I reached out to adobe found online and talked to Devon for a while about the new GLI. I went in and they offered me a fair amount for my trade and they worked with me to get the payment I wanted! I worked with John Morris to get my aunt into a new Jetta lease. When I arrived the car was detailed to perfection, and Joel and Troy Demers were there to greet me and sign the papers with my aunt in less than 30 mins. The sales department works hard to make the sale and are nice to work with. The service department has gone down hill in the past two years. Everything from unpleasant service reps to unreliable repairs. They don't even wash your car after service which is something most dealerships do as a courtesy these days. I was told I needed new rotors and it just wasn't the case. When I took it to another shop the rotors were fine. They spilled fluids down the side of my car and just left it there to dry, didn't bother to clean it up. Really disappointed as I have been a good regular customer for 5+ years.

My experience with Dominick and the whole crew at Quirk led me to buy my first car ever car from a dealership! Extremely helpful, not pushy. I have contacted the service department multiple times for simple things, like a light out light on the dash on for a light bulb being out but the light bulb was replaced and they won't touch the car. I contact the Nashua VW and they took the car in, cleared the light and didn't even charge me. This isn't the first time I've been turned away for service over something simple. The other time was a lose trim they didn't want to touch. It is disappointing that the Nashua VW will go out of their way for you and Manchester won't bat an eye at the car. I don't even think I would trust them doing an oil change correctly.

Drove an hour down to Manchester to try this dealership out. By far the most professional and reliable service center I've been. I was very disappointed of the dealership in my neighborhood. This place however is very transparent and professional about the entire process. They even send you a video of the entire process!

What an incredible experience from start to finish. I have been loyal to VW for six years now, and have leased two cars from a dealer in the Seacoast area and have had nothing but trouble on top of trouble. Within 5 minutes of being at Quirk VW in Manchester I knew I made the right choice to leave my former dealership and give Quirk a try. Joel L made the experience even BETTER. I cant share enough positive words for how incredible every single step of the process was, and how QUICK it was. There was no tricks, everything and everyone we worked with was up front, there was no haggling, just ease. Joel made sure we had all the info necessary, and conversation never felt forced and my husband and I never felt like we were being duped or "sold." Not a bad experience a little strange

Walked in to look at a car, only to be told in no uncertain terms that the type of car I wanted to test drive isn't allowed to be test driven. I went directly to a different VW dealership and was able to test drive the same type of car I'm interested in. No sale from me will happen at Quirk VW in Manchester. Way to push away a VERY potential customer away Quirk VW.

Bought my 2012 Passat pre-owned in 2014 from Quirk and routinely bring it there for service (routine maintenance, etc.). Every time I bring my vehicle in, I am treated like they care. Not fake care, genuine care. The people there, no matter who I've spoken with, treats their customer with the equal respect and value you hope to get from them. I've had one service mishap and they took full responsibility. The service manager called, owned the mistake, and explained what he'd do to make it right. And they did. I would recommend anyone to buy or service their VW here.

Quirk provided me with the most awesome buying experience I've ever had while buying a new car. Matt the salesman was fully prepared with 5 Star courtesy and info needed to expedite me through the process of obtaining a new vehicle. My wait time was about 60 minutes after walking through the front door to talk "turkey" and trade in my slightly used VW Jetta. I had dealt with a competitor in the area, same product, same details, same everything-Quirk shined in every way. I would highly recommend to anyone the fine services offered by them. We love the new car and we love Quirk-hands down-they are 5 Star awesome. No financial gain or promotion was offered or suggested in the granting of this review.

I just purchased a 2011 Golf , my experience here was incredible. The minute i stepped out of my car, Paula Grimard was right there to greet me at the door. I got scammed! Do not purchase the Maintenance package! I paid $500 for the maintenance package and on got $180 worth of service. They didn't bother to tell me that there was an expiration date of 3 yrs. I go in for service based on the sticker they put on my window after a service, it says either by this month/year or at this mileage. I followed that but only after 2 services of $90 each I'm told the maintenance package has EXPIRED!!! I went in yesterday for my 3rd maintenance and had to pay $90 because they would not honor the $500 maintenance package that I only used $180 worth of service. They are the ones to tell me when to service my car but they sold me the maintenance package knowing if would expire before I could use the entire package... They are scammers!! I was going to purchase another Jetta this month from them but they lost a life long Jetta customer. I'll be reporting them to VW Corporate as well as the BBB!!

Will was awesome! Told him I was test driving 6 different cars that day after being to one dealership already. He let me drive it and gave me his card and didn't try to sell me knowing it was only 2 of 6 cars I wanted to drive. When I went back to buy they kept getting creative to get me into what I wanted and needed. Was going to get a 2019 Sel R Line tiguan, saw a 2018 premium Tiguan in the showroom and they got me into that one for less! Awesome dealership.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Went in there at 6pm, drove out within an hour in a brand new GTI. Couldn't be happier with the cars performance. The sales manager, Keith, runs a great team. From the salesman fairly evaluating the trade, to the accountant making the loan paperwork painless, to the kind and knowledgeable young man who showed me how to use all the gadgets on my brand new rig....it was an amazing experience (something I never thought I would say about buying a vehicle). They are ok if you are buying a car. The after sales support and service has been just terrible for me. I had numerous issues with the car new. And when it went in for service for a warranty item the car came back with scratches inside and outside. I called the service manager after he gave me the wrong email to contact him and they said they would call me back, never heard back from them. Unfortunately this is the norm today, technicians that are forced to rush through a job and not do it correctly. And service folks that are just too over worked to help you. This is why I never go to dealers, they just don't care post sales.

Body shop is a joke. Took my car for 2+ weeks to replace fenders and hatch for warranty. Rescheduled my pickup time at least 5 times. Drove an hour to pick it up after I was told it would be ready for Monday at noon. Never got a call updating me and came only to find out they’re only just now painting it. Professionalism is a joke here.

Had a 9am appointment, made last week, for an oil change & tire rotation. I arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Did not get the car back until nearly 2 hrs later. That is not acceptable. The scheduler should not be overbooking (if that is the case) or, If unforeseen delays are occurring, the service writer should be informing the customer who is patiently waiting in the waiting room. I have chosen Quirk VW in the past for their impeccable service and, clearly, today I was disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with Joel Lombard and the rest of the team at Quirk VW. I came in with the intention of test driving a Jetta but not expecting to make a decision that day. I was weary from looking at other makes and models at three other area dealerships. During my test-drive, I fell in love with the vehicle. Joel was attentive to what features I wanted and found a trim that was right for my needs and budget. I was provided with many different payment options. I feel like I had a very fair trade-in value for my former vehicle-- double than what other dealerships quoted. I didn't feel pressured at any point in the process. Upon picking the car up, every employee who was free at that moment was dedicated to processing remaining paperwork and preparing my vehicle. They also took the time to educate me on the vehicle's features and how the fancy touch screen interface works. Finally, they let me have a final moment alone with my old, beat-up trade-in...It was emotional! But I am so happy with my new Jetta and my experience at Quirk. Quick and easy with no sales pressure. Just bought a 2018 GTI. Dealt with Cheryl over email and got prompt, straight forward answers and a firm price. Dealt with Joel for the test drives, he was polite and really let the car sell itself. Didn’t get a great price for my trade, so took that off the table and paid the sales price. Quick and easy transaction, financed in minutes (don’t recall the Finance Manager’s name), got me a great rate, then we walked through getting my insurance and the paperwork for registering in MA sorted. No sales pressure, quick and easy dealings. I drove an hour from MA for the price. Well worth my time. They did quote me what seemed like a high quote for time/$$ to install some accessories, so I passed on that. However, they were upfront about it, so no issues there.

I just received the most horrible customer service at this Dealership, when I spoke with the General Manager, or who I think was the General Manager, I had the impression that he had something better to do than hear my complaint and my suggestions. I am never having anything to do with this dealership. I would suggest you drive to Nashua if you are even thinking about going to Quirk Wolkswagon in Manchester NH?. The only person who was even remotely courteous was Matt Joseph. When I mentioned my horrible experience, Mr. Joseph apologized for my treatment. I was also notified that even though my replacement was under warranty, I would have to pay $115.00 for the Dealership to install my mats, 2 minutes work for $115.00, completely unexceptionable, which comes to$3450.00 an hour for labor why and how could a Dealership charge over 3000.00 dollars an hour?

They said they would get me a car from Quirk at Massachusetts but instead at the last moment the played me and told me they couldn't get the car and if they do it it would cost me 700$ more.although they had promise me earlier to match the price and get it to new Hampshire without extra cost. Ridiculous the sales guy name is John. Don't understand why everyone is giving them 5 stars. They must be their family members writing the review. And one last thing Quirk don't save you money at all as said in the catchphrase of their commercial.

As a new buyer of a Diesel fuel car, the salesman/manager never gave fundamental winter maintenance info.This negligence resulted in problems and unnecessary cost. My family purchased 2 Volkswagen TDIs in the summer of 2017. As a new buyer of Volkswagen Diesel fueled vehicles it should be fundamental that the salesperson or manager provide critical winter maintenance awareness. (In light of living in New England) Due to winter temperatures my car's Diesel fuel congealed and this resulted in a need for a fuel flush and filter replacement, none of which is covered under warranty. Temperatures in New England always drop to temperatures that can impact Diesel fuel, yet the team at Quirk Volkswagen never informed me of the need to add an additive to the fuel as a preventive measure. The team's negligence with this matter is uncalled for, it should be fundamental that they inform buyers of these potential issues in order to ensure that there will not be unnecessary problems months after purchase.

The sale person was friendly, personable, knowledgable and honest. His sales manager was also very friendly, honest and I felt very comfortable there and never pressured. We recently leased a 2018 Tiguan from this dealership and had a great experience overall. Specifically working with salesperson Jeremy Lent was awesome. Ask for him when you go in. He's a very nice, straightforward guy (not too sales-y like some where you feel you can't trust them), and worked with us in a patient, pleasant and fair way to get the numbers where we needed them. We had originally asked for a certain price and walked out when it wasn't met. At the next sales promotion event a week later we contacted Jeremy directly and he was very responsive (even on a day off!) and the dealership got us the numbers we needed. I was a bit surprised they didn't contact us to make a sale when the incentives changed as I've been pursued by dealerships in the past, but that's not necessarily a mark against them. This dealership also gave us a great value for our trade-in. We shopped around and a dealership I won't name in northern Mass was going to give us almost $2,000 less for our trade. Overall great experience. I have also had prior vehicles serviced here over the last few years and have had no issues with their service department. Now, we'll see how the lease return process goes in 3 years....

I bought my mother’s 2010 Hyundai Elantra for a state inspection. I know it is a Volkswagen dealership but the state inspection at $29.95 is the cheapest around, and I service my Tiguan there. The first thing I noticed was a change in personnel. Except for one service advisor. I must say the personnel changes is a big improvement from the last management team. I was greeted warmly by Matt Joseph my service advisor and he took care of all my needs, even though I did not bring in a Volkswagen to service. I asked Matt who the technician was that was performing the state inspection. His name was Cameron Dube. I asked Matt to ask Mr. Dube to install windshield wipers that I purchased at AutoZone because I thought a Volkswagen dealership may not carry wipers for a Hyundai. He was more than happy to accommodate my request, and was finished in a timely manner. My vehicle was returned to my in the condition that I brought it in. I highly recommend Quirk Volkswagen for any automotive services.

Just bought a VW Tiguan there this week. Was very surprised by the whole transaction. I was hoping for a good price but not expecting a very fun experience. They said hi to me but left me alone to enjoy looking around the lot without bothering me. Once inside they kept things casual and quickly worked toward getting me a price whereas other dealerships play games and do lots of chit chat to hold you there for hours. We talked a bit about the price (always a bit of negotiation they expect) and came up with a fair price so I bought the car. They gave me a much better price than my local dealer and they made the process fun and easy. Not sure if they could have done anything to make the experience any better. Thanks you Dominick. Service department is good, but the sales department is downright rude. My experience with the service department was generally positive. I had some warranty work done here on my 2016 GTI in late 2017 (backup cam died due to water from a touchless carwash, replace recalled fuel suction pump, replace recalled sunroof seal). All work was done to a satisfactory level, my only complaint related to the whole service process was that they estimated it would be done by end-of-day, but it took until the end of the following day. I don't really blame them for this though, because the delay was due to the backup cam part being fried by water and they needed to order a new one. This was not a known variable when I asked for the estimate. The only reason I was even upset about this at all is that it meant I had to drive their loaner auto Passat for an extra day instead of my 6MT GTI. On the other side of the spectrum is their sales department. I had reached out in early February 2018 looking to requesting info on a new 2018 Mk7.5 Golf R, and specifically requested to get on a waitlist. I received a very terse reply from a saleswoman named Cheryl that amounted to "we don't know, but I can let you know when we do". I checked in a few months later and got about the same reply. Another several weeks later the Golf R forums start exploding... they're stateside. Sure enough, I check online and see several 2018 Rs listed on the Quirk site as available, including one that exactly matched what I asked for (White + 6MT). When I reached out to the saleswoman I had emailed before asking why I see the car online but never got an email from them, the reply was "Oh, we've only known for a few days. Let me know when you want to come in to sign papers". At this point I knew I wouldn't be doing business with these people. I'm looking to buy a $40k car and they can't even send an email to tell me it's availble? Not only that, but for my initial requests for more info they didn't even put in the slightest bit of effort. A quick google search showed me the media packet available on the VWoA site with the release info for the 2018 R as-of late 2017, but they couldn't even give me a link to that. To be fair, this was a bad experience with ONE saleswoman, not the entire team. However, I was actually upset enough to submit a complaint to the dealership about my bad experience. From the total lack of response I got I'm guessing either the same saleswoman managed to intercept it or they just don't care that their salespeople are rude. Either way, they won't be getting my business. In the end I'm actually quite happy that the Quirk saleswoman was so rude, because I ended up buying my car from Gene Langan VW in Glastonbury CT and have nothing but awesome things to say about the entire experience there. TL;DR: Service department is good, but a saleswoman was so rude it pushed me to a different dealer, and Quirk didn't even care enough to reply to my complaint about poor customer service.

Stay away from this place. They took advantage of my wife for the final time after purchasing multiple vehicles. Gouged her on the price of two new tires. Charged her more that what I paid for 10 ply truck tires for on my F-150, then ruined the spare while taking them off. Over $530 for an oil change and two little car tires...really guys....

Great service and very friendly staff. But you are going to over pay for a lot of their services because it is a dealership. They wanted to charge me $80 for an air cabin filter change. That's not worth it at all. Sure you're paying for the labor too but the item itself is like $5 OEM on ebay and most cars are can easily change the filter as well. Also wanted nearly $400 to change my rear brake pads and rotors when I can do them myself for nearly a third of the price (~$150). It's a great place if you need something done...but just make sure that you're aware you're going to overpay for everything, when you can get it cheaper done elsewhere. At Tire Warehouse they will align my 4 wheels for around $20. Here, they will charge you $80-100. Check your prices and be smart with your money.

Unfortunately my car was junk (I wasn't surprised), but even though it took over an hour for them to inspect it and the going rate for an hour there is, $115.00, they felt so bad that they didn't even CHARGE me!!! I'd go back there any day☺ -they're very nice people to do business with. They also have chairs, TV's, as well as tables to eat at, free coffee and bottled water! This was specifically at the Volkswagen part of Quirk, but I'm going to go ahead an assume it's like that in every building at Quirk. Quirky name? Do not go here! My mother leased an EOS at Quirk. I believe the guy's name was Craig that she leased from. Not 100% sure his name. About a month after leasing my mother got cancer. She did not drive the car for a year due to her illness. When she was told it was time for hospice we went to break her lease with about 50 miles on the car. The staff could not have been ruder or less caring and unsympathetic. In fact they wanted nothing to do with us. Craig (car salesman) who was so nice when we leased the car wouldn't even give my sick mom the time of day. He brushed her off and sent us over to some jerk who was telling us it would cost $20k to break the lease. No one even acknowledged that she was sick. Instead they just tried to wheel and deal with us and give us the run around. Long story short my mom passed away last year and my dad dropped the car off. Now they are after him for money for her lease. Heartless staff!! They Were so rude after they made their sale!! I would never step foot in there!

I’ve never even been to this dealership however the customer service over the phone was so terrible. The service personnel asked me which key I was looking to order and I asked what the price difference was. He said well usually people who call to order already know what they’re going to order and that I wasting his time by asking him a question the parts person would know. He was just incredibly rude so I ended up calling the commonwealth Volkswagen dealership in Lawrence and what an improvement it was. I felt like a valued customer and an additional bonus was that the service ended up being cheaper. I’d rather drive the extra 20 minutes than give this place a dime.

Jay in service was extremely rude from the start. I called 2 days ago and no one called me back. When I mentioned that, his exact words were: “maybe we didn’t call you back for reason”. After I gave him pushback since he wasn’t even trying to accommodate me, he brought me outside and told me that he doesn’t want my business. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Update: just went to another dealership after and was treated like a king. Was greeted by multiple people and they all introduced themselves with big happy friendly faces, unlike poor old Jay who didn’t even say his name or say hi for that matter, just stood there with a bewildered look on his face. I even got a video of my Jetta when it was lifted and the mechanic recorded the under belly of my car and showed me how my car was doing.
