TERRIBLE! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. I went to buy a car from this toystoreauto place an was informed of no rust very minor dents an scratches. well i get there after a TWO hour drive an was completely disgusted with how the car looked rust all over the wheel well and dents on every panel. Let alone them telling me the car had a new clutch which they advertised as "stage 2" WHEN REALLY THEY GOT IT FROM AUTOZONE NOT EVEN A OEM REPLACEMENT? DO!!! NOT!!! GO!!! HERE!!! LIARS!! LIARS!!! LIARS!! trying to sell me a car for 14,200 when really its worth maybe half that. waste of my time don't go there an waste yours.

Don't even need to go, I asked the price of a car over the phone, the salesman hesitated, and listed a price 8995....I asked the mileage, he hesitated said "Ah...I think 115k" So I asked if he could confirm the mileage because he sounded unsure he said a new price of 10,895 and I asked why the difference, he hung up the phone on me...?? Kinda strange, I don't think I will go there, SHADY!!

I have always been hesitant to buy from a used auto dealership, however, from the moment that I stopped at Toy Store I was greeted professionally by Adrian. Throughout the purchase experience they were all professional and respectful. I found an F150 which I purchased. After the purchase a couple of issues came up. The response was not what I expected. They got my truck right in, took care of the repair and also allowed me to take a loaner for the day. The repairs were done to my satisfaction and quickly. They far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Toy Store Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. I sure will go back when it's time for another. We went to the Toy Store about a year ago to get my boyfriend a car. After finding the one he wanted we sat down and they showed us the carfax which showed no accidents. We bought the car and now are trying to trade it in for a newer car at a different dealership and multiple dealerships have shown that this vehicle has been in a TERRIBLE rollover accident back in 2015, butchering the value. Long story short they showed us the carfax to a potentially completely different vehicle in order to trick us into purchasing this car. Just go elsewhere, do not trust a word they tell you.

Took my company van to them Last week. They were honest and told me it's just a loose belt. I had the van back in no time. The van has been there in the past and never had any problems and the price was very fair. Its hard to find a good place to take your car . I had more bad than good with car repairs. I purchased two cars from this place. The first experience was great. The second experience I had with them a few years later was a nightmare. They sold me a car that was in a previous accident, and they failed to inform me. They gave me a 30 day warranty, and played the bring it back so we can check it out game for the entire 30 days. When they did finally get around to fixing the issue, they wanted me to pay half. I even went as far as reporting them to the better business bureau. I believe that the dealership changed ownership in between my purchases. I will never buy a car from them again, and I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. Thank you toystore for selling me a headache!!!

Not going into the exact deal. But I walked in with a 2014 focus st with nice rims and a lot of bolt ons. Walked out with an 07 Silverado LT with a couple bolt ons and some badass rims and tires. In one day. Brought the st in around 2:30. Left in the Silverado around 8:30. A++ experience. Takes a little negotiating. But it is a used car dealership. Thanks guys!! -jon

Got my first car here! Showed up looking for something cheap and left with an 06 Scion TC. I love this car so much! These guys mean business and they are willing to work with you. This is family owned and the guy that helped me with my car was Sean. And then there were also two brothers there as well. You will not be disappointed! Before I left they put my car through the car wash, filled my tank, and serviced it. You are not dealing with a salesman, you are getting helped by a friend!

I drove from CT to NH to purchase a 06 Dodge Charger Hemi my dream car. Right price, right milage. We left the lot back to CT and on the way home the check engine light came on. And the car would not pass CT emmissions even though this seller states they had emmissions done in NH and they passed. We took the car to a Dodge dealership in CT and we're told that that Catalytic converter had been taken apart and reweldeded. This was not fixed it was a band-aid for the problem that they were facing only reason for doing this was they didn't want to spend the money to fix the problem. I'm not sure if they reset the check engine light and had emmissions done not really sure how that works or if they are in cahoots with the inspector but this car should have never been sold in it's current condition. I informed the dealership when I first found out it was the Catalytic converter and they offered no solution. We had the car fixed and informed the dealership they did not care and offered no help when I called prior to having it fixed and definitely not after. I would not suggest anyone buy from these dishonest people. More to come when I find out the state lemon laws selling a car that cannot pass inspection. The lemon law states something about this. I will be doing more investigations more research. Look for updates on this webside soon. Yours truly, Dooped customer. Car worth $7000 now a $9000-$10,000 car. Not in the shape they said it was!!!!!! Very upset customer. To your reply Mike. The Dodge dealership who are the most reliable showed us where the cat had been taken apart and reweldeded!!! The only way you got that to pass emmissions was to again either reset the check engine light and band-aid the problem like you did or you paid someone off because you needed to unload this car. You are shady and unconcerned. A typical used car salesman. Don't worry. This isn't over. We have statements from the Dodge dealership!!! We are going to the Better Business Beraueu. We are also going to have an investigation into the person who sign that emmissions test. I'm not a dishonest person and I suggest before anyone purchase from you the read all the reviews. Wish I had do e the same before purchasing from you.

I had given them a bad review when i first bought the car because the clutch went after i had told them to replace it and now 2 employees bring up my bad review and give me a hard time with negotiation. Bought a 2008 honda civic si from them, when i first drove it there were some issues. The clutch seemed to be going and for some reason the car sounded as if one of the tired were wobbling. They denied it needed a clutch even tho 4 months later the car wasnt driveable cause the clutch went. The wobbling they insisted was my spoiler because of the “down force” i let them remove the spoiler (which they did a crappy job at) and when it was done the wobbling was still there. I had asked how much it would be to install a clutch that i have already purchased and they told me 600-800 dollars. The next morning i go to a shop in methuen and got it put in for $300 and their was nothing wrong after installation. Last time i’ll ever shop there
