Worst customer service, Pat the service manager never resolves any issues, he complicates every simple situation that may require a manager’s interference. He can NOT work under pressure. He sounds like he never had Customer Service 101 training ever, even in high school. He can do much better managing the bakery at Costco.

I searched the internet for a specific vehicle. All American Ford had the SUV that I was interested in. They were extremely nice in the text messages and phone calls confirming they had the truck that I wanted -- and gave me a favorable deal over the phone to lease it. We arranged for me to come in and trade-in my truck and make the deal that was discussed. But buyer beware! - when I got to the dealership they didn't even have the truck there and it was not available for sale or lease. The salesman didn't even know what truck I was talking about at first, and then when I showed him the window sticker on my cell phone, he said the truck was out being painted (blackened) for someone else. And that it must have been sold but nobody knew. I felt comfortable going because of all the 5 Star Reviews on Google. But this was not at all my experience. I would absolutely go to another Ford Dealer -- because they may have a Presidents Award for Excellence but they clearly deceived me in order to get me there with a nice offer on a truck they never even had available. I texted the manager that day -- 1 hour before I went -- to confirm that I was coming. And I drove 30 minutes in the rain to make the deal that was presented to me. I was very disappointed and recommend you get everything in writing with them via e-mail before you waste your time - better yet -- go to another dealership.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion Titanium hybrid. This was my second Ford Fusion hybrid. Before my 2014 model, I owned a Toyota Prius. I chose the Fusion over a Prius for a simple reason, for the price, you get more bang for your buck. And when an American manufacturer started making a fuel efficient vehicle, I started supporting their efforts. The list of standard features on the Titanium model is impressive. It is fully loaded for safety and convenience. It's also a good looking car. The folks at All American Ford make the buying process easy and straightforward. The sales team were very professional and made sure I left a satisfied customer. I recommend this car and the dealership.

HORRIBLE Service Dept! Even with an Appointment and told Service advisor exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, showed photo of leaking Strut, still waited 2 weeks to get my vehicle back! Service and Parts Dept do not communicate, said my part arrived when it NEVER did. had to call FORD Customer Service to get involved. Service manager won't return calls after several messages? When I go pick up my vehicle they have this sign up (see photo) I will NEVER use this Service Department!

Honestly don't know if I'd recommend them. Buying a car should be stress free especially for a first timer. It was anything but. After sitting in the dealership the first time for over 4 hours, I finally walked out without knowing if the suv I wanted could be mine. Financing was supposed to call me the following day with an update. Never happened. While I ended up getting the vehicle I wanted on my terms, communication between departments and customers could be worked on. Will update as I work with this dealership more.

Dropped my car off on a Monday night, had it back the next day. Peter was my Service Dept rep and couldn't be more thorough. After waiting 2 hours. They were finally able to locate the commercial sales person. So the deal is there are no test drives on Saturdays so be prepared to buy sight on seen, well at least how Randy puts it. After finding out that Randy is typically M.I.A he brings me right to the office just to read me numbers and models like I was a Ford expert. Never grab a set of keys and showed me anything. But wants me to come back on Monday while Im running my business to test drive the truck when I came over a hour away. No thanks. But that's just my experience.

Simply nasty service. When the manager is an ignorant that judges his clients based on race, the way they dress or speak, well then you know what to expect. There is no respect for the client, I am never going back. Honestly, I was bewildered when I found out that people can actually be so brutally uncultured and unfit to provide customer service. Not sure how the rest of the dealership is but the Commercial Service dept may be the worst i ever dealt with in my 29 years of driving. I left a message for Tara 3x to make an appointment for my motorhome and never received a call back. Then I decide to try another commercial service rep and wound up with the manager Rachel. She was miserable to deal with over the phone and then when i met her..even worse. Does not have the personality to be leading a “service” group. I felt like i was bothering her by trying to get my RV fixed. So 2 weeks went by and no one ever contacted me for any update. I finally called and they said my rv was done. So were they going to call me? Oh and the rv wasnt fixed. They said they never heard the bearing noise I brought it in for. So .....a miserable experience and motorhome is still not fixed. Dont waste your time going here for any RV work.

The gentleman who is handling the intake of vehicles also had a disposition and was very friendly. On top of all of this when I asked where the nearest place to eat is I was given a voucher for a free meal and a courtesy shuttle down the road! They were great and very attentive when they were selling me a flatbed tow truck. After the sale I couldn't get salesperson to answer a call or text. I called the manager and he was very rude and was yelling and swearing at me because I asked for paperwork so I can register the truck. I buy a new truck every 2 years and have never had so many problems getting paperwork to register. Stay away.

Buying a car can be a long and stressful experience. After searching multiple dealerships from Keyport to Tom's river I found myself at All American Ford. Immediately greeted by reception I was able to browse through the showroom and was introduced to Ali who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My questions were answered and there was no pressure, sales pitch or any usual "salesman" tactics. This was refreshing after a day of test drives and deals. All incentives were presented with out me asking and most of all the best price without having to haggle. At this point you would think okay another great review, but as luck would have it 2 days of ownership the check engine light comes on and my perfect purchase is now in the hands of Ford. The vehicle is recalled to the factory and im back to square one. The sales manager Frankie calls me and explains the situation and assures me that he will do everything to make this right. I return and as promised Frankie and Ali come thru beyond my expectations I wind up with the Roush edition 2019 Mustang.

I found All American Ford in Old Bridge recently when I was looking into trading in my Focus for something a little bigger with AWD. I had up until this point been a customer of Dana Ford in Staten Island since 2011, who had been calling me about buying back my 2016 Focus Titanium, which sparked the idea for a new car. I went to them, they were rude, and didn't give me a chance to look at a different vehicle than the one I had originally asked to see. I left and the next day, called All American Ford. I spoke to the manager who was very nice, asked to see a certain suv and when I got there, it was waiting for me. They were lovely, got me a great deal and the process was simple. I will use them and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new ford

This was my first time at all American that I brought my Ford F-150 in for a check engine light due to them finding out I bought bad gas. I spoke with Karen Y. Initially and she couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. She broke down how long it would take and that she would call me, I wouldn’t have to call like other places I’ve been to to find out what’s going on with my vehicle. Karen held her word, letting me know when the truck went into service, (also providing a video of the service showing me the bad gas) explained clearly what the problem was, and how much longer it would be until my truck was done. Upon pickup Karen and another co-worker Brooke A. Took care of me explaining everything in detail, there was no extra fees or issues. This is the first dealership/service I have ever been to or gotten where I felt like they held their word and really gave that great customer service we all look for.

First told me there are no cars on the lot and then outright told me to go away and come back after I test drove my other options. We are a company who was looking to purchase 2 vehicles cash for our NJ location. Our corporate office is in Chicago and we were doing a long distance transaction since we didn't want to deal with purchasing in Chicago and having to send the vehicle from Chicago to NJ. We assumed it would be an easier transaction, boy were we wrong. The experience was horrible! There was too much back and forth. Kept sending things over multiple times cause the rep kept claiming he "didn't get them". Would not get a follow up email or call to be informed if paperwork was received or to find out status or if anything was missing. Would have to constantly call Micheal B. multiple times and 90% of the time he would say he was with a customer and would call back in an hour (which he wouldn't) or he was not in the dealership and once he got in he would give me a call, which again he wouldn't. I would be the one who would have to keep chasing him around to find out things. The vehicle was paid CASH you would thing that it would have been a smoother transaction but it wasn't. We were told that we can pick up the vehicle and that we it would be ready but when we picked it up, the truck wasn't ready and had to wait for it to be cleaned. Sales rep said it was our fault cause we didn't give him a call an hour before it was picked up. They didn't give the driver who picked up the vehicle any paperwork and it wasn't mailed to the corporate office. Again I called the rep Michael B. who said he wasn't in and would call me back. I asked him in the mean time could I have the name of the person who handles the paperwork, which he provided. I called and left Bruce a message and never got a return call. It's been over a week since the vehicle was picked up and we have yet to receive a call back from anyone or the paperwork to the vehicle. I called Mike again and of course he is with a customer and will give me a call back in an hour. I know that won't be happening. Overall, terrible customer service, terrible follow up. We will not be purchasing our second vehicle with them and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

By the time I left I drove home with a brand new 2019 Ford Escape. The experience was pleasant and satisfying and the support staff was very accommodating. I had done a lot of research and knew exactly what I wanted. This is my third Ford Escape with All American and I absolutely love it. My first Escape was a 2013 Titanium which I loved but the mpg was terrible. The 2nd was a 2016 SE but I missed all the options. This one is the 2018 Titanium and I am very happy. I am hoping the mileage will be much improved compared to the 2013. I worked with both Frankie and Greg who are brothers and I found them to be very respectful and helpful. No beating around the bush. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I found that they did not talk to me like the little lady and that is another reason I went back to All American Ford and not Tom's Ford. Telling my daughter she couldn't afford the payments before a credit check and how much she makes. Will never recommend. UPDATED, The sales manager had reached out to me to apologize, we have bought vehicles there before, so I was surprised by her attitude. I moved it up to 3 stars because of the attempt to fix our relationship. They are a good dealership, that normally help you buy a vehicle. Must have been a bad day for her.

This place truly remembers what customer service is. Now a days it seems as though so few places do anymore but I showed up there a hysterical crying mess because my sun roof was stuck open days before Christmas as a snow storm was coming. It was a new truck that I bought from a horrible used car dealer who shut me down as soon as I drove off the lot. There were problems... A lot. And when I showed up at 5pm the night before Christmas Eve when every other shop in the world was closed the girls at the front desk calmed me down as they called person after person to help get that sunroof shut without having to take my roof off. It was truly a wonderful experience. They didn't even charge me. Thank you!!! If I could only explain how MUCH that kind act saved my Christmas. There's so much before this that was going wrong. I needed to catch a break and that was truly the break I needed at the right time!!!! Again thank you so much!!!!!!

Overall I think the staff is friendly and accommodating, and I don't have an issue with the prices they give. What I do have a problem with is how long it takes for them to do their work. I've been there twice in the past week, once I was told to come at 5 to pick my car up and waited until after 6 for it to be done and the other time I was told when dropping my car off that it would only be 15-20 minutes to do the work needed, then was told nearly an hour later that they just got to work on my car and it would only be 20-25 minutes, and I finally got my car done about another hour after that. I try to be patient, and the service staff was very apologetic each time which I appreciate, but if something is just going to take longer than expected either due to unforeseen issues or just being busy, tell us about it so we can go and do something else with our time instead of sitting in the waiting room twiddling our thumbs.

Initially, because I am new to this process I was so worried about paying out a lot of fees during my lease return. Gennaro the lease manager was very professional, helpful, and fair. He reached out to me before my return and set everything up to put me in a beautiful red 2019 Ford Fusion and the payments were just about the same as before. Tommy explained all of the paperwork I signed very well, and I wasn’t overcharged or “tricked” into paying ANY fees. My husband and I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from All American Ford. When we went in, we initially went to look at a Subaru Forester and a Ford Edge. The Forester had sold the day previous unfortunately, and the Edge (which had just come in recently) the salesman, Stephen Kaye, wasn't comfortable selling to us because it had just been diagnosed with transmission issues. He suggested the Escape, which I hadn't thought about considering before getting in one. I was very surprised at how much I liked the vehicle. Mr Kaye even made it work around our super tight budget, and still managed to work in the 6 month Motor Trend warranty. Compared the the other dealers we had been to in the previous weeks, they made it incredibly easy, and were not pushy in the least. Thanks Mate!
