The woman who booked my appointment was super nice and friendly, but the salesmen were absolutely pushy and awful. They try to sell cars for 19k when they're in fact worth about 16. Dont bother trying to negotiate, this place isnt worth your time if you're trying to get a good deal.

My first oil change on my 2019 Honda Accord Sport was on the house since I purchase it brand new from Peters Honda of Nashua. Along with limited lifetime warranty and 7 year extended warranty I think I made a great purchase for a long time. The service center is excellent with fast wifi, free snacks, and prompt oil change.
My Husband and I work with Ronald to buy our newest Honda CRV. We were in the market to sell our old Honda and buy a new style. Ronald worked with us directly on what we stated our needs were, what cars we wanted only, and we brought us right to where we wanted to be. I purchased my third Honda here and couldn’t be happier with Peters! After purchasing my first Honda at Autofair and having a horrible experience both with the purchase as well as the service I decided to purchase our second Honda at Peters. The experience was fantastic and the service over the past five years has been great. I was impressed to find that everyone involved in my sale five years ago, from the salesman to the finance office, was still at the dealership; although my salesman had transferred to the service department. At first I was disappointed because my experience with him was great but I dealt with Alex for my current purchase and although she had big shoes to fill, she was amazing. She went above and beyond to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted within my narrow budget. Both during the sales process as well as after the sale Alex was exceptional at explaining the new technology available in the vehicle. Terrible dealership. Unprofessional and rude. The sales manager named Tom was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a dealership. (By the way, he never even introduced himself, just walked over with a scowl on his face and started talking) He was condescending and didn’t even thank my mother for her military service. I do not recommend visiting this dealership. Extremely poor customer service and they should be ashamed by how they treat their customers
We bought our 2014 odyssey here used and it was a great experience. Their service and parts department have been helpful too and the guy who sold us our minivan was happy to answer questions long after the sale was done.

The gentleman who met me in the garage was very personable. The service lady, Stephanie was very pleasant and efficient. The Peter’s driver was pleasant and dropped me off at my house. I got a call when the service was complete. I’ve bought several vehicles at Peters for a reasonable price from a good sales team. I’m a satisfied customer.
I absolutely loved the experience here. Fabio in sales and Matt from finance were true to their word on everything they said, they looked at us as customers and not a number based on our credit score, and fought for us to get the lease we wanted at the max price we said we were willing to go almost down to the exact dollar! It was amazing and so easy! They were respectful and professional and had clear and constant communication! No detail was left out with these guys. I have never had such a great car buying experience and my wife and I will be back in February to get a second vehicle from this dealership! Thank you so much!

I went into peters to browse used cars, and probably could’ve bought that day but it was clear that Rocky thought I couldn’t afford what I was looking at (fun fact, I could. I just chose not to spend 17k). He was nice at first and let us test drive some cars but wasn’t helpful with talking about the cars. It was clear he didn’t think I was gonna buy cause he didn’t even take me inside. I asked about a price of a ‘16 Honda Civic cause I found it cheaper elsewhere with similar mileage. He said they wouldn’t budge on the price and was very rude to me after I threw out a number. Well, thank goodness he was rude and I left. I found the exact same year, make, and model of car at Toyota of Nashua and got it for $1,100 less than what Peters was asking for! And all without any rudeness or judging because I’m a young woman! Rocky, you could’ve had my business but ya just didn’t try or care. Thankful you didn’t care!! Got my dream car!!

Overall great experience. Starting off with Fabio as a sales guy. I went in knowing what car I wanted and he got me setup with a test drive in the first 10 minutes of being there. He didn't try to sell me something else or extra stuff I didn't need and he got me a great deal. It did take a couple hours to meet with the finance guy but, I would definitely recommend Peters Honda for anyone looking for a stress free buying experience.
James Page was courteous and friendly, but had to be reminded that my car was entitled to free inspection stickers as it was certified pre-owned. He quickly corrected his mistake and everything else went off without a hitch. I personally thought it was strange that used-car purchases came with this perk while new cars did not. Peters of Nashua gets high marks for cleanliness all around.

My 2007 honda CRV had starting problem and i arranged my vehicle towed in to Peters Honda Service Center. They did proper diagnostics and fixed the starting issue by replacing the bad starter . Plus my vehicle got multipoint free inspection which is very useful. Excellent service , especially service adviser Karl was super friendly, and helpful. He took my call and answered my queries patiently which in fact made me to make the quick decision to tow my car to this place.

I had a three year lease on a 2015 Honda Civic. I extended the lease for six months, then decided to extend again. They claimed they didn’t get my fax after I sent it three times. Three times I went to the library and used this archaic method to relay information to the company. Every day, lighting up my phone with call after call about a paper I had already faxed to the company three times. Literally getting ten calls a day about something that should already have been taken care of. I’m somebody who had been working two jobs, around 80 hours a week for two years. I don’t have time for this stuff. One day, I woke up to go to work and my car was gone. The representative I spoke to said “we didn’t get the paperwork, so we had someone pick up the asset”. My options are pay the 10K for the car, or go get my stuff. I didn’t have the 10K. I worked 45 minutes from my full time job. Without a car, I couldn’t get to work. So I quit. This cost me a job of 5 years at Market Basket. When I went to pick up my stuff at the repo place, it was already packed. Half of it was missing. My Nintendo Switch was gone, which had been left on the front passenger seat. When I said “you guys stole it”, they claimed they had a picture of the passenger seat and it “wasn’t there”. Now, I’m getting a bill for $3500 for damage to the car. I wasn’t given the chance to lease a new vehicle, so the note about a $350 fee being waved for customers that get a new lease is irrelevant to me. I had previously talked to the dealership and they had said I could roll the damage into a new lease. So much for that. Oops, my car disappeared and they were taking monthly payments for 5 months without a contract. They had no problem taking my money every month even though “they didn’t get the lease renew fax”, so technically, how can I even have monthly payments if there’s no agreement? So, my car disappearing one day cost me my job (not to mention the valuables inside it), and I’ve moved to Florida because I have no car and no job. They were also charging me personal property tax (a Massachusetts thing) for three years even though I moved to New Hampshire in 2016. I was paying a ridiculous $270 a month on my lease, which is crazy compared to other places. I paid over 12K in four years on this thing. Now they want $3500 and the car only had $10000 worth of value. I will never be driving another Honda, and I’ll discourage anyone from doing the same in the future.

My Honda had an extended warranty due to enginge issues of over consumption of oil which required a lot of work. After bringing the car into the service department, Daniel Girard went above and beyond my expectations of providing me with a high level of customer service and over communicating to me where we were in the process of repairs. I now have a great car and extremely satisfied that I took it to Peters of Honda in Nashua. My next car purchase will be at Peters because of Dan.

Sales Staff, especially Salesman Joe Orlando, was fantastic. Joe is passionate about his customer(s) and has a tireless work ethic. Service, especially Joe Cestarich, was very eager to please. I had a very heavy bias against dealer service as they are largely predatory. This experience left me with a renewed optimism.
I had a software issue with my audio system a while back, and they fixed it, pure and simple. Wasn’t an official recall for my make and model (not expensive), but they did take care of another recall free. I’ve had poor experiences at other dealerships, preferring the more personal service of the corner mechanic. The local Honda dealer had been very sluggish to even tell me they did not have the very tire they claimed to stockpile, and could take over an hour to do an oil change when there seems to be only one or two other customers. However, The reps at Peters we’re not only personable, but also seemed to understand what the customer wanted. Did not get pushed into paying for unnecessary service. They loose a star over their valet “service”. When I arrived, the valet told me to go inside and have a seat. I had called ahead, scheduled a time, so those directions sounded correct. Well, they weren’t. Because I did not first check in with a customer service rep, I sat for over an hour thinking they were servicing my car after taking it away. It was later clear that there was no communication that my car even arrived. While waiting, basically for nothing, I literally saw how the valets just stood around often paying no attention to pages for them. It was a frustrating game of chicken. I genuinely thought the car was being looked at thanks to the valet telling me to go directly to the waiting area. Yet, there were no status updates. In spite of the valets, as I said, the service itself was fine. The reps were incredibly apologetic about the valet’s miscommunication. In the likely event I do go back for service, I know to ignore the valets, regardless of if the valets have become more aware of everything.
Had a great experience buying a new Honda CRV. Darnell was wonderful as a salesperson and kept us informed every step of the way. All of the staff were very nice and friendly as well as helpful in anyway they could. My wife and I were extremely happy with the no pressure sales approach and what we believe to be a fair price for the car. Could not have been happier with the buying process at Peters Honda.

I leased my car here and it was an average experience. I returned here to try to buy out my lease and had a horrible experience. Despite the business being open for an additional 6hrs upon my arrival I was told no one would be able to help me, but that I could fill out some paperwork to start the process. I completed the paperwork, and after over an hour of waiting, the person helping me never returned and no one in the showroom offered any assistance despite seeing me sitting there for over an hour without being helped. Terrible customer service for existing customers. Giving 3 stars because the service center rocks and they deserve 5 stars! They do great work, are knowledgeable, and attentive. Can't beat it!
Once I was able to reach A person, it improved. Required leaving message twice over a couple hours before receiving a call back. The service itself was great.
Went in for an airbag recall. Car returned to me with the dashboard not reattached and the backup camera dislodged . 2nd attempt the dash was fixed but they did not fix the camera mount (camera fell off). Not impressed and would not recommend.

Also, the drop off at the rental car place and ride back to pick up my new car! Wayne in finance was also very helpful, informative, and professional. Would definitely come back here again.
Horrible experience. Wish I could give 0 stars. Got charged $1,000 to repair a known, undisputed manufacturer's defect. Neither Honda nor Peter's stood by their product. Peter's? Never again. Follow up: Peters reached out to tell me they’ve convinced Honda to pay an additional $280. And while I appreciate the effort, it still leaves me owing $720 for which I should have owed $0. Again, this is to repair an UNDISPUTED manufacturer’s defect. Honda should have covered the whole repair. But Honda didn’t sell me the car, Peters did. And they should have covered the balance.

I’ve been working in the auto business my whole life and my family has bought several cars between the NISSAN and the Honda store. Being in the business today as a sales person for a national wholesale company I went to peters Honda to talk to one of the parks people about our business. I was told I’ve dealt with your company and it sucks. So I kindly asked what happened and he started to get agitated and the told me I do t have time to talk with you. His name was Peter ironically. I have been rejected many times in sales but never so rudely. I will never ever recommend this dealer to anyone.
Michael Quinn was very very helpful, and a great guy and very genuine. He got my friend Christian Hos first car with no problems very smooth. For Michaels first deal on a car he did absolutely amazing. I will be purchasing a car off him as well.

Got the car I wanted
I wasn't sure what SUV to buy and mentioned I was looking at other brands. Ron Harrison was very patient and gave me time to look before even attempting to inquire about my interest. I decided to lease and came back in to discuss the initial figures I was given because they didn't seem right. It turned out to be a mistake on my part. Ron explained all there is to know about leasing and the general manager was very open about pricing and the whole deal (including trade-in). I was VERY happy with the deal I got, and the whole transaction process. I would recommend Ron, and the dealership to anyone looking for a Honda.
When we first went into Peters Honda I didn't know what to expect. In brief, I was favorably impressed. Ron Harrison met us outside, introduced himself, and invited us in. We told him the homework that we had done on the 2019 Honda CR-V and that we had done a lot of research online, so that we had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Ron was most accommodating and walked us through all aspects of the car in great detail and good sense of humor to go with it, which served to build a relationship. Having done a lot of homework, both on the specifics of the car we wanted, together with a good understanding of market prices helped us be knowledgeable buyers which Ron respected. We thank him for both his approach and services.
Brought my car in for its first oil change. Was relatively quick, and it was free. Karl explained the benefits of this new update and seemed very knowledgeable about the services and products Peter's has to offer. I left with another free oil change for next time. Their lot selection was kind of weak. The rep I worked with didn't seem really interested in working with me. I don't know if he didn't think I was seriously trying to buy but I ended up purchasing from Autofair Honda. I was looking for a particular trim and color and he was just like "oh, well we don't have it." It's not like he was rude but I don't think he realized I wanted to legit walk out of there with a car that day. I would have paid to get what I specifically wanted.
My experience at Peters Honda was exceptional. My sales person, Kim, was also an expert in all the packages that are included with each version of the CRV, Passport and the Pilot making it easier to contrast and compare. I never felt rushed or that I wasn’t getting accurate information, she provided me with printed info as well. I didn’t I feel pushed toward anything. I drove all three and liked them all. That made the decision a little tougher. I opted for the Passport and I’m Thrilled with my choice. Kim, you are the best! Thank you!!

as usual--and i have come to expect no less from peters--- the service starting from check on to check out was a 10. although the wait was a little longer than they suggested--it was worth the wait . my issue was one one of the "tricky" ones but they took their time--road tested it and i am fully satisfied. and my service contact guy, daniel, was professional--start to finish.

I went in for NH inspection on my 2007 CRV. The previous month I took my car to a leading Massachusetts Honda Dealer, where I had purchased the CRV new. They have done 100% of the service work on my CRV since then. I told then I needed a New Hampshire inspection and to make sure the CRV was in perfect shape. They did and wrote up a report affirming such. When I brought it to Peters they flunked the test for among other things a leaky shock absorber, something that is not even on the list of items to check for inspection and a steering leak. They wanted to charge me over fifteen hundred. This place is a rip off. This a perpetrating a fraud. Telling someone that you need a part when you don't is fraudulent. I writing to the executive management of Honda, the Governor's office, and my attorney. Someone has got to put a stop to this scam. My Honda was in perfect shape as attested to by another Inspection station which immediately pasted it with flying colors. I will never bring my Honda to Peters again, I will not buy my next Honda at Peters and I will communicate to everyone I know what a rip off this place is. DON'T USE SERVICE AT PETERS !!!!

For anyone considering buying a Honda or Nissan; Beware Peter's Honda/Nissan in Nashua. We bought a car there early in December, and my wife was talked into an extended 3rd party warranty. She was told that she could cancel and get a full refund, provided she did it a certain way, which she did. After many promises to refund the money, and many unanswered calls to Peters, she had to go down there today and spend an hour to get a refund check. During that hour, it sounds suspiciously like they tried to confuse her with math into thinking she'd already gotten a refund. In addition, she found out that they never actually issued her the policy she'd bought. This was very nearly 5 months ago. In the meantime, we'd been paying for this, as it was wrapped up in the loan. They are only getting 2 stars because the sales guy was good. He did a good job hooking her up with the car she wanted. The whole rest of the Peter's experience was awful. In my opinion, they also did something there that is illegal, in that they took the money and never provided the product.

Excellent Customer Service! Prompt, professional and was provided a fair price for my new car. Sales team took the time to walk me through all the amazing features in my car,. They even took the time to link my cell phone to the car. And the finance department quickly and professionally made the final purchase steps a smooth transaction. I was in and out with a new car in less than an hour. Great job Peters of Honda!
Employees are always very friendly and very good at keeping me abreast of what's going on with my car. If any problems come up they immediately let me know and talk about any options.
I just bought a 2012 Accord the other day. The best dealership I have ever gone to. Great and friendly staff and unlike most dealerships they don't harass you when you walk on their lot. My sale person Alex Gindi, she was the best car sales person I've ever dealt with. She was very knowledgeable in the cars and very friendly and always kept me up to date on the process and everything. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Peters honda is fraud dealer.they send a cheaper price list to tempt people to come.and then change price just say was mistake. I drove 50mins just get a mistake for answer?

I left a review earlier about my car purchase - this is solely about my experience with bringing in my car for service, and once again I'm so extremely pleased with the service I received. The staff are all very friendly, courteous and willing to listen and answer any questions you may have. One of the biggest positives was that the estimated wait time I was given upon arrival was *accurate*, and I can't express how much of a difference that really makes when you choose to wait for your car (comparing previous service centers I've been to). I was also extremely pleased I got an appointment so quickly after calling about my concern. Overall, still very pleased about the above-and-beyond service provided at Peter's Honda Service Center.
We had bought a vehicle quite a while ago, and were in need of a second car. The vehicle we test drove was not quite the best fit for our needs. Brandon listened to us, worked very hard and then suggested we consider a lease. An efficient well oiled (no pun intended) shop. Courteous staff that communicates well, wait time is reasonable, waiting area very customer comfy, thorough report of car condition, and a car wash at the end. What is there to not like except the bill, but that's the trade off of owning a car, upkeep costs money, and they do a good job with the upkeep.
Just brought a brand new car and the whole process took only about 3 days. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I've looked at many dealers around the area and they seemed to offer the best price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car.

I had to give one star as an only option. I was dealing with their internet sales person and asked about a specific model being in stock. I was told they had :any color but red or white". I drove over an hour and a half to get there only to find they did not have the model I was looking for in any color, but they had the lower trim or a higher trim in the color I specifically said I was jot interested in. Classic bait and switch tactic. Avoid this place at all costs.
This visit was a no charge steering column recall. Took less time than expected, and I got a free car wash! Still would like to see a Honda F1 in the showroom next to the Civic Type R, or maybe one of the Toyota-sponsored NASCAR entries?
I do change car every two years, and based on what I had dealt with in the past I found Peters Honda dealership in Nashua are the best in all aspect, they have a very professional sales managers especially Michael, he was so helpful in making my decision about which car that fits with my need and desire, highly recommend him and sure I will make it back again for that Peters Honda dealership. Excellent experience from the very beginning. Online help was exceptional - Maura went out of her way to connect and answer questions before I even got to the dealership. Salesman Eric was outstanding when I arrived. He was incredibly patient while I tried to decide between an Accord and a CR-V. Ultimately went with the CR-V - Eric stayed way beyond his shift to make sure I had everything I needed. I was very impressed all around. No pressure - courteous - helpful - not my usual car dealer experience. I will be returning in the future and encouraging my family and friends to check them out.

My starter suddenly quit on my 07 Honda Pilot just before noon yesterday June 17th, so both the car and I had to be transported to your place. After arriving, you immediately took care of my problem right away on that same day in the afternoon, which was very important and critical due to not having any transportation back home, plus I needed my vehicle on that afternoon to care for an elderly parent. Stephanie was a great help in getting things rolling as soon as I arrived, she’s always shown sincere personal interest in the needs of my ride whenever I bring it in for needed repairs; she clearly explains the steps needed to rectify the problem. She represents your company very well with her sincere and happy disposition! The salespeople go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. They won't try to oversell you, as they want to make sure you get the right car for your needs and financial situation, and will thoroughly answer all of your questions. Service is their first priority, and it shows!
