Sales person Matt Hough was very profession and pleasant to deal with. I was disappointed with the 5.5% interest rate that was arranged since my credit score is 825. I refinanced the following day at a significantly lower rate. Also would have preferred to receive a paper copy of my contract at the time of purchase and not emailed 2 days after the fact. With that being said I feel I did receive a good deal, I love my new Encore and would not hesitate to recommend Quirk of Manchester. I am a happy customer :)

Went in on a sunday. Sales guy was doing his best to attend to as many people as possible. Sales manager didn't seem to want to work for my business. Went to GMC in Concord the next day and got the same truck I wanted. Took a little back and forth on both sides but it got done. Unlike at Quirk. I've bought 3 vehicles from Quirk Chevrolet in the last few years. Always had great experience at their Chevy dealership. Then I go to their GMC dealership and they fall short and sh*t their pants. Guess I should've stuck to Chevrolet.

Quirk GMC is incredible to work with. This is my 3rd GM vehicle and 9th or 10th plus car I have purchased or leased. These guys were by far the best I have ever dealt with of any dealership. I was able to setup everything ahead of time and was able to be in an out of the dealership in an hour and half on a Saturday which included trading in my old lease and getting a new lease. Everything was so easy and quick and i got a better deal than any other dealership in MA and NH. I will be back for every car I need to Quirk, what an awesome dealership.

I called to schedule service on a used GMC Acadia that I bought at another dealer, however, I was told that they will not service it because I bought it elsewhere. When I asked why, I was told that it was "because of liability". WOW, either too busy to take new customers or too spiteful that I didn't buy from them. Either way, not a great experience at all.

I purchased a 2017 Camaro in July of 2017. The sales man was awesome worked well with me got a great price and financing. I store the car for the winter and drive it during the nice weather. When I took it out of storage this spring I noticed the tires were cracked ( dry rot) with only 12,800 miles on it I brought it into the service department they took pictures and said they would get back to me. After 2 weeks of waiting and hearing nothing, I contacted them. There response was its not covered under your vehicles warranty, and there is nothing we can do for you. I totally understand that it is not covered under the vehicle warranty but it is still covered under the warranty from the tire company. If I was to go to an automotive franchise and purchase tires and had a issue with the tires they would honor the warranty form the vendor and replace the tires. So why wouldn't Quirk honor the warranty from the tire manufacturer, I did not choose these tires GM did. My point is where is the service after the sale

I bought my last used car here. Typical high volume car dealership. Met my expectations but nothing struck me as extraordinary. They just happened to have the particular Ford I wanted in the color I wanted and they gave me a fair price on it. When I had issues two months later, out of warranty, the service department was still willing to work with me to get the issue fixed and provided me shuttle rides to and from my home while the service was being done, which was appreciated but would've been nicer if the Certified vehicle I bought didn't have that problem to begin with. Next time I'm shopping for a car, if they had what I needed, I'd still be willing to do business with them again.

I went to Quirk to test drive a new Acadia Denali. First, I used their website to make sure they had a vehicle that I wanted. Im terrible with computers and found it easier to navigate then most sites. Called and spoke with a Sales Manager who said they would have it pulled up for when I got there. Michael and Ryan worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and managed to get me into a GMC Acadia with more features than I thought were possible on my budget. They were friendly, personable and accommodating. My only two complaints are that I had to come back the next day to get the inspection sticker, and that the car could have been cleaned up a little bit better. Buying a car is typically a very stressful experience for me, and although the process still takes entirely too long, it was a much less painful day than expected. I love my new car! Thanks guys!

I was looking to lease a new GMC Sierra 1500 and the end of last year, and everyone i spoke with told me to check out Quirk. I called them and their prices were way lower than anyone else around. WE have used Quirk Chevrolet and then we purchased a car from Quirk GMC , a 2017 Arcadia. I have always been satisfied with the sales and service telling friends and relatives about our positive experiences. After this last service I returned home and while looking at the car and paperwork I noticed a couple of interesting points. The oil life monitor read 43% when I brought the car in and it was noted on the service paperwork. When I got home it still showed 43% but the paperwork noted that the monitor was reset. The paperwork also noted that they inspected the diesel exhaust fluid, on a car with a gas engine. I hate to bring it up but it makes you wonder about the things that were checked off and inspected. Were they really looked at. We still will be coming back to you for service in the future but will be checking the paperwork more closely.

I had a poor experience at Quirk GMC. I purchased my previous truck (2016 Sierra) from them and went back to make a deal on a 2019 Sierra. I walked into the dealership twice, trying to make a deal. They told me what I wanted was not possible, yet I continued to get blasted with phone calls to come in and upgrade. Then, they tried to push me into getting a cheaper truck or purchasing a Chevy. Long story short, I went to Somersworth, GMC and got a more expensive truck. I had a great experience at Somersworth GMC. I inquired about a truck I was interested in and purchased it the same day. I was satisfied with the way I was treated while negotiating and came to agreement with no stress. The deal was exactly what I wanted, which was NOT possible at Quirk. Go see Derek or Stephan at Somersworth!

This review is for Quirk Buick. Typical Car Dealership. Went in about a week ago to pay cash for my daughter's first car. The website listed the vehicle at one price, however, the 1st salesman gave me a price about $2,000 higher. Tried to tell me I didn't qualify for some of the rebates, but couldn't explain which ones, so I left. Checked the website two days later, same vehicle listed for the same price, so I sent an e-mail to inquire. Got a call from the "Internet Specialist" who said that she could get me close to the advertised price, apparently there was a $500 private offer included in the price, although it is not listed anywhere in the disclosures. I still thought it was a good deal so told her I'd be in Saturday morning with a check. As Saturday approached I sent an e-mail to make sure everything was all set. This time got a response from someone else because my specialist was not in that day. They told me the vehicle was actually a third price, which was about $1,500 more. These guys are bush league.

This was not my first visit to Quirk Buick GMC and as of recently, it will not be my last. I was aided directly by Bob Corey and Jack Curtin and thanks to their help as part of a team, I am now sporting a 2016 Encore. By far, the greatest part of my experience was the ease of it all. Bob and Jack have abundantly clear knowledge that they share without imposing any pressure. Having sales representatives that understand what it is like to also be a consumer is a huge help and that is the distinct impression I was left with. BOTTOM LINE DO NOT GO HERE...FOR ANYTHING....EVER I purchased a used 2016 Tahoe recently. My salesman Mike Carlisle was EXCELLENT. Took the Tahoe home and realized the cruise control wasn't working. Make an appt to get it looked at but I had to be at the airport at a certain time and didn't have time to get it fixed. Brought it in with my family and waited for over 2 hours with NO COMMUNICATION. Found that it was the switch at which time they scheduled a time for me to come back to get it fixed. Fine. Drop the car off mid-morning and come back at 2 PM thinking it was all set. Upon getting inside they tell me they broke my instrument cluster and I would have to take a rental home as the part was on order. Couldn't take the time to call me. NO COMMUNICATION. Fine. Next day the salesman said they would call me in the AM. 11:30 AM no phone call so I call. They say it will be ready between 3:30 PM and 4. I get there at 3:40 to pick it up. Said they're finishing up. At 4:30 PM the service manager comes over to me, asks me if someone called me and then told me that the programming might not take and said I might have to come back tomorrow. To be fair he offered me a rental however I hated the rental and wanted my brand new to me car. I waited. While waiting I speak to Sales to find out their process for CERTIFIED USED cars. The Sales manager told me AND I QUOTE, "Well you test drove it didn't you?" Like I should have known...I'm sorry I didn't push every button. I had to leave after he said that. Finally got the truck back. Salesman had said they would check the battery and do the diagnostics. That clearly was not done as I got no paperwork as he said I would and when I asked he was caught off guard. Asked them to put wheel locks on when I FIRST dropped it off. They didn't do it so the service manager had to take it back to do the wheel locks. Get into the truck to leave and decide to double check the menus on the dash...the left rear tire wasn't reading. Had to take it back again. Finally got out of there at 5:45 PM. PS my service writer left as I was waiting...I watched him go home as I sat there. Get home, wife goes to get in the truck...THERE IS A RAZOR BLADE ON THE FLOOR AND 2 SCREWS IN THE CUPHOLDER.... They lost 3 additional sales of new vehicles as a result of this. Me, my friend, and my father and law all bought new trucks elsewhere and NOT GMC.

Quirk really dropped the ball. My truck had an abnormal suspension noise coming from the front left side. After 3 visits and a ride along with the "Quality Control" manager (they must throw that title around loosely) I was told (by the QC manager) that the sound is normal and these are just loud and noisy trucks. He said they could not find any defective parts so there must not be a problem! I then took the truck to Banks in Concord. The tech went on a road test and heard the noise. He then swapped the front shock absorbers and noted the sound changed sides to the passenger side and followed the shock absorber. Banks replaced the shock absorber and resolved the issue. Banks was willing to put time into the problem and really make an effort to resolve it. Quirk was willing to put the truck on a lift and shake it. Hardly effective troubleshooting.

Buying a new vehicle and dealing with salesmen is second only to being waterboarded. However Quirk GMC and my salesman John Callahan are not the norm. First, no high pressure tactics. Just straight forward information. I didn’t feel like I was in the dentist chair without Novocain negotiating the price. We went back and forth over numbers and I left with a fair number. We closed the next day. It’s never fun but my salesman made a stressful day comfortable as much as possible

Came here last night, looking to buy two cars, they had an extremely limited selection of the type I wanted, seemed everything was either base model or Denali with nothing in between for the budget conscious buyer. Finally settled on two used models - then came their “special financing”. Both of us with EXCELLENT credit - their financing came back at nearly 700.00 a month at an insane rate!!! We walked!!!! The oil change I received prior to this one was also through this dealership. I attempted to go to Valvoline since they are quicker and I did not have over an hour in my schedule to wait. The mechanic at Valvoline was unable to get the bolt off to change the oil due to what they stated as over tightening of the bolt at the prior oil change. When I brought my vehicle into the dealership to get my oil change done, I stated this to the guy who was assisting me. He insisted that it was not their fault and I would need to buy the new bolt due to the old one being stripped. I was not too pleased though I had no choice but to buy the bolt since I really needed an oil change.

I have had the worst experience ever with the service department at this dealership. I have only had my car for a year and it has been in the shop 3 times. They have done nothing but ripped us off. We had to pay $640 for injectors that didn't even need to be changed. I had my car back for 10 days and the light came back on again. Now they are trying to charge us $340 to change out 3 spark plugs that were supposedly damaged because of the faulty injectors. I will never take my car over here to be serviced again. This has been the worst experience ever and now I wouldn't even buy a car from them!

I need to have a basic oil change done, I tried to schedule on Tuesday (11/27) for Thursday. I used the "Request a Service Appointment" feature on your website, which doesn't allow me to actually book an appoint, but rather request a general time to be confirmed. I never heard back from that request. I followed up after lunch today using the "Text Us" feature. Never heard a word. Take in mind I wanted an appointment for the next day and have not heard back. I called on my way home from work (6pm). Understandably the staff had left for the evening, I wanted to leave a message. There is no way to leave voicemail with service. I resorted to call sales and have them leave a message on a piece of paper for service. I received a call the next day, person I spoke with was completely unapologetic for breakdown in communication. Finally got an oil change appointment for three days later My girlfriend and infant child went to the dealership, I told them she would be waiting with a child. It took over two hours to get a basic oil change, unacceptable. I will never go back to this dealership for service and will likely not purchase my next vehicle from them.

I recently acquired a 2016 GMC Terrain for my wife and wanted to have it serviced to go through and check it out as well as oil change, front end alignment, and tire balance. Made an appointment with Quirk GMC service. I have never been to Quirk GMC, the appointment was easy to make on line, they followed up promptly and even provided a reminder call the day before. Arrived and Devyn checked us in within a few minutes. We received a call when the vehicle was ready, the paperwork was explicit as to what was performed and any recommendations, the price for the service was reasonable especially for a dealership. I am impressed, this will be the service center for my wife's Terrain and my GMC Sierra. I highly recommend Quirk GMC Service.

Service department is horrible to deal with. Took my 2018 Yukon XL in for an issue with the gas gage not reading correctly after adding gas. Was told parts were ordered and my vehicle would be ready the following day. When I picked up my vehicle I was told it was all set but paperwork stated they scanned it for codes and when nothing came up they said they were unable to duplicate the issue (they never added gas to the tank to see if the gage moved) completely waisted my time and my gas gage is still not working.
