I worked with Len, Emily, and Brett at Tully BMW in Nashua, NH. Len was my primary contact and made the car buying experience hassle-free. They were all very responsive. I initially arrived ~15 minutes prior to closing but Len still took the time for a test drive, to explain the car, and we settled on a deal after the dealership was closed and most people had already left.

I was looking for a replacement for my Lexus and had visited a number of dealerships in MA and NH. Tulley in Nashua, NH had a pre-owned 328i that caught my eye, so I decided to visit early Saturday morning. I braced myself for the "typical" car buying experience (e.g. high pressure sales, evasive answers, back and forth hassle, etc.), and set out for the dealership. Much to my surprise I was greeted warmly by the sales manager who welcomed me to the dealership and introduced me to my salesman, Joe MacIntosh. Joe brought the car around and gave me a quick introduction to the 328i before giving me the keys and sending me on a test drive. When I returned, he answered all my questions, clearly having mastered his product. Everything to this point was very positive. We then went in to discuss the “deal”. I expected this would be the end to a pleasant buying experience, but just the opposite. I was treated fairly and honestly and the deal was made in minutes. I had financing arranged at the dealership and got a great rate. A great experience, Tulley should be very proud of their team! I will never go anywhere else for my car purchases. P.S. I visited many dealerships and finally had my car choice narrowed down to two. In comparing the two cars, I agonized over the decision. However, in the end it wasn't only about getting the car I wanted, It was about how I was treated. I loved the no pressure atmosphere at BMW. To me that equals respect. My salesperson, Jim Beal, was perfect. He was knowledgeable, patient, accessible, and completely respectful. I ticked it down to 4 stars because, A. there was some kind of old bumper in the truck bed... am *I* supposed to bring that to the dump? and B. Had the check engine light come on just one month after Bank's in Concord had serviced my 2016 Sierra which is a CPO vehicle. I called Banks to see when they could look at it and they told me nothing until two weeks? I was shocked and I asked that seeing as they had just service the truck couldn't they get me in sooner. I was told no. I suppose that is the draw back of being the biggest dealer in NH, they don't seem to care because they are at max all the time. I called Tulley because colleagues had great things to say about them. I was greeted by Emily and was offered an appointment the next business day. Dusting kept me in the loop during the entire repair process. It turned out that the torque converter need to be replaced. They were very methodical at following the service bulletins to identify the problem. My truck was completed in 2 days which I was very happy with. This might not be the largest dealer in NH with the best lounge area but their employees care about service and take great care of their customers. I will now be using Tulley for all of my future service needs.





I want to thank Dave Breault for a very enjoyable purchase experience. I know, it's hard to believe someone could possibly refer to a new vehicle purchase experience as enjoyable! Dave Breault went above and beyond our expectations by searching for and finding the exact truck we wanted after finding out that the model we came in for had been sold prior to our visit. Dave kept us informed with emails, texts, and phone calls so we knew just what was going on. We felt like we had an advocate at the dealership to walk us through the entire process including insurance, registration, and final delivery. Dave was so patient with us. He must have spent 6 hours with us during the entire process. After a long search for a rare Long box Canyon Denali with the 2.8 Duramax diesel option. I met with Dave Penny in sales to find one, both he and Mark helped me put together a factory order and after about 6 weeks my truck came in. Even on the day of delivery they came back to me with a last minute GM 0% finance Promotion beating the 3% I had been approved for weeks before. This will save me literally thousands! It was a huge savings and i can't thank them enough.

I purchased a vehicle on January 11, 2019 and my vehicle still isn’t registered today January 21, 2019. The dealership was amazing before the purchase, but after that they have neglected me and have failed to put the same efforts they did into getting me to purchase the vehicle, into registering my car. I’ve had to call multiple times to check on the status of the registration and every time it was another issue that came up as to why the car was still not registered. Not once did they call me to tell me to fix the discrepancies, but Instead they wait on me to call to find out why the car isn’t registered yet. On Janurady 21, 2019 I called 7 times to speak to a sales manager and left voicemails. Sales manager never called me back. Instead of taking two seconds of his time to speak to a customer who’s clearly having a problem “due to the 7 phones calls” He chose to ignore me instead because of a snow storm. I quote from my sales agent “I apologize for us not being responsive, all of us have all been outside, away from the phones, doing snow removal all day. It’s not that we don’t care because the sale is done, we just had a big storm and it takes a long time and all the sales staff to clean off all the cars.” I asked my sales person if I can be put as a priority to register my car due to my long wait time and his response was “Unfortunately the other runners are busy so we have to wait for the only one doing registrations, who gets back around 5:30”. So be aware they only have one “runner” that does registrations so if your an out of state buyer your car won’t be registered in a timely manner. Due to this experience I will never buy a car outside of my state.










Phenomenal! No pressure, very courteous and allowed me the time to make a decision I was happy with. Tulley has a winning formula.

I had gone to Banks and Quirk but not impressed, I then decided to look into Tulley (despite them being an hour away).
