I bought my 2013 Nissan Rogue used form a team Nissan back in 2016 and I still couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I hesitated at first to buy a used car but my credit wasn’t the best back then and I really wanted an SUV type car due to NH winters. It was in great condition and was well cared for with 27000 miles on it. Finance made it work so I could still have affordable payments and I’ve been going back for oil changes and maintenance ever since. I never feel uncomfortable or hustled into getting more done for my car when I bring it in for a simple oil change to the dealership. Every person I’ve talked to in repairs has been wonderful and straightforward, they try to use coupons when I didn’t have any because they know I’m a lifelong Nissan customer. Best dealership I’ve ever delt with.

When I dropped off the car, I mentioned to the technician that the pressure in the tires needed checking and that I kept getting the key low battery message. Neither of these issues seem to have been addressed. I am pleased with the detailing except that the side mirrors and windshield could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

I came in interested in their leasing deal and to see their Nissan Rogue in general but felt like the sales rep judged me by just looking at me. Told me the deal(leasing a Nissan Rogue for $99 with down payment) was just tv ad and that it has in realistic conditions to meet and normal leasing is $280. I left and called in over to phone and another sales rep told me that the deal was going on without those extreme conditions. Horribly judged by my looks , completely discouraged from even taking a look at their cars and provided with inconsistent information.

I took my leased vehicle in for routine courtesy Service for the first appointment Monday morning. The lady at the counter immediately greeted me and kept me informed of what would be done to the vehicle and how long it would take (70 minutes). The vehicle was returned and ready-to-go in 65 minutes.

Very patient, pleasant and non pressure sales Team. Peter was great. He showed me a few options of the vehicle I was interested in. No pressure. Very accommodating. Showcased the differences in options and prices. The finance manager was great. We had to leave before signing papers due to a prior commitment and he was able to have the paperwork ready for us on Sunday. The signing process was quick and efficient! The showroom was spotless and decorated for Christmas. I was given a tour of the service area and where to go for oil changes etc.. I was given an iPad to select option I needed to review with my salesmen. Being an owner of 7 previous and being familiar with basic controls I only needed to review new options I wasn't sure of. Peter was very patient and showed me how everything worked and set up my bluetooth as well. I needed to pick up mats for the car on Tuesday and Peter stayed late to make sure the mats were placed in the car before he left for the day. He even checked my tire pressure. Thanks Peter!

I would like to thank Ralph Fast the GM, Garret and Christian my sales consultants for a more than wonderful sales experience. Ralph came himself to meet me and help in the buying process, Christian presented the vehicle with great knowledge, Garret made it a smooth and pleasant experience. They even changed the roof rack that was scratched on my Rogue after I took delivery of the car because it was night time and I didn’t see it that night. Took my car in for an inspection sticker, and was very satisfied . Upon arrival I was greeted my the service tech. He told me my kids and I could wait in the waiting area and enjoy complementary coffee and hot chocolate. My car was promised to me in an hour, having the inspection and the free wash and vacuum ...we hung out, the kids played in the area they had for them while enjoying their drinks. My car was indeed finished in an hour, even got a deal on my new wipers! Jonathan was very pleasant and did just as he promised!

Went for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. The tire rotation was not performed. The tire pressure was still off as well. I was really disappointed that I waited an hour and half and only half of the service I was promised was performed. The service manager contacted me and resolved the tire issue. .. I thought I had. He reviewed the service via camera and concluded that the tire rotation and oil change were in fact completed. The tire sensors had not initially read the correct pressure and my assumption was that the job was not complete. I was completely wrong. Kevin, the service manager, was very kind and helpful in explaining the process and restoring credibility. I will return again!

Where do I begin, I went in on a whim today not thinking that i would be leaving in a car... let along a brand new one. I was greeted at the door by Eli, told him what i was looking for and he immediately showed me the perfect small SUV. Bad customer service, when I bought the car they said it will take up to 30 days to receive my tag since I’m registering it in a different state. They Only gave me a tag that expires in 20 days, when I asked if I could receive another temporary one until my tags got here, Tommy told me he needed to call someone, because he couldn’t do that. He called that “someone” and told me it would be shipped on 12/24/18 and it will arrive overnight. It’s now 12/27/18 and no tag. I have a feeling that they never did that. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

Honestly, I just had you them fix a recall on my Versa. I actually felt bad because I didn't buy it from them and they had to do it, no charge. Overall I thought they all were very professional, the place was clean, even the garage/repair dept. Top notch place by the looks of it. I'd actually look to these guys first if I consider buying another Nissan.

My wife and I live in a very rural area and have gotten around with a FWD minivan for way too long. With the snow and muddy roads, we needed something with 4WD. We didn't need anything too fancy as we know our roads will be really rough on it. There were a couple of different options and the lowest priced vehicle was actually a better fit for our family. We didn't get any pressure to step up into something more expensive. There were a couple of minor cosmetic things wrong with the vehicle and was told two of them could be fixed and the others could not as they couldn't get the parts. We went through with the deal which was very easy. We signed all of the papers on Friday and were told they would fix and deliver the vehicle to us by Tuesday. We really needed it as there were bad storms and my wife and kids needed to be somewhere on Wednesday. True to his words, Matt delivered the vehicle to us on Tuesday. He had to wait until his girlfriend got off work so she could follow him and give a ride back. The storm hit hard on Tuesday and he still drove up to us. We are way back in the middle of nowhere and he still came. Once he delivered it, we saw he even fixed the one item that we were told they couldn't get a part for. He said he personally bought the part and had it installed. I am more than happy with the level of service. Over the last 3 years, I have bought 2 brand new NV3500 vans for my business from a different dealership just due to them being closer. From now on, I am doing all of my shopping there with Matt. They did great. Thank you to everyone involved.

People and Services good a Team Nissan Manchester NH but the PRICES ARE A RIP-OFF $130 to diagnose as problem with my car. They wanted my to spend almost $1800 dollars to work on my vehicle. Wish I went to my local mechanic in the first place but he was busy at the time when I perceived this as an emergency. End result was $800 spent at my local mechanic savings about $1000 dollars. And I could have saved another $150+ by not going to a dealership in the first place for non-warranty work. Dealerships are ONLY good for warranty work!

This review is for the service section and not the sales department. One of the better dealership service shops that I've had to deal with. They don't pressure to hard on the unnecessary upsells like other dealerships and the waiting room is clean with an assortment of concessions. Not the fastest but by no means slow, the prices are inflated over your local shop but not highway robbery. I usually like to support a local shop, but when dealing with dealership specific problems and cashing in complimentary oil changes, it is a solid choice

Waited for Shuttle service to my work for 30 mins. Had to let rep know i had free oil change on my account. Was pestered by large group of salespeople outside about getting a new vehicle when i was returning to pick up vehicle. My car wss not washed or vacuumed this time which had been a pleasant surprise on past visits that i had come to expect. Service is more expensive than my preferred mechanic and i may start taking it back there for service despote qualifying for free state inspections for the life of the vehicle.

Was greeted at my car before walking in the building which is a new and welcome experience. Attendant was able to get me my oil change I had been putting off by reminding me I still had freebies from buying the car at that location. Service was very quick, much quicker than in the past, especially for a same-day scheduling. I’ve had to wait almost two hours before just for a prescheduled oil change, so 1 hour for an inspection and an oil change was welcome. If changes have been made, they are definitely good changes.

Recently went to Team Nissan to look at a Honda Element. Melissa was a great sales person and we truly enjoyed our time with her. The car was very clean and had clearly been thru the shop and was ready to be sold and delivered. We had visited other dealers and usually found that cars needed work, were not cleaned up, etc and were really not ready to be on the lot. We did buy the Element from Team Nissan and are very happy with it. We did have an issue on paperwork (mostly my fault) but Melissa smoothed us thru it. I expect to see the folks there for service on my Nissan Pathfinder. Update: Brought my 2015 Pathfinder in for regular Transmission service and possible wheel bearing. Had a nice conversation with the Ron, the Service Advisor, and left the car. Got a call from Ron telling me they had discovered a transmission problem and the trans was being replaced under warranty. Ron was great, shop was spotless, customer area was clean and comfortable and we were treated like old friends. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

If I could rate the service 1 star, I absolutely would. The dealership was unwilling to help me with turning in my lease due to an end of lease inspection not being done, however Nissan's website says the inspection can be done AFTER the turn in date. Dealerships should be upfront with this information when customers are leasing a vehicle. I will never even consider this dealership again.

I bought a certified used Nissan from a different dealership 3 weeks prior, and Team Nissan diagnosed the two issues I was having and suggested I call the original dealership about it to see if they would cover the fixes at no-charge to me. Team Nissan didn’t have to do that - they could have let me use the extended warranty and pay a $50 deductible, but they made sure to point out another option which was potentially better for me. Absolutely fantastic. I will be bringing my vehicle back here for all my future Nissan fixes and caring.

I had purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado truck from Team Nissan, Manchester, NH in 2017. My vehicle needed it's 60,000 service, with new tires, 4 wheel alignment, and Lube, oil, filter completed. I also received a/c recharge, brake fluid change, power steering change, and differential oil change as well. I worked with Johnathan Swall, and he was very professional and helped me identify the work needed to be completed on my truck. The price was reasonable. i am very satisfied with the performance of my vehicle. It took a little longer then expected. But understandable due to the work performed. I just wish they could do a transmission oil change as well. They are not equipped to do that. Very satisfied customer. Thank You Team Nissan and Johnathan.

Gonna second Austin Wilhelm on the cash prize scam. It's a stupid way to get people in the door. Especially when I have a nice car that is probably much nicer than what the salesman drive. Only to be lectured that it's "old" and that I paid too much for it. It was also humorous that prices weren't listed on cars for reasons that are a lie... because the price was given eventually after 2 hours of dialogue between 3 people. Test driving a car with 2 people is weird and a 1st, couldn't even make it in the door without being bombarded by 2 salesman and was eventually offered a Sentra over my fully loaded Infiniti. What a joke. But at least I walked out with 5 bucks instead of the 2k that was advertised on their deceptive promo I suppose. The folks at Hulbert Toyota are much more professional and straightforward without 3rd rate salesman who deal in the art of bs. I'll be sticking with them for sales and maintenance. And I really hope I don't get the standard give us another try response that is copy and pasted from the damage control department. Because that would be lame as well.

Extremely misleading advertising. No wonder the guy was so shady on the phone when I asked for details. I was led to believe we won a large cash prize, but of course I knew it was too good to be true. Just a deceptive way to generate leads. The salesman already knew we didn't actually win anything but strung us along anyway. I guess thanks for the 5 bucks. That helps offset the gas we wasted on the trip. This is why car salesperson is statistically one of the least trusted professions, right after members of Congress and lobbyists (Gallup, 2019).

Any Nissan with a cvt transmission is JUNK!! 130k on my rouge and imma 60 year old and drive like one. Has had every service and the transmission goes. I contacted corporate as the only Nissan dealership in Manchester is privately owned. Both places refused to help me with any kind of discount or help that should be offered to someone who had bought there 4 previous vehicles from them. There should be a class action lawsuit filled against Nissan. They known how these transmission perform and are still placing them into there vehicles!?????

His name is Matt Miller and his customer service was great, and his support was excellent during the purchasing process. Because of his service, I will give it a 5 star. He will try to understand all your requirements and will try to give you the best deal possible. I bought a Honda Civic from them, and it took them a bit of time to deliver the car to me. Matt not only made arrangements for a rental car for me during that time, but he also made sure I did not have to go to the dealership to receive my car. 2019 Nissan Leaf is what I regretfully purchased. All of the features I asked about the vehicle, they LIED to me. They LIED about the electric range, free charging, charge times, and the car is not NEW! I went to them with specific questions about the car and they straight out lied to me about what mattered the most to me in making my decision for the car purchase. I asked what the electric mile range was because I have a 50 mile each way commute. My salesperson Peter Gaouette and the Sales Manager Robert Miller told me multiple times the car does 150-200 miles easy, in fact they have seen customers do over 200 miles. They said the car has FREE Unlimited Charging for 2 years at ANY station. He told me to activate the card at home. The VIN came up as invalid because it was previously registered. I contacted the card company and they said it would take 4 days to fix and I had to use an app to pay. I went to work the next day and barely made it. From the dealership to my home is 31 miles, from home to work is 48 miles. The car was at 12% remaining battery when I got to work. That is only 79 miles! Not even close to the 150-200+ range they promised me! Also the free charge for 2 year card is only free at certain charge stations, most of which are not in my area! They told me ALL CHARGING Stations were FREE. EZ-Charge card says "No Charge to Charge is a program offered by Nissan that provides new LEAF buyers or lessees with 30 minutes of free charging on PARTICIPATING DC Fast Chargers and 60 minutes of free charging on PARTICIPATING Level 2 Stations for 2 years from their time of purchase. Not all charging stations operated by participating charging networks are part of NO Charge to Charge." I got home after work barely on my 3 hour charge. I did not have enough to get back to work the next day! So I pulled out the wall outlet plug to charge it at home in any 110v outlet (which is not what I wanted to do, only for emergency). The plug tripped the breaker multiple times. I tried 2 separate circuits. I read the paper inside the cord bag and it said YOU NEED A DESIGNATED OUTLET that is on its OWN 20amp breaker to charge. I missed work the next day! I barely made it to a quick charge station that was NOT part of the free program! It took an hour+ to charge and it was 8$. Charging 1x per day, that will cost me 220$ a month! Everything they told me was LIES! I would have NEVER purchased this car knowing all this! I told them I wanted to return the car on 12/30/18 and they said they will not take it back. They said if I brought it there, they would tow it on my own expense. I called Nissan corporate and they cannot help because it is privately owned dealership, but they saw the car was registered before so it is not NEW. Robert Miller started yelling at me on one phone conversation and apologized for his “stern tone”. He offered to "replace the breaker in my panel so I could charge the car" and I told him that is not solving the issues of why I purchased the car and just want to return it. They have the car at the moment and checked the battery but said it was fine and does 120 miles. They did not even offer me a rental car, I have missed multiple days at work, and I am so scared to go back now! I JUST WANT TO RETURN THIS CAR!! This is the WORST dealership experience I have EVER had! Over the years I have been a Subaru and Hyundai Customer and the customer service was top notch! This Nissan dealership is a bunch of scam con-artists just trying to take your money and run! I have contacted BBB, NH Consumer Affairs, Nissan Corporate, Channel 7 News, Channel 9 news, and am waiting for what to do next from my attorney. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!
