Howard Cullen, go see him if your looking to buy a vehicle at Irwin. We had an atroshish experience at Best Ford in Nashua, NH. And we went to Irwin, met with Howard, told him our story. Knowing what we went through, he thoroughly explained their process, showed us on the computer, the financial options . Made it easy and clear...no BS. They have a lot of vehicles to offer, new and used. Great place if your unsure of what you want cause they have plenty and if they dont, they'll find it fast and that's what they did for us and we were able to find the Ford Explorer we wanted. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned F150 back in February of 2015. The sales process was average but the delivery was non existent ... Here's the keys .. do you have the check !!!! Still waiting for warranty paperwork. Bed-liner wasn't ready at pickup so came back a few days later and they installed the wrong bed-liner. Sales Manager told me they could most likely come to my house to install the new bed-liner when it came in, never heard from him ended up driving up to get it installed.
