Its a really nice store. They were having a tent sale while I was there, good price on clothes and tees in the tent. Sales staff in the store, less than friendly. I wish that they had still had the boat hanging over the stairs, neat for pics at home if it was still there. As I come from a state where we are land locked, its nice to see things like that and part of the reason that I chose to stop in there. So overall, a lot of nice clothes and bikes other than that the staff was sub par.

I had the time of my life at seacoastharley Davidson. I bought the like I wanted at the price I was willing to buy. I'm storing my bike up there for the winter. People without a place to put ur bike up for the winter should call H.D. OF SEACOAST to store ur bike. Everyone was very polite to me and approached me with no pressure. I talked to everyone up there and they gave me there undivided attention. My sales man was Jay he was super. My new friend. My friend Barry works up there I didn't know at the time he welcomed me and told me of I have any questions or needed to know anything don't be afraid to ask. I had fun in there. I went in to exchange a t shirt to big for me and ended up walking out with a brand new 2019 road king special with no pressure. I find them to be very professional and great at there job.i wish other places would make you feel comfortable and at ease especially when you make a investment like that.and don't let me forget to mention SHELBY MY NEW LITTLE FRIEND THAT took care of my warranties and maintenance program. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but when an out of town rider who is 600 miles from home brings his overheating liquid cooled motorcycle into a HD dealership, one would think that motorcycle would get priority service to get the out of town rider back on the road to his next destination and eventually back home. Well, not at Seacoast HD. What ever happened to quality customer service? What ever happened to going above and beyond to help a fellow rider who is far from home? I guess I just miss when people actually cared.

I recommend that you ask for Vincent he is the best when it comes to knowledge and help when purchasing your new bike. Definitely recommend Seacoast to anyone looking to buy a Harley. Make that 4 bikes we just brought 2 hard to get 115th year anniversary editions and Seacoast made it happen, Ed and Vincent are the best

From the first step into the place to signing the loan papers, Seacoast Harley is far above any other motorcycle sales experience (or any vehicle for that matter) we have had. Would highly recommend John for your salesman, but I'm sure the others are good too. We felt genuinely welcome but never pressured. The place in itself is fun to go to, just to look, but if you are in the market for a new ride, no doubt this is the place to go.

Stopped in for a NH State Inspection and was rejected by a service writer (Nick) who stated they would not do an inspection unless I was ready to buy a front tire. I told him I believed he was mistaken and the tire was to be measured at the center of tread (where there was more than 4/32" tread depth). Nick stated the front tire had to have 2/32" tread depth at all points. NH state inspection RSA #3234.04 states "...readings shall be taken in the major tread groove nearest the center of the tire at 2 points not closer than 15 inches," This is the same for tires that have tread design running across the tire or if it is a siped tire, **I have been doing NH state inspections since 1983 and I am aware of the requirements. I find Nick's actions to try and coerce me into buying a front tire offensive and bordering on criminal. I have been doing business with Seacoast Harley more than 20 years. And this poor treatment is a first. I recommend that unless Nick is a certified NH state inspector, that he refrain from making inspection judgements. If he is a certified inspector, maybe he should retake the inspector class and be retested. He obviously does not know the rules/statutes.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. (DO NOT BY A BIKE FROM HERE) My mother went to buy my father a brand new Harley for $28,000 and she has a great credit score. They went to this store for the 0% finance sale and got approved no problem. Keep in mind we own a business have 10 new cars and trucks. Well my father picked one out and was ready to drive it home. A man in finance came out and started saying the need all his information because he's riding it in case he get a divorce and runs away. My dads looking at this man like he has 3 heads. So because my father was with my mom while she bought this bike they wouldn't sell to her because he has bad credit. SERIOUSLY... They embarrassed him in front of the store a family who has bought over 10 bikes from this store. My father calls his buddy who works in the north shore store said they had no reason to ask this. And to top it all off the man was very rude. As a their son who was about to come in and buy a bike as well. Will not even look at a Harley again.

I was referred to Neil Anastas by a friend, and customer of Neil's. 1 week after meeting him he had my dream bike at an awesome price waiting for me. Went in, looked at the bike, put money down, and went home. After it was serviced and detailed he shipped it out to me. I love the bike, very happy with everything. I shopped around before I was referred to Neil. He goes above and beyond. The other dealers and salesmen and women weren't even comparable. Seacoast Harley is simply the leader in customer service,special events,availability,product knowledge,deals,training. Sales folks have a very low turn around and each sales person has much knowledge about features and are passionate about the product they sell. Seems like every other weekend there is something going on for customers. From the the wall of death a stunt show or simply hot dogs and drinks till there gone SHD is a destination not just a dealership. With the square footage within the dealership or the onsite “barn” if you are wanting it good chance they will have it. Parts and Accessories folks are very knowledgeable and with a huge inventory of items. While no question HD merchandise is expensive. SHD helps out in a big way with their MVP program. $99.00 buys you lifetime membership across 4 dealerships. Initial membership day entitles you 15% off everything(excluding bikes). Then 10-15% off every purchase there after. With additional bonus percentage off during some sales. This is a great deal. Often buying in store as a MVP member is cheaper than buying online!!! The rider training programs and instructors are absolutely professionals and know their jobs! With a bonus that the classes are done out back in the huge parking lot. Great combination at SHD. Thank you SHD for being much more than a simple dealership!

Went in to put the down payment on ny maintenance package for the brand new 2018 street glide i boight from them, two days later, I see a charge for $1100 MORE than the payment was supposed to be. I call the dealership and they tell me its nothing that they did, so I call my bank and they tell me they see the request for the money from the dealership... I call the dealership back to which I get a run around for another 2-3 hours until FINALLY the sales manager or something like that calls and says, hey we found the charge for the $1500, but see a credit issued for $1100 immediately after that, but there weren't any receipts and nothing in the other system... And I'm still waiting on my money to be deposited back into my account and the dealerships staff have done NOTHING to make this right other than say, I dont know why or how this happened, but you'll have your money back sooner or later... Meanwhile the account I used is suffering insufficient funds fees for other bills I had paid from that account and returned payment fees... No customer satisfaction or ANYTHING rrsembling the fact that they want to keep my business... I think I will request a full refund from my maintenance package and go set it up at another dealership not owned by Seacoast Harley... I think I'll go deal with Laconia Harley Davidson.

I had been told by family and friends they were no good at Seacoast. Since I moved to the area I figured I would try them out anyways. Bought a used Street Bob and got a fair price, so far so good. Started using their parts dept and found them to be very helpful and accommodating. Great, looks like Seacoast wasn't as bad as I was told. Came down a year after buying my bike for an inspection sticker and had them take care of the oil change as well. Tried setting an appointment for the work but was told it's first come first served for stickers, oil and wheels. Got to their service dept as they opened. I was the 4th person in. After a 5 hour wait I got my bike back. I may buy another bike and parts from them but I will never ever use the service dept again. I'll make the trip to Heritage or Manchester for any work. At least they let you schedule stickers and oil changes.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I was met with the usual salesman coming back with a number on a piece of paper with squares. This tactic is meant to confuse the customer. I told the salesman we are just starting to look and starting the research process. Your then told the sales manager would like to meet you "introduce himself" before you leave. This is the sending in the reinforcements part of the process. So as a customer I don't want to be rude and listen to what the gentleman has to say. This is were the paper with all the numbers is showed again to the customer, but this time numbers are crossed out, figures are circled, and you then get the what price are you looking to spend question. That's always an easy question, the answer is the cheapest you can offer me. Moving on, once trade in value is established then next you need to know your financing terms. This is your APR as well as length of the term minus your trade. Make sure to ALWAYS ask about hidden fees like freight charge ($1,499) and documentation fee ($399). Lastly, at this point the dealership has made it a point not to tell you what they are charging you for the bike itself (the second part of the transaction). The reason is this "deal" they pitched/tried to pressure you with is not a deal at all and once you get home and do the math yourself you then realize that you would have paid over RRP. In the end I told the salesperson I know it was out of his control, but accountability needs to fall on someone and in my option it's the sales manager. I'm so glad that I left the first day and asked the right questions after I had time to look online to do some homework. Bottom line was for kicks, I used a loan calculator online (which are available on numerous sites) entered in the APR, terms, down payment (aka trade in value), and hidden fees. The last part you STILL haven't received is the price of the bike. So for reference, I entered RRP of the bike (found on the Harley site,) I was shocked to find out that this dealership was actually trying to sell me a bike $25 more a month than RRP (in this case a $1,800 extra profit for the dealership). So in the end, make sure you are a educated consumer and make sure you do your homework and always ask as many questions as possible. Math always trumps everything in the end. Sorry for the long rant, but I just wanted to let folks know to be careful and aware of these sales pitches when shopping here or you will be the one taken on the ride (no pun indented).

The list of good things that I can say about the guys at Seacoast Harley is endless everybody from my salesman all the way up to the finance manager everything about my experience there was awesome I don't think there's one bad thing that I could honestly say about Seacoast Harley. I walked in there not knowing these people from Adam and them not knowing me anymore and they took care of me like I was one of their family members. The only remotely bad thing I can say about Seacoast Harley is I hate that they're so far away from where I live because I would love to do more business with them then I am because of the distance I'd have to travel.

I had purchased my first 2 Harley's from private parties up until last November 2014 when I traded my 2004 police bike for a pre-owned 2011 Ultra Limited with Vincent in sales. I was very pleased with the bike until I saw the new twin-cooled Ultra Limited model with the Infotainment package that was upstairs last month. Again, I went to Vincent and we made a deal. The people at Seacoast are exceptional from Len in parts to all of the service fellas, I can't say enough. It's getting cold, but I've still been able to get a few hundred miles on the new bike and I can't believe the difference in just 5 model years. This bike is first class. I took the New Rider's Course a few weeks ago and could not have asked for better instructors. I began the class not having a clue what I was doing but after four days I was feeling confident and couldn't wait to start riding. My husband and I stopped by Seacoast last weekend and had NO intention of buying a new bike. We both fell in love with the Heritage Softail that Ragnar showed us and then Ed offered us a deal that we just couldn't refuse. Needless to say, we bought a new bike. I took her home two days ago and already have 100 miles on it! The entire experience at the dealership was TOP NOTCH. From signing up for class, getting expert instructors, to working with a well educated salesman (Ragnar) , plus Ed and Ryan and the awesome finance team and then Terry and the girls who were SUPER helpful in deciding which helmet to buy. They were all awesome! And although I haven't used the service department yet, I know that experience will be great just by looking at the sparkling clean bays and talking to the knowledgeable staff. It's true that once you buy a Harley you become part of a new family. We are looking forward to seeing you all out on the rode. Ride safe!
