I went here this week after looking online at a few of their vehicles. Their website is a complete scam, it shows the cars for thousands of dollars less and then at the bottom of the page explains thats the price if you put the missing $2,000 from the actual price down at signing. When I tried to explain my frustration to the worker he didn't even acknowledge that I the customer was upset and insisted I go for a test drive. I get their job is to make sales but you do not need to be rude in order to do it. Customer Service isn't a thing here, its more like Greedy Employee Service. Needless to say I will never be going back to this bunco of a business.

If there's an issue with your vehicle, a service representative will let you. A service representative will come to get you when your vehicle is ready. I always have a pleasant experience while waiting for my car.

Just bought an Equinox from Port City Nissan!! I can't express how great the experience was. My salesperson, Ghanem Sibai, was great. I live in Portland, Maine and had to ask a lot of questions to which Ghanem answered quickly and accurately. He even sent a driver to pick me up the day I picked up the vehicle so I wouldn't inconvenience family or friends for a ride down there. The paperwork side was ready to go when I got there and Chris Nash was organized and efficient! I will definitely purchase from them in the future!!

After checking prices and inventory online,Port City Nissan had 3 trucks that met my criteria except for color. I emailed them and was told no problem in getting my Bright Silver version with the value truck package. They found the only one in NH and had it ready and waiting a few days later. All the staff I met were helpful and pleasant. There was no high pressure, pushy sales people. They were willing to quote their lowest price via phone or email. They gave me a great trade-in allowance as well. Kevin Civiello was my salesman and did a great job! Alex did a great job online answering all my questions in a timely manner!

Usually I have to wait an unbelievably long time to get an oil change. This particular visit was done very quickly and very pleasantly. In the past some of the people have been a bit Gruff and sometimes I think they try to overcharge you. I would also have had to go and get a second opinion before I had things done . This time was not the case. I don't know if they're Under New Management or not but it certainly was better then previous visits. I would still keep a watchful eye. This time they were okay.

The salesman Noah was super helpful. He met our personal needs as well as helping us to acquire another vehicle and our personal needs. We tried one vehicle and found it not to be within out budget and he found another very similar one within our means. The manager wad equally helpful as well. When we were all done they gave us a loaner vehicle until ours was ready. ( this was a Saturday and we picked ours up on Tuesday. Definitely would recommend others to check them!

Honestly, I wish I bought my truck from port city. I just use them for oem installations because they are transparent with online prices and they do great work. I got my oem remote starter installed and my father got his maxima fin installed here. A lot cheaper than other dealers especially where I bought my titan.

We had a pretty good experience with all except the feeling of being misled by some fee they say they charge for online deals of $500. Even after purchasing the vehicle I do not understand it and feel like we got taken for $500. There sales staff were professional, the sales manager was pretty firm and the finance guy I felt was pushy when trying to sell the extended warentee.

Mi wife and I had concerns regarding the 12,000 mile limit on our Rogue we leased from Portsmouth Nissan. Several months out the salespeople assured us on multiple phone calls that our mileage limit was at 15,000 miles. We turned the vehicle in with under 43,000 miles and some change, well below what we thought was our limit. Bill comes a month after we turn the vehicle in for over $880.00 for excessive mileage. Plus another 1500.00 in hidden fees for not purchasing the lease, etc. Stay clear of this dealership, NO INTEGRITY!

Don't trust them. I purchased a car after they told me they did some work that told me was necessary. Another dealer verified that The work wasn't done. When I confronted them they offered to do the work; I refused as I didn't trust them to do the work the second time. After much work they offered to pay me some money "but not as a admittance they didn't do the work" I refused as it was not equivalent to the work.

Do not buy pre-owned from this place! And definitely do not purchase the bumper to bumper warranty they offer. I have had my 2015 Dodge Dart for 3 months now and have paid the extra fee each month to make sure everything went smoothly which is the opposite of dealing with this place. They did a horrible job at explaining what came with the warranty and forgot to mention that it pretty much covers nothing. On top of that when I bought the car the parking brake was completely shot, meaning it had no hold at all. So in addition to charging me for nonsense it seems Port City Nissan does not care about its customers or their safety. Will not be taking my car back here for any type of service or anything in that matter. Very displeased with the service and claims.

It was a pleasure to deal with your staff, it was a great until I came across the uhaul hitch you had installed as part of the deal on buying this vehicle, uhaul spliced in the wire hitch and with this type of car you can not do that because it sends a wrong signal so it would not even work, the hitch was to low so tongue wait would be off, nice job, I should have returned and asked for a full refund.I will never go to this dealership again. Safety is not there place.

Let me start by saying I didn't need a new car. There were sales and incentives going on right after Thanksgiving and my husband and I decided to go take a peek at what Port City had available. I was driving a 2013 Rogue w/low mileage. Nice car but I never loved it. Purchased at Port City and it was in good shape and they always took care of me at service time. But I just felt meh about the car. Mike was a trooper. He put up w/me test driving two new Rogue's. He put up with me driving in circles in a local church parking lot while the Portsmouth PD watched us wondering why I was doing tight circles. He listened to endless rants about pricing since I had a budget and I was not trading a perfectly good car for payments approaching my monthly mortgage (this is hyperbole of the facts). After HOURS with us where he was able to sell other cars, he convinced me to test drive the new Nissan Kicks. I drove it home. I was impressed. Fun to drive, zippy in the city and pretty good on the highway (don't let the reviews fool you, it's light weight gives it plenty of power). It had ALL the features I wanted except heated seats. Has both Apple & Android Auto. Blindspot warning etc. Only thing I truly do not like are the headlights. Poor Mike had to put up with another hour of finance talk and entertaining my husband and myself while waiting on the paperwork to show me what I wanted to see for financing. The car is mine. Mike is probably in therapy and Eric is relieved that he won't see me for another three years or so. I believe the rest of the staff applauded when we left. Next time they'll be smart enough to hide the free coffee! Put my Kicks through a workout the weekend I purchased bringing lovely kid back to college in VT w/all her winter gear. 3 adults, 3 bins of junk and a suitcase, uphill to the Northeast Kingdom. Peppy, great handling, comfortable and impressive gas mileage. Love the Kicks and Port City Nissan isn't half bad either.

Tried to make me change brake pads when they still had 4mm on them. Wouldn't pass inspection unless I did. 1mm is the threshold. UPDATE 1 YEAR LATER I'M AT 1MM AND NOW I REPLACED MY PADS AND ROTORS. Now my fronts are at 4mm and passed inspection at another Nissan dealer. People need to be careful when service is done here. Notice how the owner only responds to positive reviews? It's too bad because I use to love having my Nissan's serviced here. The mechanic was my favorite too.

I wish I could give less than one star. Drove back and forth from Portland Maine four times to have something fixed they said they were going to fix when I signed for the truck. The first time they tried to fix it they used spay paint. After all the sorrys and admitting to what had happened I drove down a second time to get it fixed "the right way". The next day I get a call saying they have come to the realization they couldn't do it. They cut me a check for half as much as it cost for a replacement and sent me on my way to do it myself. I wouldn't let these guys drive a golf ball. Aside from being yelled at and lied to these guys have wasted my time and money (8+hrs driving/$90 tolls&gas). I'v never had such a bed experience buying a truck. Incapable of fixing a $450 problem on a $45,000 truck. They'll tell you what you want to hear until you sign the papers and then they could care less. Don't let them give you the run around. Don't buy anything here! Place is a joke. Frankly the experience with Port City Nissan is embarrassing.

I was looking for a nice car with good MPG, so I went to see the best sales staff over at Port City Nissan/Suzuki. This was my second car I've purchased from them and as always no disappointments. Dave and Patrick worked with me while I drove a few cars until I decided on the 2012 Suzuki Kizashi. They are very knowledgeable with not only the new vehicles they sell, but also competitor's vehicles they resell. The management staff and finance staff are easy and friendly to work with and they work hard to get you the vehicle you want with the payments you can afford. Overall the quality of work was fine. It was the back and forth through service writers that drove me crazy. I was almost charged twice for a diagnostics check I had just done a week before when the work order clearly stated this was a continuation from an original appointment, because the original service writer wasn’t there the second time. If it wasn’t for JP stepping up the charges would’ve went through. I was also told that my part would be in within two days and it was a week later. Finally, I was given my keys (after hours of work and my time and spending well over $1k) and as soon as I’m pulling out of the dealership my service engine light came back on, it was some issue they didn’t catch originally. Luckily JP was there and took care of that issue at no additional cost to me. Overall, for a dealership service center it wasn’t terrible. Overpriced but that’s what the cost is for genuine Nissan parts. It was more the many hours and back and forth I couldn’t stand.

My wife and I just purchased a 2016 Audi s5 and found the experience smooth and without pressure. We were shown the vehicle and given the keys to take it for a ride, they even let us take our puppy along for the drive. We were offered refreshments and doggie treats and Justin D. even checked with local restaurants to find us and our puppy a place for dinner. Buying a used car always comes with some fear of disaster as soon as you leave the lot. Our car came with a power train warranty and we were offered other warranty packages to purchase. We’ve only had the car for a day, but so far it’s a blast to drive with the top down. We both enjoyed working with Justin Dostie and the Port City Team. I’ll follow up on our experience as soon as we put the top down and put on some summer miles.

I only had dealings with the service department and it was positive. The man who checked me was professional and quick. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was small but stocked with snacks, coffee and a child play area. TV and wifi available. Needs air conditioning. Bring change for the vending machines. Prices reasonable. Cashier needs better customer relation's skills, even though I was polite to her. I went Saturday, June 30.

I have the platinum warranty for my 2018 rogue lease. I had a slow leak in my rear tire and was told that it could not be plugged. I was told that my warranty covered the tire but they would only replace it if I replaced all 4 tires. When I told the rep that I couldn’t afford that and got up to leave I was told that he would plug my tire after all - which he did. I was also told that my warranty doesn’t even get me a discount on an oil change. The reality of my warranty is much less than the rosy plan that was sold to me.

Unfortunately Port City is the reason car dealers have get a bad name. We purchased an extended warranty for our 2010 Bmw and was told we had a bumper to bumper warranty from the finance department for $2800.Come to find out the finance manager lied to us and sold us a powertrain warranty . I made a number of calls to the dealership and kept getting the run around telling us they would look into it and get back to us, one gentleman called us back and informed me that he didn't care what we where told, that we should have done a better job reading our contract. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

So as far as car dealerships go I don't think anyone WANTS to go to one, but if you're in the market these guys customer service really outshines the others. I was shopping for a car and in a precarious position as I was upside down with my current vehicle. I went to just about every dealership in the area as I wasn't sure what I wanted. Justin at Port City was completely no BS and was very straightforward with me. He discussed many different options with me and tailored what he was offering based on my personal needs--he wasn't just trying to put me in any expensive or new car. We discussed the gamut, pre owned, new, leasing, financing, different terms and rates (and this was just the sales person not the financing guy). I left and looked at other cars and places (not one to be swayed on personality ALONE) but,ultimately returned with my husband bc this place seemed the most honest and legitimate out of ALL the places we went to. They also gave us more for my trade by about 2g then their competitors As we went through the process he and his manager ended up staying about two hours past closing with us and the manager Mike even gave me money out of his own pocket to go buckwild in the vending machine and eat since we had been there so long (due to my many questions and complicated situation). We returned the next day and they went above and beyond insuring when we picked up our vehicle that it was paired correctly with both me and my husband's phone (and it turned out to be no small feat with my finicky phone). At that point the financial manager (Eric) had overheard me grumbling to my husband about wishing I had gotten a Starbucks drink before coming

After doing the required haggling a week ago, I was given a price range for a lease. I asked why such a big range, Charlie told me that some people will tell you what price you get is based on your credit rating but that's not true, we give you a range to cover any options you might choose to add on later. He circled the lowest price in the range and I thought we had a deal. Today, my husband completed the online credit check and I called him to make sure we were all good before we leave my son's game to come up there to execute the lease. He then presents us with a new offer, higher than the range we agreed upon and tells me it is because of our credit score. Not only do we have a good credit score but we have also leased a Nissan before. We walked out. Lying is unacceptable, even for a car dealer.

I'll keep it brief, and tell everyone to avoid this dealer at all costs if you are looking to purchase a car. Their INTERNET pricing is a classic bait and switch technique. The INTERNET advertisement stated, "Priced to move, $8,023 below MSRP." The price was clearly stated as $21,902. I emailed them and told them I would write a check for that amount, and was told their was an additional $499 doc. fee; which I agreed to do. I went there, and after looking at a couple of other vehicles we asked what else could we do to save money. The salesperson said we could save an additional $500 if we financed the car through Nissan. I declined and he was pushing me to do it. I told him I would write a check for the vehicle, and he came back with a high price, which could only be determined by adding and subtracting a bunch of numbers on a printout; which was very confusing. He came back, and said it was an error; BUT the said that I needed to pay the extra $500 if I didn't take financing. It went from taking the financing would save me an additional $500 to I would have to pay it if I didn't take the financing. ( Check out the ad, as I uploaded a copy). I declined and said I was leaving. The salesperson, Joshua, yelled at me to sit down as he had wasted all day with me, and embarrassed me and my wife in front of other customers. We were civil with him and left. I followed up with an email stating I would buy the car if they honored the original price, but the sales person declined. I was warned of their tactics before we went there by two people, but I didn't listen to them. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

The worst dealership ever you can find in neighborhood! I found online a great car that was listed for $20,000. That was clear that info was posted on TWO DIFFERENT WEBSITES by PORTY CITY NISSAN , because there was listed their website on pictures and their contact info. But when I came there they tried to convince me that price is $25,000. And even denied that that they posted online differences price! The most interesting part of this story is that on their official website somehow they do not that car at all,even thought they have it for a pretty long time.... Which they think allowed them to play like a buyer is a fool. I have screenshots from two different websites with same price but different from what they named me! Ok,then. I will make sure that everyone knows that you can not trust Porty City Nissan because they are liers! I stood there with my baby on my hands and they were looking me in the eyes and just lying! What a shame!!

Service department is a complete rip off. I went in asking for assistance installing a dash cam. I had already run all the power cables and fed the rear camera through the trunk to the outside, all I needed was the rear camera screwed on and the wire connected to the reverse light. Materials: 2 screws, a wire stripper, and some electrical tape Time requirement: <10 minutes Port City Nissan: $115 and they'll take over an hour Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I came in with a lease I had from Autofair Nissan (I would highly recommend NOT buying or leasing a car from Autofair Nissan in Stratham! Really terrible experience- they bait and switch, do not respect your time, and will try and take as much money from you as they can) and because of a new job I was putting too many miles on my car. Richard and Chris were understanding and right away did what they could to help me trade in my lease to buy a car, and get my monthly payments down to what I could afford. They were respectful, kind, and reasonable. They didn't pressure me into a decision, and asked me what my ideal situation was and how they could work with that. Definitely go to Port City Nissan for any car questions or needs - they'll do whatever they can to help!

Bought one vehicle here and never will again. Sent me a promotion on my 2015 Xterra that they would do 125% Kelley Blue Book value on a trade for a new car. They offered me way below book value. That same day I was at Team Nissan in Manchester and they offered me $2000 more than Port City. Explain to me why I bought my car at Port City and they sent me the promotion in the mail yet another dealer offers 2000 more in trade. Nice job taking care of existing customers with bait and switch tactics Port City! Rob, Your long winded response is no excuse for false advertising. The brand new tires are 1/2 inch larger than stock....not monster truck tires. Three other dealers have now offered me more than Port City and again, they did not send me a flyer claiming up to $29,000 or 125% of Kelley Blue Book and they didn't sell me the vehicle. I was very clear about needing a new NV cargo van when I spoke to Maria twice before coming in. I never told anyone I was looking to sell it outright. I run a business and if I sent my customers a flyer claiming something I had no intention of delivering, they wouldn't be customers for long. I would bet that no customer has ever received 125% of blue book from your dealer...ever. Bottom line of the review is that if somebody wants FAIR trade value they need to go to another dealer. Have something else you want to discuss?? You have my number.

Outstanding service from the time I walked in the doors. I was greeted by the Finance Manager, Eric, when I walked into the door. Very friendly and welcoming. He introduced me to the salesman named Matt. He took his time to sit down and talk with me about my current car, what was important to me in my car and found the perfect match.
