It was refreshing to talk with a sales person that actually listens to you not pushy. Very friendly and helpful. We told them what we were looking for and they matched us up to the perfect fit for our needs. There was no haggling back and forth, they gave us a great offer first off so there was no need to play the haggling game. They even filled up the car with gas before we were given the key.
Our experience started online speaking with Kristin Little. She was very friendly. She responded very quickly to all of our emails. We spoke with her on a Friday and went to the dealership the next day and met with Anthony. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to leave that day with a new Subaru Impreza. We would highly recommend this dealership.
Vacationing when an under extended warrantee problem came up. Rushed service center sucked up the water in the front from clogged line from passenger carpet but didn't do the back carpet. Looked at TRADE and sales manager did that time delay thing before giving a quote. But Subaru as a company that cares is top notch.

We purchased our 2012 Subaru Outback from Subaru Of Keene a short time ago and were very pleased with the service there. Subaru Of Keene was recommended to us by a friend who made the initial connection for us by calling and obtaining info about availability, price, etc.,.. Scott Peabody was very co-operative in providing our friend with information which led to our visiting the dealership on July 13, 2012. We purchased our new Subaru Outback on that very day. Scott Peabody was very attentive to our needs, and spent a lot of time with us helping us find what would fit our needs best. After he helped us find "the one", he spent a lot of time acquainting us with all the neat things our Outback has to offer. Since then, he has been in contact with us regularly, making sure we were satisfied with our vehicle and letting us know he was there for us should any problems emerge. We are very satisfied with our experience with Scott and Subaru Of Keene. We were treated fairly, price wise, and the attention and friendliness addressed to our needs by Scott and his co-workers, both before and after our purchase, has been gratifying. I went to the parts dept to find out how much it would be to take care of my broken side mirror. I was a walk in and was helped out right away. They gave me a quote and itemized list of what would be needed to replace the mirror. When I asked about a cheaper option, Zee (that's one of the guys who was helping me) suggested an auto parts place that might have the mirror at a much cheaper price. He then explained what the dealership could do for me and my car if I got the part(s) elsewhere. I felt very respected and I truly had the feeling that they cared about my car and me and didn't just want my money. I will definitely be taking my car here in the future for basic maintenance and upkeep. Super friendly and knowledgeable people.

Bought Subaru Impreza 2016
Bought a car here and got screwed over. Told me if I had anymore issues to bring it to them and they would take care of it and that's a lie because I brought it in and they state I have a bad camshaft seal and oil all over my timing belt. I checked the timing belt and it looks brand new with no oil on it nor does it look like they removed the timing belt cover just looking to suck more money out of me. Very disappointed

A car dealership is, to me, a place you don't expect honest people. I didn't have that impression here. Yes, I purchased a car here and couldn't get a better price anywhere else. Yes, I checked. Friendly and relatively knowledgeable people.
Brought my car in for a recall without a broken windshield came back with a broken windshield. Subaru of Keene refuses to take any blame and says they are not responsible for damages that happen on their lot. We will be looking for somewhere else to buy our subarus from now on!!!

At work and my wife calls that our 2016 Outback is in need of tires. 20,000 miles. Reason; Alignment is off and will need to be aligned. Service department stated that this was an issue at the last service and was noted on the invoice. Today's issue generated a phone call with a request to have the service tech repair the issue. Why a phone call was not made at the last service to fix the issue?? I know this is going to turn into a, He said, She Said conversation, and in the end I will end up paying out of pocket for $600.00 worth of tires plus the cost of a alignment. I make it a point to buy new with the service agreement. This is done so I can make sure my wife is driving a safe and dependable car. Which makes my life stress free. This is my 5th Subaru, and it's time to move on to a Customer for Life Dealership.
When unexpected crazy happens to my Forester I can rely on the service department to put in extra effort to get me back on the road. Penny is a rockstar. James helped me enormously on my recent visit. Five years ago when I needed a new car immediately the sales department not only had someone there at the opening minute but gave me a fair price with great courtesy. I've bought two cars there and plan on a third within a year.
The service dept. was very good They got the job done sooner than I expected. The waiting area was very comfotable too. I was very pleased.
The process of buying cars here with Mark was positive. I do not like buying a new car, so it was unexpected to walk away from the process feeling clean. Mark was knowledgeable, efficient and dependable throughout the process. I would consider working with him in the future.
It seems everything they could have done wrong they did here. We had asked for a simple cleaning to remove greasy handprints from the headliner and interior and getting a small plastic piece reattached to the bumper. mark assured us that these would be done when we got the vehicle and they would be ready to pick up when we came in 4 days later. Lo and behold nothing promised was done, and i have pretty much been called a liar for daring to question that nothing was fixed. Add on to this that we were double charged our down payment, and the whole experience has been a miserable excuse for a customer care. After a week and a half of waiting for a call back and getting the runaround, i was told they wouldn't bother cleaning before a service appointment as it would be a waste of time. Overall very disappointed and will NOT be looking for another vehicle here.

I called on the fly to see if they would take a look at my seat belt that wouldn’t retract. Peggy asked a serviceman to check it out, he quickly open the housing, unraveled the seat belt that had gotten tangled no charge and smiles all around. Great service and happy people. Thank you!!
They kept offering one car we would like at a time without really finding out what we wanted. It took three times through before they asked. We did choose a car and then called to set up a time to pick it up. I was not told that it usually takes an hour and a half to pick up a car. We had to leave half way through to pick up children from school. I was a bit surprised with the upselling of gap insurance - something I had never encountered. We were told to buy it now or it will not be available later. No chance to think about it, decide now. This is why I do not usually go to dealers. Not about the customer, at least not this customer! When we said something about the time it was 5 more minutes, 10 minutes later 3 minutes. No apology, it was like we should have known better. Now we know better Update- I did get an apologetic response from Suburu of Keene. Does not change the lack of communication. Got an apology about the GAP I insurance, and was told they are required to offer it by law. I did find that GAP coverage does NOT need to be purchased at the time of purchase. It can be purchased from third parties at a fraction of the cost. I was given the option to buy it at purchase or go without.
When my dashboard turned into a flashing Christmas tree on the way to Mount Snow I brought my car to Keene. Ryan the tech and his service manager promptly got my car in and found the issues. Yes I admit I neglected to have some parts replaced a few miles back and they noted and replaced those. More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene!

Had my car in for the 12000 mile check up at the service center. Great waiting area, had office area for working, with free wifi, outlets and ethernet. Also had nice free coffee, bagels and granola bars--and a recyling bin, just for those wrappers!! I wasn't in the other waiting area, but it had a little kids area as well. Staff was super professional and nice, made sure I understood everything. I can't speak to prices as I have a prepaid service deal that I got when I bought the car.

I just bought an imprezza from this dealership and it was such a great experience! I did not feel pressure to buy anything. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. They (sales, front desk, service, finance, manager) have all been very professional and friendly. Dealt with Derek and Stephen. Very sneaky, they never mentioned anything about this warranty through Allstate I apparently bought. They knew it was my first time buying a vehicle and they didn't hold back...won't be dealing with or recommending anyone to them ever...made no mention of purchasing a theft protection warranty either. I guess that's why Steve was having me sign those papers so fast!

I just purchased a pre-owned car and am very happy with my experience. I live over 2 hours away so I tried to get the purchase set up over the phone. While this is not the traditional way to purchase a car, the staff, especially Alyssa, was understanding and helped me purchase my car within about 24 hours of my initial contact. I was greeted by Matt upon my arrival and he made sure that I drove the vehicle and inspected it. Adam Zinn was very thorough regarding the financing terms and worked hard to get all of the financing in place in a short period of time. The two hour ride was well worth the trip; I only wish that every dealership was as courteous and accommodating.

I've purchased a number of cars but this was the easiest process of all places I've gone. I almost considered not buying a second Subaru because of problems I had at a different Subaru dealership esp the service dept. Different Subaru owners told me to try Subaru of Keene. I did and the past 2 yrs have been the best I have ever had since owning my first Subaru. The treatment I receive at Subaru of Keene service department is wonderful. They are there to greet you when you arrive, the check in process is very quick. If you need a loaner car they have you covered. They keep you informed of what is going on with your car, when the work should be done (sometimes earlier). Besides regular maintenance, I have only had to bring my car in once for repair, no return visits repeatedly for the same problem. They keep my car running in tip top shape. I leave confident I won’t be back until next scheduled visit. I would and have recommended them and will keep on recommending them

Best Dealer Service Center I have ever experienced. I have had a pretty unlucky story when it comes to Subaru and the last 2 years. 2017 impreza was a lemon and I lived in that dealership. Had the car for 9 months and drove it only 6 of those months cause it was in the shop. 86 days in a loaner and had a total of 3 loaners. I now have a 2018 Wrx and already had a sensor go. lost the car for a few days there. I moved to Keene and came to this dealership for an oil change. Right away you feel the difference in the environment. A quiet room and a kid room . This is HUGE for me cause i work when i wait. Car started making an air leak noise worse that I had complained to the original dealer about at 15k miles. 10K miles later it got worse. Missing bolt on exhaust manifold. Team treats you with respect. Listens to what you are experiencing in the car and each team member adds something to the issue. George and Penny are amazing and Justin as a mechanic was a pleasure. The others are great too but just don't know their names. Place has a sign that says "Drive up for service" and they mean it. You pull in and someone is there to check the car in, get the mileage and the info they need so that you don't have to worry. Subaru of Keene experience is what you expect from luxury car services with the attention and care they give their customers
I had a great experience here. I drove over an hour to look at a used WRX and when I was met by a mark he went over my options to lease. To be honest, I never thought I would be able to lease and didn’t know much about it. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and I left four hours later leasing a 2018 WRX. He checked in on me the next day to make sure I made it home okay and see if I was still happy with it.

I would like to add that this dealership went above and beyond my expectations to delivery an amazing delivery service along with very professional presentation by all staff. I was able to arrange the deal remotely from out of state with utmost satisfaction and expectations were clearly set at all stages of the deal. The options for warranty plans and payment options were at all times made very clear and easy to understand. Although I did not go with the warranties available, I am certain that if I were purchasing a Subaru for a family member that I would consider the purchase of warranty protection. The facility was very well maintained and I always felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. I worked with Mark Carey initially via the internet to begin the deal. He was a pleasure to talk to and shows a passion for his work. Ultimately he had to transfer me to another colleague, Scott Peabody as he had to travel out of town. When I did meet him, he was ever the professional and diligent with working with Scott to help me get the car I wanted. Scott worked tirelessly to help me with the deal and paperwork. He kept me comfortable and confident in my decision to fly to this dealership for making my purchase. His desire to make sure that I understood the features of my vehicle was impressive. They found a used Forester for me when my used Tribeca was finally declared dead :( The sales rep was marvelous and we toured the icy cold car lot via computer tablet, which also estimated my payments. A GOOD car-buying experience.

They sold me a lemon, a 2017 Subaru Impreza Hatchback that I bought as the second owner with only 15,000 miles on it. The car instantly had problems, burning through quarts of oil between changes and having to be constantly monitored (I'm convinced the previous owner realized the issue and sold it back quickly). They tested the oil consumption issue roughly a year after I bought the car and determined it needed a new short block. Note: Subaru's quality control issues in their manufacturing process isn't why I'm giving a two star review, dealerships have no control over that. I scheduled the repair, and was promised a rental for the week-long swap that they were about the perform. I showed up to drop off my car about a month or two later and was informed that I couldn't drive a loaner car (how they had loaned one to me in the past when I bought the car and needed a temp is a mystery to me) because I'm 24 years old, and need to be at least 25. First roadblock, how am I supposed to commute to work without a car? I asked to have a sales rep come out to discuss just taking the car off my hands. This is where they earned their second star, giving me a more than generous deal, paying private sale KBB for my lemon. Well, not paying, promising. I was promised that I would have a check that day, "we don't play games with the title, come by later today and we'll have a check ready for you". I come back later that day to be informed that they do indeed play games with the title, asking me to sign more paperwork and letting me know it'll be 11 days before I see any money. That's fine, I'm not that strapped for cash. I bought a beater car off of Craigslist and waited my 11 days. I called to inquire twice, the first time they were still waiting on the title (one of their employees that I'm friends with informed me that they had sold my car already, so I'm not sure how that checks out). I asked them to hold the check at the dealership so I could come by to pick it up, since I live in Keene. The second time I called them, a few days later, I'm informed that they've mailed the check to my house over a holiday weekend. Not what I asked for, but whatever, it's Keene to Keene, even with the holiday shouldn't be more than two or three days tops. Nothing arrives. I finally show up to their dealership and nobody knows whats going on with my situation. It's been 27 days that I've been waiting to be paid for my car. The manager apologizes, the check was never even cut from the system, he has it printed up and delivers the check to my house himself on the 28th day after Subaru of Keene bought my car from me. This dealership needs more process controls.
Bought a used Subaru here and after we agreed on a price they added significant "fees" to increase the price and claimed the fees were non-negotiable which was not true. They also agreed, as part of the sale, to fix the rust patches. I think the only "fix" was a quick blast pf spray paint, because the rust back within weeks.

I was also given the opportunity to preview the Ascent when they had a demo model at their dealership. They took the time to go over all of the features on the demo car. When it came to the purchase of this SUV they did work hard to try to be sure that myself and my family were happy. This dealership is over an hour away from us (as there are a few dealerships closer) but this dealership is worth the drive. Adam in finance was great! Also Thanks to Mike, Craig, and Derek who also helped us get our Ascent. Adam was very kind and was able to get us the best financing rate! All of the staff were friendly. Our car broke down on the way to our vacation rental in Northern NH, it was close to closing and I had the car towed there, they fit me in and got all of the work done before our return trip. Very professional, skilled techs and great communication. Penny was an absolute lifesaver for us, and saved our vacation.

The staff at Subaru of Keene provided excellent advice and service. They performed the annual inspection along with warranty work for worn out wiper blades. I decided to do some of the work myself and their prices for high quality air and oil filters were very reasonable - in fact, better than the box stores and online sights I examined.
No respect for my time or mileage. They had me drive a 3 hour round trip for a car that had already been sold.
