Dealer only auction. I have been in the Car business as a Used Car Manager for over 10 years and this is by far my favorite auction. The staff here are very helpful and they treat you well unlike a lot of other auctions that don't care about you at all. AGAIN THIS IS A DEALER ONLY AUCTION. If you do not have a dealer license you will be denied entry!

Seems like a normal auction where you see and bid on the cars I'm not shure about how arbitration is but they seem to have less and less cars to buy each month. If your going to pull your cars out the shuttle takes forever and sometimes it's best just to walk. I believe it is better to switch to online auctions like ACV, they seem alot better to buy and the staff and customer service is great

Worst place EVER!!!! The staff is so unprofessional and rude. They dont even use proper grammer when speaking to you. I called when my car first got taken there and they told me 2x that my car was not there at all. I called Chase and they comfirmed with me that my vehicle was indeed there and adesa gave them a lame excuse to why there database wasnt working. I tried to redeem my vehicle for 2 weeks and never got a firm response back from anyone. I left Keisha a message and never heard back from her. I had to get Chase to deal with them for me thru conference calls. They made me wait 5 hours to redeem my car and made me wait for the guy to comeback from lunch and let another person go in front of me! They ripped my inspection stickers off and got rid of my registration and insurance for my car and it wasnt even going to be sold! I tried reporting them to BBB but there not even BBB accredited! Worst Place any one could ever go to!!!!

This is one of the worst companies that has ever existed. They are unprofessional the staff is rude. We traveled 3 hrs to get here the least they could do is let us sit inside since it was raining. Nope because the appointment was with my husband and not me they told me to wait in the rain and the old lady in the front reception was rude and disgusting about it. Additionally, since the appointment was later they made us wait until the appoontment time so we had to go out in the rain again since we couldn't wait. The least they can do is be nice considering the hassle this has been. This was one of my top worst experiences. I wish we can give negative stars because it doesn't even deserve 1!!!

Stupid place! I'm a truck driver. Sometimes, I loads cars here. We need to wait for 30-50 minutes for shuttle. The shuttle driver does not have a jump-starter. Again, We have to wait for the service truck for 30-40 minutes. The guard is very lazy and inert. Guard does not know the location of cars. For example, we got the location of the car row A up to row L. We lost 4 hours to pick up 2 cars. And the guards did not help to find these cars. Terrible place!!!!!!!!

Huge Auction with a decent selection of late model used cars. Toyota Financial services runs every week on dealer block and in lane. Customer service is horrible. No one calls back and arbitration is horrible as well. As long as there is no issue with the car then you are ok.

Easily the worst Adesa I've ever dealt with and I buy from quite a few. They want to charge you 10$ every time they ship you a title even though you spent 1000s of dollars and then they won't set out a vehicle for you unless you pay them and if you're not in that state they won't set it out for you without you or the shipping paying them in person first then when you try and call them to discuss issues with trying to get a car set out they put you on hold and send you to their GM Carl who never ever answers the phone and a secretary named Mariah I believe who doesn't seem to ever find him.. Do yourself a favor and pick every single Adesa auction but this one.

ABSOLUTELY the worst experience I have ever had with ANY COMPANY of ANY type. Staff is beyond rude and completely unhelpful. "It's not my department" type of crap-- except, it's never anyone's department. A 30 minute appointment took SIX HOURS, topped off by being blocked in the parking lot by a tow truck doing business with Adesa. No one could locate the driver. And guess what?! It's not even Adesa's parking lot out front, it belongs to the township, so after they made me go get the name and number off the truck and made ME call it (went directly to voicemail-what a shock), they told me to call Manville NJ police to report it. I did, but I also went back to my vehicle and laid in the horn for about 5 minutes straight, at which point the driver finally appeared. I told him my thoughts and he moved his truck :) I absolutely would NOT do business with this place. Unreal.

These guys refuse everything they can in arbitration even going as far as denying structural damage after it has been confirmed by two other third parties. Complete joke, lost a lot of time and money, I feel bad for the local dealers that have to deal with this garbage.

I was PREDATORY LENDED by Ally then opened a TD Bank Account they stole all of my money out of all three accounts and then blamed it on my disabled husband. Told me he gambled it all away and had a second life I did not know about. TD has a block on their cards based on ao gambling policy to protect their customers. What happened in our case TD did you forgot? Learn how to commit fraud better. With no money, due to theft, I could not pay the sixth year of payments and the Repo guy showed up. Then they took it to Addesea two days early. Couldn't wait to get their hands on my car and my bank accounts. Oh folks, it gets even better, then they had their robo signing Fein and Such lawyers next door in Parsippany take my home. Addesea and NJ are both dirty and rude. They are all part of the USBLN helping the disabled through transparency stay in the market place.yeah, they are making sure the disabled pay $36,000 for a car and have no transportation to the market place and starve. Shouldn't I have a bike out front or something the MSRP was 31,500 already fully loaded. Scammed with warranties, but would not take no for an answer. Cars that come from here are dirty. I deal with a lot of auctions long distance. This auction's online sales rep got me pics and info within minutes of me asking. She responded several times to questions. Ive never had a Manheim auction even call me back. I ended up buying the truck. Cant ask for more.
