Our family was in the market for an electric vehicle. We weren't sure about the BMW i3, but Tulley had a used 2016 for a great price, so we went to see it. Jay Pichardo showed us the vehicle and took us for a test drive. Jay knew SO much about the vehicle and showed us all the features. Not only did we love the car, but we loved the customer service from Jay and Bob. It was a few days before we could get the $$ in order. Jay kept in contact with us via text and email. There were NO high-pressure sales tactics here! They made sure we got the very best price on the car we really wanted. Clear pricing, fair and no-hassle pricing, and amazing customer service. All this on a used vehicle? We didn't think it possible, but Tulley delivered. Even threw in BMW caps for my husband and me. If you're in the market for a new or used BMW, don't go anywhere but here. Top-notch car buying experience and we LOVE our "new" car.

Went to Tulley BMW of Nashua totally unsuspecting of what would eventually happen. Client Advisor Seth Bridge was the best EVER! He knows exactly how to treat his customer. Polite, informed, never pushy or in your face like I have been treated at other dealers. By the time the test drive was done I was sold. His help during the buying process was exceptional. Unexpectedly I was taking the car home that morning and that took a little bit of "doing" on my part. All though that process he was very patient with what I had to do to get things done on my end. During the financing process Sales Manager Tom Revetria was, again, very patient and professional. Again, the process I needed to go through was not your usual process but his attitude was always upbeat and, I can't emphasize enough, PATIENT. He was able to extend to me financing that I never thought would happen. Tulley BMW of Nashua is the only place I will shop from now on. Terrible customer service. I walked around the lot for over an hour yesterday and not one person asked to help. Sadly half the cars didn't have any kind of information on them, so help would have been nice on a few cars I was interested in. I guess to them I didn't look like a BMW type owner, so their loss, they just lost a sale from a potential buyer. Glad Mercedes Benz of Manchester isn't as simple minded as this dealership. I had someone approach me and asked if I need help as soon as I got out of my car. So I guess that makes it easy for me to decide, Mercedes over BMW...

Christina Ward has an excellent personality, very bubbly and not your typical sale person. That is a good thing! Zach Dirsa also followed up before and after the sale and he made sure I could find the perfect BMW for me. Corbin Tulley treated me very well, made no false promises and overdelivered. That's how it should be. Richard Jenkins gave me the first test drive and the last one when I took delivery: he really is a BMW genius. Everytime I visit the dealership, no matter what he has going on, Joe takes the time to say hello and help me with anything I may need. If I have a service appointment scheduled Joe makes sure to call my cell just in case I had any remaining questions, and to see if there is anything he can do to make my live easier. What makes it that much more impressive to me is that I have only purchased 1 vehicle (so far) from Joe yet he treats me as if I have been a lifelong customer of his. I believe customer service is a lost art in today's market and I hold over the top professional treatment such as this in high regard. There is no way I would ever buy a BMW anywhere else. I went to Tulley BMW in Nashua to test drive (and ultimately purchase) a pre-owned 2016 BMW x3. I was referred to my salesperson, Christina Ward, by a friend of a friend who thought very highly of her. That "friend of a friend" was right and I couldn't have been any happier with my experience with Christina. She was knowledgeable, funny, affable and worked VERY hard to get me into the car that I loved at a price I could afford - even though she had to run numbers a few different times on a couple of different vehicles. Everyone from Christina, to Scott (the F&A guy we worked with), to the manager, to the BMW Genius who gave me the demo on my new car were all so wonderful. Edit 12/13/18: today i found out that my service appointment made more than a month ago was made for the wrong day when though I called them 3 times about it. The rep I spoke with today was indifferent. I will not change my rating because of the positive experience I had previously but thought this important to note and this could be a fluke. I got my last BMW from a competitor because these folks refused to quote me over the phone but working with them on my new vehicle they proved to be accommodating and worked with me on matching my other prices. Just meant a little more work on my part.

Praised this dealership time and time again as they always were so helpful, understanding, and took care of our needs but that drastically changed today. And honestly, I hate that I even own a car from them because I never want to go back there again. Yesterday, my father in law, husband and I went there with plans to buy a car. The money didn’t work out as we had hoped so we left. They then called probably 10 min after we left with a better offer to which we eventually accepted and made firm plans with Jim (salesperson) to go there at 12 pm today because he would have the car and paperwork ready. We actually tried coming at 11 but he said no come at 12 since they opened right at 11. So this morning we’re all getting ready, cleaning out the car we were trading in, etc., when my father in law got a call saying they’re selling the car because someone put a deposit on it last night. If a deposit was needed for us to secure the car, we would’ve have no problem coming right back to do so SINCE WE MAD PLANS TO COME FIRST THING WHEN THEY OPENED. CLEARLY WE WERE INTERESTED IN THE CAR. But after speaking with Jim, he never said oh can you/you should put a deposit down. Or maybe the decent thing to do would’ve been to call us and say hey I have someone else here interested in the car, would you like to come make a deposit or finalize the sale? But no we heard nothing until they called today to say “oh it’s sold”. We fully understand nothing was signed confirming it was ours. It’s just a scummy move that we wouldn’t have expected in a million years knowing full well that we were coming back today. So no we WILL NOT be buying another car from this dealership.

This place is a joke they sold me a car with tinted windows passed inspection and then the next year they failed the car and said we tinted the windows. I had pictures to prove so they removed the tint free of charge. When car was under warranty car was leaking oil they claimed they fixed it then 20k miles later have a oil pan gasket leak hmmm very strange they find after warranty ran out in Nov. would NEVER buy another vehicle from this joke of a business.

I’ve serviced my car here and have worked with Nicholas + David, both were great. David was very informative and helpful; he actually helped me save thousands of dollars in repairs. Thank you for that, car is running great- 5 stars to service and to enterprise as well! 3 stars to customer service though. Every single time I have been to bmw, a majority of the employees were rude and unwelcoming. Uh, just so y’all know- nobody would be at BMW just lingering aimlessly. I assume you have to look a certain way. It’s like to them, my money is no good and I might be poor or something. I will continue to service my car here but when I purchase my next car (which will be a BMW,) I may take my business elsewhere in order to be treated like a person.

She listened to our needs regarding what was important to us in our new vehicle and also where we wanted to be cost wise and was able to match us up with the perfect option. I also love that you have now given us BMW geniuses when we get delivery of our new vehicle. It has been a long time running joke between my husband and I that we need to get a degree in BMW technology because there is so much to learn in these vehicles. If you leased car from these folks, be aware: you can't trust them, unless you continue to deal with them! Check and double check everything they tell you or demand from you. Leased BMW from them. one month in lease left, stopped at the dealership to for them check out the car prior to return. After learning that I am not going to lease/buy another BMW the inspection took about 5 minutes, 3 of them took the guy to walk to the car and back. The only remark was the tires are at the limit allowed by lease and I need to replace them with "BMW approved tires" prior to returning car. Reasonable question what are the "BMW approved tires"? Answer: "Tires that BMW approves"! The salesman took me to service department saying service advisor will explain it to me and left. This man explained that BMW approved tires are tires meeting size, load and speed rating and being run flat. I asked can I replace two continental tires that are worn with Michelin of equal quality? Answer was no; all 4 tires needs to the same brand. Gave me a quote ~$1000 for 4 new tires. The answer did not sit well with me. I went back to salesman and ask him to give me written inspection report. He said no, the condition evaluation I will get when I will return car. This is not the first car I lease, 3 years ago leasing agency send to me a independent appraiser that spend about an hour inspecting car and at the end gave me written evaluation report. Went to BMW Financial website, BMW financial holds the title. My question: "...if BMW will accept two tires, for example, made by Continental and two tires made by Michelin all run flat, all proper size and all 94V rated." Answer from BMW FS: "...If the replacement tires meet all other requirements, such as size, speed rating, and runflat type, you are able to use different brands." Tulley is less than HONEST!

I recently went into BMW looking for a new X3. They had been in communication with me through e-mail and while they checked in and tried to arrange times they were not intrusive. Another BMW in MA would call me 3-5 times a day, leave voicemails, emails, texts it was insane. Anyway, I went in and that day ended my lease with Honda, they paid my car off and got me out of my lease 1 year early and I drove away that night with a new car. I never felt pressured. I had friends with me and we joked around, everyone was fun and nice. The manager talked to me about his daughter who is going to nursing school (I am a nurse) and my sales woman was so sweet. They had the exact car I wanted. It really has been a great experience and I hope it continues. Definitely give them a shot!

We had a very nice experience at Tulley. We talked over the phone with Megan and Rubia, and set up an appointment for Saturday morning. As soon as we arrived Mark Thornhill (client advisor) greeted us, asked couple questions and we went right to the test drive, because we came to see a specific car. He gave us detailed description of the car and its features and then we had quite a lot of time to test all the features and feel the car ourselves. As soon as test drive was done, we got back to the office to look at the numbers. We were trading in our vehicle and we got a nice offer for it. Bob Marcoux (sales manager) took part in negotiation process, he made sure all sides are satisfied and happy with the deal. The last part was to fill out all the financial papers. Steven Augusta (business manager) helped us with that. All the paperwork was done in a matter of minutes. I loved how everyone worked as a team under Val Goldenberg (general sales manager) leadership. They have a very smooth sales process, we didn't waste a single minute and it was definitely worth driving all the way from Boston. I purchased my first BMW from Tulley BMW Manchester, which is a bit away from where I live. The staff there stayed late on multiple occasions to make sure I was able to test all the vehicles I wanted to as well as finalize my purchase after hours! Fast forward a few months and I had decided to make some upgrades to the Beemer! I ordered black grilles through BMW USA, which were sent to me incorrect and they sent two of the same pieces. I contacted Tulley Nashua Parts department and was put in contact with Tyler. He re-ordered the parts but unfortunately they were sent to him wrong again He knew I needed them for an event that weekend so he contacted the national warehouse to make sure they checked their inventory and sent the right parts. he was able to overnight the parts and ordered me new floating center caps totally last minute but was still able to get them in time for the next day! I went and picked up the parts on a Saturday morning, and Tyler made sure to go into work early that morning to verify all the correct parts were shipped so he could let me know before I made the trip over! He was even able to give me a discount for the troubles! I can't thank Tyler and the whole team at Tulley BMW for the AMAZING customer service I have received on each occasion!!

We met Mark last year when we bought our first BMW and was really impressed with his fairness and transparency during the pricing process. We went for a test drive and ended up with a brand new X1. This year we felt the need for a bigger vehicle for our growing kids. By couple emails, he and Bob gave us a great price on X5 and excellent trade in price for my Q5. But, the folks at Tulley -- Val Goldenberg and Jim Beal, in particular -- were so responsive, solicitous, candid, fair, patient (as I tried to decide), and determined to keep our business, that I now have a 5th BMW lease from Tulley. In fact, they went out of their way to make this happen, bringing in multiple vehicles from other dealerships, and even twice coming to our office (Jim did so in the evening), some 20 miles from their business, to accommodate us. In short, they made it extremely easy, and impossible to say anything but "okay, where do I sign." Great, and very professional, customer service. Really excellent experience! Zach is the man! I first visited Tulley BMW back in October and spent time with Zach Dirsa. I was looking for something very specific. He asked a lot of questions and really listened to everything I had to say. I'm particular to a fault and he had all of the patience in the world. I wrote a negative review not due to the service (which is phenomenal) but solely based upon the courtesy vehicle experience. Tulley has an arrangement with Enterprise. The vehicle was a new Infinity, less than 2000 miles. I drove it to work and it wouldn't start. I had a co-worker jump the vehicle and it still wouldn't start. I called the Roadside assistance number provided on the Enterprise contract. They had the vehicle towed to Boston. I live in NH. So I got a ride to NH from a co-worker. A month later, I was charged $200 for towing. I ended up calling Enterprise 3 times, two different offices. On the third time, they were able to verify I was charged the $200, and since I declined the Roadside Assistance coverage, I owned the towing charge. I called Tulley and they were able to reverse the charges. After dealing with Enterprise, I was surprised they didn't charge me for the repair cost as well. My service agent was Jeremy who did a great job in getting this done. Thanks Jeremy.

Visited to inquire about a car I saw on Car Guru’s. Parked in visitors area and walked around entire lot, no one greeted me and those who were on the lot never bothered to acknowledge me. I then moved my car closer to the entrance since the visitor spots were further away and since a transport truck was about to block me in. Since there were plenty of spots out front I decided to walk in the dealership to ask if the particular vehicle was on the lot. While I was walking in a sales person stopped to tell me the customer parking was over there. What bothered me was the guy never said hello and was rude. I stopped in my tracks turned around and vowed to never visit there again no matter what. Funny thing is my daughter bought a Jeep at another dealership a week earlier and I had parked directly in front of the place and I was warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. I got the feeling he looked at my old car and my casual attire and decided I was not worth the effort. Little did he know I was ready to pay cash if the advertised vehicle Checked out. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! INCOMPETENCE ALERT! I actually love the car, love the location, loved everyone up to the point paperwork was about to be signed. As I walked into the cheap-pitch room to sign the deal, I was hit with a bunch of unexpected expenses and the business manager called Scott Doherty said: "I own a BMW and an important part went defective and BMW refused to replace it, so you should get the extended warranty, bumper to bumper, etc...". I mean, can you say anything more degrading about the company you work for? What kind of sales pitch is this? Our warranty sucks, you should pay extra for coverage. So much for that first-time buyer of BMW experience. BUT that isn't even the issue. The biggest problem, and what aggravates me the most is that they had me wait a WHOLE WEEK for my car to be registered. They tried to blame it on my insurance, said they needed a form that I had emailed to them a day after signing paperwork. I had just come out of an accident where my wife was hurt, my daughter was in the car when the accident took place. They knew it all, we needed a car ASAP. I e-mailed them a few days later, and you'd think they would offer a loaner? NOPE, Offered to pay half of my rental! Can you believe that? As if I needed their scraps. I'm honestly disgusted. Honestly one of the worst car-buying experiences EVER!!!

I brought my 2018 in for routine service - oil change and wipers (free of charge thanks to my maintenance plan) and was given a 2019 X3 to test drive as a loaner (free of charge) while my X1 was being serviced. I decided that I wanted to make a trade. The sales department completely blew us away. George was our sales associate and, as he was newer to the team, Tom - sales manager was quite involved in our experience. Val- lead sales manager was also a large part of this experience. We knew it wasn’t going to be an easy transaction as we weren’t exactly prepared to make a down payment. We couldn’t have been more wrong on that. Tom did whatever he could to make this happen. He was extremely pleasant and personable, yet not in that “sales” way at all. We couldn’t have felt more valued. He didn’t rush us, there was never any pressure. He went at our pace. Although there were many customers present, we felt like we were his only concern (which couldn’t have been true). He made the numbers work to our satisfaction and it truly felt like they were more concerned with our goals than theirs. Val was also extremely personable and interested in our satisfaction. We got more than a fair deal, so much so that I have to wonder if they even made any profit off our sale! Off we went to finance where we met Amanda who was an absolute joy to work with. We felt more like this was a hanging out with a friend vibe than that dry financial experience that can be so common. Not here. The common theme from Tulley BMW again and again...and again and again and so on.... is that we are not only consumers, we are valued friends. They truly hit the mark on making us feel like part of the Tulley BMW family. We will never shop elsewhere. The worst service department I've ever been to!! Every single time they serviced my car it was returned with more damage then when I left an they'll all say that it wasn't them!!! The head of the service department Kevin McLaughlin is a stone cold liar he will look you right in the eye an tell you your black car is blue. My car literally fell apart by the day after being serviced there. They treat 100 times better at Peobody an there service department is state of the art!

TULLEY BMW - Nashua, NH BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL AT BEST. BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchase and Sales agreement in hand and signed by the dealership and myself. Deposit was collected by the dealership and items placed in the car by me in anticipation of a delivery. I also have texts confirming the deal with Chris Geer (Internet Sales Manager) and had more than a fair share of conversations to iron out the specifics. Handshakes don't mean anything. We want your business banter is also just part of the game they play.... Bob M (Preowned Manager) kept talking to me about what a great deal this was and that he never would have done it as a dealer representative. I guess at the end of the day his weight in this trumped Chris Geer. Valeriy Goldenberg (General Sales Manager) was texting with me on here at 11:30'one night that they wanted to make me a customer and was involved in coming up with the final numbers with Chris Geer. Went in on Saturday, June 15th to sign paperwork for a Father's Day delivery. Was told there was a problem by Chris with the trade and they would get back to me on Monday after contacting BMWFS about the MMR on the trade. They appraised the car twice and looked at the brand new tires I have on it and never an issue. Just told me in text not to drive to Florida. I have that text. Was also told by Chris that this was an issue he was not concerned about and that it would be taken care of. In the interim I reached out to Peabody and Stratham and they told me that Tulley was way too aggressive on their deal and that was why they were backing out. I was informed that the purchase contract was something they must honor but the waiting continued. Just got a call this am after having a 45 minute conversation with the COO/GM advising him of the situation the other day. While on with the COO I was told that Brian Tulley handed this off to him as I reached out to him via VM and email. I guess the owner didn't want to get involved and is ok with these business practices. Val was rude and abrasive and told me the deal was dead when he called me and told me I should take my business elsewhere. Really? Sales man texted me on Wednesday, June 26th because some of his customers wanted to know what happened. I guess the internet is a forum to voice the facts so others don't suffer. He said his name is on the purchase contract and that he posts BMW videos so people see items from this dealership. He told me he was on my side on this and was going to go talk to management upstairs. Since that time I have been asking him for an update and I have heard NOTHING. I guess he actually is no better than the rest here. I understand he wants his job and these people problem told him to keep his mouth shut. Again, I reiterate, I DID NOTHING WRONG HERE..... If they said here is the deal we CAN DO I would have listed to them but they are not the type of dealership to admit to a mistake. I guess that is why at least one dealership that I know wont even trade cars with the... Too many issues and the GSM has quite the reputation from all the GMs I have talked to since this matter got to the point I was told the deal was off. I guess a contract is a mute point at this place and ethics are not a requirement.

We bought our first BMW last week and picked up the X3 last night after arriving from a dealership in Ohio! Had to wait a week but it was worth it. Jay is an amazing advisor. My husband and I came in the Monday of month end and Jay greeted us right outside. I was amazed at how knowledgeable he is of all the features of the X3, this sets you apart from others. It made the experience that much better. A few of our must haves including being spacious enough to fit my very tall husband as well as to fit our two dogs in the trunk was not taken lightly by Jay (LOL). This also included a particular color combination. Our test drive was fun and Jay showed all the different features as well as talking shop with my husband as my husband works very closely with BMW manufacturing. We left to go think about things and it was between X3 and the Lexus 350. Upon arriving home, we immediately decided the X3 was for us. One of the selling points was Jay proving to me that his dog fits in the trunk part of the car! When returning back, Jay was assisting another customer so he connected us with Seth to finalize things. Seth is an eager and vibrant young man and was great to work with! We found the car at another dealership and moved along the process with Scott. We did have a little mishap where the first car was sold before things were apparently finalized, but they quickly found me another one without having to sacrifice any of the features we wanted. Seth was great at communicating everything back. Scott and others had all the paperwork ready for us to resign when we got there so it was smooth. Rich is the technology genius that walked me through set up and was great! We are looking forward to the rest of the BMW experience
