Just got off the phone with Fred in service. Over a year ago I brought my Chevy Malibu in because we received letters that there were recalls on the transmission shifter cable and the sensors for the power steering. At the time there was nothing wrong with the cable or the power steering. The work was done and in the last 3 months both the shifter cable they replaced has snapped and the power steering now kicks out after 5-10 minutes of driving due to an issue Chevy never actually resolved. Their resolution? I should bring the car in and let them work on it and they'll charge me full price for the repairs.. I don't think so. Instead, I just won't buy Chevy products anymore. And this is as much Chevy's fault as Quirks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It would have been nice if even a half attempt was made to resolve the issue. Nada. Nada gonna buy Chevy or suggest folks go to Quirk anymore. Sorry guys.

My husband and I went looking for another Silverado when his lease was up. We needed a family car but still has our hearts set on a truck. We end up getting a Chevy Equinox - Red Line edition. We weren't even expecting to get into an SUV. The service that TJ provided made us very comfortable that my husband were convinced that in able to have a family vehicle, we needed more space, more room for the kids and still have the stylish of a box truck look on this SUV. We loved the vehicle! We got many compliments on the ride. Definitely will be recommending TJ to our friends and family.

I went to Quirk looking for a new car and received excellent service by everyone there. I never felt pressured to buy from them. They did not have the trim line of the vehicle I wanted on the lot so they got it from another dealer within a few days. The credit department found the best interest rate available and made sure I got as many rebates as possible. Plus I LOVE my new Traverse! My husband can sit comfortably in front of the car seats without having his knees crushed by the glove compartment.

They pass off damaged vehicles as brand new! Be careful or they will take advantage of you!! All they want is to make a sale they really do not care about the customer!!! Update! Today we went to speak to the manager so we could try and make this right and he got very angry and was yelling at us as things escalated and they did nothing for us... Terrible customer service and he said that this review(the paragraph above) was very threatening... what? Lol I'm only speaking the truth... this is not a place worth doing business with they are very shady and Chevy should be ashamed of Quirk... This is very unacceptable service!!!

I have done business with Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester, NH on multiple occasions however the most recent visit has left a a bad taste of how they conduct business. My fiancé and I went to purchase a 2019 Chevy 2500HD W/T on Father’s Day. They did not have the truck we wanted on the lot but we test drove one with everything we wanted for features. it just wasn’t the exterior color we wanted. They said they could bring one in the next day that had the exact same features but the color we wanted so we made the deal. The following day we went to pick it up and in the excitement we didn’t realize it was missing a crucial option on our wish list that the truck we test drove did, The Tow Mirrors. They promised tow mirrors I don’t have tow mirrors. I got in contact with the salesman to get this issue reconciled and they told me they needed to talk with Mr. Quirk because it is a $2,000 mistake. They mention it would take a few days so I waited until the following week to reach out since I had heard from them again. Feeling blown off at this point. I finally spoke with the salesman and he said they couldn’t cover the cost only offer the parts at cost which was about $1,000 and I still had to eat the install cost myself. I mentioned this wasn’t enough and wasn’t right he said he would try again. He came back with an option that would cost me $1,400. Mean while I had been receiving emails from the client retention manager asking how my experience was and if I was happy with the truck. I wrote the client retention manager and email back stating that I was having an issue and got no reply. I called the customer retention manager after the final offer from the salesman and explain the situation she stated that she would call me back almost a week later and still no reply from them. I am starting my own business that will need a fleet as the company grows and I have always been a Chevy guy but at this point we will never go back quirk and recommend others to try any of the other Chevy dealers in the area. I have had good experience when I purchased a truck from Banks in concord.

I went to Quirk to decide between a 2019 Toyota Tacoma (already visited Ira) and the 2019 GMC Canyon and Chevy Colorado. Bob Corey was the salesman that spent lots of time with us, test drove each truck, had all the answers, looked for other options. While we were skeptical about spending so much on a car/truck, Bob worked out all the numbers, giving us the best way to purchase. Turns out we are now the proud owners of a 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71! Kudos to Bob for having the patience and actually making the normally painful process of choosing a vehicle, very smooth and sensible! I would go back to him and will also let others know this is the guy to see to help pick out a vehicle. Thanks Bob.

I'd be curious how often someone actually qualifies within +50% of their advertised lease specials. They advertised $115/month for a Chevy Volt and it ended up being well over $400/month -- I knew it'd be more, but not more than 3x that price. I then considered buying the car outright and they didn't even have their inventory straight, so right before I was about to buy it they informed me the car had been sold at one of their sister locations. The sales rep was nice and straight-forward when I was in-person, but I'm eagerly awaiting the car-buying future where gimmicky markups, unnecessary dealership fees, and empty advertising hooks are a thing of the past. Obviously, they should figure out their inventory issues, I felt bad for the sales rep and could tell this wasn't the first time. But I also wish they'd just shared the realistic cost numbers via their text/email communication and saved me and themselves the time.

My sales person was Adam Anderson. Made my experience getting into my dream truck even easier than the first time he sold me a truck. There was no hassle and easy to come to terms. I have a 2 year old, it’s hard to be at a dealership for hours and have your kid behave. Adam worked with me over the phone while he found the truck that I wanted to get into. Most other dealership wouldn’t work with me over the phone and wanted me at there dealership. Also he was on vacation and still worked with me. I am very happy with my experience with Adam and the Quirk team.

I recently got a 2019 Awd Chevy Equinox Ls, on Feb 28th. I love it so far! It's a smooth ride, very spacious, and good on gas. I had Andrew Neville for my sales person, he was great! Very knowledgeable, accurate with everything he told me. Any questions I had about the car he explained it thoroughly. I told him what my situation was and everything I needed and how much I could afford. he went above and beyond to meet those expectations! He looked for the perfect match for me before we went any further. Once everything was said and done he came out and helped me set up my phone room my car. I had a great experience. I didnt feel rushed or pushed into anything throughout the whole time. Once it went to the finance manager Ryan he went above and beyond and got me a great payment! I was very pleased with my visit to Quirk. Cameron came up to me and opened the door! He was an excellent salesman not pushy, really helpful and when I left I had leased a Malibu without driving it! I sat in it, liked all the bells and whistles. I had come from Toyota where I had leased Camry’s SE for 5 years. I’m really enjoying the heated seats and remorte start, which I hadn’t had for 5 years! Cameron drove the Malibu over to Toyota so I could return the Camry. He took the plates off the Toyota etc and was patient while I signed papers. He has text me to see if all is going well. I had the best experience ever at Quirk Chevrolet. I like the fact that there was a salesperson there when I arrived, who open the door for me and welcomed me to the dealership. He immediately asked me to have a seat and he went to get my salesperson. Everyone whom I dealt with were all very kind and polite. My salesperson, Adam was great. We talked about what I would like in a vehicle and then helped me decide which vehicle would best work for me. He then showed me the Chevy Trax, which was exactly what I needed. We sat inside the Trax, where Adam showed me the interior and explained how everything worked. After that, I was convinced the Trax was the right vehicle for me. The deal that I was offered, works perfect for me. It all went nice and smooth, due to Adam and all who worked on the deal. Now I am the proud owner of a brand new 2019 Chevrolet Trax, that I absolutely love. I'm not sure exactly what they did besides running my credit 5-6 times and telling me I couldn't be approved. Low balled me on my trade in generally wasted my time, 4 + hours spent there. Only to be given the run around when I called to follow up. I went through my hometown credit union was quickly approved for $1000 less because a different dealership offered me a better price and was a generally more transparent dealership. Don't waste your time here.

I have to say my first initial impression of quirk Manchester was great. The sales people seem to be very professional. Stopped in to try to take advantage of the up to $8,000 off of MSRP special currently running. WOW!!! "Sounds great right"?... I have excellent credit (800+) but unfortunately the discounts I qualified for was only $2500... Not even 50% of what they're advertising. "quite the gimmick"! So I try to negotiate my trade in with the general manager, feeling like he was low-balling me a little bit, to the tune of $1,500 or so. That didn't go well either. I found him to be arrogant and somewhat dismissive. The sales guy I was dealing with was pretty nice though. I related to the sales guy how I felt about the general manager in a derogatory way. the sales guy then went and told the general manager what I said about him... in response, the general manager now refuses to sell me a vehicle. Very unprofessional!!! That being said my experience at quirk Manchester was very unprofessional. And I will encourage all my family and friends to steer clear of quirk of Manchester....

I have had 3 experiences with Quirk Chevy...1 was okay and 2 were awful. 2 out of the 3 experiences I or the person i was with BOUGHT the car from them. This most recent time, my fiancé and i were just out to browse and potentially buy. We had a specific SUV in mind we wanted to see. We were out of the car for maybe 30 seconds before we were approached. I don't remember the salesman's name and even if I did, i wouldn't put him on blast like this but he was AWFUL. right from the get go, he tried getting us into an SUV a step up (more $$) than what we wanted. He also asked within the first 3 minutes if we were looking to finance or lease - a normal question, I get it, but when we said finance he insisted we should look into leasing. He wouldn't let this go in the 10 minutes we spent there, he did end up showing me the SUV we initially wanted to see but wasn't paying attention when i was looking inside it and so i felt i couldn't ask questions. I had such a bitter taste in my mouth that i couldn't get out of there fast enough and had no interest looking at anything else. We went to Subaru right after and bought something there - the salesman there was AMAZING! The second experience i had here was when my fiancé bought his truck. The salesman was not knowledgable and ended up telling us things about the truck that weren't true (had onstar and wifi) which ended up costing us more money later on when we wanted to put a car starter in. our fault for not doing the research but to have a sales person LIE about features of the car was unheard of to me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I am fully aware that car salesmen need to make their living, but there is no point making people uncomfortable and not listening to what they actually want OR outright lying to them.

Service Department was awesome.... Sales on the other hand is awful! My 2019 Traverse broke down 3 days after having it. GM's policy is they tow it to the closest Dealership. The closest dealership couldn't take my truck in until after the New Year. The truck broke down on the 18th. Sales refused to call me back after I explained what happened. They told me I could use my Triple A to have it towed. My husband had to tow it to their dealership on a Wednesday evening, an hour and 45 minutes away and then we had to go the next night to pick it up. The only way we could wait until Saturday is if we agreed to pay for the rental fee. I've tried to reach both the Sales Associate Carlos and GM Steve. None have responded to me. Don't go here..... I lease my vehicles, and this is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with.

I feel cheated out of a brand new vehicle.. 21 days after purchasing my vehicle I went to hand wash it and found a deep 1-1 1/2 scratch on my hood. It clearly had been filled and covered and when I spoke to my salesman, he said he would return my call, and never did. I had to call him, for him to tell me bis soke to his manager and there was nothing they could do so I told him I'll be by the next day to show and speak to the manager. Fast forward, the sales manager plays dumb, that he was just informed of this, but he'd been there since 10, knew about it but never reached out to me, so my sales guy pipes in with "im busy selling cars".. wait didnt you tell me told me you spoke to your sales manager who told you there was nothing they could do..??? The manager gives a lame excuse that my truck was "keyed", but says it's a "deep one". yea, someone went to the lengths of keying my hood and filling it in...Once they have your money they don't care, and you mean nothing and I'm not the only one who has had this issue with them. Please carefully read all the reviews.. All i wanted was a simple fix..My salesman being a "man of god" (because I said this was bulls***t on the phone) did you forget you're a car salesman, there is nothing godly about that. My word of advice, is to get a magnifying glass and look over every solid inch of the vehicle, dispute EVERYTHING you can before you hand over or sign anything!! Thanks Quirk for ruining the experience of buying a brand new truck..

Terrible dealership! I made the mistake of buying a new GMC SIERRA DENALI from Quirk in Manchester. Shortly after taking delivery I discovered the truck was not properly prepped by Quirk. Over $500 worth of factory shipped items that were supposed to be installed by the dealer never were. I contacted the salesman and got the run around for over a week. I then submitted a negative survey about Quirk to General Motors. Ten days later I contacted Quirk to find out when they were going to install my parts. I was told they were on order and they would get them out to me, but wanted to end our business after that due to the negative survey I submitted. Steve the General Manager, told me he knew nothing about this issue until the negative survey. I was told by the salesman Patrick several times that he had spoken to Steve and they were looking into it and checking with their inventory department during the week before I submitted my survey!

It took less than the estimated hour I was quoted, which was a bonus, and they have a nice waiting area for customers. Everyone I interacted with met me with a smile and they were very helpful and friendly. I've never been disappointed with the service I've received here, whether I'm looking for a new vehicle, or just getting an oil change.

This review applies to the service department only. I called Quirk Chevy in Manchester, NH and asked them about an appointment to take a look at a 2011 Chevy Avalanche. I had a failed power window switch. To my surprise they responded that it was too old, they don't make that vehicle anymore and they would not service my vehicle. I must say that in all of my years I have never heard anything so stupid. The truck is less than 10 years old and based on the Tahoe/Suburban platform. GM has a tons of parts for these vehicles. I have never had a problem at any other Chevy dealer getting this truck serviced. So I called to Banks Chevrolet in Concord. They gladly accepted by business. Well I guess the name Quirk says it all.

I was driving home from Bretton Woods NH today to my home in Rhode Island when my 2008 Silverado started overheating. I did a quick google search for Chevy dealers and was directed to Quirk Chevrolet in Manchester. I was greeted by Chris, a service associate and explained my dilemma. Chris did a quick check for engine error messages and he explained it was probably my thermostat. He quickly processed the work order and told me he would do everything he could to expedite the fix even though it was obviously very busy. In the past I have gone to Quirk to look at vehicles and have always walked away and bought somewhere else due to their lack of wanting to answer my questions. It was always well when are you buying because I am not going to waste time going over things if you're not buying. I had my truck die on the road and chose to have it towed to Quirk Manchester because it was close to home, big mistake last time I will go there for service next time I will go to Betley or Bankes even though they are 30 minutes from me. I told them what happened and what the codes were because on-star told me on the side of the road and I looked up the codes in about 5 minutes. My truck sat all day and I had to keep calling to get information. Finally I found out I was not going to be able to pick it up. The following morning first thing I get a call that its all set and that I will have to pay for diagnostics. They did absolutely nothing the truck just sat inside and thawed because the diesel jelled. All they had to do was clear the codes so the light would go off. I questioned them charging me and they said a tech had to spend time doing the diagnostics and then looking up the codes to see what they were I told them it took me about 5 minutes to get the codes and look them up they had nothing to say except good luck. Never again will I go to this dealer. I made sure I called GM to file a complaint with them.

AVOID ~ BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ~ THEY USE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS!!! I went on the Quirk Chevy web site to search for a new vehicle. I found a new Equinox lease with $0 down for 264/month for 24 month advertised as their "Special" This caught my attention and interest. The site also has a get a trade value button. I clicked the button and filled out my trade info and was emailed a trade value of $41,427. (See attached) I went there and did a test drive and really liked the vehicle. The sales manager Michael sat down with us to review the terms. The lease he presented was a 36 month lease, not the advertised "Special" To make matters worse he then he proceeded to tell me my trade was only worth $34,000!!! I was appalled and shocked by his presentation. I showed him the Quirk trade estimate that was emailed. He said that was from a 3rd party and it had no meaning or relevance. I also brought a NADA value of my trade which is very similar to the trade value provided by the dealership web site. He then said "Will NADA write a check?"(Attached also) Needless to say my wife and I had never been treated with such disrespect. We walked out after exchanging a few harsh words. Total waste of my time. Don't waste your time by going to Quirk Chevy in Manchester NH

Service department only: I saw a very similar review like this, so I know this is not a one off, which I thought it may be. I bought my Chevy car here brand new in 2010, and brought it here for repairs and even body work over the years. I called to make an appointment and they said my car was too old and had too high mileage for them to work on it. I brought it to a mechanic and they said the dealership should look at it as it is an electrical problem and they have the correct programs/software. When I told the mechanic that the dealership refused to look at it, he was surprised. I went to Banks in Concord and their service department laughed when I told them Quirk refused to look at my car. They were in disbelief. Needless to say, Banks will be where I buy my next new car if my current one can't get repaired.

I brought my buick there 3 years ago when it was covered under warranty. They replaced the Exhaust Manifold. Three years later, same issue. Parts like this break every 3 years? Anyhow I asked the manager or supervisor at the service center to give me a good deal. His idea of a good deal is refusing me service, saying he is not going to waste his time, because his price would be $1,000 more than any other mechanic. And, telling me he would need to have the entire exhaust system replaced. I ended up bringing it to my local mechanic shop and it only costed $500 total. When it was covered under warranty, I recall they charged like $2,000+ for the same work that they took from warranty money. They never really fixed it either. Three years later and same issue persisted. Stay clear away from this rip off place!

I was told by a salesman that the advertised price included discounts that I don't qualify for, and a $2,000.- trade in. This is dishonest and wrong! I had quirk change my timing chain 1965.00 they dropped my oil cap in the engine and never tightened my water clamp to my air filter and never even told my about it. I just had to replace a headlight and out fell my old oil cap.

I went in with a positive attitude and happy to be there. A friend recommended this place to me. I went in and spoke with a sales specialist Cameron. He was pleasant and easy to deal with, but the more I talked with him and the more I pushed back with questions and comments his attitude changed. He became obviously upset and angry with me saying no to the deal he offered me. It became about him being able to make money from me and not about getting me the best deal they can like they say they do. He became so upset with me he sent his sales manager over who gave me the offer on a piece of paper and told me it was the best he could do. I told him I'd think about it and I tried to walk out. Cameron cut me off and stood directly in front of me and told me to give him that paper. I told him I was told to keep it to look at the offer and he rudely stated "if you HAVE to have take a picture" I found this completely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous. He told me that if i lost the paper and someone else picked it up that they could get sued. I am extremely upset by the experience i had there and i will NOT recommend them to anybody no will I ever go there.

I went for an oil change. The service guy could not find my maintenance program in his computer. I asked I know I have it. If I pay for my oil change and I provide you with the paperwork will I get a refund? Yes of course he says. I emailed the service guy at 3 pm a copy of my maintenance agreement. That was Wednesday it is now Saturday and I'm still waiting for my refund of $79.25. Not happy at all.I tell service guy you didn't rotate my tires. The pink marks that were on the drivers side tires are still there. He tells me we change front to back on the same side unless you tell us to do an X pattern. What the heck!!!! Had I known I had to ask to have that done that way I would of. Clearly my the wear on my tires they needed to be done in a X rotation. I am totally not happy with my service or interaction with Quirk Chevy Dealership.

Bought a silverado from here in July. The truck didn’t have the tools to change a tire. Called back 6 months later, when I got a flat tire, and asked to see if they could do me a favor and grab one for me. Both sales people and the manager I spoke to immediately said no and that the trucks were sold “as is”. Well A. That’s not what I was told when I bought it and B. If that’s true they could easily grab me one from one of their other “as-is” silverados. The “sales manager” frank, who I am pretty sure was the guy who sold me the truck, said “maybe if it was within a week” ???? Are you kidding me? How often do you get a f***ing flat tire? Because I’ve had three in my life, so how the hell am I supposed to know those tools aren’t in there somewhere? After speaking with frank I spoke to a manager who gave me the same story. Never buying from here again. Sales people clearly don’t have an interest in repeat customers. The silver lining in all this is that the people in the parts department were fantastic. The guy sold me the part at cost, stayed open 10 min late to allow me to get it, and even said he couldn’t believe the sales people didn’t just give it to me! If they have a separate account I will give them 5 stars. The parts place is on brown ave and they are great! Thank you guys!

I worked with Michael Dailey on a quote on a new lease,also talked to Steve O’brien To change a check different mileage. The price was lower then other places and I was told by a different garage there was no way that was a correct price. Steve informed me I would leave the dealership with those payments if I came in. Leased a 2018 Equinox in January 2018. After driving it for a day and finding out that it is riddled with issues and that I totally hate the vehicle, I tried to return it. I messaged my sales representative (now former employee) the very next day and he told me that the sale was final. He "spoke to management" and there was nothing him nor management could do. I had my Cruze brought here for what was supposed to be a reprogram because of a previous service bulletin. The problem was my catalytic converter was damaged and they were aware of it since the last time it was brought here for the previous service bulletin. They then said it would be done in a few hours and held onto it for 3 days. When I finally got my car back, I find that they broke my windshield wiper arm and was told they wouldn't do anything for me until maybe Friday.

I own a 2004 Chevrolet 2500HD. They refused to service my vehicle due to age and miles (111k). I have been a customer for my wife’s GMC Acadia as well as my prior Volkswagen. My battery has been dying and I could not figure out why. I will never do buisness with this company again. Banks Chevrolet in Concord have me an appointment within 7 days aith no questions asked. Apparently they are not willing to service you’re average joe, unless you own a brand new vehicle that does not need any real service. Maybe they are incompetent and know it so they only stick to oil changes and tire rotations. What a joke, I called Chevrolet corporate to meet them know their dealer is not willing to stand behind their products.

I brought my corvette there twice, both times it was a waist of time and money. First was for inspection and they failed it in safety for something that wasn't even there. Never have i seen a car failed for nothing, I spoke with the mechanic he showed me what he thought was warn and then couldn't prove it by showing play in the wheel, yet he was still holding his position that it needed parts and an alignment which was B.S. (i used to do car inspections when i was younger) they just wanted to replace parts on it that were super easy to replace and would yield a high labor, parts, and alignment cost. The second time i upgraded suspension with brand new parts of a newer model Z06 corvette they said it has custom parts and wont touch it.. So they would have done it if i bought stock parts, payed for install, alignment, and downgraded my suspension back to stock. I had it towed to Tulley BMW, they took care of it for me no questions asked and hit the alignment #'s with no problem.... Is it weird that I'd rather bring my Corvette to Tulley BMW rather then Quirk Chevy?

Sales tactics and wording are deceiving. When leasing a vehicle on Black Friday we were told the first payment would be paid for us, which is not the case. After giving a large down payment and told our first payment would be in the new year, we get the lease packet from GM financial and find out we have a full payment due 30 days after purchase. When I inquired I was first told you have 45 days to pay, then that person couldn't clarify his answer and sent me to another financial "manager" and he told me it was in fact due 30 days from the purchase. When they say "make the first payment for you" that means they will literally take your money and push buttons to "place" the payment for you.. wow thanks for the service. This day and age it's so hard to make a payment online by clicking a button...definitely would have had a hard time doing that. Hope you picked up on the sarcasm. Don't believe them when they say you wont have a payment until 2 months away, because that's a lie; from their stand point they are being honest and ethical. Ha! I highly suggest you find another dealership to purchase any car from although the sad thing is its allowed and practiced too often across all dealerships. To make it better the salesman told me that the back of my vehicle could fit a full sheet of plywood and drywall in the back...how does a 4' x 8' sheet fit in a space that is 3.5' wide x 6' long fit a full sheet, guess I must be doing something wrong..oh yeah believing a car salesman...do you see the reoccurring theme here?? Lastly, I was trading in a vehicle which the payment was due a few days away...when I noticed money coming out of my checking account to pay my previous vehicle I inquired as to why this wasn't taken care of. You can guess the response...we have 10 days to make the payoff...because again carrier pigeons and hand written contracts take such a long time in the day and age of electronic everything. They were sure quick to take my money out of my account instantly. You do this every day and you hide behind every excuse that suits your needs and wants. Ultimately it has nothing to do with you, the buyer, as a person, just whatever they can do to make their numbers work which is lies, all lies. Remember if they say they can make it work to get you into the vehicle you want when you walk in(when you lay the entire financial situation at their feet) and come back $150 more than you can spend...learn from my mistake, get your keys back and run. Schisters!

Bought a new Colorado. Didn't realize that the huge reductions require you to finance through GM. Got the highest rate loan I've ever had in my life. Made 1 payment and refinanced with my credit union. Just beware. I guess that's a GM issue. Hood had marks in the paint that would be covered by GMs paint warranty. Quirk's body shop had truck for 7 days to wet sand and buff hood. Hood looked good but in the process the whole truck got oversprayed in a mist of clear paint while sitting at the shop for a week plus. Be very cautious if buying a Colorado (or any GM with the same automatic transmission). The transmissions are prone to shudder and other odd actions. Had truck 9 months and couldn't take it anymore and traded for a Tacoma. Should have done that in the first place. Think REAL HARD before buying.

Staff was friendly but advertising is a joke. My family was told we qualified for many discounts but still the sales staff came back with an offer two hundred dollars more than what they advertise. It is obviously just a gimmick to get people to come in. When asked what else we had to do to qualify I was told of additional discounts but they still didn’t seem to matter. What ever happened to honesty and integrity. I found none of this at this dealership. If you are watching their leasing specials don’t bother inquiring as they are too good to be true. This is what makes people hate car shopping and dealing with salesman. As an owner I hope you will teach your staff to have some honor, and integrity in the future. Bought a used truck recently and phill Was my salesman. After all was finalized I was waiting for my spare key to come in after he told me that they were making a new key for me and it would be ready within a week, I called him and texted him and no response, I had to go in and find out he lied about him having a key made up for me and said the former owner of vehicle was sending the key in which was Also no true, it has been 20 days and still no key. I bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado certified and found multiple problems after driving my vehicle for only 20 days. Obviously they didn’t do a “271 point check”which they say they do on all vehicles. Stay away from phill from sales, once he sells you the vehicle he doesn’t care what happens after it leaves the lot.

Excellent service experience at the Quirk Chevy Service Center. Matthew was very helpful in getting a difficult situation resolved. My 2011 Impala had a check engine light that 2 other service centers could not seem to eliminate however Quirk service stayed with the issue until resolved, I am now 4 days without the check engine light coming back. Not only did they fix the issue but took the time to test drive the vehicle for 30 miles to assure the fix they implemented resolved the problem. Their rates were also very reasonable considering the time spent to resolve the problem. I will make Quirk my service center for repairs going forward.

The salesman was very blunt and really attentive which is the one good thing. I had two major issues 1. They low balled my cars trade in offer by a good 2000. 2. I was told I'd get a call back about a car and got nothing. If I can't get a car that's fine but don't break your word

Lucian at Quirk in Manchester made the purchase of my new Suburban painless. If I had a question his response was prompt and always knew the correct answer. Lucian to me sold me on the car even more. Would request him next time I am in the market. I had a Traverse that I traded in for the Suburban and always brought it to Quirk Service dept. My Suburban again will always come back to Quirk for any maintenance that needs to be done.
