This Car Concessionaire corresponds to the category of Subaru dealer.
Great place to do business! Sales and Service staff are all extremely friendly and wont hesitate to go out of their way to help with anything you may need. Will certainly shop here again when ready.
I recently purchased a car at Tri-City Subaru and was happy through the whole process. Mike Arthur is a kind and patient salesman who will gladly guide you through the various models that Subaru offers and the many different options available for each car. There was never any pressure to buy, just helpful information about the different vehicles and thorough answers to all questions I asked. Working with Matt in financing and other dealership staff was also nothing but pleasant. After a month of ownership, I am still very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with the dealership. I would recommend Tri-City Subaru to anyone.
I absolutely love my car - got a Subaru Impreza today and Craig is amazing!! Was very honest and patient with me. This was my first time purchasing a real car but Craig made me feel incredibly comfortable and was more than understanding. Definitely walking away happy!
Very helpful staff. Craig Enslin helped me get into a vehicle that I really wanted when it seemed like I would have to settle for less.
Service Department sucks.
Craig was seriously the best salesman that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He knew from the beginning I was very picky and that I went to lots of other dealership. But he was the only one that actually listen to what I wanted and stayed in my price range. When I picked up the car he actually spent time with me explaining how everything worked in the car and offered to set up my Bluetooth. I will definitely tell my friends and family to shop there
Nice Dealership with great sales staff. Craig Enslin went above and beyond helping us learn about Subaru vehicles and help us find a nice Subaru Crosstrek. Jeff loves his new car. We would definitely recommend others to go see Craig at Tri-City Subaru
We've bought 3 cars here and have them serviced here. Friendly staff, very nice newly renovated building and a good selection of used cars. My only complaint is they cant sell STis.
We just purchased our new Ascent here a day ago. I can''t express how amazing this team is. We looked over all NH and Southern Maine. Patriot Subaru had matched the deal Tri-City offered but the trade in was higher. Kathleen and Andy the Sales Manager was great and responsive. We loved the ability for them to answer questions via text. The buying process was smooth and straightforward. There was no haggling or back & forth just straight, honest and direct offer. I would recommend any friends or family or anyone that is in the market. Amazing team and thank you Andy and Kathleen and the team we will look forward to purchasing from you in the future. *Update* Just to add on to our review. We had to bring our Ascent in for service and I can express how great Gary & Andy were for taking care of a factory issue. They accommodated us every step of the way. Truly, a great team and will continue to get our business and will always receive our recommendation.
We recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from Tri City. They went out of their way to find the car we wanted and everything was delivered as promised. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was extremely professional and genuine. AMAZING car buying experience!
Great car buying experience. Craig was very helpful and informed on the car's capability. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru and minimal selling hassle.
We had a very positive purchase experience while purchasing a new Outback. Sheila Thompson was very patient in assisting with deciding on which model and which trim was right for us. All A's!
Very friendly service for both sales and repair!
Shopping for a car at Tri City Subaru was a great, stress-free experience. As a matter of fact, we actually went out of our way to shop at this particular dealer despite several dealerships actually being closer to us. Our research showed a level of satisfaction with Tri City that other local dealerships just didn't have. The salesperson that we dealt with, Craig Enslin, was knowledgeable, helpful, funny, friendly and extremely professional. He answered all of our questions, and was quick to come up with solutions. I would recommend them in a heartbeat for all of your Subaru needs!
Bought my car here 6 months ago. They are excellent when it comes to ANY questions or needs I have regarding my new vehicle.
Craig Enslin was a great salesperson. There was no pressure just education and information, and he was available by text to answer any questions at anytime. Also, for the first time ever I had a good finance experience. Matt in financing was easy to talk to and very willing to work with our desires. All of the sales team at TriCity Subaru were very good to us. Definitely would return to buy our next vehicle there if we continue to enjoy our Subaru purchase.
I had the best experience at this dealership. I worked with Craig Enslin and I felt welcomed as soon as I drove onto the lot. The entire process was easy, explained thoroughly, and quick! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that I know and I am loving my new car!
Super friendly staff. Very caring. I really hope to get my next car here. They have a beautiful selection of cars. They must take very good care of their lots because the cars all look very nice and shiny. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing car at a fair price. I wish that i had known about Tri-City Subaru before i went and got my car at a very scummy dealership that clearly does NOT care about me and pretty much ripped me off. Tri-City is a well put together and well established dealership with SUPER SUPER friendly staff all around. And the detail shop is the most amazing! with super cool staff and awesome work with all of the cars coming out looking flawless.
I love this dealership. We've purchased 3 cars from them and every experience was enjoyable. They're not overbearing or aggressive and they take all the time you may need for them to explain the different features in your new vehicle. I'm not sure I'll ever go anywhere else.
Very friendly service, prompt scheduling. My only complaint is price. It's actually cheaper for me to get an oil change here than my last dealer, but other services may be more expensive (like 25 dollars to replace a 6 dollar rear brake light-most places would replace it for free).
Employeed there like a lot Fellow workers are cool
My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Tri-City Subaru all with Matt Dugal. He has always been up front and honest with us and helpful beyond what is expected from a "salesman". Sue and Clyde in the Service Dept are equally supportive. Recently I was in an accident and my car is a total loss. When Clyde heard about it, he contacted Subaru of America and a beautiful flower arrangement was sent to me. I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle with Matt and he is doing everything possible to make it smooth and stress free and helping me deal with the insurance company. Never has a dealership made me feel important and that my best interest was the focus. I am so proud, as is my family, to be a part of the extended Tri-City Subaru family!
An anomaly - a car dealership I trust! Bought a used Subaru there and was so impressed that I bought a new one there too despite several dealers being closer.
Gotta love this place! Their sales team is exceptional. If you want a no hassle experience with people driven to find you what you want at a fair price then this is the place. I worked with two other local dealers that wanted to have it their way. Tri-City presented an upfront fair deal and turned the purchase quickly with good financing options. Patty, Ron, and Matt - thanks!
Craig was seriously the best salesman that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. He didn't talk down to me but made sure I was clear on all my questions, and didn't try to hard-sell me on anything. Not only will I be sending all my friends to him, I will be happy to purchase my next car in a few years from him.
Excellent Service from the Parts Dept
Shopping arpuar for a car was the last thing I wanted to deal with after my car was totaled in an accident. Craig Enslin greeted us with a smile, was honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. It was the easiest, least stressful experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I love my new Impreza!
Purchased the car online, and the overall purchase process was simple and painless. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready to go after signing the typical paperwork. This is our family's second Subaru purchase from Tri-City, and I know we will be back many more times as we are Subaru owners for life.
Ours was a unique experience in that we had been looking for a Mercedes and found one at Tri City Subaru!! I was online and had an email from AAA buyer's club - so I clicked on it and put in the information on the car I wanted to buy . . . a previously owned Mercedes E class. The list came up with a Mercedes that seemed too good to be true. I called the number and Tri City Subaru answered!!! Long Story Short - we set up an appointment to go see the car. In the meantime I pulled the Carfax on it and was impressed with the history. Sheila Thompson at Tri City was great! She actually had all the information on the car because her customer came in to buy a new Subaru and had traded in this Mercedes! The car was immaculate - low miles - and the owner of Tri City had already ordered a part that needed to be replaced on the car!! The fact that the owner wanted to make sure this car was in tip top shape before it was sold speaks volumes on their operating standards! We are very happy with the entire buying process - from the initial phone call to inquire about the car; setting up the appointment to see it; the professional demeanor of each person we interacted with when we arrived at the dealership - from the gentleman who escorted us to the right building, to the greeter inside, to Sheila, our salesperson, Roger Plante, one of the Tri City owners and Matt who finalized all the paperwork. All these points make this dealership a 5 star Operation! Go buy a Subaru from Tri City - you will be impressed!!
Good place, but don't always have the needed parts. When they don't go to napa
Had a great car buying experience here. Could not recommend it any higher if you are interested in a new Subaru. Staff was helpful, didn't have too much pressure to add on any after sale items. Got a good price with out having to go back and forth a bunch. After sale service has been great too. Craig helped me, and he was great to work with, discussing options and getting me what I wanted rather than selling what they had in stock.
I bought a 2019 Forester Sport. They gave me what I wanted for our trade (I was able to pay it off) which was awesome.
Good friendly service...ask for Craig tell him Pete Garcia sent you!!
An awesome experience. Everyone was super nice, informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!!
Great service department.Awsome sales department
Tri-City Subaru is hands down the best car dealership I've ever been to. After a horrible experience at Somersworth Nissan I went here and it was so great I got 2 Subaru's! Very helpful, funny, knowledgeable crew here.
I had a great experience at Tri City....Marc Miller was very accommodating and listened to my needs for both a vehicle and my budget. He did a terrific job and I'm so happy with the 2012 Forester I bought. Would recommend the dealership and Marc with no hesitancy to anyone!
Great auto dealer to work with. No hooks or gimmicks, just solid service and sales.
Travelled all the way from NY to purchase a Subaru at Tri City! Craig Enslin was so thorough going through everything in the car. They were able to get me in my car within a few hours so I could get home! Superior service!
I came all the way from NY to lease a new WRX from Tri-City Subaru. Michael Arthur was an amazing salesperson and helped me step by step, entirely through emails and phone calls, to get exactly what I wanted. The transaction was smooth and flawless. I actually ended up spending less money than we initially agreed on because the finance department went out of their way to research a little deeper about my trade-in. All in all, I would definitely make the 5 hour trip, each way, again just to deal with an honest and reasonable dealership like Tri-City Subaru.
Nothing wrong with the way I'm treated. The service people are always great and I never get pushed into a hard up sell
Craig Enslin was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about Imprezas and the lease process. He did a great job of staying in touch as promised and educating me about available options.
Sales and Service personnel are very polite and accomodating.
This is not our first Subaru, but is our first from Tri-City. From our initial meeting with Joe Bova to delivery of our 2017 Forrester, Joe could not be more knowledgeable, professional and caring than he was. From our dealings with Joe to Clyde Board in service (who keeps our other Subaru Legacy in top running shape), Tri-City is a giant amongst Auto dealerships!
I just got off the phone with the GSM Andy, and had to write a review. I called asking for information regarding a car serviced there one time a few years back that i was looking at purchasing. This man knew I was not looking to buy from his lot or ever get service done there as I live in TX, but he went above and beyond my expectations. not only did he look up what was done at his shop, but he checked out the car history via their Subaru network and gave me valuable information about the cars service history that was not available to me via car fax. I have never been to their lot or had service done there. I can say that I as a non paying customer received what i would consider amazing service. If this is the standard at this subaru dealer, anyone that does business with them is likely very lucky indeed. Thanks again for your time Andy.
Awesome experience
Effortless and painless experience. We had our car in mind, so we picked it out online and reserved it with the help of Patty (super helpful, thanks Patty). Then we met Craig, who was our official in-person salesman. Not the typical salesman you fear when you approach car buying. There was no pressure to upgrade or add any options we didn't feel like we needed, although options were presented and explained to us. When we said "no", he took it as "no" and moved on. For me, that's huge. There's nothing worse than a pushy salesman, in my opinion. Then we met with Matt, the finance manager, who was also a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful with explaining the numbers. Took his time (even though they were closing in 45 minutes, and we had an hours worth of paper work to do) he didn't rush, which we appreciated, a lot. Anyone interested in a Subaru (and why wouldn't you be??) needs to head to TriCity Subaru.
I purchased a used vehicle there recently. My sales person Matt Dugal was very receptive to my car buying needs/guidelines. No high-pressure sales tactics whatsoever. Worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I left feeling great about the entire transaction. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle here.
Tri City Subaru seamlessly and efficiently helped me transition from my previous lease from a different car company to my new Subaru Impreza!! Craig was the salesman that worked with me from around the end of August of this past summer up until yesterday at the purchase of my new car! He was very patient with me through all of my questions and numerous times of coming to the dealership test driving/looking for the specific car I wanted. Along with that, I admittedly was very particular on what car I wanted-trim, color, model, etc. and at the end of the day, I got everything I had hoped for in my new car. Craig was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way, and walked me through the process when needed. Thank you Craig and the finance team for helping me get a great deal on a great car!!! I will be a repeat customer in the future!
Tried to rip my father off, then didn't disclose an accident a used car had been in
Craig Enslin at Tri City Subaru was the most supportive and helpful salesman I've had. He took the time to teach us the important details about the car and seemed very enthusiastic about Subarus! We plan on referring our friends to Craig when they need a new car!
Great experience here. My salesmen Mark Miller was awesome! I appreciate them checking in to make sure I still love my car. I appreciated even more them getting me the color I wanted from another location. I love my new Legacy, it's everything I wanted. They were very willing to work with me on getting to the price range where I needed to be. As a recent college grad this made a huge difference. Would absolutely recommend using them to buy a new/used car!
Tri-City Subaru - Somersworth NH is a great dealership! Our family depends on Tri-City - our recent purchase from Craig Enslin was great! We recommend this dealership for great sales and service
Overall very good experience. This is the fourth car I've bought at Tri-City and they continue to provide a high level of customer service sans the high pressure sales tactics you get from other dealerships. Sheila was the salesperson we dealt with. She was personable, listened to our needs and "wish list" and made every effort to find us the best car possible.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a no pressure, fair priced dealership. The sales consultant Ron was absolutely great to work with, I would ask to work with him if you decide to buy new. Would definitely recommend buying here!
Tri-City is by far the best car dealership ever. Steve is a wonderful, low-pressure, honest and easy to deal with salesman. Roger is personable and always fun to see. Sue and Clyde take great care of my car and of me, and after every service I get a call making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The atmosphere is friendly. You can tell the whole staff get along and work well together. They have my business for life.
Transparent, friendly, prompt sales and service team. Love my new forester!
Always courteous with the customer's best interest at heart.
Great service and a great place to buy a car.
I just bought a new Crostrek from Tri City. It’s my third Subaru from this dealership. I love it! Craig Enslin was so easy to talk to and helped me find exactly what I wanted and then talked me through all the new features in my car. I thoroughly trust Tri City for purchasing and maintaining my Subarus. Thank-you!
Friendly helpful they did what they were supposed to do
Great service and great deals.
Ben and Brett were very helpful and informative. Best experience at a car dealer we have ever had. Would highly recommend Tri City Subaru to anyone looking for a honest no pressure experience. We didn't find our vehicle yet (we are looking for a pretty specific one) but they said they would keeping looking for us, which is greatly appreciated.
The representative is very nice and patient the whole time. Strongly recommend this place!
Tri-City was a complete pleasure to work with! They made the whole process and transition of getting a new car seamless! I started my process online and through email with Kathleen, once I was there physically I worked with Craig- he was professional, highly informative and a great sense of humor to boot! Might I add, they didn't put us through any kind of cheesy car salesman tactics, which was refreshing to say the least. Highly recommend checking them out!
Buying our 2nd car here in 2 years!! Great customer service
Amazing people throughout this entire building. Each department strives to go above and beyond for not just some, but every customer. Shoutout to the techs for working hard everyday & always being helpful when we need them.!
Craig and everybody else at Tri City Subaru were fantastic to work with!!
Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went to pick up the car on March 9th The car was not ready and they did not wash the car or fill it with gas. Joey brought the car around and tried to hid the damage by parking closer to another vehicle so I would not see the damage. I did not notice the damage at first but did on my final inspection. The car fax stated no damage. Dealership said they would fix the damage. 12 days later I get a call stating the car has too much damage and they will not pay to fix it. I put a deposit to hold this RAV4, I had a purchase and sales agreement, and received a letter telling me they will fix the damage but the dealership did not care. They would not even work with me to purchase one of the other vehicle on the lot for a reasonable price. When I asked for a refund on my deposit they sent me a copy of the receipt charging me another $200 instead of a refund. Had to waste more time trying to get my deposit back. Stay away from this dealership they are very dishonest. The sales man told me good thing I caught the damage because if I drove off the lot on March 9th It would have been my problem. I should have turned around and walked away. BUYER BEWARE THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTIST I received a response from the owner who is not telling the truth or his/her sales people are not telling you the full story. 1) it was not minor damage that needed to be repaired. 2) I did ask about a 2016 Outback and was told this is being held for a friend of the owner and Patty informed me you have nothing on your lot in my price range. 3) I received no message or email stating I could buy the car as is or at a reduced cost. If you are the owner ask Patty of Joey to show you the email that stated you will sell it to me as is. But we both know that your statement is not true. Not one sales person or any owner tried to reach out to me to work through this terrible sales experience your dealership should be ashamed of it's self
After a terrible experience at Exeter Subaru, I was very hesitant about Tri-City. However, I was very impressed with their customer service. Jeremy regularly emailed me whenever a trade in came in that may suit me, and was very responsive with follow up. I finally found a 2013 Outback that is perfect for me, and Tri City was willing to put brand new all-weather tires on it for me, since the ones already on the vehicle were getting a little bald, at no extra charge. Everything was very smooth and easy, and I never felt pressured to make a decision immediately. I would recommend them.
Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Forester from them today. Great experience. Started with their online team answering queries and setting up initial estimates and having vehicles ready to view when showing up. Then it was sealed with Craig Enslin who was an extremely knowledgeable and friendly sales associate that helped us get into the right car at the right price. The experience was extremely painless and never felt the concern of being taken for a ride (pun intended) for getting a bad deal. The gentlemen who helped me in finance (can't quite remember his name) was also extremely helpful and had great integrity and transparency during the paperwork process. I will update once and if there is an issue with verification of the free year of Starlink services and financing going through but otherwise the experience was great! Thanks team at the dealership!
Very nice dealership
Knowledgeable, friendly, and accurate. My experience at Tri City Subaru was the best car shopping experience I've had. Craig was great and helped me drive off the lot the same day in a pre owned car while keeping it a comfortable and friendly experience. Would highly recommend.
I had a great experience here, Craig was very helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for! They even helped make sure I had the paperwork to register the car in Ohio!
We all loath the experience of buying a car but, I arrived at Tri-City to drop off my daughters car for an oil change, the only place she will go for servicing her Subaru. Considering a new car and set on a Toyota, my daughter prefers Subaru's and, has been pushing me to consider one. She encouraged me to test drive a CrossTrek. She spoke to Craig Enslin in the sales showroom. I never do surveys but, Craig is not your typical car salesman, his approach is very personable with a touch of humor, which I appreciate. Craig was thorough and knowledgeable and somehow, talked me in to a Subaru! Not an easy task given that I am loyal to Toyota. Throughout the process, that I put him through, Craig listened, was very helpful and always available, even during his vacation. I am now driving a new CrossTrek, exactly what I asked for, due to Craig. Craig provided the easiest and least painful car purchase I have ever made. I should also mention that Ben in finance was very helpful and patient with my 3rd degree questions. I will not hesitate to recommend Craig or Tri-City Subaru. Thank you Craig and Ben.
My wife and I signed our very first lease here last night. We went with the 2019 Subaru Forester Limited after our Salesman, Craig, helped guide us in the direction of what would be best for our family of four. The car is perfect, everything I’ve ever wanted in a car and then tons more! Craig was very professional, but also very personable! Realistic, funny and easy to talk to- he was even willing to text for convenience sake between the day we chose the car and the day we went back to sign the lease. Everyone at Tri City Subaru was extremely nice and professional and above all, helpful. I recommend these guys over anyone else any day!
A fantastic experience purchasing new car. No pressure, shell games or manipulations. I worked with other dealerships for a subaru and this dealer is the best. They offered the best price on both the new car and the trade. Customer for life! Marcus was great.
Thanks to our sales specialist, Joey McCrossin, we had an outstanding experience from start to finish. It was time to turn in our 2015 Crosstrek, so we looked around A LOT! This was our 6 or 7th Subaru, yet the first time visiting Tri City Subaru. After a quick search for the vehicle we were looking for, we received a price which was their best offer. It included the items we wanted, without going back and forth with a sales manager. And this was one of their very busy days, during the 2019 Forester introduction. They beat the area competitors in price, PLUS the overall experience was completely painless. To us, just as important. Plus, Joey knew the products and features, so made it easy to get what we wanted. It reminds me of how buying a car, from a family business used to be-- back in the old days! We picked up the car up on the agreed date, got a great overview of the car's controls and features and were encouraged to come back or call with any questions. Joey really knows his products, the importance of listening to a customer, and was a pleasure to work with. We also received a free inspection and oil change at their new indoor, "Drive up" service department. We will be back! Thank you Joey and TriCity!
Mother bought her 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. Very amazing people. Car was just about to be put inside the showroom until she bought it. The sales associate was too funny and made us feel comfortable and not pressured at all.
Kathleen Labranche and Peter Gordon were both great. Although I didn't buy the car from Tri-City, they were the ones who sold me on buying a Subaru. I purchased one closer to my primary residence in Massachusetts. When I returned to the dealership over a month after the first visit, Peter Gordon remembered who I was, and that I had been concerned about fitting a large musical instrument into the back of an Outback. Really a wonderful place, and kind thoughtful people working there.
I got a WRX Limited from Tri City and they were helpful, courteous and very low-pressure. This is our second Subaru from them, and certainly not the last. Thanks to Craig Enslin and the rest of the team for making the process so easy.
Just bought my 2nd Impreza from Tri City. My guy, Joey and the entire team treated us like friends of family. Love doing business with them and highly recommend you see them when looking for a great car and a reasonable trade, price and respectful experience!
BEWARE: the service department used to be decent. Now, they seem a little too motivated by profit. I brought my Subaru in for a state inspection and was told it failed due to parts of the suspension having "too much give", and also that my battery wasn't secured. They wanted $1000 to fix this, so I left and called around to some places. Turns out the part they wanted to replace sounded very suspicious to most other mechanics, and my battery is completely secured after checking it myself. I brought my car to a different shop and they did not agree with these issues and passed me.
Recently just purchased a 2012 Subaru Impreza from Craig over at Tri-City after having such a great experience there last winter when my girlfriend was looking for a vehicle. I was in a pinch, didn't have a whole lot of time to spend driving from dealer to dealer, and made Tri-City my first stop. No pressure sales, friendly staff, and a great service department are what set Tri-City apart from the rest! If you're looking for a Subaru, or a used or new vehicle in general, I would recommend to anyone to see what these folks have got on their lot! Thank you Tri-City Subaru, you've earned yourselves another happy customer!
Great prices and friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed the experience.
Personable, helpful and apparently happy staff throughout this dealership. Our salesman Craig gave a knowledgeable, thorough, un-rushed and well-organized review of the features of the vehicle I was purchasing. I highly recommend this dealership.
I am so absolutely thankful I went into tri-city to purchase my car, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I will continue to go there and recommended them to everyone I know to go there! Craig was an amazing salesmen extremely knowledgeable and made sure we knew all about the forester we were about to lease, they gave us the best deal I didn’t think it would even be possible, I was able to get my dream car at a great price. I felt so comfortable and at ease during the whole transaction. I am so excited I now have a Subaru and even more excited I got it through tri-city! Thank you so much for a great experience!
I have brought my outback in a couple of times and they always go a little extra. They explain everything in detail and are very knowledgeable. Never any pressure. I will be scheduling my next visit next week.
Service department is terrible. Very poor customer service. Never get a vehicle inspected here. They will "find" anything possible that they can fix, just to pull in money for the dealership. Get your vehicle serviced elsewhere. They scratched up the clearcoat on my friends brand new Subaru when they washed it before applying a paint coating. It looks like they used a brillo pad on his car. He isnt too happy either.
Called up Tri city subaru after I had a series of less than pleasant experiences at another subaru dealership. Jim the tech was very professional, helped diagnose an issue and turned out to be something very simple. Showed me what the issue was, fixed it, and sent me on my way. Very positive experience and would happily go back.
Purchased my car their
I'm not really big on dealers and I don't buy new cars, but my Outback needed a warranty transmission job so I brought it to Tri-City. The service department here is outstanding. Both individuals that I dealt with in the service department were friendly and courteous, communicative and fair. I would expect no less from the sales department here, and if I ever decide to buy a new Subaru I would choose Tri-City.
We are definitely going back, Trevor is a great sales advocate, listens, doesn't rush, may end up traging 3 cars instead of 1.
I got the pleasure of working with Craig Enslin, he is very knowledgable and very charismatic. Craig and Ben Allen were rockstars when it came to finding me financing, the right car and making sure I found a color I liked. They were honest with my trade in and were generous with the value. I recommend this place to everyone I know and I look forward to working with them in the future for repairs and service.
Honest, no-pressure, outstanding purchase experience, starting with the website: Tri-City is the only Subaru dealership we found that lists actual invoice price without making you complete some kind of "online price" contact form. We liked that a lot, and the experience continued with the dealership itself. Our salesperson Matt was friendly, knowledgeable, returned all our calls, and took the time to explain everything -- including pricing, features, and warranties, and we never felt rushed. He even met us at the door on buying day. We rarely leave reviews, but this was so different from any car purchase we've ever had, if we could tell everyone to buy their Subaru from Matt at Tri-City, we would... and we will. Thank you!
A fantastic experience overall in purchasing my new Forester. The total "out the door" quote I had received was honored without a problem and I was very pleased with the amount I received for my trade in. Craig was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. I highly recommend Craig and Tri-City Subaru.
I came all the way from NYC to pick up my new sti and I couldn't have had a better, easy going purchase. Andy, Jim, and Ben helped contribute to the experience. The dealership was very easy to find via google maps and was clean inside and out on the lot. There were many cars on display to check out. When I arrived, Jim greeted me with a friendly smile and had my car all ready to go. Ben knew I had a long trip up here and made the final paperwork process super easy and painless. I highly recommend this dealer if you are in the market for any vehicle. The guys that helped me were not pushy, super friendly, prioritized some of my requests and ultimately made it hassle free. Thanks again!
Absolutely amazing experience for my first time buying a car. Would definitely recommend visiting Tri City Subaru to anyone looking to get a new car! Michael Arthur was super helpful navigating me through the car buying process!
If you are looking for a new car, Tri City Subaru is the place to go! I have been doing business with them for 3 years and they are the best!! I just leased a new vehicle and my sales associate Peter Gordon was great! Hassle free and no pressure. He found me a car that both my budget and I could love, made it very easy for me to transition from one lease to another. Peter was very attentive, and went as far as to follow up with a phone call to see how I was enjoying my new car and see if I had any questions. Love Tri City Subaru!!!
I had a good feeling about Tri-City as soon as I walked in the dealership. I was greeted warmly, and introduced to Craig Enslin, the salesman with who I'd be working. Craig is a good listener and quickly assessed my unusual search for a "beach car" and seemed to enjoy my quirky sense of humor. The 3rd car he showed me was the perfect match for my needs and budget. The Tri-City team was genuine, professional and the paperwork flowed quickly and I now have the car I was hoping for.
Consistently great interactions and performance from the Service Department representatives and technicians keep me coming back and appreciating my choice of brand. Great work completed. time and time again.
I had looked online ahead of time so I pretty much knew what I was looking for. They made the experience easy and fast. In the end I got a great deal.
I purchased my forester here. Steve is very knowledgeable and kind. He explained every button and feature in the car one at a time. I highly recommend him. He will not force you to buy but kindly go over all the details about the car. He also gave me a ride to the dealership since I didn't have a car at that time. It was very kind of him. I had certain features that I wanted to have in my new car, but a car with the features was already sold when I first visited there. However, they successfully swapped vehicles and got the car that I wanted on the next day. Very efficient team! I appreciate all the efforts that they made. Thank you, Tri City Subaru!
We went to this Subaru dealer thinking about getting a Subaru and I would highly recommend them. The process went very smoothly with explanations of everything we asked about as there are many options to choose from. We test drove two models and ended up going with the Forester and so far I have no complaints at all on any front. Great service, people and vehicles in stock to choose from.
Great service! Thanks Ringo!
Craig Enslin and the team at Tri City Subaru were wonderful to work with; I got a great car at a great price. Exemplary customer service!
My first two service experiences with this dealership were fine enough. Get in get out, things were done in a timely fashion. The first was a routine oil change and tune up, the second was to weld the heat shields back in place under the front of the engine. 2 months after that repair, I got the first of 2 recall notices for this car. I brought her in, and got her back without issue. The second time I brought the car in for a recall (in which all parts an labor should be free), I was shocked to find a $100+ bill when I picked it up, after my wife had informed me that they had called and she had refuse service until I had a chance to talk to them. When I asked what they had done they told me they had replaced the heat shields. When I confronted them about having previously welded them back in place I was met with "Well, now you have new ones." Yeah, right pal. I looked, no changes. The parts are still the same. I paid half, and told them I would be reporting them to Subaru and the BBB for theft of service, because you can't perform repairs without a signatory approval. So, thanks for nothing you conniving thieves, and I hope your really awesome receptionist Sue has to deal with people like herself wherever she goes.
Service Department is the best!
This was a first experience with Tri-City Subaru as we had been loyal Toyota customers for over 40 years. Because of our salesman, Craig's complete knowledge of his product, we decided that this would be the right vehicle for me. Craig spent a good deal of time going over all the features with me before leaving the lot and sent links to appropriate videos for me to familiarize myself with it all. Buying a car can be a fairly stressful process but Craig and Len made it all fairly painless plus they found the model and color I was looking for. I have heard many good things about Tri-City Subaru from friends and now I have first hand experience and can confidently recommend this dealership to others.
First off I want to start by saying I have bought quite a few cars at many different dealerships and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I started off by emailing back and forth with the Sales Manager, Andy. He was fantastic to work with. He was very understanding of my need to do a lot of the process over the phone and email because I was a few hours away. The car I was looking at is a pretty unique one and I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before driving up. He took a few extra pictures under the hood for me and gave me a rough trade number via email. When I made the trip up, the car was exactly as described and he stuck with his trade number as stated (A very strong trade number I might ad). At that point I was introduced to Matt Dugal, he helped me through the sale from there and was just as awesome as Andy. Keep in mind, this whole process took over a week because I was financing through my own Credit Union, but they were very patient. Matt handled everything I needed quickly, and even rescheduled my pick-up appointment with about an hours notice. Everything went extremely smoothly and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks Guys, I'll be back for sure.
Low pressure on the sales side, service is very reasonable and the availability of (nice) loaner cars is a plus.
Just ordered a new Subaru Forester. Great people and got a good price too.
My Outback is now 9 years old.....bought it there, go there for excellent service....love my Subaru!
i recently bought my car from tri-city subaru and as i am young i was expecting to have a hard time or to not be taken seriously. however Craig Enslin was very helpful and made my experience at tri-city a positive one. thank you!
Tri City Subaru Service Staff treat you like their favorite customer. The member who greets you does a checklist all over your car is always friendly and courteous. They explain everything they plan to do to your vehicle and even suggest some preventative maintenance at certain mileage. I'll always own a Tri City Suburau.
I had a wonderful experience selecting the perfect vehicle with Craig Enslin. Craig was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to help me through the whole process. I highly recommend Tri City Subaru.
Leased a car with them last week. Loved the experience! Worked with Craig, who was super informative and helpful. Answered all of our questions before and after the actual signing of the lease. Thanks!
Friendly staff and outstanding service
Car failed state inspection today because my car has a “straight pipe” on it they claim. I have the Invidia N1 Dual catback exhaust (which has muffler, is resonated, with a cat) and a catted downpipe on my 2015 wrx which is miles away from anything resembling a straight pipe. Had it inspected since 2015 with no issues until this year; all of the sudden there is an issue. Just google pictures of that. Thanks tri city Subaru.
I am really pleased with my experience at Tri City Subaru. Craig Enslin was great to deal with. He made certain that all of my questions were answered and aided me through the purchase process without a hitch.
I came down to the dealership after a week of shopping around for a new vehicle. I worked with Marc Miller who was incredibly helpful in facilitating an easy and stress free purchase process. After going for a test drive and deciding on a vehicle. Marc and Robert worked with me to get a loan through and everything approved. I left same day with my new car. If you are looking for a stress free car buying experience I definitely recommend Tri City Subaru.
We just bought a 2017 Outback from Tri City Subaru and are very happy with it! I would do business with them again!
Craig Enslin was very helpful in helping my wife and I choose the right car for us. We came in with a good understanding of our budget and he was able to show us the scope of our options and help us quickly narrow it down to what we were interested in. With a few test drives and information from Craig we were able to narrow down to the Crosstrek and drove it off the lot with smiles and very happy with our decision. Thanks!
Great dealership. You are treated as a person, not just a number. I love my cross trek !
Craig was awesome setting up multiple test drives of the vehicles. He explained the various features of the car, that I had done plenty of research on, but not fully as it turns out. Even though the sales floor was busy with many customers, he still was able to give me the attention I needed to complete the deal. He arranged a time for me to return to meet with financing so I didn't have to sit around all day. The car was ready when I signed on the dotted line. I've bought a few cars from Tri-City, and this experience just reinforced my plans to keep coming back in the future. If you're looking for a good deal, and good sales service, then just goto Tri-City and ask for Craig.
It was a pleasure buying our Ascent from Craig Enslin! He was so responsive to our questions and comments as well as getting us an awesome deal on our trade in and new vehicle! We could not be happier with the entire process and we love our Ascent!! Thank you!
Worth the hour's drive. Our experience from inquiry to sale was very pleasant, which is very refreshing in an industry that isn't always known for making customers comfortable. Marcus Katkin helped us identify an in-stock vehicle and Pete Gordon helped us get a great price on the car that really met our needs. I appreciate a low-pressure, friendly sales environment and that is exactly what we got with Pete. Very happy to buy my first Subaru from this team.
Had a terrific leasing experience at Tri-City Subaru! I am new to the area and went to Tri-City purely out of proximity to my workplace and I couldn't be happier with that decision. I worked with Craig Enslin, who was personable and professional from start to finish. I absolutely love my new Subaru Outback and am already looking forward to my next car purchase at Tri-City Subaru!
I purchased my Forester here 3 years ago. Not the best experience, but not the worst. I do however really like the car. Fast forward to roughly a month or so ago, I needed some work done and since this was the place I purchased the car, I decided to bring it back here. This was a Monday, they checked my car out, found out it needed some costly work and I had to go through my insurance to get the work done. I called back Wednesday of the same week to let them know I’d be dropping my car off the following Monday for the repairs. I was told they’d make a note of it and I was all set. The following Monday afternoon I brought my car in and the person at the desk had no idea that I was dropping my car off. Nor did they have a clue about who I was or remember anything from one week prior. I had to leave it because my insurance company had arranged for a rental car to pick me up there. Tuesday I get a call from someone in the service department, to call them back. I call back, and was told that they never called me and had no idea what I was talking about. Ultimately this was an odd, disorganized experience. I got my car back after about 2 weeks, with stains on the seats (after being told it was detailed) and since I drive by myself a lot, I didn’t notice until a few days ago, my passenger side visor is also broken. It falls completely off every time it’s opened. To say I’m frustrated and dissatisfied is an understatement. I was hoping to trade my car in or sell it and now it’s going to cost me more money to fix stains and a broken visor.
I have always been treated very fairly at Tri City Subaru over the 20 years I have been a NH resident. Most recently, I dealt with Craig Enslin, who was pleasant, thorough and accommodating; he actually made buying a car a lot of fun instead of a stressful negotiation. The dealership has as a whole has been service oriented and work very hard to keep their customer base happy. Needless to say, having a Subaru makes that an easier task for them because the cars rock! They hold their value and while you own one you are in a solid car that delivers on comfort and safety and you have peace of mind that you aren't going to be one of those cars in a breakdown lane! Thank you, Craig and Tir City!
Just bought a brand new 2019 Forester and couldn't be happier with my car or my buying experience at tri city subaru. Craig was a no pressure salesman and walked me through as much (or as little) as I wanted to hear about features of the car. Their pricing was competitive and I like being able to support local when I can. Hoping the ongoing service will go as smoothly as the buying process did. Thanks again Craig!
Easy-scheduling, good service, and very friendly staff. They took good care of my WRX while I was traveling for business. I especially appreciated this because it can be very nerve-wracking to get quality car-care when you're away from home.
Pleased with the customer service throughout the experience. Craig and Ben were very patient and answered all our questions. My first Subaru and definitely not my last.
Great customer service, they really try to fix issues however big or small. Always friendly. I just wish they didn't show fox news in their waiting room, how about the discovery channel?
Jim at Tri City was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful and informative when it came to picking out a new car. I have never had a Subaru before and I thought he did a great job. Matt was also very helpful and explained everything very clearly in terms of the financing.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a new Suburu at TriCity. My husband and I were on a tight schedule and budget, but with the help of Craig we were able to find the perfect car that exceeded our expectations and came in under our budget. Craig was friendly and informative and answered all of our questions honestly. He was dedicated to making the process as stress free as possible which was much appreciated. I highly recommend Craig and TriCity to anyone looking for a new or used car!
This is for service only, the car buying process was all in all hassle free, and I enjoyed working with Marcus. I'm mostly frustrated at their service. It used to be prompt. If all my car needs is a simple oil change and inspection, it shouldn't take an hour and a half or more. I purposely chose an earlier timeslot so I wouldn't have to be stuck waiting all day. I hate to complain but this isn't the first time I've brought the car in and my wait time exceeded what it should have been. They have terrible communication. ETA: After waiting for about an hour and a half, Dan informed us that the delay was due in part for a windshield wiper blade that needed replacement. He didn't tell us then that they were going to try and find the part. We had to wait an additional hour and half in order to find that out. We then went to VIP/O'Reilly Auto Parts and found a comparable part. It took us less than 15 minutes.
My family has been doing business with Tri City Subaru for years. Honest, respectful environment. Can't imagine going anywhere else! Craig and Len were exceptional with my most recent purchase.
Like Tri City Subaru, they are friendly, helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Joey McCrossin was very helpful in getting us a new leased car. We would recommend TriCity Subaru and especially the Forester to all of our family and friends.
I bought a used 2008 outback with low mileage. They would only give me a 6 month warranty on it. Took it in for my "free state inspection" 18 months later and I was quoted for $1600 is repairs. The next day I took it to an honest mechanic and I passed the inspection with flying colors. I'm happy with the car, but I'm always feeling like I'm being ripped off by the service department.
We can’t thank Joey enough for the great service we received. He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and easy to work with! We would definitely recommend working with him for anyone looking to buy/lease a Subaru! Thank you! The Roberge Family
It would definitely have been 5 stars had I been shown the serious issue on my routine service paperwork that was covered under warranty--which was about to expire! Always be sure to read over the repair/service notes they give you before leaving the service appointment. It seemed a tiny bit deceptive to let me walk away without pointing out the repair that needed to be performed (while my car was still under warranty) so that I'd have to pay full price for it later. Moving forward, I was happy with the rest of my experience and highly recommend tri-city Subaru. Just read **everything** before leaving.
I recommend strongly against buying any vehicles from this dealership - they have a very good sales pitch, but buyer beware. We purchased a new, used Subaru Outback and had $4000 in repairs at the first oil change - thankfully our warranty covered a portion of the costs (explains why they were pushing hard for us to get the warranty) - but was still $1600 out of pocket. To top it off, the mechanic reluctantly admitted that the problem(s) were present when we purchased the vehicle - Tricity had serviced the vehicle for the previous owner, so they are either inept or unethical, or both. I will never do business with them again and may never buy another Subaru given all the issues we've encountered in 6 months of ownership of this vehicle. Major disappointment.
Straight forward experience, got me into the car I wanted, even though I changed my mind partway through. No pressure, best deal.
My experience wasn't that good. They messed up my car order so I had to wait 3 more months for the car I ordered. My new car is burning oil, but they told me it's within "acceptable threshold". Umm.... Im not an expert but a quart of oil burnt on a 250 mile trip shouldn't happen on a 1 year old car. The service department is very expensive and the suggested $400 service items only helps the dealerships when suckers trade in their 1 year old car for a new one. I started taking my car to VIP for serving even though it's under warranty. It's still cheaper having my car serviced there.
Gave me a loaner while they did my recall, treated me great and I never gave them a dime.
We just purchased a Subaru Legacy from Craig! Our experience was excellent && I’m so in love with my car!!!
I bought a Forester from Craig Enslin, and it was an awesome experience. Craig is knowledgeable, easy-going, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything above my price-point. It was such a smooth process. He really paid attention to what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. He made it fun to buy a car, which previously was something I was stressing over. I would not want to buy a car at any other dealership. Matt, the finance guy, was also extremely helpful and patient and made sure that I wasn't signed up for anything I didn't need. We came back the next day to grab a windshield wiper, covered by the dealership, and even that was a fun, easy experience. My family and I love Tri-City Subaru!
