Would not recommend, poor vehicles, poor customer service. They misrepresent the features and condition of their vehicles to force a sale and are indifferent when it is brought to their attention. I purchased a Porsche Cayenne advertised online and being from CA requested a video call to see it before purchasing, they refused to do it and assured me there were no defects with the car. This was Certified Pre Owned and they misrepresented two of the key features the dealer advertised it had, in addition, I received it with dents in the bumper, missing parts, chips and scratches in the interior panels, soil and stains in the interior, and gooey stuff on the leather (it was CPO but not detailed). Ten days after I received it, the service lights started coming on, including the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.

Shane Weinberg is fantastic and the best Porsche salesperson I have ever encountered. In fact, he is the best of about a dozen salespeople that I have met over the past 12 years. He is patient, cool and not a pressure tactics guy. The dealership manager, Al, is also terrific. I would highly recommend to not do Herb Chambers at Burlington or Boston. Instead, drive the extra few miles and buy your Porsche from the Nashua dealership. Well worth the time, savings and peace of mind. I traded in my Cayenne that had 28,700 miles on it for a new Macan.

I just purchased a 2016 Porsche from Porsche of Nashua, and the experience couldn't have been better. At the onset, I have nothing to gain from giving them 5-stars. I live far away from the dealership, and there were numerous other closer Porsche dealers I could have chosen. But I was referred to them through a good friend, and it paid off. Ray, the Sales Manager, and Al, the Business Manager, went above and beyond. Saturday evening, an hour before close, we contacted Porsche of Nashua about a used Acura MDX they'd just taken in on trade. We spoke to Jessica Nazzaro, who works at Porsche of Nashua sister dealership Audi of Nashua and happened to answer a Porsche call. Since there was only one stock photo of the Acura on the website, we asked Jessica for some photos, which she emailed to us that night. She also made sure that the Acura could be cleaned up and ready for a test drive and set us up with a Porsche salesperson, Jim Horgos, who could help us the next day. Sunday afternoon, we made the three hour drive to Porsche of Nashua. The dealership hadn't asked for any type of deposit and while we weren't concerned, we were happy to see that the MDX was parked out front, cleaned up and ready for a test drive. Jim gave us the keys and sent us out on that test drive without any runaround. We decided to purchase the MDX and filled out the paperwork. Jim said that he didn't want to let the Acura go without having the dealership shop buff out some scratches and do additional cleaning. We agreed to come back on Wednesday to pick up the car. However, as we were leaving, Jim offered to drive the Acura halfway to us on Tuesday, his day off. Tuesday, we met Jim halfway between the dealership and our house, finished the paperwork, and took the car home. You hear about dealerships where the salespeople don't get back to customers, don't have cars ready for test drives (or worse, have sold cars to someone else), and don't provide service after the sale. Jessica, even though it wasn't her sale, had great communication with us and made sure the car was ready. Jim, even though he had the sale in hand, took the extra step (and three hours of his own time) to help get the car to us. Great service all around.

Daniel Mitsch walked me through the ins and outs of a Porsche - then took me for a ride in a sweet SUV, a new Cayenne. I realized quickly that the car could go 0 to whatever really fast. Within an hour I knew it was the car for me. Daniel was attentive, responded quickly to my phone calls, and was interested in me making the right purchase. Terrible communication, excessively long wait time for service. No phone calls for any updates. I had to call them nearly a dozen times to have any idea what was happening. Receptionist lacks common courtesy gratitude or acknowledgement of longbservlon with so much as an apology. She clearly seems to lack empathy. Also very soft spoken and difficult to hear. Generally poor communication skills. She needs to be trained or replaced. I'm taking my business to Stratham. They've lost me as a customer.

Worked with Daniel to close on a 2006 911 Carrera S. It was the first time I purchased an out of state vehicle as I live in PA. Daniel was helpful in detailing the specifics of the car, providing video and facetime interactions to increase confidence in remote purchase, and guiding us through paperwork late into a few evenings. When my wife and I flew into Boston, Daniel arranged for a car service to bring us to the dealership. Steve in Finance also secured us a super rate! The website reviews and our initial interactions with Daniel and team gave us peace of mind that we were making a great decision to buy our Porsche in Nashua. Overall, an exceptional experience for this first time Porsche owner, loved every minute of driving it home to PA.

When I was buying my Audi I visited this dealership to test drive Audi Q5 and Potsche Macan. This location does have good selection of different colors in the lot, which helps with color selection. Service is sales focused, they are more interested in making the sale rather then providing information or letting you test drive the car properly. Dealership lot is very conjugated and hard to get in and out, it's crowded with cars, and even their own staff was no following the direction of a one way road to go around the lot.

I went to Porsche of Nashua this past summer to test drive a Cayenne S and I found everyone there so incredibly helpful! Especially Paul Barstow he was incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward. Buying a car can be such a painful experience in getting straight forward info on pricing and the features and potential issues with a used car. Paul was so in depth and honest. Once again, I consider myself lucky to be able to commend the service, performance and quality of Porsche of Nashua, in particular, two members of the dealership that I recently had the pleasure of condo inf business with; Ray Sousa and Paul Barstow. This year, I'm pleased and proud to become a member of the Porsche family with the purchase of my '14 Cayman S. I had been in touch with Paul since I met him in March of 2015, test driving Caymans. Over the past year,, he has continued to keep in touch with me, keeping me up to date on any inventory I may be interested in, as he knew I was "watching and waiting" for the CPO market to evolve. He even sent me an invitation to the Porsche World Roadshow event at Gillette Stadium last year, which I gladly attended and thoroughly enjoyed myself, as did my fiancé. I also reached out to Ray Sousa recently, as a friend of mine suggested he may be able to source CPO's from other dealerships. This is an unusual request and a rate occurrence, so I was pleased and surprised that they attempted the acquisition. I found a Cayman S at a dealership in Texas, and together, Ray and Paul brokered the deal and had the car secured for me by the end of the first day that I inquired. Throughout the entire process, I never felt like I was purchasing a pre-owned car. Much to the contrary, they treated me with the same measure of courtesy, enthusiasm and professionalism that I would expect if I were ordering a brand new 918 Spyder with the Weissach package and the $63K liquid paint job! At the day of delivery, it was one pleasant surprise after another; everyone went above and beyond to make it a great experience; one that I will not soon forget! I am looking forward to (and thoroughly enjoying thus far) my ownership experience, and am grateful to Paul and Ray for helping to start me off on the right foot with such a great experience at Porsche of Nashua!

Not to bury the punch line, but they get a bad rating for not knowing their inventory, and for not following up when they said they would. I was in contact with one of their “Customer Experience Specialists”. We talked on the phone two times and we exchanged a few e-mails. I called on a Monday morning to tell him I was driving 170 miles to test drive a Boxster which was listed in their inventory. He was not in, but called me back while I was on the road, and said the car would be ready for me to drive. When I’m almost half way there, another sales person calls and says, “Sorry, that car is under contract.” When I asked him why it was listed in their inventory, he said that Porsche counts cars as being in inventory until they leave the lot, regardless of whether or not they have been sold! He then tells me about another Boxster coming in a week, and after he describes it, I ask if that is the white one listed as currently being in their inventory, and he says it is…..so a second inventory screw-up. Finally, I ask him if he can get Boxsters from another dealer. He said he might be able to trade some of his higher-end Porsches that are slower moving for a Boxster from another dealer. That would take him a couple of hours, but he will call me back and let me know. That was almost a month ago, and the call never came. Porsches are indeed great cars, but I for one refuse to put with that kind of customer service. I happily bought a BMW two days later…..and was treated QUITE well.

Very good sales experience. I ordered a Boxster S and it was delivered in perfect condition. Pricing was fair. Some haggling on the trade. Salesperson Paul Barstow was very helpful and easy to work with. He kept me updated on the build and delivery of my car. Good guy. Finance department tried to sell me a bunch of unwanted protection packages which was somewhat irritating. Only reason I am not giving this dealership 5 stars. Too soon to rate the service department because my car has had no issues but they seem friendly, helpful and competent. Overall, the sales and delivery experience was better than what I experienced at a BMW dealership and comparable to Volvo.

James Giniewicz was fantastic to work with. He helped me purchase my first Porsche (a super clean 997.1 generation 911!) and I couldn't have been happier with his service. He offered to bring the car to a local independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and he even went out of his way to pick me up from work one day so I could come to the dealership and get the car. I work kind of an odd schedule that tends to clash with regular business hours, plus I live quite far from the dealership, so I hugely appreciated his willingness to help me out. At the time of pickup, there were some minor hiccups with the dealer but none were James' fault. They made some minor clerical errors (misspelling things on the documents, wrong address for lienholder) so it took a little longer than expected, but overall the process remained quite smooth. Overall I would definitely buy from James and Nashua Porsche again. I'm loving my new car!

Porsche Nashua was a delight to work with. The Salesperson, James Giniewicz, that worked with me was great. James gave me total respect and attention. It did not matter that I was not a high-profile Porsche customer like those that buy multiple cars per year or are regularly trading-in and buying the latest models; even as a firat-time customer, I received VIP treatment and service. On one of my visits, when I visited the dealership with a ton of questions, James handled the majority of questions and Jim Horgos, was very insightful in his assistance with my bombardment of questions. Even at the Finance stage, Porsche Nashua excelled in service, the Finance manager I worked with Steve Glassman, was very patient in helping me understand where every penny of my purchase was going. Although this was my first new Porsche purchase, I have purchased a handful of new vehicles in the past, and working with James and Porsche Nashua was by far my best new car shopping/buying/ordering experience. I spent the entire month of January 2018 trying to find an allocation that would get me a vehicle built and received before the start of the Summer 2018. In my search, I had two dealerships hunting for an allocation for me, until James became the third, and secured an "Early April" Build allocation for me in less than a week's time. James called me with the good news, and informed the vehicle would be locking immediately. I made my down-payment and drove my vehicle home exactly 60 days later (3 weeks earlier than the initial expected vehicle delivery time), and nine days before my Cinco de Mayo birthday celebration
