The All American Subaru service area is excellent. The staff taking in the vehicles are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Any issue we had was handled expertly by Amanda. We had a recurring issue with our Outback. Amanda explained the process and the required next steps. The process went as described. The situation was resolved with the best possible outcome. We could not have asked for better service. The service manager was prepared with an appropriate solution to our issue the first time we met him. Compared to other dealership service managers he is amazing. The dealership had our car ready the day it was promised to us. We were given a 2018 loaner car for two weeks. We would highly recommend this dealership.

Walked in and said I want this car. Passed everything with flying colors, have them more than they asked for... Still go 5 hours! Also, service department is lazy. Have a rattle in my partner seat, needs to be tightened. They keep avoiding doing the service, last time guy told me to just keep the head rest down. Lol. It's the seat wobbling, but what do I know.
