We called and put a deposit on a Jeep Wrangler a week before we arrived to pick it up. When we arrived, the car wasn't ready. Then, we get about 5 miles from Tim's and the steering wheel starts shaking. So, we turn around and go back to Tim's and they inform us it was a part they had "missed" when they rebuilt the front end..Which they had not told me had been done any time before I bought the car, by the way. So, we end up having to stay over in New Hampshire until they can get the part and fix it. So, we head back to Pennsylvania the 2nd time. About an half hour in our trip the check engine light comes on the Jeep, but we are still optimistic, thinking maybe it's just the gas cap or something stupid. We get back to Pa in one piece. I used it on my mail route the following day and it snowed that afternoon and I had to use the 4 wheel drive. I noticed a noise in the front right tire. It went in the shop the following day and the car needed $6,500 in work. I'm glad that Tim's did the right thing by taking the jeep back, and returning my money. My problem is, that Jeep should have not been sold in the condition it was in for the price you sold it for..that was a shame. And the rudeness of Nate was even more of a shame ☹ Beware buyers..the jeep is back for sale!

If I could leave a lower review I would! I purchased a vehicle a while back, I made it crystal clear there would be a child in this vehicle it has to be safe. The sales man I had informed me it was an as is deal however they had no info on the vehicle. They refused to allow me to have it inspected before I purchased it which is illegal, but giving them the benefit of the doubt and being duped into it I settled. I ended up bringing it to their garage to have the tailgate latch fixed and came out with a list of repairs of what it needed that was well worth more the cost of the vehicle. I was pretty upset but became extremely angry (I kept my cool and stayed very professional however) when all of the records indicated the vehicle had only gone there for the work done. I ended up bringing the vehicle back within that week I ended up getting most of what I put down but am confident it was because they broke the law refusing to allow me to have it inspected before purchase due to the fact state law says any dealership has to provide an inspection on ANY vehicle however if it’s not originally offered at the beginning they can charge you whatever they want, and because they were caught lying from the start and if I chose to go further than a call to the BBB I’d win. This company is a frat house run by a bunch of kids living a college dorm party, dancing on desks, lying to customers, willfully endangering the safety of not just the customer purchasing any vehicle but anyone who gets into these vehicles. There’s such little honesty with this company I couldn’t give it any credit which is a shame because there was an older gentleman there on a golf cart (assuming lot vehicle) who went out of his was to make sure I didn’t lose out and wanted to see me get into something, I gave a vehicle a test drive but it wasn’t what I was looking for. Then recently considering giving them one more shot I messaged in regards to a Chevy truck they had I told them I wanted to have it checked out by my mechanic before purchase because I can’t trust them I was told I could only do that providing there was a valid sticker on the vehicle I asked them to check and make sure it did and was told they would and call me right back, roughly 3 weeks later no call so no business. For anyone who had a good experience with them you only got lucky I would never recommend this company to anyone, I was looking to buy myself a vehicle, co sign for my wife to buy a vehicle, and get a cheap fixer upper to fix and give to my son, my father was looking to get an older Jeep they had, and my friend was looking to go there now not a single one of us would go there. Good luck and don’t go there unless you want a death trap.

Not a good experience, awful actually. I was desperate for a vehicle to get to work. They had a truck that was one of their least expensive ones. Nate said it was an "as is" and said they didn't bring it in the shop(we know they did) it was an $8,000 truck! they know what's wrong with them, plus it was in the front row by the road!. He wouldn't tell me anything; even after I asked 3 times! I was alone and a female. They let me drive an unsafe vehicle off their lot with my child. This was only a few months ago. I've put $4500 into the truck and right now...I'm without a vehicle ,again! This time I'm paying payments along with repairs! because this one needs more work before I can drive it. These guys are vultures. You keep buying from them and they keep screwing people over! Someone needs to start another truck dealership in place of these guys, someone who's honest about their vehicles!!

I gave this dealership a 5-star rating because it is an excellent place to buy a car of any type, not just trucks. It was a genuinely pleasant car buying experince. I went in and saw Lindsey Lacasse in the service dept and told her what I was looking for and she showed what they had in stock, answered all the questions I had, and best of all there was no pressure. When I found the car I liked I was given the option to take the car overnight which surprised me but also gave me confidance in the car I was looking at. When it came time to buy the car everything was wash and they were helpful and up front about all the costs. I would tell anybody looking to buy a car to go here and see Lindsey Lacasse and get the car you want with no hassle, a fair price, and no pressure to buy.

The whole staff was great to work with, which made the experience of buying a car a pleasurable one. Then we have Ben who I am sure is a wonderful salesman but I only know what a great chef he is! Man can that boy BBQ a mean steak tip! Poor TJ in the financial end of things waited to eat his steak tips so we can sign the paperwork and leave them all be. WONT ALLOW ME TO PUT 0 stars for THE WORST car dealership I have ever had experience with! LYING about condition of cars, taking advantage of buyers. NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. Selling cars with blown motors & rust holes SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. Warranties are NOT as they are described, just sold to take advantage of a non knowledgeable car person. I have had NOTHING but stress dealing & hearing about this dealership. My biggest recommendation would be to STAY AWAY.

I came in and spoke to a salesman named Benny. When I talked to him he said that the used vehicle I was interested in had not been "gone through." I was told the car was just taken in as part of a large lot. He basically said that this car was small beans to them and it wasn't worth their time to check out, therefore was being sold as is. I made an appointment with him to take the vehicle on a test drive. When I arrived on time to the appointment Benny was not there. Another salesman set me up to take the car for a drive. While driving I noticed a "check engine" light was on. I took the vehicle to their own service building and asked to have the computer read. They looked up the vin and they had a whole file on the vehicle. It has been looked at by one of their own techs and had permanent damage to the ECM ($1500 repair). Apon returning back to the sales building Benny was still missing in action. I was told I would be getting a call in a hour. Call never came. I feel bad for any future customers that they may be mislead by this company and their sneaky business practices.

I was on my way to test drive a truck from another used car place in the area when I decided just to stop in. Tim's Truck Capital was great. Absolutely no pressure, very knowledgeable about the trucks, a huge selection of trucks. The employees are friendly and the place is busy which is nice to see. They gave me a fair price for my trade and stayed very late to sell me the truck. I think there were 4 people ahead of my buying vehicles. I did go test drive the other truck and then made my way back to Tim's to buy a truck. The entire process was extremely easy. I have already recommended friends to swing by. Just bought a 2016 Explorer from Tim's. Brian Sartorelli was very helpful as my salesperson. He arranged that I was able to take the vehicle to my mechanic to be checked. They provide a carfax that shows the vehicle history. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Of all my car buying experiences, I'd say this was my best. If you need a vehicle, check them out

I bought a truck roughly ten months ago.. within 2 months (of course over warranty) the truck had major electrical issues and was in need of a new fuel pump... also the tires they put on it were junk and I was promised new ones and never got them... so long story short I dumped 900 into a truck I JUST paid 20.000 for... got everything fixed and 6 months later my truck won’t even start because of the same electrical issue that “had been fixed” they have had my truck up there for a week where I call ever day to check in when it should be the other way around.. I would not recommend here as I will not be returning and just want my truck back.. Customer service is key and EVERY customer matters... I guess that went out the window a long time ago...

Sold myself and husband truck in September...finance manager lied about 98% and gave us 98% false information. Paid to much for truck within day front visor flee off on highway and 2months later check engine light is and has been on. Of course all of the salesman and finance managers there when I purchased truck are no longer employees and have done nothing to make things right. Best advice is allow my truck to be repoed and they will help us get a better truck with better financing after. Useless and conman does not explain this dealership enough!!!

Went to Tim's on Thursday and drove home in my new truck on Friday. My sales man Ben Provencal was great. Not only did he explain everything in detail but he brought me down to the service station just to check out the facility and meet the mechanics that would be doing some work on my new vehicle. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. If anything Ben went out of his way to slow things down so that I was making an educated and well informed decision. And not only Ben, but every staff member that I encountered while at Tim's was polite and friendly. If this company holds to the standards I have already set for them then I will be a customer for good.

I would truly recommend this place to anybody. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealer and they handled my situation with care. I purchased a 2006 f150 and it had no rust and was in great shape. They also got me a awesome deal on financing with a local credit union. I just have to say that my review stays at 5 stars all the way customer service is amazing and then payed off my f150 and got me into a 250 for a good price!

One of the worst dealerships I've dealt with. I bought a $34k+ truck from Tim's Truck Capital and I agreed to come in at a decided time to complete the paperwork. When I came in I waited for over two hours for the paperwork to be filled out so that I could sign it. Tim’s is over an hour drive from my house so this was quite inconvenient. I am a MA resident and this was my first time buying a vehicle in NH but I was reassured that they would walk me through the process but it honestly seemed like they knew about as little as I did. When I left the dealership that day none of the paperwork was filled out properly and they hadn’t given me the title like they said they would order earlier that week. When I called them to have it sent to me they refused because they had found out that my loan fee was around $25 more than what they had me sign for on the original paperwork. They wouldn’t give me the title until I re-signed all the paperwork for the truck that I had already driven off the lot. After plenty of back and forth they finally sent down a driver on the last day I had to register the truck to have me sign the new forms with the $25 added and they gave me what I needed to register my vehicle in MA. I was also told after this was all said and done that they needed a current pay stub for my loan otherwise they wouldn’t send me the refund check for the vehicle tax I had paid them like we had agreed upon. This was a week after I had driven away with the truck, however, they ended up not needing a current pay stub but I still didn’t enjoy their habit of trying to leverage me into getting their way. Maybe the moral of the story is to never leave a dealership until all the details are completed. It was very nice of them to send a driver with the paperwork but I would beware of this dealership as they are manipulative and not trustworthy in my experience.

The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and fun, but really the only person you should work with is Brian. He takes care of all your needs, and then some. I'd give him ten stars if I could.

I had been looking for a car for my 17yr old twin boys and decided to Google search "Used Cars in NH". Tim's Truck Capital & Auto should be the first (and only one) on the list! I walked into their office and was warmly greeted by Ben Provencal. He was attentive but in no way a high pressured salesman. We told him what we were looking for, and in a couple minutes had us in a car and told us to take it out. When we got back we test drove another car and Ben made sure he was available when we arrived back to answer any questions we had. I had the best car buying experience ever! Everyone there were such professionals BUT made you feel like family! I WILL be recommending Tim's Truck Capital & Auto to everyone! I normally wait a substantial amount of time before writing a review. I wish I had in this case. These vultures took advantage of my son who was buying his first dealership vehicle. Like most con artists, they saw a young man with young children, and no experience dealing with blood suckers and they descended. The vehicle they sold him has been in their shop more than it's been on the road. The salesman, Johnny Logan, who said to call or text him personally with any problems, never responded to calls or texts. The payment was ridiculously high. When my son went to trade it in at another dealership, the dealership owner found several illegal things in the paperwork. He told my son that he felt sad to see the way he was worked over by Tim's *uck Capital. They charged my kid thousands more than the advertised sticker price. What they didnt realize was that we have screen shots of the actual ad. We appealed to them several times to take the vehicle back and put him in something else. They also are now advertising the junk box, with the failing transmission that he traded. They told him it wasn't good for anything but scrap. Guess what? We have a screen shot of that too. Based on the advise of a cousin in the judicial system we are filing a complaint. But buyer beware. READ the paperwork you're signing. Look at the dollar amount you're financing. Bring a lawyer with you. Better yet, steer clear of these jackals.

If I could give no stars, I would! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! The staff is rude and disrespectful and they sneak stuff into your paperwork! They salesmen are inexperienced! The vehicles are over priced and bought from auctions! My car started to fall apart 2 weeks after I bought it so I wrote an email and all they did was pretend to care! It’s been a week and a half and now they ignore ALL my phone calls. Once you sign that dotted line, you’re nothing to them!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Bought a wholesale truck there said they dont tag wholesale trucks..told me to go to dmv to get a temp tag since im out of state and need to drive it home...i get to the dmv and low and behold they sold me a truck that is not fit for the rd. Now it seems they would tell you that before taking your money. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. They just want your money and will lie to get it. Cant even register a vehicle you buy from them wholesale dirty business these people are. It's hard to find things I like with good deals in my area so I sometimes have to travel and for this purchase it was no different....I live in Pennsylvania and traveled over 5 or 6hrs to get the Jeep I wanted to get as i am giving my Jeep to my Daughter soon for school etc...From the moment we talked on phone everything went well and the honestly with price and any issues with the Jeep was off the hook with great truth....They helped me a great deal once I arrived from Pennsylvania and that meant alot that John Kepted his word..They didn't have to do it but I'm Greatful when I asked upfront that they offered to help me take rental back...The 2001Jeep Grand Cherokee I got is cool I was told what it needs and it's what it needs so I will soon tend to these matters...It's a V8 just like my other for my Daughter...Despite the little TLC needed it rode well back home to Pa and sure it will be greater soon as I do the work...I appreciate honesty and respect which both were given to both me and my Son very highly and very well..I wasn't forced to buy or given the small talk to promote me into a ride to buy..I was told if I needed any help feel free while checking out Jeep and given keys to test drive afterwards.... Went to Tim's Truck Capital just to look at some pickups and I had Ben for my salesman.. no pressure at all he let me walk around and look as long as I wanted to and was right there when I needed him for pricing they took good care of me on a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado.. if you're in the market for a new pickup they have a lot to choose from all years makes and models highly recommend it..

Worst service and staff. As soon as they receive the deposit, the service stops. After having a week to prep the vehicle nothing was done. The inspection wasn't done, the paperwork wasn't done, the loan hadn't been finalized, and they still had to wash the truck and top off the gas. Nothing was done after week. Ended up spending 3hrs on my day off waiting for their personnel to finish their work. Then the truck didn't even make it 30 miles before the check engine light came on. Now they are dragging their feet to fix it and honor their 30 day warranty. Why do I think they'll' wait a month and then tell me it's beyond the warranty period and they don't have to fix it. Their GM told me this is what to expect when purchasing a used vehicle. I wish I would have done some research before going here. My car is still having issues BTW.

Sitting inside TTC, for nearly 2 1/2 hours, we were able to see firsthand how this business runs and I need to say we were very impressed! Every customer that walked through the doors were treated with dignity and respect It was a very busy Saturday, I do not believe the employees took more than a 10 min break for lunch. Customers kept coming in. Despite how busy it was, every customer, was given individual attention and the moral remained high on such a busy day. I purchased a vehicle that came with HID headlights. One of The headlights went out within 2 weeks. The service manager told me he would replace the same HIDs under warranty. I go in for my appt to wait an HOUR AND A HALF, for HEADLIGHTS, and my vehicle comes out with regular headlights. I'm not mad about having regular headlights, it's the fact that he NEVER told me he wasn't doing the HIDs until after my car was done. He said he did it "to save us money" when in reality he did it so THEY didn't have go spend the money. The sales department was great but I will never recommend the service.

My partner got a Jeep and she's already experiencing their lies. Not returning calls, saying their hands are tied but they stand behind their vehicles?? Right! We're going to contact the Better Business Bureau on them soon if they dont resolve in fixing this piece of junk. I have bought 8 vehicles with these guys and they made transactions very easy and they took care of any issues promptly. Full synthetic oil changes are only $29.99 and their service department does their best to get work done right the first time and maintenance agreement and service warranty TOTALLY worth it. Had lots of expensive work done that would have been over $1000 for only my $100 deductible! Truly a great team of employees who really want you to drive away happy and safely.

If you are considering the blue right hand drive jeep wrangler x. 4 door 2009. Returned a week ago because it had multiple issues. Front differential is shot and they reset the check engine light.BUYER BEWARE. Anything you buy here I highly recommend you take it straight to a mechanic. The best part was our buddy Nate the salesman didn't even speak to us the day we returned the jeep. Avoided us completely. They returned our money but the two weekends and 1200 miles traveled should at least warrant an apology don't ya think !!

Looked at a really nice vehicle, put down a deposit, got approved through their bank, come down to the day its supposed to be all ready for me to sign on the dotted line and drive away in my new to me SUV, suddenly the truck is unsellable because they "discovered holes in the frame". Two days layer the truck is back listed for sale on the website. They will rope you in, get you excited for your new truck, then rip it out from under you and try to sell you something you don't want. Very friendly staff...to your face..but definitely two faces liars.

However, now I am trying to get a new car that's a bit nicer and more reliable. That being said, I contacted Tim's to cancel my warranty on my car and it has been over a month and the issue is still not resolved. Their website made it very clear what kind of inventory they had. I identified the vehicle I wanted, showed up a couple days later, and they made it happen! Danny and Sean were incredibly accommodating. They showed me a couple alternatives but didn't waste my time. This is not your corporate auto dealer franchise - it's clear that all decisions are made locally. Sean was very helpful during signing and didn't sell me anything that was frill (an experience I've had in the past). They have a lot more than trucks, so browse their site - great deals.

I checked out their online inventory before heading up to the dealership. I inquired about a truck and very very quickly I got a response from Danny. Bought an SUV from them at the nice lot on the other side of the rotary. Amazing staff. The person who sold us the car was easy to talk to, fed my daughter pizza while we talked, and was extremely nice. No pressure either. The other lot had cars for sale that needed work and had lights on the dash boards. If you want a cheaper car that needs some work go to that one. I love my new car and will refer family and friends to the nicer lot anytime.

Really nice guys. Greeted us as we arrived and one of the salesmen (Ben) showed me around the lot briefly and then allowed me to walk around and look at the vehicles on my own. After I had decided which ones I wanted a closer look at he was very knowledgeable of all the vehicles I was looking at and offered honest feedback. I ended up test driving 3 trucks and Ben was super fast to get me into the drivers seat to try them out. This business as a whole is a great place to go. We needed a replacement vehicle after the unfortunate demise with his beloved but aggressively used F-350. If I could give more stars I would. Great experience all around. My wife and I stopped by on Saturday (Prez Day Weekend) hoping to look at a couple of Tundras. They had a number of them, in varying option packages, with varying mileage. Honestly, I was thinking about a truck with around 100K on it, since I know how I treat 4x4s. As we looked at the trucks, we decided to see what came back on a Rock Warrior. Ben was awesome. He knew a fair amount about each individual truck, and was able to quickly answer anything else that came up. When they ran the financing, they pointed out that I could get into a MUCH newer truck for similar payments (albeit for a longer term) We left them checking financing options, with a promise to get a call back on Monday. Monday came, the finance Manager (Sean) not only got me into the newer Rock Warrior, he nudged the price down to accommodate the payment, and got me a pretty decent rate. It's Tuesday, I'm driving my new truck, and these guys have a customer for life. Thanks!
