. I couldn’t say enough good things about his service. I did although work with another salesman at first, nick who was extremely unprofessional. He had an attitude he was impatient and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there. As someone coming into the store as a serious buyer, I feel he could’ve acted differently. So glad I got switched to Brandon or I may not have purchased a vehicle from there. I originally had an issues with scheduling a repair for my wheel, and finding out if the warranty I purchased through All American Ford when I bought my SUV would cove the damage. But Daniel the service manager took care of this issue quickly and professionally. Once I took my vehicle into the service department, Rob was great! He negotiated with the warranty company for me to get the damaged rim replaced instead of repaired! This gave my family and I peace of mind while taking a 1000 mile round trip drive just days later. My car was due for a routine service. Dropping my car off the night before (after hours) was quick and easy. The form and a PEN was waiting available for customers. I left a note about my back tire. Sean called the next morning to let me know that there was a nail hole in my tire. He gave me an estimate for the repair. He called me soon after to let me know my car was ready. I was greeted with a smile at the service desk. The cost actually ended up being slightly less. I went outside and was greeted by the valet. She quickly retrieved my car and I was on my way. The staff was friendly, curteous and quick.

I would have given 5 stars but the only negative thing to say about their service is the cars never comes out clean. Once your car goes in for service you expect to come out clean meaning washed, not necessarily vacuumed and cleaned inside but at least the outside washed and dried. But at ford I guess they dont do it. There was even one time the inside of my car which is light color to be returned to me full of black and oil stains. I was not happy at all...... besides that I have no other complaints.

Purchased my 2019 Mustang GT from All American in Paramus on Saturday, April 6th. Overall the experience was outstanding. My salesperson, Curtis Villareal was amazingly helpful and a consummate professional. If you are in the market for a Ford, I would recommend Curtis and All American highly. Curtis will personally do whatever he can to make your experience a positive one. In my experience, the finance office is a disaster. I had the same finance employee handling my transaction during my last 2 vehicle purchases from All American. Both times, I ran into issue after issue; which almost resulted in me walking away from this deal. To be fair, my case wasn't the easiest for a finance professional to handle. But, it shouldn't ever reach the point of ridiculous, which this transaction did on multiple occasions. I have to offer a note of thanks to Manager Joe Fisher for his help. Without his intervention I would have almost certainly would not have been able to finalize the deal that I agreed to the day before. Prep work and delivery were spot on, as always. Great dealership; recommend them highly. It's why I bought a dozen cars from them over the years.

This location is sucks. Don’t go there and buy anything. They don’t know what to do. Communication is ridiculous. I went there 3 times to pick up my plates. Even they told me that you plate will be ready each time. They even didn’t bothered to call me or text me that it is not ready. They care you until they sell something to you. That s it.

I brought a Ford Focus ST from All American earlier this year. During my interaction with the sales representative I specifically asked whether the car had All Season Tires. His reply was it does. During the past snow storm, I found it wasn't. Apparently the All Season option was 30 dollars extra. Instead of the $30 I just paid $650 for new All Season Tires. Prior to replacing the tires I called sales representative, he said he will calling me back and let me know what he can do. So far no response. I was planning on buying a Explorer early 2019, now it will not be from All American.

Not my best buying experience, I purchased a used car from All American and was told it had been checked over and ready to go. Well the one front tire was 5lbs lower than the other, the old oil change sticker on the windshield was still there, and the rear cargo cover (which was listed on the window sticker) was not with the car. Although I can't confirm this but a week later I noticed a chip in the front windshield, my guess would be that it was there. The only reason for the 2 stars is the price was good for the car I bought but I would not go back or recommend them.

This was the second service visit, wherein I informed the Service Advisor that the liftgate on my 2011 Escape would not open. Back in February, I was told it was due to the cold weather and froze. Fast forward to this appointment, and NOW I was told it was due to the heat. I requested a technician look at it, but I was informed they were too busy and most likely would not know how to repair it. A couple of days later, I took my vehicle to a local garage and it was repaired. Appointments mean absolutely nothing at this dealership as the wait times are very long, even for regular maintenance. I have had numerous issues dealing with this dealership, but not being able to access the back of the Escape due to the weather was absurd. I had to give one star, otherwise I could not post. All American Ford should have no stars.

They hounded me for 4 days via phone calls and e-mails to make appointment to come in. I finally did and it was like I just walked off the street. I was using Costco buying plan so I had filled out an extensive survey. I was given a list of at least 5 people I was supposed to talk to, not one was there. The gentleman they a signed me to had no clue what I wanted but was very insistent about talking finances before I even looked at a vehicle. I supposed to have been shown a Costco buying discount sheet showing the rebates and savings I was entitled to, never saw it. After 2 hours of squeezing around the lot trying look at what they had, I was not even offered a test drive. It was all very frustrating.

Monday, April 8, Danny Rehan provided me, and my friend, with excellent customer service in navigating all the details of a lease in getting the fantastic 2019 Ecosport. Danny patiently answered all my questions and explained aspects of leasing a car that I wasn’t familiar with. Though a lengthy process, he took care of the details and after I’d purchased my vehicle and went back in a couple of days later, he helped me with some of the Ecosport’s features. Returned a leased vehicle here and explained I had not yet arranged for the inspection yet. I was told that if I was leasing another vehicle or purchasing another vehicle from Ford, that I didn’t need to worry about the inspection because Ford recognizes the value of a returning customer more than the wear and tear on a vehicle. The vehicle was in great shape, so I took the comment for face value. My mistake. Two weeks after purchasing a new Ford Edge, including an extended warranty, I received a bill from the finance company stating the returned lease vehicle needs $354 for minor paint chip repairs on the hood and front bumper. . I called and explained that I purchased a vehicle and should not have any charges on the lease. Finance company said they would lower the charges by $300 if I paid $54, like they were doing my a favor. My view is I owe zero but now need to pay $54. I called my salesman Who said to bring the $54 invoice in to the dealership to get it addressed, but why do we need to play these games? I had to pay $54 to have the charge reduced. Ford can waive $300 but not $354 after I just spent thousands? I’m out my $54. All Americans Ford just lost a customer over $54. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Make it right All American Ford Paramus. Until then, I’m taking my business to Mahwah Ford..

If I can give this company no stars I will, this company is very unorganized and they do not care about there customers. Services sucks started off with Tim not getting back to us repeatedly emailing him and no response. After he got fired no one dared to follow up with me nor have his emails forwarded. I had to continue to keep calling, and their service department is clueless they don't know what they are doing. I have been waiting to get a copy of my vehicle for 3-4 months and still trying to. When Tim lied and said the keys were on order and it never was. This company is a joke I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. And they also had to nerve to not book me before earlier call when I was waiting this whole time for a key. This is the worse company anyone can go to stay out !!!

Overall I’m very satisfied with my purchase but Trade-in was not that good price value. 4 Star because, I’m missing some information on explaining about the Vehicle features and its technology since I couldn’t find a owners manuals to read. I admit I dreaded the whole process from test driving a car to financing. When I walked in for a test drive appointment for the Edge, I met with Sales Consultant David Campos. After factfinding what I was looking for, I test drived an Edge Titanium. I expected a pushy sales consultant and I have to admit David was the complete opposite. He was friendly, respectful, professional and very very easy going. He is the real deal! I had no plans to buy or lease a car that day, I just wanted was prices to shop and compare. Not only did the Edge won me over but so did David! He gave me all $$$ breakdown for buying, leasing with different options for my trade in and I felt empowered to make a sound deal. We were negotiating a lease price for the Edge Titanium, but David was able to get me a better deal! He couldnt contain how happy he was that he had a beaming smile and his eyes were twinkling!!! He negotiated an Edge ST with all the bells and whistles for the same lease price as the Titanium. Now that's what I call a deal! I absolutely LOVE LOVE the Edge ST- It drives like a dream! I highly recommend Paramus Ford, and David Campos.

All American ford tried to scam me when I left a deposit of $250.00 on a Ford F-150 on October 1. I decided to not get the vehicle since I received a better offer at the bay ridge ford. I asked for the refund and they said I needed to come to the store since it was a credit card. Waste time gas and money on tolls because they told me no. After never receiving it I called the manager Demous on February 9th told me he would look into it and get it fixed nothing. Kept calling him left voice mails as well as other managers never got a call back. Spoke to the manager Brian on February 25 told me he was sorry and would go make sure it wasn’t processed and would call me back in 5 minutes.... 5 hours passed he never called me, so I tried him. Didn’t answer my phone call or my voice mail. Don’t trust American ford with your money.

WORST DEALERSHIP! Only giving one star because that's the only way I could publish the review... definitely the WORST car buying experience of my life. I have never met a group of people so incompetent with such disregard for customers and their time. I sat side by side with the finance manager, sales manager and my saleswoman (who did little to nothing to actually sell me the car) doing the SAME SIMPLE MATH multiple times as they all continuously "came up with" the wrong number. Since WHEN does it take 3.5 hours to complete a deal when I have a check for the full amount of the car in my hands and they've had the vehicle on their lot for a week? In the 3.5 hours I sat there, not one person had the sense to A) let me LOOK at my vehicle (it was a lot swap, I hadn't yet seen it) or B) (since everyone made it extremely apparent that they were itching to go home) grab a wrench to remove my plates from my old car?? Then I'm asked to sign a form by the finance manager that states I have inspected my vehicle and I'm satisfied with it... I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN OFFERED THE CHANCE TO SEE IT... the manager says it's just protocol... who the hell signs a legal document agreeing that they're satisfied with the car without even seeing it?! BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME EVER. Whenever my plates come in I'm not even so much as allowing them to switch them out, wouldn't put it past them to scratch the car in the process. Never ever ever will I return to this place.

I changed my rating and review. I gave a great review when I first got my explorer however I purchased a certified preowned truck. Clearly they did not do the multi point certification the cooling system wasn’t working great when it was warm out (bought it in Sept.) but once it got cold truck would not warm up … only blew hot air when driving would blow cold when at a light … I did some research and the coolant was very low … added a Gallon 2-3 weeks problem started again. Turns out there is a leak in the system that another dealer has been looking for over the last 2 days. The computer system says a recall was completed but my paper work states they didn’t do it. I deal with BS all day long at work. I read the review of the service dept. here and they are not good and I will not be bringing my truck here. I found a dealer with a good reputation for both sales and service. The place is great! Hopefully they can sort my truck out for me and we can all move forward. Don’t buy or bring you vehicle here for service they don’t do it right. The only reason I gave 2 stars was that the salesman Julian was great and I do believe he gave great service and assistance.

Typical highway car dealer. I thought we entered a new age, away from the caveman, to a more honest way of buying a car. Was looking for a used Mustang GT. They had two in stock. Special sticker price $19,995 which reflected a $4,000 savings. I asked for the best price and before you knew it that had scanned my driver's license and insisted I test drive the car before we sat down for negotiation. Drove the car. I felt they missed simple items during there inspection like brakes and clutch. Wasn't interested but again the same old game the manager had to come over..... Waiting waiting waiting. Offered a lower price that I can't even remember at this point. Here's the kicker the price of the car on their website was $15,489. Almost 5,000 less then the sticker. This dealer like most just waist people's time!!! It's all a game to them. When will these dealers evolve?
