I have bought and sold dozens of vehicles in my lifetime, most of them having been luxury cars, with Audi being my favorite. Across two countries and five US states, I've owned an A4, S4, S5 and most recently a Q5 TDI. Wonderful cars all. My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience here. We test drove a traded-in BMW, and my husband ultimately ended up making an offer on the car. The salesperson, Gillian, said he would follow up with his manager and get back to us. That was last Sunday. We did not receive a call back letting us know the offer was accepted or rejected. My husband called to follow up on Wednesday and again did not receive a call back. The car is still sitting on the lot when the dealership could have sold it a week ago. As an Audi owner, I am frankly appalled with this substandard treatment by a luxury car dealer and can not recommend this dealership.

Shining spot, the brand reps - especially Gillian. When it came time to try and make a deal, the sales manager insulted my trade and complained that they owned the car I was looking at for too much money. <- His problem was 'my problem'. I have been in Sales for 30+ years and have owned a lot of cars. Last time I had this experience was Hallisey Motors in the 80's in Lowell. Vehicle was over-priced by market standards. I do appreciate the time with Gill. I ended up buying a competing Porsche from another Porsche dealer for a market competite price. To be fair, the Sales Manager was not onsite and away at a Porsche event. I may have had a different e experience if he was there.

Your review Great Experience - - Today I just picked up my Q5 from Audi Stratham. These guys know their product. I had an informative discussion with their General Sales Manager and was introduced to the CEO during that meeting. All my questions and some I hadn't thought of were answered. Q5's are tough to come by so it was about a month and a half wait but it was well worth it! When I picked the CUV up I was taken care of efficiently and promptly and all questions were answered. A rep then spent some time with me going over the features of the car. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. During this time it was found that there was a component not loaded. I brought the car back several days later, was given a loaner and had my Q5 back by noon the next day. These guys are good... the deal was very fair... and by the way... the Q5 is absolutely awesome. Before buying a Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity or BMW... drive an Audi. WOW!

I first made contact with the dealership on line when inquiring about an incoming Cayenne Turbo. They responded quickly and stayed in touch with me until the vehicle arrived. I was in the vicinity when I received their text and drove over to take a look. I was met by Anthony Wallace who opened up the service area to show me the vehicle. Even though I could not drive it he spent a great deal of time showing me all aspects of the redesigned Cayenne. I also chatted with Travis about my time in the military and his present Marine reserve. I made it clear to Anthony that I did not like drawn out deals or haggling back and forth so we began putting numbers together on my Porsche trade following our first meeting. After driving the vehicle we finalized a deal down to the penny. When I drove to the dealership to pick up the vehicle (without giving Anthony an exact time), it was ready to roll. I also met Bill from service who introduced himself and made sure I was happy with everything. From the beginning I told Anthony I wanted a pain free sales process and he delivered!

I drove from Boston to have my Audi serviced by the folks at Audi Stratham to avoid the miserable service I've received from some of the Boston dealers. These guys know their stuff, treat their customers with respect and are professional. I can't recommend them enough, it was well worth the 50 minute drive from Boston.

At first I was a bit put out because I requested something be done to my vehicle that I was unaware couldn't be done. However, Bill took care of the issue at hand which put my mind at ease. I am a hard working, blue collar worker who definitely could not afford any Porsche new, but the feeling of success these vehicles give you, and express to others who see you driving one, is worth the money you'll pay for one. So, Bill sat and spoke with me like a human, and didn't treat me as though I was above him, or beneath him, just an individual who has awesome taste in vehicles. I know I'm going to have to pay a bit extra to keep my Cayenne on the road, but it's worth it for how good it makes me feel, I recommend it to anyone.

As I was on a road trip up to Maine from NJ with a freshly bought 1997 993 I stopped by the dealership for un advice on my oil level and a few other things as I thought that I may have a problem. They look at the car right away , check everything , scanned the car , added 2 quarts of oil , answer my questions, gave me advice.... shake my hand , every thing is fine , have a good trip . All with a smile and the right attitude and on top free of charge ! Best service ever . Thank you ! P.
